The best part of this theater is the price. It's much cheaper than any other theater in the area. Other than that, it's nothing special. It's not very busy, but is fairly clean. The Madison/Rivergate area has went way down hill in the last 15 years, so it's a rough crowd. I usually try to go to Mount Juliet or Opry Mills.

Just so everyone knows the hours are not posted but they open 15 min before the earliest movie. Prices for matinee is not bad as well.

We went and a lady brought 8 kids into an R rated movie. They talked the whole time and threw popcorn and ran around giggling. Multiple people left. But the problem with the THEATER is that the security guards did nothing. This theater isn’t worth it: take the drive and go to a nicer one.

The movie theater parking lot is horrendous. It definitely needs to be rid of the trash and the asphalt need repaired. The theater is older but the lobby was nice and clean. Inside of theater 2 could have been cleaned better. The staff was extremely nice.

Went with a friend Saturday night we were in the last theater on the left when you make a left at the hallway we both have bites on our arms. I used to enjoy coming here because you can't beat the price for current movies but bites....we both still have bites on our arms I'm just hoping we didn't bring home bed bugs. Check the top row seats right under the reel window. I won't be back ever again.

Brought my ticket on Atom, so that I didn't have to wait in line. Sure enough, still had to wait in line because apparently the stuff doesn't know how Atom should/generally work and had me wait in a line almost out the door. Last time I visit this theatre. Which in the end had made me miss the majority of the trailers.

It is a good theater, not great. The icee machine seems to be regularly not working and the seats are the old style, which mean they dont recline, but it is never too crowded and is cheap. We go here often.

Just saw Avengers Endgame. Arguably the biggest movie opening of the year. And this theater couldn't make sure the air conditioning was working. Ruined the experience. Yes the tickets are $3 cheaper than Regal Cinemas in Hendersonville, but it's worth twice that to actually be able to enjoy a movie

This theater definitely needs some life given to it. We arrived for a late feature around 8pm and they had already locked the doors 10 minutes after 8. Another customer let me in. I was told they were closed but I said "you still have tickets to sell right?" She agreed to sell me tickets. I don't know if this is the norm for this location but that was my experience.

Our previews started 10 minutes late then the movie cut off twice! They offered refunds but you had to wait in line bc only 1 person could give refunds...which was also the only person that could've tried to restart the movie...one person in our group had already thrown away her ticket so they would not give her a refund at all. They offered a giftcard but she would have had to wait until he was done refunding everyone else's tickets. Did I mention we were there for someone's birthday?

It was very hot in the building. The movie theater area had ac but the rest seemed to be struggling. The customer service was really good. Friendly and quick. The popcorn was great. One of the soda machines were down but the others were fine. They have shut one side down since last time i was there and just had a black tarp over the area which brought down the over all venue rating. It was clean enough though and everything was stocked. The bathroom was good and the sound was loud but as I have yet went to a movie theater that didnt seem loud. Screen was in good shape. Overall great experience just hope they can get the air fixed in the main part and possibly do something with the trash bag looking covering on the side they no longer use. Will return

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The place was disgusting, trash was every where. They didn't even clean the theater before the next movie. The people were talking through the movie. Then when we asked for a refund, no one apologize and the manager acted as if she didn't even care. I will never go here again.

This place is rough on the inside. Theater screen was small and the room smelled like mildew. Could use some remodeling. Staff was okay and the tickets were cheap compared to other places. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

Pulled in the parking lot, not a car in sight, I thought it was a shut down or abandoned theater because of the amount of liter in the parking lot. Showed up 20 min prior to Showtime. The theater wasn't even opened. Two employees showed up, called management to state that the opener hadn't showed up yet and that there was a line of people waiting outside. A manager finally showed, about 20 min later, let us in, we waited while he got cash drawers, turned lights on, opened the snack stand. It was hot inside, there was old popcorn in the machine from day before, visable food crumbs all over lobby, dirty drink machines, filthy floors that haven't been swept or mopped in a while, walls had filth on them, bathrooms a mess. We did not get food or drink, it was that nasty and I didnt think it was worth the risk of getting sick. The movie was already playing, not previews, but the movie we paid full price for even after all the drama. The manager and emoyees were clueless, slow, and just sat around. No-one was cleaning this filth, sweeping, or anything else. Lazy, when clearly there was plenty to do. I watched them after my movie was done while I waited for my son's movie to be over. They all just sat around on phones or were goofing around with family members who came in to I guess hang out. The price is cheap, but not worth the aggravation and disgust. I'd rather pay more and be in a good clean environment then go here. We are from out of state, so didn't know any better when choosing this theater.

The AMC classic Madison 10 is my favorite movie place, the representatives are very cordial and the atmosphere is great, also they keep the cost reasonable as it's not too expensive.

Guy at ficket/refreshments was very.nice. small theater but its clean and affordable versus driving to IMAX in Opry Mills. Only bad thing I could say for it is the AC. I found it kind of stuffy and warm. But my mother (who is cold nature) was very comfortable.

We rented one of the theaters last night for a church movie event. Our experience last night was incredible. The manager Amber was fantastic to work with on this event. The customer service was great! The only reason I give a 4 star instead of 5 is we had a few hiccups leading up to our event. I would totally go back for another event and believe our few road bumps have been worked out for next time. The other thing is the chairs could use a little updating. Plus side they have a refillable drink machine including icees. They also allow you to add your own butter to the popcorn!

Horrible sound quality. No interior lights so people had to use their cell phone to find seats. Almost 40 minutes of commercials and previews (I like previews but that was too much and mostly commercials) I will not be back.

Staff is friendly, ticket prices are great, and movie selection is good. Concession prices are competitive with other theaters. Owner needs to spend the money to get this place fixed up and remodeled. Ceiling tiles missing in theaters, dirt everywhere, peeling wallpaper, sticky floors, and stained seats. The whole building needs a makeover. It would bring in more customers and ultimately a larger profit margin because the theater could increase their ticket prices and still bring customers in the door due to how nice and welcoming the newly remodel is.

Went here on Father's Day. Paid for a sitter and waited in the concessions line for tickets. The crowd seemed a little young for the movie I went to go see and the trailers were not remotely the same genre. I got scared that I might have gone int the wrong theater. Double-checked my ticket and it was right. Turns out they double-booked a theater for 2 different movies. When the wrong movie started half of the crowd had to get up and ask which theater we needed to go to. We were told we could wait around for 3(!) hours and see the next showing of the movie we purchased the tickets for. Went to get a refund and they refused because I didn't have my torn ticket...just the actual credit card receipt. They made me go back into an active movie theater and use my cell light to find the torn ticket under my seat. The staff thought the mix up was hilarious. Also I had to INSIST they refund my overpriced concessions because I was unable to actually see the movie. Don't cut corners...go to Regal. AMC has the feel of a crack den.

We took our 4 year old to see Pikachu detective. After waiting through all the previews, the lights came on and the movie didn't start. They worked on the movie and 20 minutes later they were able to get it started. They did offer free passes which was a nice gesture. Everything was great, until we watched the entire movie only for the movie that was about to come to the conclusion, only for the movie to roll credits and we missed the last 10 minutes. I have had trouble on two other occasions with the movie failing to start on time.

The staff here was really friendly on our visit. The ticket prices were also rather decent. It was hard to overlook the odors and overall cleanliness of the place though. When we started to walk to our movie area there was a bad odor in the air. As you would guess the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. Any smell was bearable in the theater room. The speakers were set a bit too loud as well. No arcade or activity center if you get,there early and the seats weren't very comfortable. Its worth the visit if you can overlook the flaws, but personally the only thing I couldnt overlook was the cleanliness of this place.

The price of the tickets were great but they were out of Coke Zero in 3 of the 4 drink machines, and it was still very watery. The movie wasn't correctly cropped and it cut of a portion of the edge of the movie.

Older theatre and less frills than other local theatres in the area, but the ticket prices are by far much cheaper as well. Usually not nearly as packed as other theatres, so Usually never any long lines for consession or tickets.

It's a good option if you don't want to deal with the crowds at Opry Mills or 100 Oaks, but the screens are very small and the sound in the theaters is flat.

The staff was nice behind the counter and the popcorn fresh, but the theaters sound did not work, when I told the ticket takers they did not seem to care at all, left the sound off during the previews and when the movie started, the sound was still off. Had to go back and tell them again to turn on the sound, then had to ask them to start movie over because I missed the first 5 min asking them to fix the sound. Need some pride in the work.

Usually like this theater but this trip there was apparently water damage to the room, as there were giant air movers in it, and even though they weren't on the musty smell and moisture in the air were severe. Before the movie started the projection was scrambled but at least the movie itself showed correctly. The popcorn was old but the drink machine was working with all flavors.

Absolutely the worst theatre I've ever been to. There is always something wrong. Sticky floor bad sound, movie out of focus, off frame, or bad aspect ratio. When you notify someone they are rude, unhelpful, and inconsiderate. If you buy tickets ahead of time you STILL have to stand in line to get a paper ticket because they don't have a mobile reader or kiosk. You may be tempted to go because they are the cheapest theatre around, but you get what you pay for. I really hoped when they were bought by AMC that there would be improvements and there have been some minor cosmetic ones, but until they get better staff or management that gives a damn, it's not worth the trouble.

Very dirty, needs a separate ticket taker so I don’t need to wait in the long line for concessions. The a/c seemed to be off in the lobby during one of the hottest/humid days of the year. My group and I will never be back.

The theatre needs to have a ticket taker in the lobby separate from getting them at the food counter. Not everyone wants food. The line was huge . People missed some of the opening previews because if it. Other than that..the movie was fantastic

Came to the theater to see Venom. We were greeted as soon as we came in the door! The staff was fabulous, super friendly!!! The theater was very clean and had a wide range of seating options! Highly recommend this theater!

I have to rate this particular location one star. The lines are way to long. The staff need proper training to handle large crowds. The security Officer's are a joke. They kept selling tickets for a 7:45 showing of the movie "US", when it was already filled to capacity. People were standing all around the wall with nowhere to sit. I got my money back and lefted. I will not be returning to this location.

Our online tickets never scan and the employees can't figure out how to enter them. They end up saying "just go on in". The theater we were in today smelled like mold and mildew. The only good thing I can say about this particular AMC is that the ticket prices are decent. We will definitely visit other AMC theaters, but not this one

Went 2 weeks ago to see Ma,stood in line fo17 minutes to find movie didn't start till 2pm. On website stated 1pm. Staff stated nothing she could do about situation,did I want a ticket to come back at 2pm. Out of large bags for popcorn,stated her management knew about it,nothing she could do. Needless to say left without seeing movie or getting popcorn. Standing in line to buy tickets at concession stand is ridiculous.Do better or you will be closed down.

The movie screen was good but the seats smelled if mildew or something like old they definitely could use new seats.but other than,well the bathroom women's was pretty gross and it wasn't all that busy it was at four o'clock during the day and they needed to be cleaned for sure.the girl who worked the concession window though we're very sweet both of them,and that's the only employees that we came in contact with or seen for that matter and this wasa Saturday afternoon.

Movie started late. Could not go into theater due to the static. Very very loud had to stand outside in the hallway and still the noise was extraordinary. Asked several staff people about the noise and they were all very non considered even a bit condescending. There was no effort put out for an alternative arrangement. Was told it will stop soon as the movie starts. After waiting 15 mins the sound did cease but it was a long tortuous 15 mins. Just standing around holding drinks snacks and a purse. In the future I will just pay the extra $$ and head over to Opry Mills. The theater also had a very heavy moldy smell. Not an ideal situation. Cudtomer service was pretty terrible.

Waited in line for 45 minutes because they had two registers open on a Saturday night. Ended up being 25 minutes past movie start time by the time we were a few customers away from the register so we left. Made the mistake of going back the next morning.. they didn’t turn the projectors on in the theater. We just sat in the dark (after notifying someone behind the counter) for about 20 minutes waiting for them to figure out how to operate a movie theater. Then! The volume was cut by about 75% just before the movie started, and we had to go talk to them again. Hilariously bad and poorly managed movie theater

I’ve only had one negative experience here out of about the 20 times I’ve been here, and that was when a popular movie released and they were PACKED to capacity. Other than the one experience the customer service is great, theaters are always very clean, food is handled in a timely manner and also clean working environment. My first go to movie theatre

Although the price is reasonable compared to the other competitors in the area, for A Lists stubs member this location isn’t worth visiting. It’s dirty in the parking lot, it looks poorly run inside, it’s not clean, lights aren’t working, it looks like they’re close to closing down. The theater itself is outdated. The seats are old and bumpy they don’t recline, you can’t pick your seats in advance and there’s a weird odor throughout the building. I was just surprised AMC allows the brand to be represented this way. The one pro I can say is the the staff was extremely friendly and nice. They just need to invest in the place, it’s not up to par at all.

Projector broke, couldn't watch movie. Spent $30 on popcorn and drinks to sit and not watch a movie. They gave passes for another movie. Will probably take them to a nicer location. Place was a little dirty, lobby needed to be swept. We went to an arcade instead.

Got to movie I went to take my seat didn't they clean until I walked to my seat one cleaner basic told to get out so rude terrible customer services .. when wait in the lobby no one never came out to its ready so waited until 700 before reentry the movie if they called clean it was still dirty. The popcorn I bought was cold.

Zero stars. Horrible place. No ticket booth. Forced to stand in line at snack bar to get tickets. Was 10 min early for movie and at 10 min after movie started we were still standing in line. Only 2 girls working at ticket/snack bar. 2 managers were in back not helping and 2 more employees just sitting 1 was on her phone. First and last time we will ever be there. Don't buy online either. They charge a "convenience" fee

Bought tickets ahead of time and still had to wait in line at the regular counters to get them. (What's the $10 convenience fee for then?). The theater was nasty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The bathroom had no paper towel, was equally gross. Seats were old and uncomfortable. Soda machine was broken (10 dollar soda). All together the place sucked. The staff was polite though. The extra star is because the staff knew the place sucks but were nice.

Went to see Bohemian Rhapsody with my brother and sister. It was honestly amazing. The wait to buy tickets/snacks is not bad at all any of the times we have been here. Over all, the theater is kept pretty clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. The only problem was the use of the old fold out seats still. It is kind of difficult to sit down when you have to lower a seat while holding everything and they aren't the most comfortable seats in the world. Other than that, the experience was perfect.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I was given a gift card to come here for Christmas. Only 2 people working and the screen the theater we were in didnt even work . No picture all sound. The theater itself smells like an old musty basement. Backs of seats are missing and not clean. Definitely not worth the 22 bucks spent.

I have never been before and wanted to go because of the cheap tickets. I was trying to be proactive and purchase tickets online to save time, needless to say it didnt help. Even though I purchased tickets online, I had to stay in the concession line for them to print out my tickets because they dont have a kiosk to scan tickets. The manager told me that, they've complained to corporate, but no results, she did offer refund for tickets but not convenience fee. We arrived at 7:36... The movie started at 7:45, we didn't get to our seats until 8:05. The lobby was scorching hot and very unpleasant alongside other angry customers. The theater was humid and the sound to see The Lion King was very low.

Sometimes we are the only ones in the particular movie we go to see, and that's ok for us! No talking, kids crying etc. It does get a little cold because it is empty(?) And a little loud because it is empty(?) Both are an easy fix- a sweater or jacket & ear plugs! Makes for a great movie! The people at the front counter are always very kind & respectful, professional, and helpful too! I like this theater! It's clean, and only smells like popcorn! I read a review that said it smelled like pee. Not true, even in the bathroom! Anyway, we were leary the first time we went because of a few reviews, but this is a great little place to see a movie or two! We have been several times now & are very pleased with the movie theater overall. Definitely Madison areas best kept secret! We live in Hermitage area , its a short drive that is worth not fighting the crowds or parking at the larger theaters.
