Had a great time. The place was clean. My only issue is the arcade. Always lose at least a dollar in the machines and never anyone around to correct the issue. I think its intentional. Most people won't bother getting their money back seeing as it's so difficult to get help regarding the issue. Have fun at the movies tonight!

They now have you pick your seating before you go into the theater. So now you have to figure it out in the dark. People had cell phones out so they could see. I guess they are trying to micro manage by telling you that's the way its gonna be. Just leave it alone please.

Need to make small and medium drinks refillable for free because they're already $4 and soda is so cheap to make, why make it a hassle to bring in a manager just for that? I've already paid $40 in tickets and popcorn so that's my suggestion to you Cinemark.

Overall, this is a movie theatre complex with a lot to offer. The details... There is a large number of screens, so they have capability to show many different movies at many different times. Multiple lines for typical movie refreshments, plus pizza, cookies, and some others. Friendly staff. Attached arcade; good for passing some time before your movie starts. Parking is free and plentiful. Location is not adjacent to the main street, so you must pay attention for signs, or use navigation, if not already familiar with the exact location.

Very nice staff, great selection of movies and times. Reasonably priced. I was disappointed by the two dozen kids that came in and ruined the better part of a half hour during the middle of the movie. I think security could have taken better care of that.

Food was good like always. Not crowded at all this time. We got d-box seats. They sure shook and moved but the seats were not that comfortable. No recline, just sitting up straight. Found the cushion under my butt to be a little small. I swear I could feel a rod under it. I shifted a lot during the movie. I'm sticking to regular seats next time. Wife said she'd give it a go again though

This is the only theater in 50 miles, so they have no motivation to strive to make this a great experience. There are no Dbox screening rooms, just two chairs as demos in the lobby. There is a fast food type of restaurant, but no fine dining and no service to your seat. I don't know what's going on with the front facade, but they have been working on the marquis for at least two years. They do have the newest blockbusters, but if you are looking for more artsy, Oscar-worthy titles, you're out of luck.

Honestly one of my favorite things to do in Erie! The ticket prices are amazing and every theater is really comfortable! The concessions are kind of expensive but that is in every movie theater. You can earn rewards with the app which is helpful! The arcade is fun, if you arrive early. There is no atm there however so if that's in the plans you must being cash!

After a lot of comments about concession prices, I thought I'd offer my own two cents as a person very happy with this place. I realize that concessions are expensive, but getting minimal snacks and watching a movie with my two little boys becomes a very reasonably-priced experience when we factor in the ticket prices and overall experience (and the Movies Rewards program they have reduce ticket prices and concession prices). The theaters are clean, there are some video games and more cafe food to expand the experience (including plant-based options). I can't complain a bit.

They made recent changes that I’m not happy with. You have to pick your seat before you go into the theater. I am a paying customer and want to sit where I want if someone is loud or kicking the back of my seat I want to move when I want. They shouldn’t piss off a weekly customer especially when ticket sales are down. If they don’t change it will be at home watching Netflix.

This is a good all around theater to go see a movie in Erie PA. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Theater has always been pretty clean overall. We like viewing action movies from the D Box seats which are comfortable. The new pick your seat when you walk in to buy your tickets slows things down. I would recommend getting there early during busy times because I would say we were in line for at least an extra 10 minutes or so this weekend as people tried to figure out the new process. Concession prices are what you would expect from a theater. Although we did not buy alcohol during our visit I liked the idea of having the option, maybe next time. Check it out and enjoy the show!

I like to take my grandson to the movies there, especially when they are children's movies. I guess I'm never going to grow up because that is the type of movies I love. I feel it's a sad commentary that we live in a world that the millinials cannot speak or listen to language that does not use the word f__k in their conversations without using that word every other word.I do not like going to the mall to shop because as you walk along you. Hear that work constantly.

I've never had an issue with seat availability or cleanliness. The price of tickets is pretty standard and the food is overpriced, but that IS the standard for movie theatres.

I went to see Ma. Seats were comfortable and the theatre was very clean. Snacks and refreshments are still very expensive, but overall price of the movie ticket was only $5.99. I went on a Monday afternoon.

Wow, this theater is a JOKE. Ticket prices are decent but the rest of the experience was AWFUL. First I went to the restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for an employee to finally show up. She was sassy with me. Eventually got my order placed and 15 minutes later they give me my burger which the patty was still frozen. I go to sit in the restaurant seats to at least enjoy my fries and drink, but ended up sitting in someone else's ketchup! The fries were ok but they didn't even fill the drink all the way. The concession prices were ridiculous but at least the employees were nicer than at the restaurant. The ticket taker was also nice. The theater was ok, could be cleaner. The sound was decent. People kept kicking my seat and playing on their phones though. Overall it was a bad experience with a few good things. Good: -Nice employees at box office, concession stand, and ticket tearing station. -Decent speakers and good picture quality -Fair ticket prices Bad: -Restaurant food will probably give you food poisoning -Restaurant employees were nasty -Restaurant seating was gross -Concession prices were insane -Disruptive audience (not the theater's fault entirely but definitely helped to ruin the experience for me.)

Paid $35 for 3-D D-Box and our seats were taken and we didn't realize because all the dbox seats were filled so they all looked the same. So we essentially paid for someone else to enjoy the movie.

Pretty good. They have a small arcade if you arrive early. Food is available and there is a small Starbucks inside. Anything you get aside from the movie or game tokens is super expensive though. In the arcade there is a photo booth that my bf and I love- we got pictures in there we are using for our anniversary. They have different frame options and supply a weblink where you can find your photos later and download them or make a video, for a small cost. Movies shown are standard. Some are good, some not, but that's obviously up to individual taste. I've gone many times and never had a problem with service. Tuesdays are discounted, which is great.

Tuesday nights you get 2 tickets for like $9. Newer chairs that aren't fabric so no lice like when they 1st opened but that was quite a while ago. I forget how sometimes its better to watch movies at a theater even if you have a big flat screen at home.

I really hate that they got rid of the big sign that said what movies were playing. Now I have to check the app or drive right up to the doors to check. Always a great place for movies.....however? The cleanliness of the theaters is definitely in need of enforcement. Seeing A LOT of candy wrappers, popcorn kernels, buckets, soda cups, and various pieces of candy strewn about the floors even after they, seemingly, clean before the next showing. I know this theater can do better. Do so.

The new assigned seating for regular seats in all theaters is a waste of time and ridiculous. We waited over 20 minutes in line to buy our tickets and there were only 3 people in front of us buying tickets. We got to the cashier and found out we had to pick our seats for the show and we thought we picked good seats on an end only to find out once we got into the theater we were way down low in the theater. I hope this does NOT last long.

This theater still does surprisingly well. Of course the concession prices are outrageous but you got to pay for your staff somehow. The whole place is pretty well kept and clean. Movie quality is really good and ticket prices aren't bad especially when you get in there for a matinee or specials. Location could be better but it is right in the heart of upper Peach. All in all a very good experience.

The only movie theater left in Erie definitely has room for improvement and improving they are. Cinemark itself is the average movie theater chain, the snack prices are about average. For a date expect to shell out around $30. For a family of 4 visit, expect around $50 if you're bringing kids (cheaper tickets) and get the bigger once-refillable snacks and drinks. The best part about Tinseltown are the ticket prices. They are insanely cheap and using their app, there are ways two people can see a brand new movie for under $15 with some free small extras like a small pop and popcorn. The facility is nice enough, I wouldn't be afraid of many unsanitary conditions, it is usually pretty clean. Most of the screens are rather small but bigger and newer movies play on the "big screens" like in theater 13. Watching a movie on the bigger screens is much nicer than their smaller, less used theaters. So the closer to a movie's release date the better. D-Box seating is really cool, but a little pricey and not recommended for a romantic date (The seats are free moving so they're not connected and have quite a large gap in between each seat). All in all, it is a worth while use of your time and money, especially when using the cinemark app and coupons when available!

We go here for Great Quality movies. Mainly the seating areas are clean. I am 54 yrs. old. I just wish this Younger generation would be quiet and have consideration for others watching the movie. Very disruptive, and uncivilized conduct. (Others), have Paid to watch the Movie, Also. Act your Age, not your Shoe Size.

Theater 13 has bedbugs. I watched Detective Pikachu with my kids there. The movie was good. However, after the movie my 5 year old kept saying that something was crawling on her. We found 2 bedbugs on her hoodie. I called the manager and her response was "well we spray once a month so there's nothing else we can do"

While it is still a nice theater, the addition of reserved seating was a poor choice in my opinion. It makes you feel rushed to make a decision at the register. While I understand totally that it's intended to maximize the seats sold, it just doesn't feel like the theater experience I'm used to. Also, lines for tickets into the theater were around a 10 minute wait because their self-serve kiosk froze, and I was cut in line in the awkwardly small vestibule. At least the movie was good and uninterrupted!
