We’re from out of town visiting family and took the kids to see a movie here. The theater has comfy reclining seats and it’s clean and cool. The tickets were reasonably priced, I recommend purchasing online before you go so you can chose your seats ahead of time.

You can't help but like this place, reserved seats, extra large electric recliners, large cup holders, extra wide isles, stadium style seating, large clean restrooms. Movie prices are good, lots of concession stand choices, but popcorn and drinks are pricey.

Love the recliner seating...omgeeeeeeeeee! We saw Aquaman and it was fantastic! Popcorn was really good and the customer service was nice. Everyone is so friendly. There was an issue with our seats but was resolved pretty quickly when the guest moved over. The kids had a blast and so did I. Will come again. I just think it sucks they don't honor the $5 discount night. I don't understand why not.

Love the new seats! There’s so much room and having seats that recliner really make for an entirely different experience. My only problem was that my 8 year old could not see over the wall that decided the rows now that it’s been remodeled and they no longer have the booster seats so he was kinda disappointed at not being able see the whole screen when he sat down and most of the movie was watched on his knees or standing up.

Went to see the latest How to train your dragon movie with my kids and family! I love this theater because the seats are electric there is big as your living room chair and they recline almost fully! You can even lift the arm rest so that if your children want to lay down they can! The place is clean the bathrooms are clean and the people are friendly!

New to this area and I am beyond disappointed with this movie theater, I was expecting so much better.. first off we get popcorn and I have to go back to get more butter because it’s so bland.. nice staff (only reason 2 stars)... the lady to the right of us I see also goes to get a cup of seasoning for their bucket because it obviously tasted off.. that’s okay not a big deal whatever.. dirty restrooms as well out of paper towels.. still it’s okay whatever I can deal with it then I’m sitting their waiting for the movie theater to turn on the ac some more since it the 4th of July and the movie theater is packed and it’s raining outside so it’s extra hott and muggy.. and as the movie starts nope still no air! You would think it would be common sense to turn on the ac if it’s hott, muggy and raining and you have a theater full of people! I go ask if they can turn it on because not only am I realizing it’s to hott but the little girl next to the left of me is telling her mom she doesn’t want to sit her nap because she’s hott and sticking to her.. this whole situation is just ridiculous! I ended up just leaving and getting voucher but honestly this was ridiculous and ruined our day.. we planned on a movie and dinner and it just killed the day for us and also I was anticipating seeing this movie and was the first to select my seats via the app days ahead! thanks for being inconsiderate of your guests in all regards..

This place is awesome. I love the reclining seats and space between the rows. Don't have to worry about people kicking your seat or disturbing people if you have to leave. The concession prices are way too high, but that's any movie place. Will be coming here for all my movies!

I wouldn't even give one star. Today was the first time I've been there in a couple of years and will not go back. First, they assign your seats and gave me and my 6foot 4 inch husband the front row where you can't even see what's on the screen. Staff was not very nice and they are way overpriced. We walked out before the movie even started because we couldn't see the screen. Go to NCG in gallatin. Much better service and facility. Streets of Indian Lake are overrated

Super great seats, plenty of "privacy" wirh recliners and barriers so we knew our kids weren't distracting other movie goers! Our daughter loves to dance to kids movie soundtracks and she could do so safely with the half walls. Most cinemas I fear that she will slip and twist an ankle or something! so in summary: very comfortable reclining chairs, plenty of room, very relaxed.

This is usually our favorite theatre. And ordinarily I would rate them five stars, but this last visit was a real disappointment. The screen we visited and food was good, the ticket taker just stood there like he didn’t know what to do with the ticket. Usually they say enjoy the show the screen is this way. I had to ask where it was this time and he rolled his eyes “yeah it’s down there”. The restrooms were trashed with wet junk and toilet paper on floor, even though I saw at least two guys walking around swinging dustpans like they had nothing to do. The owner should hurry to rectify these issues as it can truly destroy a reputation quickly.

I like that you choose your seats when purchasing the tickets and the reclining seats and wide aisles are great. Ticket prices are below what you normally pay for stadium seating. Concessions are about what you pay anywhere else. Picture and sound are also good

Let me start by saying that the viewing room was great. We loved the seats, because they are recliners. The food was not great. The popcorn had a burnt taste and no butter flavor. The hotdog was good, but not $5 good, and it was normal length. The two little pizzas, didn't care for them either. The fountain drinks were good. Only had one flavor of Icee that worked. All of this for $120, NOT AGAIN!

Great theater, always offers all you expect! Good movie snacks, generally short lines. Awesome seating options; very comfy. The only thing is- they're ALWAYS sold out! Don't plan on going here last minute, especially on a date. You better plan your trip days in advance & purchase your tickets that way as well. This is not a good place to go on a whim or same day plan because it won't happen. They sell out so fast. For everything. Not just big ticket motion pictures. Everything. Must plan in advance.

I just walked out with my family because the people next to us were super rude, talking very loud, arguing, throwing popcorn playing with the seats for over an hour. I went to get my refund and got tickets for next time plus two tickets for me and my husband for a future date night. The customer service is impeccable, incredibly nice and very reasonable! This is my first time ever having a bad experience like that there but the managers talked to those people and I really appreciate it.

Very nice facility. Pricey though, Two adult tickets, one bucket of popcorn and two drinks...$50. The recliners are very comfortable. Be mindful of seating, you're assigned seats. Sit elsewhere, and you'll be asked to move.

The reclining seats were top notch. The sound seemed a bit loud and the screen seemed a bit blurry but maybe I'm just jaded by 4K. Plan on spending about $20 a person between tickets and snacks.the place seemed well kept and cleaned. Haven't tried the IMAX or 3D.

Nice theater. When my 2 year old decided enough was enough, he and I left my husband and other 2 children to finish the movie. The manager recognized the situation, as I'm sure he has seen it 100 times, and thanked me for my consideration of other patrons watching the movie. He gave me a free pass and wished is a pleasant day. Great customer service is rare any more but this theater is doing it right!

Love this theater! It is worth the drive. Short lines and reclining seats!!!! Love it!!! I drove almost a hour and was excited because this was my second visit. I went to find my seat and the entire aisle was full. I stood there looking and a lady with her friends said this must be your seat I’ll move. I let her stay and found a empty seat but couldn’t relax till I was sure I didn’t have someone else’s seat.

Its not a terrible theater. The location is convenient but this place is usually packed. They also dont like to turn on the air conditioning in the theaters. If you doubt me pay attention to what it feels like after you exit the viewing room. They do seem to set the noise levels just right in the rooms and the place is kept clean. The people running the concession counter take forever so you're better off getting something before or after coming here.

I absolutely love going to the movies here it's comfortable, clean & great atmosphere. Employees are really nice. The prices at the concession are a bit pricey. I paid $5 for a bottle of Dasani water. That's price gouging. Other than that I highly recommend this place

This is an Amazing theater. We went on a Thursday afternoon (1pm) no line for tickets/food. The popcorn was great & the seats were SO comfortable. The restrooms were very clean. Everything was perfect! We'll be back!

Recently remodeled and looks great..Every seat is a recliner... They have special days for special kids... That is wonderful of them.. They have movies for a dollar during the year and a lot of the schools and day care centers load up and go... I don’t really like the reserved seating.My grandson who has autism likes to watch his iPad sometimes with his headphones on.So we like to sit on the top back row so we don’t annoy others... His favorite part of the movie is the credits.... But overall the staff has always been wonderful...

I really enjoyed myself, went with my son to see a movie. The seats were stadium seating that reclined electronically very comfortable. I wish they had those seats when Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings movies were playing. I was just shocked at the price for two of us to go see a movie, popcorn and two drinks. How is a family able to afford going out to the movies, getting popcorn and a drink like when I was growing up...DVD's!!!

Purchase my tickets online. When I got up there it was so awesome to be able to walk straight to concessions purchase our drinks popcorn and snacks. The workers at concession war very friendly smiling very polite. It was so awesome to be able to use my phone with my regal card and swipe my electronic tickets.

In the area that’s bc there’s only one in Hendersonville I had to wait over 30 minutes in the concession line and miss the beginning of my movie. All I got was a sorry Then the popcorn wasn’t even fresh it was scrapped from the bottom. Geez

I work here now. It's a nice location. The managers are super nice and will work with you to solve your problems. The seats are AMAZING the screen is AMAZING. so much better than NCG theatres. But it's expensive... well you get what you pay for.

Really have to appreciate the new regal unlimited pass program. Much better than movie pass which makes me think it won't last, but hop on this train while you can. The recliners are great here, now if they only came with water balloons to pelt at people on their phones.

My girl is in a wheelchair so it was great for her. The thing that went wrong was we had two recliners reserved one for her and one for me and they came and told us that one of us had to move because some other lady had it reserved also. And I wasn't going to make make my girlfriend get up and move and be by herself and I wasn't going to leave her by herself there neither. It all worked out I sit in wheelchair through the whole movie and the other lady was rude the whole time so I don't think we'll be coming back the one in Gallatin is so much better

This place is a joke from the second you walk in. The lobby smells of cat urine, customer service at the concessions moves like pond water, and the staff seems to have no supervision. The genius that assigns the seats put a family of 6 directly beside us after he just mentioned that we are the only ones here.... Very disappointing! The only thing going for this place is the reclining seats. This is the first negative review I’ve left for any establishment.
