Not the newest theatre, but the place is clean and cozy and the ticket price was great (I'm military and got my ticket for $7.50). However, you could hear the movie on the screen next to ours. Very convenient location to where I live.

Decently clean. Friendly staff. Fun time taking the toddler to his first movie. EXCEPT ONE GLARING FAILURE----- the restroom had NO CHANGING TABLE! This is 2019 why would this movie theatre hate on single dads? Mentioned it to the three guys sitting in the office and they seemed to care less. That's really sad. I. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise. But no changing tables is a no go .

This place used to be great with the remodel. The seats are now in not so great shape, the staff is not so friendly, and the bathrooms are always a mess. I hoped to see it better taken care of after all the money that was spent for the updates. Oh and the popcorn always comes out crumbs out of the dispenser. That's some expensive crumbs.

The theater was crowded as usual but you hardly noticed as the employees handled every detail with speed and efficiency. The price is average for the refreshments, snacks, and tickets. The bonus though is it's self serve popcorn and butter dispensary system. With free refills as long as it lasts till the last show. Drinks are fountain type with free refills! Seating is spacious and clean. The screens and sound are first class. I highly recommend this theatre for all age groups!!

The redesign of this cinema is wonderful. They have very comfy seats and the screens are very large. The entrance is nice and roomy, my only complaint is that sometimes you'll hear another movie going on through the wall.

Great place to go, movie tickets are just undwr 10! Each. I like going here but tickets are pricey though. I wish they had a cheaper showing. They claim that they do cheaper showings (in the morning.. But, from qhat I have seen it is rare. They usually do not have cheaper showings.) Now, in the summers they have a FREE movie for children in the mornings. Which is AWESOME! Though, I do not get to take my child. (We have went twice one year and it was AWESOME. They sell "kids pack" with a tiny cup for drink, popcorn and I believe a snack sized pack of gummys..if I am not mistaken! It is awesome..her and her cousins all went. It is a great place for date night! It is right across from Applebees..and there is a pizza place right next to it. There is a bar right by it, incase you want a drink afterwards. And, a gas station..right there too! It is a place you would want to visit if you want to see the newest movie that has come out. Not far down the road.. I am guessing around 3/4tha of a mile down the road is a bowling alley..incase you want to go bowling or something too! So, why not catch a movie here on your next date? Just saying! :)

This was different from what I'm use to, you fix your own popcorn which is awesome but they may not be fresh coming from the bottom.

I have been going to this theater since I was a child. I loved how they remodeled the place and upgraded the snack options and installed that large wall of popcorn for customers to refill their own buckets/bags. My only complaint is with the arm rests in the auditoriums. When you are out with your significant other at the movies, being able to lean in close to each other (in a decent, publicly acceptable manner) is nice. That being said, the arm rests do fold back so you can lean in closer to one another but in my opinion they do not go far enough back to make it a comfortable option. I get that the company is probably trying to keep from having the viewers getting a little *too* comfortable in the dark theater, but when you are dealing with a 3 hour long movie and you're trying to relax with your S.O. it becomes quite difficult.

Went to see elbow grease.....I was an extra in this seneca location movie.....burt Reynolds also was in it....now I can say I was in a movie with burt! Cute movie..his next to last movie I believe....shot here in seneca 5 years ago.....

Posted 9/2219 @ 4:05 PM. STALE POPCORN & UNETHICAL ATTENDANTS THAT NEED TO GROW UP. I complained but the young lady at the register said, "It was just made an hour ago." It had been sitting there all day as few people had been to the theater obviosly. As I walked away I saw her and 2 coworkers laughing. I suppose, what does an old man know anyhow? I value honesty and respect. I should have at least been offered a refund.

The theater has been updated and looks nice. Self serve popcorn and beverages. However, the popcorn was stale and I was unable to eat it. They have Stadium seating with leaning back chairs.

This is my local hometown theater. Grew up going here. There was a period of time where I stopped going because it started getting pretty rough... Just dated and the people that would attend movies made the experience poor. Went back for the first time in years last year. Was blown away with all the changes they had made. Completely remodeled the place. The chairs are SUPER comfortable and the viewing experiences have just been better overall. Seems like they've cracked down on people that ruin the experiences for others too. If you haven't been in awhile, I suggest giving it another shot.

Movie well presented. Comfortable seating. Poor concessions. The new popcorn machine drops all the little pieces to the bottom, so that your popcorn is filled with tiny pieces. The concession was $11.50 for one medium popcorn and one drink. Not a good concession deal at all

Since they redid this place, it is amazing! Love the make your own popcorn and self serve drink bar. Seats are comfortable and recline. Tickets are far less expensive than theaters in the big city!

Easily the worst theater I have ever been to. Two vertical lines down the center of the screen, a hole in the center, and the Exit sign washes out the color on the bottom left of the screen (theater 7). When I told the manager he lied to my face that he was unaware of any of these problems and claims to check once a week. You would have to be blind to miss any one of these especially the EXIT sign problem!

The prices went up after the renovation and the food. The prices are way to high for everything it’s to the point that people will start to sneak their own foods,if they haven’t already. The selection of movies is way low and needs to be more, but the upside is it’s very clean..

Went here for the first time last night. The place was clean and seemed well kept. I love movie popcorn and they have all you can eat which was great. Prices were good, maybe a little below average. The theater I was in was not sloped very much so that was the only downside. Fortunately it wasn't crowded so nobody was in front of me.

You won't find a better theater in the region. Tickets, snacks and staff are quick, reliable. They've redesigned the lobby, roof and much of the seating. Comfortable, clean and awesome.

A very nice and clean theater. Waiting in line is short and popcorn is self serve. The seats are also very comfortable and the screen is easy to see. A very solid theater to watch any kind of movie at.

Pretty decent after the business was sold to another company. There are a ton of new upgrades added since the change of ownership. The seats are comfortable, which is the only upgrade that I have noticed in the actually viewing room. The main lobby has changed. I don't like the concept/layout of the new one. The concessions are self-serve which is very unusual to me. It does not give much purpose for the works that are working behind the counter other than selling tickets. The bathroom is still VERY outdated. I think that it deserves a complete makeover. Overall, with the new construction to the outside appearance, new seats, and getting decent movies than what was offered before I would have to say that this location is ideal. Especially if you enjoy going to a theater that is not consumed with a ton of people.

This little hole in the wall...lol I thought this place would be in slightly poor condition considering it’s location butttttt the chairs are like freaking marshmallows! But that’s not the best of all.. THEIR POPCORN IS SELFSERVE! You get your own popcorn and icee’s/soda!

They updated their theater 2 years ago. Nice check in pay entrance and for snacks at one time. Seating was very comfortable.

Good alternative to Regal. Seats are comfortable and the screens are big. Like most theaters, however, this one's concessions are WAY too expensive. Expect to spend around $5 on a box of candy that costs $1 at Walmart.

I've never had a good time here. It took them two tries to microwave my hot dog correctly. One of their two non-personal ticket vendor machines are always broken, so always expect a line. The pricey popcorn comes out of a giant container with a chute from the bottom, so you always get the stale cold stuff first. Great! I asked if they had any collectible cups for the new Avengers movie and they looked at me like I had three heads. Sorry guys

I was very pleased with the theater upgrades when ownership changed... everything except for the self serve popcorn "blender". It was frustrating to spend that much money and get a bucket full of partial pieces. They upgraded the popcorn dispenser on the left side. It is way better than it was. Pretty much all of the pieces were full size. Thank you for fixing this. We enjoyed the popcorn and Mary Poppins today!

Was very upset I missed about 20mins of the movie due to a dirty seat with something red and saucy that got an my clothes. When I reported this to the managers just made the excuse that they have a bunch of High School kids working there. So for the next half of the movie I stood in the back of the theater. I have been to this theater many times but this was unacceptable.

Very cool free refills on drinks and popcorn and you get it yourself with a lot of LCD screens and very up-to-date technology I loved it. The movies are still great I think it's a travesty anybody shows commercials anymore they're all just money hungry I normally download stuff for free and anybody that wants to complain about pirating movies then they need to stop being stingy at the theater. I'm not complaining about Premier Aid I'm saying that about all theaters. But the service was great the people were nice.

1st time at the movies in Seneca! I had forgotten how much fun the cinema experience is. Use Netflix too much. But a musical must be seen on stage, or a very large screen! There are many theaters here, so a very nice selection of showings. The seats seem brand new and are extremely comfortable. I will absolutely return soon!

Great theatre, always clean and free refills on all drinks and popcorn! But the selection is small and the prices are high so they get 3 stars. Almost $10 a ticket. For me and my 2 teenagers that's right at $30 without goodies. And 20 min down the road I got double the selection.

Love the theater!!! Nice place to go to the movies!!! But, movie prices are outrageous.. when I was younger movie prices were alot cheaper and cheaper before 5pm. But, now movie prices are so outrageous it is better to wait for a special occasion so go to the movies because of how expensive movies are now-a-days!!!! I did love the remodel and the overall experience.. I will be going back eventually!

Check in needs to move faster. There were two lines, one long the other was empty. I moved from the long to the empty spot and asked the young man was he checking people in too. He was. There needs to be a sign explaining port giving details. Then, after getting my seat and returning for popcorn, which line should I go for purchase. There needs to be a line just for purchasing your goodies.

Clean theaters. Friendly staff. Movies started on time. Sound quality was just right. My only complaint is in the cost of the concessions. I understand this is how they actually make most of their money, but 12.50 for popcorn and a drink is a tad bit ridiculous to me. But this is my opinion. Other than this, a pleasant experience my past few times.

Excellent facilities. Prob won’t come back here though. The sound system is horrible. Sounds like it’s in mono. I keep trying it but every time the sound is way off. Told management repeatedly. I honestly don’t think they could change it without a sound upgrade. Sad because that makes or breaks a movie. They ruin it here with the lack of sound.
