This Movie Theater corresponds to the category of Movie theater.
Good, as these big theaters go, but I find them all too loud, too echo-y, and generally unpleasant. Bad, loud music The theater part and the movie will be fine I'm sure.
Comfortable seats with good views. I like the feature where you can pre.pick your seats.
Great theater. Clean theater's, clean bathrooms and fresh popcorn. Courtesy by all employees
I love regal theaters! I have the unlimited movie pass and I have been enjoying it very much!!
I like this theatre. Spacious. Many food options. I catch the matinee to save and belong to Regal Club. Need to get rid of windwhirling hand drying machines that can spread bacteria. Parking may be far on busy days especially with popular films. Drop off your sweeties and aunties at the drive-thru drop off lane.
Ac was not working. Very hot in our movie
Great movie theater. Just saw "It Chapter 2" there last night. Beautiful from the outside and great layout inside. Great selection of concessions and very clean compared to other theaters I've been to.
Always great to see a film at Regal's Pinnacle cinema. "Spider-Man" was a typical Marvel Comics movie.
Get ready for John Wick 4!!! The action scenes that you will see are there to impress you.... Especially the ending
Edited down from 4 to 3 stars because this theater now forces you to choose your seat before entering. I'm against this. Not at all needed. From what I can tell it's a pretty good theater! Yep it's way overpriced on food and drink but their rewards card is pretty good. I think it gives you a free popcorn and maybe a drink when you get the free card. The movie quality is good and the staff don't seem to have a thing appearance like some places that ask to see your ticket and I.D. and stuff.
Fresh popcorn on the top. Old mealy popcorn on the bottom. Oh and theatre is 85 degrees.
This is my go to theater. Clean and has great large format options. I love being able to buy in advance and choose my seats. Wide concession selection as well
Wonderful time seeing the movie. Super clean
Great theater! I saw Alita Battle Angel in RPX or whatever it's called, and it was amazing! Great sound, great picture, great 3D! I will definitely be back here to see the next big movie release in RPX. Or whatever it's called.
The staff is great and despite it's age the theatre still makes the grade. Somebody needs to watch the screens more often, we were frozen on one screenshot of an add for 15 minutes! During action scenes everyone agreed the sound is way too high. Despite this visits problems we still had a good time and always do here
This is an exceptional theater offering IMAX, Dolby atmos...WOW! Second time I've been here and it's was superb. The theater was clean, including the restrooms. Service was nice & polite. The family & I will return here in the near future! Thanks Regal!
Excellent facility. Very clean.
Wow!!!!!!! I had been in this place months prior to the renovation... I couldn't even tell that I was in the same building after! It's a pretty cool place to go chill and play... It didn't seem like anyone was there to actually watch a movie lol. Reply: We're definitely looking forward to The Lion King, my girlfriend has been wanting to go for months. I guess we'll be seeing you guys on the 18th!! Thank you for the awesome ezpeexperi you guys have created, we look forward to our visit.
Favorite movie theater! Clean and beautiful atmosphere!! It's like the rura royal treatment to see a movie!! Had a great time once again!!! Thank you Pinnacle
Theater is nice but staff places everyone setting next to other families and not even a third full. Amazing that not even a seat is kept between famines when not a busy show. Liked sitting anywhere better.
Great theater to go too. Concessions are a bit expensive but what theater isn't. 8$ for one large soda.
Very nice!!! Very clean!!! Love the high back seating, very comfortable!!!
We went and watch Hobbs and Shaw on the 4DX screen and is was amazing. Had water splashed on our face, wind blowing and rain dripping on our heads, not to mention the seats movement with the picture.
We went to a show that was supposed to start at 11:50am. We were the only ones in the theater which is always fun but waiting until 12:20pm to start the movie on top of having to go let someone know it wasnt doing anything after spending over $70 there seemed ridiculous.
This theater is great. They have amazing screens, great sound, and comfortable seats. My only complaint is concessions are a bit pricey other than that it is a great place to bring the family to watch a movie.
Love the theatre. Very cold , ac was cranked up. I dont like that you have to pick out your seat in advanced. Had noisy kids sitting behind me.
Very much enjoyed my movie experience here. The theater seemed to be very clean. When the lines at concessions started to get long, they opened more registers. The cashier even helped me get more for my money which is always a plus. My favorite thing was the self service ticketing so we got to skip the line there. All in all we will be back!
I watch more movies at home then at the theater but this is a very comfortable seating facility food is of course overpriced but the popcorn is good
A great place to enjoy a good movie with friends. Clean and inviting.
Nice theater just everything is super expensive. They do give military discount on standard tickets which is nice but limited times available for the big Hollywood movies.
We saw "The Lion King" on 4D. It was amazing!! Pricey, but worth it for the occasional worth-while movie... And this was!
Regal Pinnacle is my favorite movie theater in Knoxville, it's something about their glitzy lights and the somewhat Hollywood look they have, that I like. Anyway went to see Captain Marvel there on IMAX, ENJOYED IT. Crystal clear movie projection, stadium seating, and solid sound system for the IMAX theater room. Definitely a go to theater for a good movie and until movie time, there are plenty of other things around the area to keep you busy until then. Give it a try and enjoy your next movie there.
The theater is a nice theater, but Regal's prices are excessive. I can go to Cinemark and the matinees are half price of Regal's. I recommend going to Cinemark in Oak Ridge.
The experience was great. Imax was awesome! It was very expensive so I won't be back soon. And by the way, the movie was unbelievable!!!
Awesome place with big modern screens and seating. Great selection of movies with 18 screens. They have the RPX premium screen, IMAX screen, and as I'm writing this review they are installing a 4D screen with not just sound and video but environmental effects. Self-serve fountain machines are cool. And they have kiosks for condiments and adding as much butter to the popcorn as you want. Oh and they have beer.
This place has a great picture and great sound. They have very comfortable seats, and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. This is one of my favorite theaters to go to.
Best theater ever! My wife and I Love this theater so much we actually walk from where we live (around 3 miles) to escape for awhile and watch a movie. It's the walk back home that's not so good, Haha. However, maybe when were able to afford a vehicle, the whole experience will be much better.
I love the environment. The staff is greatand I like the location but I don't like the assigned seats and the cost is getting a little to high.
Imax creates a much more entertaining atmosphere for movies that use this medium to enhance the viewer's experience if the movie is made to utilize the IMAX software. It is not worth the additional cost for the standard movie.
I really enjoyed my visit , very clean , and the snacks are very good
Good clean theater. People are nice. Food is pricey but that's any theater. I visit here often.
This place keeps upgrading, definitely doing good
Nice clean location inside and out with a wonderful staff.
Excellent theater. Always clean and staff is always friendly.
Probably best theater experience in Knoxville. Reserve 4DX only for special occasions.
Every now and then you find a movie theater that understands why we go to the movies. This is one of those theaters. It's a great place to watch a movie and the absolute best place to experience one!
Going to the movies sure has changed! I mostly stay home & rent movies. So I was surprised when my mom & I had to pay $9 each at a matinee. The staff wasn't unpleasant, but not overly friendly, either. I guess that is the trend these days. That is one of the reasons I stay home & rent movies.
AMC is a much better theater
Large theater. Lots of indie movies. I make a special trip to Knoxville to see movies here.
Seats are comfy. Nice place.
I've always loved this theater always so clean and so big. My kids love it so much.
Helpful staff, clean theatres, and very comfortable seating. Easily my favorite theater in the area.
If you can see a movie here over anywhere else you have made a great choice. They always have friendly staff, clean theater, lots of space between aisles, great restrooms, and the seats are comfortable. This is the first place I look for the newest movies because of how many show times are avalible.
This is a really nice theater, one of the best in Knoxville. The problem is that they are WAY overpriced and nickle and dime you to death over every little thing. We just went there and went to the RPX movie showing. Dont wast your money. It's really not that different from the regular showings and it's $4.50 more per ticket. Not worth it at all.
i am a little late giving a review on this but i was very disappointed in the imax theater. i paid $36 for 2 tickets and nothing was different. i hate i wasted my money to buy those tickets. i wont do that again. i'll buy regular tickets b/c atleast i know what im getting. so disappointed.
Went to see MIB: International, and it was good. We got popcorn, and it was okay. I was irritated though, because I asked for extra butter, but it didn't taste like it had any. She didn't tell me that there was butter out in the lobby to add your own, and I didn't know until after the movie, so I knocked a star off.
Saw a really good movie. Theaters are clean.
My preferred go-to theatre. Very helpful and nice staff. Clean. I enjoy the reserved seating - no hassle in getting my choice seats! Price wise what you would expect to pay an arm and leg for concessions, but that's typical for theatres. I would suggest getting the regal crown club card, if you don't already have it, (their membership card) to obtain points from buying tickets and concessions. Essentially, it's just a nicer, but typical move theatre. Box office, arcade, lobby, and auditoriums. They have Standard, IMAX, screen x, 3D, RPX, etc. options for formats. Trying to call the box office, in my experience, is a nightmare and impossible, but finding movie times and buying the tickets through their website or app - or any other app, is simple. They also have a self serve ticket kiosk available in the lobby if you'd prefer that to the box office windows.
Always a great place to watch a movie. It's nice and cool, and a great selection of concession items!
While we enjoyed 4DX experience as well as the movie itself I'm not sure it was worth $36 for two tickets. Still though, there will be a lot of people find this experience well worth it. The seat moves with the show as well as other effects such as gushing air, sprays of water (which you can turn off), and most interestingly, small kicks to the back during the fight scenes. The audio quality in the room was astounding and of course the video was beautiful as well. We watch the movie Gemini with Will Smith which was one of his better movies. We certainly will return to this theater.
Man, this place was expensive. My friend and I got two water bottles, and they were six dollars each! That's why I don't buy food at theaters. Anyway, the air hockey machine was down which severely upset my friend because that's good favorite and a tradition for both of us. The other games were just... disappointing. The bathrooms were fine, but I still hate air dryers. The attendants never took our ticket stubs though so we could have probably just snuck into the theater without paying $33. At least the movie was good! I don't think it was worth $33 though.
Nice theater. I wished we would've went to the 4D theater but maybe next time. I've never been to a movie theater where you pick your seats from a seating chart while paying for the tickets. I kinda felt like we chose the wrong seats.
This place is definitely one of the best places to go watch a movie in Knoxville and the surrounding areas. It has a premium feel with premium movie seating and experiences with audio/visuals. The staff does not engage as much and the only people you will talk to are the cashiers. The management and staff are very cliquey and do not pay much attention to patrons that are walking around in the foyer area. It's really awesome if you have an appetite and don't want just popcorn drink and candy as they offer meals including chicken tenders, hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos etc. But definitely expect to pay the price for that premium at the movie theater. If you catch them on a lucky weekend or weekday there are a lot of movie premieres with famous actors that come to this Regal often as this is the headquarters for regal Cinemas. Little old Knoxville does have some hidden gems within it and this theatre is definitely a catch
Absolutely incredible place! The 4Dx was awesome! I have seen plenty of other movies here as well including Endgame on opening night. My only complaint was the 4DX theater was not cleaned when we arrived.
Love, love this theater. Very helpful staff with ticket issue. Always clean.
Overall great theater. I've viewed every type of screen they have each performed to expectation. In the early morning however start times don't seem to be exact for theaters with very few people in them. Which isn't particularly a problem especially for those schedule impaired people like myself. Staff is also generally polite and on point.
Nice staff. Average theater. Pretty clean. Seats could be more comfortable.
Easy check-in, wait time in concession was around 5 minutes, bathroom nearest the entry doors needs to be cleaned more often. Other bathrooms near movie rooms were clean.
We had an awesome experience watching Endgame! The 3D glasses kinda induced a headache but the seats were really comfortable and the staff was super nice. My only real complaint is that this theater appears to be about $4-5 more expensive than others offering the same things. I suppose it's just a preference things if you come here!
This place is AMAZING! We got through the line and concessions quickly and the theatres are clean and not broken down and ugly. Bathrooms were actually clean too lol
Awesome screens fun place for the best movies
I love this theater. The staff is so friendly.
Saw "They Shall Not Grow Old" here. Comfortable seats (accidentally fell asleep) and good sound and picture.
Need to put more butter and salt on the popcorn. But Toy Story 4 was a very good movie.
Watching the 50th Anniversary showing of Hello Dolly. It was fabulous.
Carries all the current movies in standard and many in IMAX, RPX, etc. Clean interior and comfortable seats.
I don’t know who thought assigned seats were a good idea, but it’s a shame. I won’t be back to this theater because of this. Seats are comfortable, sound is good, people are nice. But this just really irritated us.
4DX was a great experience watching Spiderman. Loved all movement and effects .
Very big! Used to go here a lot years ago when I'd go out to Turkey creek more. They play a lot of movies that won't appear closer to me but it's a shame it's so far out
Movies are so expensive!! But about 1-2 times a year we take a family trip to see a movie! We prefer the dollar movie theater because of the discount. Or even just a movie night at home complete with sundaes!! But it’s a beautiful movie theater that I’m sure is dazzling to kids
Best place around to watch movies love the 4D
regal cinemas pinnacle is awesome. ample bathrooms and clean too. movie selection is great. prices affordable.
Other regular Theater movie will Sux after Watching Joker in IMax!! IMax is the Bomb!
Love the 3-D theatre! Very accommodating & comfortable
Clean and comfortable. The courtesy person was very helpful.
Great time with the family ♡ loved the 4DX
Great experience with 4DX but I know some people didn’t like that
I should have went to Oak Ridge they have far better seating and actually a better theater by far
We went to go see Aladdin Memorial Day. If somebody had told me in 1992 that they were going to make Aladdin into a live action film I would have laughed at them. After seeing it in this awesome 4D X format, I would recommend seeing any movie as well as Aladdin it will be very memorable just as the last one was.
The best theater in Knoxville by far. Largest selection of movies with many showings of indie films and older films. IMAX auditorium is huge and has the best screen. A couple of the standard auditoriums have some dark projectors that could be calibrated better.
Changed my 4 to 5 stars. Thanks for the cleanliness, clear movies, and kind service. My family enjoys your theatre. God is good.
Saw Shazam! In RPX as a late showing and thoroughly enjoyed the movie and experience as a whole. Regal has always worked hard to provide an awesome movie experience, especially around fathom events.
Your food service was offering a combo for $10.49 and all employees said there was not a deal like that available and the next option was $16. They said that deal was not available and your managers blamed it on corporate not updating screens, but they had no fix for the screen deal advertised. If your advertising a deal then you should honor the deal that is advertised. OR have a fix that ALL employees are aware of. The lack of knowledge and awareness is poor and unacceptable for the price that is being paid. You have a wonder why people stay home and ignore theaters it's bc of terrible service doe outrageous price being paid. I will promise that I will NOT return to another Regal theater with this kind of disappointment.
I visit this theater almost every time I'm in Knoxville. It's a great theater; very clean and modern and always running the latest big movies.
Big selection of movies, includes small budget ones too. If you're a senior citizen you get discounted ticket price. Concession prices too high, but they are everywhere
I was, frankly, rather disappointed. Our seats were not great. The price was high enough that I was expecting the really nice, reclining seats, but we did not have those. They were still comfortable, but neither of my children could sit in them very well, even my almost 4 year old (they would fold up on her). For my two year old, I had to hold the seat down to keep it from folding up on her, but she was free so I can't really complain about that. Also, my some of my popcorn was a little burned. I was able to go back and get it replaced, even though I got a medium and not a large (so no refills), so that was nice, but even the new stuff had a few burned pieces. I'm not sure I'll go back to this theater, especially with my children.
Really is a great theater. Nice staff and clean bathrooms.
Me and my daughter loved Aladdin and the theater employees were so nice and helpful
