I found this theatres to be comfortable well maintained and not that crowded. What bothered me was my sister told she couldn't bring food into the theater from outside but yet we saw others come in with food. I found it quite disturbing. But this would not stop me from going there again.

Usually clean, nice seating, comfort and arrangement. As with all movie theaters candy, popcorn and drinks are overpriced, but they're good, always fresh when I've been there. I usually don't go to premieres, Friday nights, or Saturday and Sunday mornings to avoid crowds, Sunday nights are great!

Terrible. Will not be returning and I've been going to the mall for 15 years and have officially decided its not worth the trip or money. I ordered 2 tickets online on Sunday, Last night I went to see a movie and found out I have 2 seats in completely different rows, no where close to eachother. I brought it to the young lady's attentions helping people find their seats and she placed us in 2 seats next to each other and said if someone buys the seats we have to move. Okay, I know it wasnt her fault and she was doing her job so after the 4th seat movie, I just sat in the front row so I didnt have to bother her. I wouldn't have been so mad if I hadn't preordered this tickets days in advance for my husband's birthday. This movie theater has terrible service not to mention OVERPRICED FOR QUALITY.

I rarely go to theaters anymore. Too many (30 minutes) commercials and snacks sold there are so expensive. Seats were comfortable and area was fairly clean. Still I prefer to spend $6 to rent a movie and watch at home. Saves me $50-$60 dollars each time.

The movie was good which is why I put 3 stars. The drink we got was flat and tasted old, the movie screen had a line of dead pixels, and the walls were so thin you could hear people from outside talking. It wasnt the worst theater I've been in, but definitely not the best

Was a littke upset when i bought sone fathers day gifts abd brought my fyi bag and Gertrude hawk bag in and the kid taking the tickets was like you cant bring that bag in. I explained to him the reason for the bag and showed it what was inside . still was rude . but that was my only issue

I always go to a matinee and there is rarely a line at either the ticket counter or the concession stand. Everyone is polite, professional, and friendly. The theater is usually clean. My only complaint is the seats. It recline whether I want it to or not and it ends up lifting my feet off the floor (and I'm not short) which is uncomfortable for a long period of time.

My "home" theater (walking distance). Most movies we see are presented in Theater 1 which has most premium options (XD, 3D, reserved seating with comfortable reclining seats). Pricing below $15.

This place is run down the seats are cracked and flaking apart the sound system needs updating not worth the ticket price the place has a funny smell that is kind of hidden by the smell of popcorn cinema 6 is falling apart

Seats recline back on own by person's size - not good. Really big people wind up in the lap of the person behind them without a choice. Concession very pricey but all theaters seem that way now. Theater in a dieing mall - not much to do before or after movie.

This theater has friendly staff (who don't demand to check your bags), fair pricing, and decent cleanliness. For example, the floor is never sticky with soda like you might find in some less superior cinemas. The best part about this theater is the seating though. The seats are the rocker kind with the arm rests that lift up! The one downside is that the food prices, like all theaters, usually cost more than the tickets. Best theater around.

To be fair, I gave it a 3 star. It deserves better but this location is very poor for accommodating the disabled. Poor parking for the handicapped and the walk is too great for someone using a walker. The theater is on the other side of the food court. Maybe I should blame the mall but the theater should of had better input to service customers.

Nicely maintained theater but pretty small. I would give it more stars if they offered the reclining chairs. Definitely miss our old theater for that. Those chairs are game changers!

Terrible service, tickets sales reps are “ready to clock out”. I was sold tickets for the wrong time and they could not accommodate me and my 2 children. Instead I felt uncomfortable and frustrated.

It is extremely comfortable and picture quality excellent. Concussion stand ridiculously priced as packages get smaller. But the popcorn is great and ease in purchasing tickets is convenient

Not a bad theatre, could use some fixing though. The seats are cracked, I wore shorts and the cracks in the seat hurt my legs. Popcorn was a bit stale too, but picture and sound was good.
