Easy access for parking and into the theatre. But the inside is old and smells old. The kids working the popcorn and soda were polite and very nice. Sad to see the place in such a disarray.

The seats are comfortable and the acoustics are good. Seems pretty clean and I have yet to be crowded or unable to see a movie. My new favorite close-by theater.

Ticket guy was digging and wiggling in his pants for about 3 minutes straight, lifting his leg like some chihuahua. When we went to get our tickets he was fastening his belt back into place infront of us. Absolutely disgusting, take it to the bathroom.

The theater is fine, quiet since there is NOTHING in this mall anymore. There is nothing wrong with this particular movie theater, but I would go elsewhere just for a greater opportunity to do other things in a nicer location.

My wife and I enjoy going to the Regal Cinema. This afternoon we saw The Bumblebee movie. As we were leaving, the Manager stopped us and handed my wife a Christmas card with (2) $10 gift cards enclosed and a personal note inside. She has stopped us before and thanked us for coming. She said it made her day to see us on a Saturday afternoon. She's just a little thing and I am sorry I don't remember her name. All the people there are very courteous and polite.

Waited in line for 10 minutes to get popcorn and drink but finally left. There was only 1 person in front of us. Pure laziness here without any type customer service provided. What do you expect from a failing Mall theater though? Never coming back here again.

The Theater is attached to a mall but pretty much the whole mall except a store or two plus the Theater is dead. The service is good, the sound isn't to loud, and the theater is clean. Great Time overall

I grew up going to this theater. And even though it's a bit dated, it's like a perfect 90s time capsule. Neon lights and that retro carpet. So good. Oh yeah, the theater itself is solid too! Good staff, good popcorn, and one of the few reasons to hit up East Towne left.

Movie was great, the new Aladdin. Not my favorite Regal theater. It smelled a little musty in that theater but seats were comfortable and not crowded so no one kicking the back of my seat or distracting me.

Nice place. Super slow and barely anyone goes to this mall anymore, where the theatre is located. Go here if you wanna see a new movie but don't want it to be packed and have a bunch of kids screaming. Saw venom 2nd day out and there were only like 15-20 people in the theatre.

I was a tad bit turned off by this location due to the rachetness of people who are in the movie with me. I almost asked for a rain check but I did not want to have to come back to this specific location again. The staff was definitely pleasant but the seating was a bit dated. It looks like they may have did a big cleanup because the piss smell isn't necessarily there anymore but the old smell and Dated look is definitely still there. The plaza is very clean and the prices are.... well movies are high AF anyway but other than that you might get a good experience who knows. I would definitely suggest Regal downtown which is only 10 minutes away if you have the ability to make it. Godspeed and good movies.

Small screens and you'll feel like your watching a movie in a ghost town. Ok, so maybe the abandoned feeling has more to do with the mall overall, not just the theater, but there are definitely some Silent Hill vibes going on (the creepy rubber ducky claw machine near the front doesn't help). It is a well maintained facility, very clean and all that, but there are some small signs of being dated. You'll notice the Regal logo is not the current one used in other theaters. In all fairness, one could imagine that they were going for a vintage feel, but when combined with the tiny screens and awkward auditorium layouts, it makes you feel like you time traveled to a not-so-pleasant portion of the 80's. All in all, not a terrible place to watch a movie, but I would much rather a friend's couch since I'd be comfortable and it probably wouldn't feel as spooky.

My family and I went to the summer deal where tickets are 1$ and you can watch an older movie (we saw how to train your dragon 2). It was fun, but I was really surprised and a little upset that they made me pay for my 1 year old to watch! We walked around for half of it so for older kids, like my 4 year old it was perfect. Just think it's weird that babies aren't free. I mean they don't even watch lol. Next time my younger son will have to stay home with a sitter.

Went on a Friday, manager was having to run back and forth between selling tickets and helping the two employees selling concessions. Movie started at 1:15, got in line for popcorn at one...didn't get into the theater until 1:20. Employee had no idea how to run the register

Still one of the best movie complexes around. Clean and safe. Matinees, super comfy chairs. Be prepared for sticker shock at the concession stand. They do accept fandango digital tickets.

They wouldn’t let me get a refill on a $7 coke don’t go here go to AMC across the street you can get a refill on any size drink the African American gentlemen said “No it has to be a large you can fill it up with water fountain water though.”

My wife and I really wanted to see the movie "The Meg" in 3D. Being from Pittman Center, we drove along way to see it here. We arrived very early and waited for the movie to begin. There arose a problem. Through the 3D glasses the movie was quite blurry. And one lense of the glasses was red and the other one blue, just like the old style of 3D. It got up and went to the young man outside to get another pair of glasses. Still the same thing. My wife and I went out into the lobby to ask for a refund as we have spent a lot of money to see this movie. (Which I think is ridiculous) the attendant checked with a manager, who was no where in view. And discovered a lense needed to be placed on the projector in order to make it 3D. By this time we missed the first part of the movie. The reason I give four stars is because the movie was so good, and the young man was so nice in fixing the problem. I just wished we could have seen the whole movie than to waste our time going back and forth. I don't know if I will return to this theater. Sorry for the book.
