The selection of movies shown is only geared towards teens and young adults. They don't show family movies & romantic comedies. Almost all of the previews I see advertised & want to see are not shown there. Also, prices for concession foods are ridiculous. $25.00 for a large popcorn & 2 medium drinks.

Uncomfortable seats that don't rock or recline. Arm rests that don't go up. No assigned seating. No guest Wi-Fi. No ticket takers. At least the popcorn smelled good and there was ample free parking.

First off, road signage was poor; once I located the sign I for sure thought that it was too old to actually be an operating theatre. Moving past that, the theatre was orderly and clean, but eery and quiet. No music from the overhead speakers, hallways were quiet and dark...a very dismal atmosphere. Could be decent with a little more effort. I'm not a business owner, But I know that these little things will make a big difference. Now for the auditorium...DISGUSTING. old, smelly, just reaking of aging and decay. The screen was ridiculously small and high up on the wall. There is a theatre in my hometown with similar small-screen theatres, But these at Regal were unreasonable (especially for the price). The surround sound didn't work at all; only one speaker emitted a muffled sound, very disappointing when the sound would be cut out. To sum it all up, if any movie theatre is going to charge $12 for an adult (13+) for a standard movie ticket, they better have a nice presentation on the inside. Paying $12 for a poor movie experience at Regal of Phillipsburg, versus $7 for an always-wonderful movie experience in my hometown. I was completely unimpressed and disappointed.

It’s probably one of the best places I been. There theaters are outstanding and their seats are very comfortable!! There food is good and so are there bathrooms. They also have a Game Center and i have to say it’s very cool and fun!! I love going there

I'd give a zero star if I could. Patrick was unbelievably rude saying we were too early for our movie. He told us to start a line at "this wall here" and yelling that we were standing at the wrong wall. Next time there's a movie we're going to AMC.

Saw a late showing of God's of Egypt. Comfortable seating (although no footrests) and the quality and size of screens you'd expect. No IMAX screens or anything fancy. Didn't get any snacks but looked like they had a good selection. The bathrooms and floors were clean. Overall a nice smaller theater if you're in the area.

Seat upholstery is very old and in need of updating. Padding is flat. Seats do not lean back. Arm rests are worn to the point of the upper fabric ripping and revealing the stuffing underneath. Everything feels slightly dirty. Went to see a movie Saturday just after noon--very early, and rarely busy for any theater. It was my wife and I and another couple in the theater. Should be easy to get prime seats, yes? The entire middle section of the small theater was taken up for two wheel chair seats. Literally a section of 3 rows by 5 columns of the best seats in the house with two silver metal wheelchair w/ handrail slots. The silver metal of course reflected light, so they were visible to all seats (including us) rear of the prime section during any scene with moderate or higher illumination. These seats of course were empty. Two stars because the sound and video quality had no major flaws like crackling or noise. Final note: I'm not against handicap seating, nor handicap seating being good seating. But in this small theater, literally all of the seats in the prime middle + center area were occupied with two handicap slots. In addition to the seats being very poor, can't rate this well. Edit: Upon reading my own words, lowered review from 2 stars to 1.

Wonderful experience at Regal Cinema....#hearwithyoureyes #greatcaption #seewhatisheard They provide two choices for hearing impaired viewers like myself as well as options for visually impaired patrons. Sony caption glasses made last night the first time i did not miss a word in iver 20 years....i did not feel left out! Also the sound was not outrageously loud as other theater venues. First time at Regal Cinema will not be my last! If you love #Queen then don't miss #BohemiamRhapsody either!

This is a good theater, and in the past few years, they've really cleaned up and modernized. But there's a limited title selection and it's very expensive. In a way, this makes me sad. As far as I know, this is the only major theater in Hunterdon County. Almost every single time I've been there, I was alone in the theater, no matter the time of day or the date. So it's a good theater, and one I enjoy going to, but the lack of business is starting to show in the reduced staff and pricey tickets. That said, I would still recommend it to anyone.

To start this movie theater does not offer a Military discount. The theater that were in was not clean and appeared as if had not been cleaned in a long time. Poor customer service.

Seats weren't really that comfortable and there's no closed captions.... I mean Come on. Every movie should have closed captions. Its so that ya don't miss out on any information. Unless you got advanced hearing lol. Snacks are a bit overpriced. Would rather buy from Wal-Mart which is right down the street right of regal. They have a game area too.

Just WAAAAYYYYYY to expensive. Senior tickets at $10 each for the first show on a Saturday is just too much. $9 for a bucket of popcorn is just gouging everyone. For two senior tickets with popcorn (no soda) for only a 2 hour picture makes you realize why movie theaters will be a memory in less than 5 years. Lower the prices and you will attract more clients.

Easy to find. Good parking. Clean. We went to the matinee (well we thought we did but the prices didnt reflect matinee prices). Nevertheless, there were no lines and we got right in to see the movie we wanted. The guys at the snack counter were great. Very nice & helpful and we even observed one of them not just refill the condiments containers but make the extra effort to thoroughly clean out the trays before restocking them. All in all, it was a good movie theater experience I thought.

The place is okay it needs to be updated for a more modern time, the only thing I don't like about this place is a gentleman that I only every see taking tickets always give me attitude. The 1st time I was using the atom app for the 1st time so I wasn't sure what to do so when I went to him so he could verify my ticket, he was being sarcastic and rolling his eyes when I was trying to figure it out, then the 2nd & 3rd times are the same I went up to him to show my ticket on my phone with the atom app, cause I don't want to be accused. He just again gives me a sarcastic attitude.

Worst experience i have ever had. Pat declined my daughter and her friends, even though they were going into the movie with their uncle. My daughter’s birthday is today, and she has been waiting all week to see this movie. He ruined this for her friends and their uncle, who was eager and drove all the way to Phillipsburg to watch this movie with them. This man does not deserve a job at this place, and should be seriously considered out of place. I would like to speak to whoever is in charge as soon as possible. Thank you Pat, you really are something else.

Definitely an awesome place to check out a video of the popcorn is fresh the chairs are comfortable the people are quiet inside the theaters the staff is friendly reasonable prices and they have 3D movies definitely recommended if you want to check out a 3D movie.

The theater was clean and the staff was nice. The floor wasn't sticky. It didn't smell weird. It was a pretty cold day outside and it was nice and warm inside. However, I'm a larger person. The seats are pretty close together and don't recline enough. If the theater was packed, I wouldn't have been able to spread out as much and it would have ruined it for me.

I love the experience of going to the movies, and this location is always nice! The staff is very friendly, and it is relatively clean. There's usually a bit of popcorn or candy on the floor but I'm sure they do a deep clean after everyone leaves. A few of the chairs are broken but that's never stopped us lol I know this isn't news but the candy and drink prices are a bit high!

Clean, small movie theater. It looks like they are trying to update some of the features. Unfortunately they need to really take a look at their projectors as they are sometimes issues. We went to see Kong and there was no picture only sound for the previews. Manager fixed it after a 10 mins or so.

Worst seats EVER! They have the most in-ergonomic seats I have ever sat on. The back is shaped to only fit people under 5'10 comfortably. If you want to try to be comfortable, you have to slouch, but that gets trumped because you lose all leg space so your knees are jammed up against the chair in front of you. I just moved into the area and I don't ever see myself coming back because of it. It's very unfortunate. I'd sit in a folding chair and be more comfortable sitting by the handicap seats.

Very rude manager. Wasted an hour of my time, got a refund. She kept misinforming me and clearly didnt know what she was doing. She has a horrible attitude issue. Pat was also incredibly rude to me. Never seen such rude staff at any establishment. I will NOT be going back. Seats were uncomfortable and dirty. Needs to be updated. I wont be recommending this to anyone.

Website, as well as our pre purchased tickets stated that our 3D movie was in theater 5 at 9:30pm. We got there at 9:10, and were told by the usher that regardless what our tickets and the website said, that our show didn't start until 10:10, and that by the time the previews were over, the movie actually wouldn't start until 10:30, and that we had to wait in the lobby. Around 9:45 he left us go back. We got to theater 5 and no one was there to hand out 3D glasses, so we went inside where we asked the attendant for the 3D glasses. He said he didn't believe that this was a 3D showing and went to seek help from another worker. He came back to tell us that our show was not in theater 5, but in theater 12, and that we were to go over to the correct theater where they were still showing the previews. Fortunately for us we got there just in time for the movie to start. Definitely an inconvenience. Wish people knew what they were doing.. The price we paid for 4 tickets was way too much to waste on a movie we would have been late for, even though we arrived 20 minutes early!

I've been going to this theatre for years. Great place to go catch a film. Prices are reasonable. $12.50 for a ticket and large popcorn is roughly $9 and a large drink is roughly $7. Facilities are clean and it wasn't too crowded. Everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful.

You literally could've just walked in and watch a movie for free, terrible security. I was watching a movie and there were people being disrespectful throughout the entire movie. I went to an employee and told them about the situation, but all he did was just walk back and forth between the rows! I highly recommend the Northampton crossing regal.

Great theater! I've been going here since it opened in the plaza, in 1998. The staff has almost remained the same over the years, but still very helpful and cheerful. The ticket checker, now bag checker, before you enter the theater is the best of them all. He always jokes around, smiles, and talks to you. Unlike any other theater I've been to!

Went to see venom. Waiting on long line outside with 1 person selling tickets. Even longer line for popcorn with 1 person. Until a second employee opened a register and let everyone behind us cut the line. Walking to the movie, it smelled like urine.. thought it was just because the bathroom was close (still disgusting) yet when we walked in the whole room smelled like urine. Had to sit on my jacket because i was disgusted to sit on the seat. Then had to sit with a family behind us who had a 2 year old screaming the whole time for out 10pm movie. Maybe other showing areas are better but was enough for us to never go back. Id rather travel 40 minutes to the amc. Atleast they have better deals and their cleaner.

Love their summer movies for $1/person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Great concessions. Tuesdays are half price popcorn days if you have the free Regal card or app. Make sure to download and use the card/app every time you purchase tickets or concessions so you accrue points!

Saw the Lion King the other day and it was my first time here. This place could really use some renovations. The whole thing smelled musty including the theatre we were in, and I couldn’t ignore it.
