They will not sell movie tickets after the movie has already started. My daughter wanted to see a movie tonight, and we got to the theater a few minutes late. She was very disappointed. I've been going to movie theaters for four decades. I have NEVER had this issue. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! I know the theater doesn't care. I will go to AMC from now on.

Had the best experience seeing Lion King in the 4DX I love how the seats moved throughout the movie and how interactive it is. Please bring a jacket as you will get wet a little and it gets cold. Definitely worth the money

After typing, this became a long winded review, so the tldr; version is a decent theater overall (tight rows compared to most stadium seating and seats could be better), but some severe lack of management common sense keeps it from being great. Running with short staff, particularly in box office a concession. No backup runners in concession. Constant light movement in projection room throughout the film. I’ve visited this theater on a few different occasions when visiting Nashville, with this weekend being the most recent. Given that “Avengers: Endgame” was looking to be the biggest cinema opening in history, we purchased tickets with assigned seats online a couple weeks ago, and as such arrived at the theater a little over an hour early. The first thing that caught my eye was that even at prime time Saturday night on “Avengers” weekend, not even every box office register was staffed. Getting inside, the lines for entrance to the auditorium each had only one person operating, resulting in lines to the door. Luckily, this moved relatively fast as my particular showing had been moved to an auditorium on the other side (ticket email showed 20, but our showing had been moved to 10), so I got to go through the line twice. During this time, we noticed concession lines were also backed to the door, so after confirming which screen, I got in the concession line. This was a full 50 minutes before showtime. Even that early, I still barely made it in time for the start of the movie (missed the previews) and never even had time to use the restroom (before a 3 hour film). Plus it meant people continuing to stream in for the first 20 minutes of the film. What struck me was that once again, on this weekend, not only were all concession registers not running, none of them had backups to help get the orders. This was beyond ridiculous. Finally, no less than a dozen times (it was so distracting I started counting) someone was either turning on a light, or moving around the projection room with a flashlight as light kept moving across the seatbacks in front of us. Seemed our row was the unlucky one where it hit, and several people in the row kept looking back trying to figure out what is was. All in all a very disappointing experience for one of the most anticipated films ever, and all for issues that could have been managed. I will avoid this theater for any future prime openings when I’m in town.

I love that there is reserved seating. Seriously, this should be a thing is all theaters. Courteous staff, great popcorn, clean restrooms, nothing to complain about. If it didn't cost $60 for 3 people to go see a movie, we would go all the time...but it was definitely worth it to see Endgame!

Went to see Avengers: Endgame here. It was a very nice theatre. When we went to buy tickets at the window, they assign you seats. It was good because they wanted to let you know if people were sitting behind you or in front of you. If there was anything I would suggest to them, it is that when the movie starts the volume needed to be turned up. They also had a full bar at the theater entrance, which was pretty cool. It was only about $12 to get in, but for the extra large screen it was not too bad.

Clean, nice. But parking can be awful and the prices just keep going up and up and up. And unlike some surrounding theaters, this one doesn’t have reclining seats in some of the normal theaters. Will continue to patron Nashville Hollywood instead.

Went to the early showing of spiderman homecoming at the screen x screen x is not worth it and you don't even even experience screen. X the entire movie only parts of it and the theater is uncomfortably small save your money and time and just go with standard or Imax

I bought tickets online so I didnt deal with any of the staff. They might be great. However, the theater was too warm and smelled musty. The seats were okay. They rocked, which was cool. However, they did not recline and there was little leg room. Time for renovations?

No reclining seats for expensive price? Manager wandered around then when someone came in he would literally chase after them saying I need your ticket. While I was there a FEDEX rep came in with a package. When the Mgr saw him walking in he yelled across lobby saying Sir. I need to see you ticket! The rep said . I’m with FEDEX. Not a good experience at all.

I really wish I could give this zero stars. I waited in line literally 30 minutes to get concessions. On a Saturday there was two people working there. That’s ridiculous in itself. Furthermore the popcorn was stale and when I asked if we could get fresh popcorn the guy working the counter said sure in ten minutes we can gladly sell you another container. This experience has ensured I’ll never return here despite living right across the street from the mall. I’ve never left a review anywhere but clearly this deserved it.

Waited in line 40 minutes for popcorn and a drink, but that was probably just because of Endgame being released. Staff was super friendly, even when they had to take care of so many people. The IMAX rows were super tight, and if more than one person is in the row you have to get to, you're gonna be bumping into their legs. A lot of people during the movie were just hopping over the rail just to get out of the theater.

The 4dx was a fun experience but it didnt match the movie. The seats and effects went off during normal conversation and was completely still during action scenes. That sucked, but if they can sync up the 4d with the movie it would be super awesome

Great facility, clean and well lit. Staff was very unassuming. Extremely long concession lines. Missed the beginning of my movie due to 30 minutes in line. Theaters clean and sound was excellent. Bathrooms were clean and obviously serviced often.

A great theater! It's pretty modern and has great seating. They have newer equipment than some other local theaters so the video and audio quality is superb. The concession stand can have a long, slow line so make sure you arrive early enough to get popcorn and drinks if you want. They also serve beer and some other alcoholic drinks like sangria. Parking at Opry Mills can be an enormous pain on weekend nights, so be prepared for that as well. Overall, I love this theater and recommend it!

The theater was clean, staff friendly and seating comfortable. Arrived at the consessions counter 5 minutes before start of the movie and was told that hot food (i.e. hot dogs, hamburgers) would not be ready for another 5 minutes. It was a peak opportunity for profit and staff wasn't ready.

This is one of my favorite locations to go and watch a movie. Its located inside Oprymills Mall which has so much to offer. I would recommend this location to a friend.

We took our grandsons here for what we thought was going to be an enjoyable afternoon--the staff were terrible directed us to the wrong theater and then we had to sit through over 45 minutes of ads and previews--and the prices they charge--WOW over $80 for 3 adults and 2 kids plus my military discount! This place is NOT a good or pleasant place to go in fact avoid Opry Mills Mall all together and you'll be much better for doing so.

I waited in line at the concession stand for 40 minutes. The young woman who took my order argued with me when I ordered a Coke Zero that Diet Coke was the same as she was filling my cup. When I had point to her that Coke Zero was a different beverage she did not apologize and was rude to me.

It's been awhile since I've been here and a lot has changed. And sad to say, but I dont think it's all for good. So first is when you purchase your tickets they tell you what seats you want to take! So they have this small screen where it shows the seating on the room your going into watch the movie. So you have to choose before going in. I didnt know that, you cant pick where ever you choose when going inside the movie room as other places, which it's kinda of a nuisance. May he just for me ,but just dont like it. Then at the snack place I saw that the prices are way more than other theaters, the lines are way to long and they dont have alot of help. Kinda sucks because if your a popular place you know. It was like going to a Walmart! Lol.. long lines and 2 cashier's open!!!! Not lying I spent over 20mins in line waiting to get help, my movie was already starting. I had gone 20mins early before the show and I was missing it because of the slow moving lanes! Its frustrating when you know they have more employees and that they can do something about it, but they dont! So just be ready for along waiting

This is the second time I have been to this theater and it is a really good place except the concession stand during big movie opening. They open and close lines for the concession stand through out the day. Constantly keeping lines with 10-15 people in each I missed 55 minutes of avengers so my family could have drinks and popcorn. We got to the theater 30 minutes early and had to leave the line just to catch the beginning of the movie and we was still 10 people away from ordering. Then I came back alone and waited 40 minutes and the third time to get refills another 30 minutes.but even with that the place is nice the seats kinda lean back and the movie experience is top notch.

Really good movie theater. The seats are the recliner types but that does mean you have to pre-choose a seat. Clean theater with nice bathrooms. They always have a great movie selection. The only reason they're not 5 stars is that the concession stand lines are absurdly slow and long even when 4 or 5 are open. So, come with enough time to wait in line if you're going to buy snacks or a drink. They do have a great selection on food, though.

We go here all the time, and usually it’s fine; maybe a little expensive, but it’s a treat. But, recently, I went with my grandmother and my sister, and our experience was absolutely horrible. We waited in a line for twenty minutes, amidst other loud and rude customers. There were only two lines open and both were going very slowly. When we got to the ticket booth, we checked the time for our movie, but it wasn’t the time that was adverstised on the website. We had looked up the time for our movie only an hour earlier, but they had changed the time. My sister has severe anxiety, and it was going through the roof. It was overall a very uncomfortable experience that I won’t be subjecting myself, or my family, to again. Opry is an okay theatre if you plan to go mid-day, but it’s a horrible place to go past seven o’clock.

So our movie was having problems in the beginning. Management apologized and kept us updated on what was happening. We got to watch the entire movie but missed a portion of the short film at the beginning. No big deal, but they still gave each of us a free ticket good for over a year for the inconveniences. I was also happy with the "small" beverage and Cheetos popcorn.
