This might be our number one choice when going to the movies. Our two girls enjoyed their time in the back of our SUV hanging out while my wife and I sat up front watching the movie. We were able to watch new movies with the comfort of just us as a little family. The concession stand was also great. The price are much better than modern movie theater. The screen sits really high so doesn’t matter your vehicle size. A big plus is the park-in area for your vehicle. You’re allotted plenty of space in between other vehicles. Overall great experience. Recommend 10/10

Growing up I never experienced a drive in movie theater before so I was so excited to try this one out. We live about 2 hours away from the drive in and for my birthday one year I wanted to experience one and did so the following year. Even with it being hot during the month of June, the heat was not bad at all since the sun was already down and away. You can view the show times on their website about a week out when they will be shown. When you get there it's a small fee per person to enter and you can pick out where you want to park. It's best to bring your own radio to hear better but if not you can use your car radio. Kids are definitely walcomed here! Any type of car is good to bring but the best ones are the ones you can sit inside such as a truck or some kind of hatchback vehicle. If you don't have either bring your own chairs to sit in and enjoy to show!! There are two different screens with two different showings both angled differently so you're not in the view of both at the same time. With this theater being located near Beaufort, SC there are lots of places to eat and things to do. But the theatre also has a GREAT concession stand from snacks to meals, you can get it all as if you were at a fast food joint (great prices too). The best place to park is in the back (if you can see from afar) so that when the movie has ended it's not so hard to get out. You don't see the theatre from the road but you will see signs directing you to the theater. Go and enjoy a movie outside, kids especially love it!!

Classic drive of olden days gone buy. Very family friendly. It actually had 2 screens and showed two movies at once. You choose which to watch. The only complaint and the reason for the 4 stars is the wait for food. They have a grill and sell burgers and other hot items. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get through the line. So if you are going to get something to eat, go while the coming attractions are on or you are going to miss your movie. I would still go back either way. PS bring bug spray.

I always come here when I want to see a movie. They are affordable for both food and tickets. They generally don't have a wide selection cause there are only two screens. But the have a website of available movies and movies that will be coming. Plus the mood of your own car is so kuch better than going to an overcrowded theatre

Fantastic walk back in time, has two digital screens and FM Stereo Stations, two double features per night, great concessions with great hot foods and real condiments for your burgers, etc, playground for the kids, app for your phone, looks like they're adding a THIRD screen?? Also have concerts and car shows and other events. We always get there an hour early to get a good spot, let the kids play, and get some food before the movies!

Amazing place for the whole family! Ticket prices are crazy cheap. $7 per adult for a DOUBLE FEATURE! Movies are all current and new releases. Concession stand is also extremely inexpensive. Completel meals are offered for $5-$7, drink included. There is a playground for the kids, and a separate one for the tiny tots. They are open to you bringing chairs if you don't want to sit in your vehicle. 2 completely separate screens that are far enough away you cant hear the other. Awesome, family friendly staff!

2 screens to choose from. $6 active duty, as well as for the group they're with, otherwise $7 a person. If you're there for the 1st showing, you can watch a second, different movie free. You change your radio station to the one they tell you to and can sit in your car, relax, and enjoy the show. There's also a concession stand and restrooms

What's not to like about a drive-in theater? This one is an old but decently maintained snapshot of a simpler time, a cheap and easy family outing. Good eats, reasonably priced. A gem and worth the drive from Savannah. The eagle(?) nest atop the main screen is a nice touch.

Drive-in movies are always a fun time! This one is small, only two screens and four total showings per day on the weekend (Fri-Sun). but if you're looking for a relaxing outing, definitely head here. the snacks at the concession are reasonably priced and pretty delicious. They have funnel cake!

Loved the place! Very friendly, down home staff and current movies. They even still sell the old mosquito coils!! Get there early to snag a good spot. They rent big speakers for $10 too. Only thing is that the facilities are very old and in need of renovation.

Went here while staying in Beaufort for the weekend. We stayed for all 3 showings. We ended up paying something like $2 bucks a movie. Couldn't be any cheaper. You can take some snack and drinks but they have good food there. I met who I am assuming to be the owner. Very nice guy. The staff was fast and friendly as well. I reccomend taking some good bug spray. Though I had some we still got ate alive

This is a great place to go to watch movies with a family. It has an great environment being one of the only drive in movie theatre around. The prices are great being $7 for adults $3 for kids 12-5 and 5 and under are free. When you get there you are told to tune in to one of the radio stations to get the audio. This leads to my only complaint. To keep the radio on in most cars you have to be turned on and this waits a good amount of gas. While sitting there I went through 1/16th of a tank of gas. It's not an issue with the actual people or place but just the use of gas while you are there. It's still a fun activity and it would recommend it if you are looking to watch a movie. Unlike a theatre this is more of an experience that I would recommend.

#Classic It's always awesome to drive from Savannah and enjoy the ole time movie watching way. Drive up in your car and park and watch a movie on the outside screen. Enjoy the concessions at a cheaper rate than modern theraters, even the movie ticket prices are cheaper and more affordable. Prices however has increased in the last 7 years, but is still much more affordable and enjoyable. There's only a few of these left around. Hopefully people are taking there children and especially there grandchildren to enjoy such classic and olden day leisure's. My husband and I totally love it. Enjoyed a classic drive-in experience with our girls while staying on Harbor Island. Great deal for a double feature. Picture was good, and the sound was clear. Their funnel cake sundae is amazing, funnel cake, chocolate, caramel, cinnamon and ice cream.

Great value for your Buck. I would say that the Outdoor Movies are going away which is a part of American history. It's kinda sad if you think about it, just times are changing. I would say only one thing bad and that would be that larger vehicles "must" park in th he rear as to not block the view of smaller vehicles.

Had a great time here! Only an hour drive from Savannah. We sat in the back of the truck and brought chairs and a portable radio. I was surprised for a summer night it wasn’t hot or buggy! The concessions are great! We had cheeseburgers and fries and a large popcorn! The screen had a clear picture/color and the price is a great deal for two movies!! Can’t wait to go back!

Love seeing movies at the drive-in. Love that this is an option, and currently is the only option in Beaufort as the last indoors theater recently closed. That being said, it is a drive-in so don't be surprised by unfavorable weather, bugs, noise intrusion, etc.

Reasonably priced movies and food! Definitely buy food there! It helps keep the drive in movies in business! If it rains earlier in the day the grass still may be muddy and wet later on in the evening! Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend it!!

We have always loved going here as a family & for date night. You can't beat the prices for admission or concessions. However, the last couple of times we have gone, it hasn't been as good of an experience as it always has been. Twice, there was no soap in the bathroom. None of the bathroom stall doors lock. They were out of at least 2 soda selections & they ran out of ketchup. I also wish they could figure out a way to move the concession line faster. Someone always ends up standing in line & waiting for food for 30-45 mins, missing a majority of the movie.

Our favorite go to for new movies. Even though it's a little out of the way from our closest cinema it's absolutely worth it. Good ticket prices with a wide variety of hot foods at concessions. If you subscribe to their email list you can keep up with their regular rotation of films. The owners are polite and hands on and keep the whole operation running smoothly. $8 for a double feature. The food is fantastic and affordable. The staff members are friendly. Hard to find all 3 of those in one spot. If it's a popular movie, arrive an hour early. That way you don't have to wait in line quite as long.
