Went and saw avengers endgame tonight. Theater was alright but I would suggest when lining up people give them some direction before you get a ton of people lined up on both sides then tell everyone to move. Into certain lines.

The last couple years I have done everything I could to avoid this theater. The movie posters on the outside of the building were all smashed and the movies wouldn’t even be centered on the screen. Recently, however, all this has changed. They’ve ditched the broken glass posters for a digital screen and I haven’t had a single problem with the movies being messed up. I have heard that is under new management and all I can say is, they are doing a great job. I now enjoy going to this theater.

Movie Theater is clean and nice staff...I would give it 5 stars but they serve Pepsi products now and use to serve Coke products yuck...I guess I'll spend more time in Cookeville watching movies they have Coke products...

We went to see the The Nutcracker, we waited for 30 minutes and the movie was suppose to have started. I went to the ticket person and she started they couldn't get it to play...My question is how long would we have waited?

The sound is so loud that each time we go we must carry ear plugs. And it's always so cold that we freeze. These things really take away from the enjoyability each time. If there was another theater in the area we would go there instead.

Clean. Popped popcorn kernels were large. The display board with food and drink options changed quickly making it difficult to make a fast choice. Nice staff.

We went there on Thursday to see 1:00 movie but theater didn't open till 3:30 but online movie was on at 1:00. Today we went back to see some movie. Was to start at 1:30 but couple of people had to go out and ask for them to start movie. Was 1:55 when they did start it.

If you want old school movie experience then this is THE place to be. Seats don't recline, arm rests don't go up, bland pre popped corn with no seasoning selections offered. The movie broke down 34 minutes in and the audience of 7 (myself included) waited patiently while the employees reloaded the reel to reel projection screen. $20 spent doesn't add up to no upgraded amenities.

I always enjoy going to the Rocky Top Theatre. I have always been greated by professional young people there. And I saw "A Star Is Born" best movie of the year.

Recently had work done and it shows. I love that they have so many different theaters so you have plenty of movie options. The decor is nice. I especially love that they sell the movie posters. My only complaint, as with every other movie theater is the price of concessions. It's ridiculous that drinks are so flipping expensive.

Paid 20.00 for matinee had to go out twice and called once from my seat just to get the movie started so my 4pm movie didn't start until 430pm I guess maybe you shouldn't have children running a theater... Will not go back... Tried to talk to a manager sent me to a child!

Concessions are getting outrageous. Cost over $60 for a family of four to see a movie, a couple drinks, and a large popcorn.

Love all the improvements they made! It looks so nice. The popcorn was way to salty though. They don't need to add salt, they should let people do that themselves. The caramel corn was delicious and I was so happy to see Pepsi there instead of Coke! Had a great time as usual. The bathrooms are always clean and the young people working there are always friendly and polite!

Fair prices for movies are hard to come by nowadays but this place is great for your money! The staff is always kind, the service is quick, and the facilities are clean. The concessions are pretty fair, as well. The air conditioning in the summer could use some work (it gets hot in the theater), but they almost always have it the perfect temperature!

I went to this movie theater first time and seeing Creed 2 it was an awesome movie but theater was clean prices were cheap they have specials or deals on popcorn and nachos and sodas so if you want to go to a movie theater I'd go here and the staff is friendly
