EDIT: All seats are now $6. l go here regularly, and the staff is always very nice, friendly, and ready to assist me in any way that I might need. If I'm seeing more than one movie, and that are spaced far apart, everyone is totally fine with me sitting in the dining area. There used to be a restaurant in there, but there isn't any more, so there are plenty of places to sit and relax. The popcorn is always good, and it is kettle-cooked not air-popped. The seats are comfortable, the sound is great, and the image is very sharp. It's one of my favorite places to go, and one of the funnest experiences I have in Jackson!

Manager is rude and yells at his employees. I caught the staff filling the popcorn machine with yesterdays popcorn from a garbage bag. I saw one employee grab popcorn with his bare hand and eat it. I havent been back since.

The movie theater itself isn't bad, but it's obvious that's it's dying. All three of the staff members were nice. My boyfriend and I went to go see Midsommar at 7:15 yesterday at this theater. All was good, we were the only people in the showing. The scary thing is, when we were leaving my boyfriend commented on how empty it was. Like cricketts chirping. Then we looked out in the parking lot and my car was the ONLY car in the lot. So we go outside and the doors locked behind us. Weird. So we get in the car and I drive around to see if there was another lot for employees. NAH, they left us there. Alone. How freaking scary, you watch a horror movie and then you're left alone at 9:50.. what if something would've happened? What if we weren't good people and we jumped over the counter and feasted on the stale popcorn. Maybe you guys should think about not doing that to people. Don't go here at night, it's scary.

I'm giving this place 1 star because of the ridiculous "CASH ONLY" policy. I show up here to watch a movie in the year 2018 and I'm told that I can't pay with a Credit/Debit card. So I'm told that I can use the ATM inside to get cash. …

The pros - Theater was clean, seats were comfortable, movie started on time with good sound quality, cheap matinee pricing, the girl at the concession stand was friendly and attentive The cons - EVERYTHING ELSE Kid taking money was less than friendly Kid taking tickets just looked at me when I walked into the door and presented my ticket Popcorn tasted stale and like it was leftover from last night Person who appeared to be manager on duty was standing at concession stand basically yelling at the staff about another employee My entertainment dollars will be spent somewhere else next time

The movie was great bit why in the heck did this theater go to a cash only model? No debit for tickets or snack bar, but they conveniently have an atm you can use. Doubt I will be bringing my family back again.

This is the place to go if you don't want to feel like you are sitting in your neighbor's lap. Prices are the same as other theaters. The staff is friendly and the theater's are comfortable and safe.

This place has really gone down since they first opened. FIRST.... They only take cash. This has been going on for a few months so plan ahead.... SECOND.... When they first opened this place was a real treat for our area- Friendly, Served Real Food while you watch a movie, very nice seats, take debit cards, fresh popcorn, etc.... NOW... It is All about how cheap they can be.... Not a treat anymore! The only plus now is the seats! The staff isn't friendly no more real food while you watch a movie, no more fresh popcorn, etc.

I guess it was ok to see the latest Marvel flick. I was dissatisfied that they only accepted cash. Seems pretty archaic. Luckily, I had some on me. The theatre as a whole has not necessarily aged well. A little behind in sound system and screening. I felt like I stepped back into the late 90s early 2000s!

I made two trips in one. My first and my last. Apparently, this is a cash only establishment. To me, in 2018, that should never happen because it signifies two things. 1) someone is skimming more money off the top and inevitably ending in closure due to tax evasion, and 2) that they are too Lazy to find credit card processing companies that have smaller fees. I do wish the employees good luck for having to deal with disgruntled patrons such as myself. I drove over an hour because of the brags I heard about this establishment. I could have driven another 30 mins and went to a more awesome theater. The cash only policy is just one of the many epic flaws of this theater. But feel free to visit and see nice chairs in the theater rooms. Maybe you will find one that’s not sticky. :)

Cash only, both for tickets and food. Not a large selection of snacks and the largest soda is a 32ounce and that's $5.75. The popcorn wasn't that great, tasted like the kind you pop at home on the stove. The theater rooms need to be updated so you don't hear the other movies muffled sounds. Seats rock, but they look like older models, not very comfortable. Next time I will try the Dyersburg theater, they may be 43 miles away, but they look better. No way to see if they are except to try them. But as far as Cinema Planet 10, not really expensive, but you get less than what you pay for.

Movie listings we're wrong waited for ever to be told that the movie I came to see wasn't playing. This was my five year olds Valentine's date she cried and cried....so disappointed I'll stick with drive in.

They no longer allow payment with your bank card. You have to use cash. They have an ATM available. But are you charged a fee? It use to be a nice place but I will make a different choice.

Very poorly lit theaters. Accepts cash only. Seats are comfortable but no arm rests. For a better experience, go to the Hollywood 16.

Took my granddaughter there to see How to Save Your Dragon 3. Loved it! Good theater. They only take cash so be ready for that. They have 10 movies going. Have been here several times.

A little expensive for what they offer. Sound quality was good. Seats were comfortable. A lot of trash from the previous showings and it wasn't a highly attended movie ...maybe 15 people in the 7:30pm showing since if was a Christian movie. To get that amount of trash it probably had not been cleaned all day. Concession stand is skimpy at best...popcorn is good though. Here again pricey for what little they offer.

If I could rate it less then I would. I was paying in cash anyway but they ONLY take cash. Not fair to those who never carry cash. The theater only had one staircase and the one exit it had was on the opposite wall. the chairs were so uncomfortable and the popcorn was subpar. The only reason I go to the movies is for the popcorn and it was of the same (or lesser) quality than I could make at home. I do not recommend.

This place was awesome when it first opened. When we visited the first time we were handed a menu and we ordered a dinner which was brought to us right in the theater. The seats were large, cozy & comfortable. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was enjoyable. This place has really gone downhill. The theaters are nasty and the wallpaper is peeling in strips in the lobby. And every time we come management has made some new money saving decision which obviously will result in this theater closing. Honestly, I don't think they care. Whether it's a tax write-off or some other fiscal opportunity, this theater is being deliberately run into the ground.

The popcorn wasn't fresh... they tried to give us hot fountain drinks with barely any ice. Oh yea and the lights weren't working right.. who wants to watch a horror movie with the lights on? I mean really one theater in Jackson has a fresh remodel and just opened another new one. Well cinema planet 10 will be out of business sooner rather than later at this rate...

I worked 59.3 hours in six days the owner doesn't pay overtime I agree to work these hours through the holidays and everything I did not know that he didn't pay overtime but not have beat it is but I did the theater has great seating though LOL

A nice theatre with comfortable and modern seating. You can order beer and a few food items from the concessions area. There is a place to sit and eat if you choose.

Went to see the new Halloween movie, and while trying to watch the movie an employee very loudly attempted to remove someone from the theater. I understand that it was his job to handle the situation, but the fact that we paid $10 a piece and it get interrupted by an employee was unacceptable. The situation was not handled in the best manor for the rest of the paying customers. Luckily we were able to finish the movie, but it was very distracting.

This place is a huge disappointment. They only accept cash which is an inconvenience when the majority of people pay with debit/credit. For this place to be a "newer" movie theater in Jackson it sure doesn't seem like it. The movie room had a weird ammonia like smell and the only concession available when I went was stale popcorn. The staff is always seen huddled around the concession area talking and not going their jobs, even when the restrooms are filthy. I will not return to this location.

For some reason they think it makes sense that only on Saturdays after 6 a child can't watch a horror movie even when their parents are present. We drive 30 mins to go watch IT in jackson and get turned down because my brother can't watch the movie even with adults present. Why only on Saturday after 6? That makes no sense. Needless to say they lost some business after tonight.

Only $6 to watch any movie any time! Very clean place, and comfortable seats! Just don't drive out there if you intend to watch R rated movies with a minor who has no ID, you will not get in, even if you're their parent.

They can't keep any good help other than kids. Manager looks like he rolled out of bed and grabbed the first grungy, wrinkled shirt he could find on the floor. Food and tickets are stupid expensive, even by theater standards. Bathrooms were really clean tonight, which is really a first for this location. This is a theater of last resort.

This was our favorite cinema primarily for the comfortable seating which is only on the left side of the building. Also we live a mile away. It has a nice sound and picture quality. Usually friendly service and clean. The cash policy sucks, but we've learned by now. What bothers me most is the lack of free refills on a large combo like our other theatre. The place has really just went down hill and it's still more expensive.

Bathrooms are never cleaned or stocked properly, most of the tv screens for times showings are either off or broken, and prices are high (but you expect that in a theater.) They do have really comfy seats, they don’t recline but I don’t need that. Screens are clean and speakers work. Floors are cleaned up most of the time. Technically the necessities are taken care of, but they could try to take care of the building.

Kind of sad for a theater to make their on review's. Who is going to five a place five stars, when they only accept cash? That's the main reason I quit going. I just can't wait till the new theater opens up next year, so this place can finally be shut down. I'll stick to Hollywood until then, sad thing is they are both run by the same people lol.

We attended with my daughter for a birthday party. The theater was great. Great picture and sound quality. Now the lobby on the other hand seems to have had apparent water damages and not been repaired, especially the floors where the girls had their party. Coming from a previous profession dealing in water damage,I was a little taken back

Staff that collects money for admission was rude!!!! If he doesn't like his job or it's hard for him to just bend a little and get the money and return your change then he needs to get a new job!!!! The staff at the snack stand were really friendly and polite and quick to get your order!!!! But its absolutely horrible that you have to pay cash for everything because most people carry cards...its an absolutely pain!!!!

My family wanted to see “I can only imagine” this weekend well we got up there and we saw the sign that said cash only. My mom tried to use her pin at the ATM but it didn’t work. If you don’t except credit/debit cards these days you have some issues.

I give it a three star mainly because driving time it's close and compared to my usual theatre I go too which is way better. I'd give it more stars and better review if I could use my debit card instead of cash and occasionally it's dirty. I loved when it first opened they brought you food while you sat and watched the movie and it was clean, still friendly service but it's gonna take more than that to be booming theatre again. However, no matter the reviews I don't think it'll change any time soon..

Our experience here was not a good one! The ladies bathroom & lobby were very unclean. Staff looked extremely slouchy & the tickets we received weren't even for the correct time for the movie we were there to see. I would not go back to this theater!

Garbage everywhere, Dirty bathrooms, can only pay with cash. Not a single price on the menu board for snacks. Spent over $40 on popcorn and a drinks to be told they were out of napkins.....can't wait till the new place on vann drive opens.

Movie play quality was good and the seats are comfortable. They stopped taking credit cards??? Most of the staff seemed unhappy except for the person at the ticket window who was very friendly. Still the number 1 choice in Jackson for a movie theater.
