Fun place to go see a movie, go bowling, play laser tag, play arcade games, or a game a mini golf with some friends. There is even a playground for kids. They do birthday parties too!!

Staff there needs a giant adjustment, facilities were filthy bowling night was ruined due to two employees that were exceptionally rude.

Place has gone downhill. Their arcade is routed to death. Last time I went here to play some games, I went to play Sega's 'Harley-Davidson & L.A. Riders' here and it wasn't even f**king working. The game was still running in attract mode, but the handlebars were popped off, and the coin mech was removed. So I drifted off the the Gateway pinball machine. It kept me pretty occupied for an hour so. Thumbs down for Gaffney Entertainment Center...

Love coming to Big E but there is one thing. While school is is session you can not see a movie before 5 pm. I am retired and know there are others like me who would love to eat lunch and see a movie without screaming kids around

First time here, the theater was really nice with comfy leather seats and have a good recline to them. They also have laser tag, putt putt, ropes course, food, etc. Great place for families and friends to go and have a fine, safe time!

Theater is clean and staff is friendly. Prices on concessions are high, $3.50 for a single bottle of water. Some of the theaters are cold others are a little too warm. Seems that they frequently have issues with the 3D projector also. Laser tag is awesome and super fun for the family, one game is never enough for me or my gang.

WOW.... Been here a dozen times before and always spent money on every side of the business. Came in tonight 6/5/15 after leaving the Mexican restaurant a block over with a Styrofoam cup of water in my hand. I read the notice on the door regarding "no outside food or drink". Okay, no problem. However there is 1 trash can outside of this rather massive facility. Which was located about 100 yards to my left. Also note the nearly 30 kids outside blocking my path loitering. Now when I walk in the door there are 3 young male employees standing at the front along with a Police Officer. One asks me to throw the drink away when I stated that I was, there were just no outside trash can. Mind you, the only indoor trash can is on the other side of the baricaded off area. Once I've throw the drink away, another little smart mouth punk says, "and there is a trash can outside!" I stated no there isnt. Due to his response, I told my girlfriend let's leave. Only once I was leaving could I actually locate a trash can outside. 1 trash can for a place that probably sees 300 customers a night and has a no outside food or drink policy is rather pathetic. If it were my business, there would be one on each side of the 10 glass doors they have. I'm a little pissed off over it, as we drove a out 30 miles to come here. It's likely that I will not be returning here.

It's fun for the kids just wish they were more accommodating to people with toddlers. I have to get in that play area to help my 2 year old cross over to play in the ball area bc they refuse to unlock it to let us in after we pay full price for a 2 year old... totally worth it for my 5, 8 year olds not so much for the 2 year old.

Fair prices and a good variety of activities. We watched 2 movies, had lunch, a couple beers and bowled 2 games for about 60 bucks. Not bad for 2 people.

The candy in the scam machine is 3 months expiried! That alone tells us that they only care to rip you off. Many machines don't work too. Picture taken 6/2017

I go to the Big E a lot with my family. My son is 5 and he never gets bored. The staff there are amazing as well. We celebrated my son's 5th birthday at the Big E and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that the party went off without a hitch. I would recommend the Big E to everyone!

This is a nice place, but they let the employees park up near the door including the first spaces. We actually watched a teenage employ in climbing gear making trips out to her car in the very first space, and others coming to work and doing the same.
