If you want to go to opening night for a movie and feel like your watching a video from YouTube with the buffering then this is the perfect theater for you! Our movie stopped at least 50 times while the lights in the theater turned on repeatedly. It was terrible.

The staff was pleasant and quick to make lines move. Bathrooms (women's) were clean, no mess on the floor. The area around the seats had some popcorn mess but it wasn't a lot and didn't take away from the experience. This was on a busy Friday night.

Service was terrible. I feel like with the current pricing that the customers deserve a better experience. The employees reflect there management and the manager was rude and didn’t care. A family can end up spending 100+ and they get 1 star service. Needs improvement.

Fun but a bit pricey for the "full" experience easily blew $70 for 2 adults 1 kid for concessions, tickets, and a small plush for the kid. Mileage may vary but I would say it is worth it at least every 2 or 3 months to see the latest block buster.

If your schedule allows, try the earliest XD show (price is cheapest first show of the day) if the movie you want to see is available on that screen - amazing sound, video and seating.

Not a whole lot of competition in town, however, given their rewards program, cheap Tuesday night movies, and ability to choose your seats on their app - it's a great place to have and we frequent it every couple months to use our movie reward tickets and spend time with the family watching movies on the big screen!

Great theater! Large Family tip: use the trays and dispense a large popcorn into the trays. Then use the free refill on the side of the bucket before you leave the concession area.

The XD theater, with it's 11.2 surround, brings movies to life like seldom experienced. The screen is great too - as is the assigned seating. I highly recommend XD whenever possible.

Very nice theatre. However, there needs to be an attendant that comes through the theatre to make sure people are not using the chairs in front of them as a foot stool. That is very disrespectful to the other attendees. Goes to show how those individuals were raised...hillbilly style.

I’m not certain why the high prices on xd seating are so high. Those theaters are the norm throughout our home state so it seems odd they charge so much extra for those seats. At this rates the standard seats should cost about as much as the “cheap” movies.

The theatre staff do not watch to keep people off their phones when movies are playing. The lady next to me kept checking her iPhone watch several times throughout the movie! Also she was super loud by shaking her popcorn container several times as well. They really need to kick people out and not let them back in. Gross bathroom - the trash cans were over flowing with paper towels and several toilets were clogged. There was a wooden board blocking a sink that wasn't working. Can I get my money back??

Sometimes they are iffy but they have been doing a lot better lately. Staff is way more nice. Also all theaters have assigned seating now, which I really think is a good idea!

The theatre is pretty well kept, and the seats are moderately comfortable, but I'd love to see the electric recliners available at Cinemarks in larger cities. The seats are reserved, so no worry about getting bad seats if you buy in advance. The XD theater has excellent sound/video experience, and is my preferred theatre, but the others are okay. Overall, the experience is good, and I'll return (partly because there are only two choices in town and this is the only one with reserved seating).

The theater itself is ok. We arrived to a long line for tix but it moved fairly quickly. Then u wait in another line for concessions. Even tho ur supp to pick ur seats when u purchase ur ticket, nobody was sitting in the seats they chose, that forced us to sit in other seats too. So u sit & watch as people come in, hoping ur not in their seats. The seats were ordinary (no recliners & extra space) At least the seats rocked. The movie was hilarious! I loved it. But I had to use the rest room during the movie & I didn't want to miss much of the flick. Unfortunately the ladies room was on the opposite side of the theater, which caused me to miss some of it. Movie theaters usually have both restrooms on each side. In any case we enjoyed our trip there & will most likely go back.

This theater is on par with any chain theater you'll encounter. The staff is ready to sell over priced concessions, and the theater is typical size and comfort of most any other theater. Their movie details online are always accurate, Fandango works well, and there also self service ticket kiosks. Generally speaking it's clean and well maintained. But for the price, I'd be more than happy to be a regular.

I went there on a Sunday afternoon with a friend. We're not a fan of the select a seat policy when you buy your ticket. I picked a seat. Someone else at the other ticket register picked the seat my friend was going to select, so she had to select another. If the movie would have been busy, we might have ended up not sitting next to each other! As it was, the guy who selected the seat next to me didn't want anyone sitting next to him, so we moved over one which meant that we were not sitting in the seats we had selected. If someone buying a ticket in the lobby picked a seat we were in, this would have forced us to move again. The manager listened but also said if there was an issue, then we could come back to the lobby and get someone to help. What an inconvenient solution for the customer. Also, could miss part of the movie because of this. Century needs to rethink this policy. If my husband had been with me, he would probably not want to return to that theatre. It may be nice for people who have bought tickets online, but not if you come with a friend and buy tickets separately. Also, the bathrooms could use a deep cleaning.

Asked for extra butter, not what I considered extra butter, and the guy delivering the service showed he didn't much care about me or being there. Ticket counter people were nice. Cashier at food checkout was nice. Cleaning people were nice. Theater was clean. First movie we've seen in a long time that the sound wasn't so loud, it was nice.

This is one of the best things we have in Sioux Falls. always the best movies and high-tech theaters to watch them in. The food is always good too. If you haven't been to the Extreme XD Cinema yet you need to check that out. The sound and the video quality is unbelievable. Treat yourself and a friend to a date and go have fun.

This is a great theater. It's very clean, it has comfortable seating and have an option to reserve seats online which, to a guy like me who hates people who mouth breathe or make comments, is fantastic! I'm able to buy the seats around me ensuring my bubble will not be invaded. Pro tip: Park on the south side of the building. It's always open and directly adjacent to the theater exits.

As a regular movie goer I enjoy my time here. Good concessions and the XD theater is worth the premium price. The staff aren't very friendly though. Bought a ticket once and my date stood me up. I wasn't offered a refund. There was also another scenario where the sign said half off price and they wouldn't honor it.

Always a great movie experience. Normal ticket prices for any normal movie theater (discounted tickets on Tuesday). It’s a Cinemark theater, so don’t expect any AMC discounts to apply. The XD theater is very High quality and the other theaters are perfectly comfortable as well.

I don't think I've had a single bad time with this movie theater since it has been built. So ticket prices can be a little high as well as food, it comes with the territory. The theaters are usually very clean, and the service very polite and fast.

I would've loved to give this theater 5 stars, as it was clean, reasonably priced and the staff was friendly. The reason for 3 stars is, as new as this theater seems, I was shocked that the arms on the seats didn't raise up. As a bigger guy, I am not able to fit in the chairs that don't have the arms raise up. Other than that, it was a great visit.

My experience at this theater has always been a good one there's only a 4-star rating because it's always room for improvement and mostly on well it's a prices cuz it's so expensive these days to go anywhere my experience tonight was the first time that I've ever actually bought tickets on the Cinemark app what amazing and easy option that is not to mention you can now reserved seats what a cool feature that is and by doing the app you have the option of doing the Movie Club which may cost a monthly fee but the perks already paid for themselves I believe if you order online they waive the fees your free large popcorn for just joining one free movie ticket every month that rolls over if you don't use it and 20% off concessions plus a points reward program anyways my experience was good give it a shot
