Just saw "IT"! Great movie! This was my family and I first time going to the Ball Theatre! Honestly, it was like watching a movie at home! Being a Pageland native, seeing faces I went to school with, some family, and other familiar faces of Pageland made the experience comfortable. They have popcorn and candy at a pretty good price and ticket prices are AS THEY SHOULD BE to see a movie! Didn't get to experience it, but there was even a game room! Definitely recommend The Ball Theatre if they have the movie that you want to see!

What a deal this place has and they have new release movies $5 to get in to see a movie you buy a drink and you get free refills it's real cool place it's like a old theater that they fixed up they even have tables with chairs where you can sit and watch the movie awesome Place owner is very nice very nice man

The Ball Theater is the best thing to hit Pageland since the upgraded Recreation Complex. Having a theater in town makes a trip to the movies so much more enjoyable! Before the Ball Theater I would have to commit an extra hour or two to my night just in commute. The theater is very comfortable and has plenty of seating for what looks like 100 people. It has a big section in the middle with aisles on each side and short rows on the outside of the aisles. At the front there are several tables with two chairs each. They're candle lit with a table cloth. It's a real classy feel. The snacks and drinks are very affordable. I won't say the prices but I will say that it's a real treat. The worst thing about other theaters is the cost of everything. Here it's not an issue. I really enjoy going to the Ball Theater. It's a lot of fun especially when I have the kids with me. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I doubt I would go to another theater as long as The Ball Theater is here.

What a wonderful place to visit. This is an old time feature brought into this time line. Very nostalgia. Setting is 50 years At least ago. With a game room where you can play games as you wait. They have many items for sale from the past. You walk into it just like years and years ago. The Cost for All Movies, All the Time is Just $5.00!!!! Yes, I said Five Dollars. Has the Concession Stand as Years Ago. But of Course with Plenty of Popcorn, Starting at a Dollar. Even Soft Drinks and Candy for A Dollar. So one person can go for Under $10. 00 and Get into Movie, Have Pop Corn, Candy and a Drink for $8.00!!! Can't even get in at Other Theathers for that!!! Once you get into the "Theather" they have set of seats "Real " Close and then with much More Room. Along the Walls and Down Front are Tables and Stools where you can sit as a Couple. The Movies are First Run and Same as You Get in the BIG City. An Awesome Place and Amazing Price!!! You Will Love It and Save Money!!

We came to this movie theater about a week ago and watched Beauty and the Beast. The theater is awesome and came together well. It is old fashion themed which I love! Has a cute little game room and pretty decent priced food items. All of the staff was so friendly, helpful, and happy to see us. Also, I love the seating in the movie theater you had a choice to sit at tables or in the actual theater seats. The only thing to complain about is the surround sound was a bit too loud. Will definitely be coming back probably this week to watch boss baby. I'm so glad something like this opened up in Pageland. We really needed it.

Loved this place. Has a old time, small town feel, not only because of the way it looks but also because the staff is much friendlier then the big theaters, ticket are only $5 and even the consessions were not overpriced. The staff is great the guy taking tickets took the time to tell me where everything was, how the seating was and the best places to sit. The girl at consessions help me order in the cheapest way possible without me having to ask and offered to bring the stuff to us so we could go ahead and find our seats. So, in a nutshell it's a friendly, welcoming, affordable place that is great for a family movie night. We will definitely be back.

This so much fun. A restored 30s - era movie theater, well- promoted and professionally run. Summer mornings are for kids' classics and fall brings a series of classic nostalgia for adults. Prices are great. Definitely go.

Small in size but it was a cozy spot for the small town of pageland. The staff were nice and even refilled my popcorn when I messed it up by loading it down with salt lol. Only thing I would add would be the flavors for the popcorn, other than that it is great.

A lovely little one screen, family owned theater in downtown Pageland, S.C. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and tickets are ridiculously cheap ($5 per person if memory serves). Concessions are more expensive, but that's to be expected in any movie theater. All in all, it's a much better value and a more interesting experience than going to a generic corporate theater, and it's well worth the drive from Union County N.C.

Not a super packed impersonal or expensive theater, great for a simple but fun night out. The decorations are neat and the place is very clean especially considering it's been around so long. I really enjoyed going here as apposed to one of the newer larger theaters and it feels nice to know that you're supporting someone in your community
