I have never been able to find a movie that I wanted to watch here. I don't feel the pricing is very good at all. They have a bargain night but they never play anything good during that night. And I did not feel like it was the cleanest place that we could go.

Over all it's a good movie theater for locals but they do not have the most up to date movies for example A Madeas Family Funeral the trailer looked so good but I was furious that it came out march 1 and it is now march 8

My father and I meet up here frequently to see movies. (at least once a month) The place is consistently clean and well kept. The screen rooms are smaller, with the seats centered on the screen. (You feel closer and get a good view of the screen) Very comfortable. My only real complaint is that they do not keep many movies for very long or get some of the selections available at other theaters. It's always been a pleasant experience.

Have been here numerous times with no problems until a couple weeks ago. Kids behind us too loud. When we complained that half the movie was ruined due to being unable to hear it. They staff did say sorry but nothing else. It is too much money to spend for a family of 4 when u can't enjoy the movie!!!

Worst experience ever! I will NEVER take my family here again. So here is what happened... My family an I do not get to see movies at a theater often (as it is way overpriced and we never get the free time) however we were all very excited to see the Avengers Infinity War in IMax 3D. So as to be prepared for the showing in 3D, I called ahead of time and spoke with the shift runner who told me the times and prices for showings in IMax 3D. When we arrived to the theater that day, I asked to purchase two adult tickets and one child ticket for the IMax 3D Avengers Infinity War (my son had a free pass for perfect attendance). Unknowingly the person behind the counter rang my family and I up for a REGULAR viewing of the Avengers. I had paid for the tickets, drink and snacks then turned away to go watch the movie, when my wife looked at me and said "don't we need the glasses?", I then turned back to the girl at the register and asked for our glasses.... This is where it all goes south.... The girl at the register looks at me and says "oh sorry I only rung you up for a regular viewing... Not the 3D. A bit confused as to why she did not ring us up for the PROPER tickets I asked why she did not ring us up for the 3D... When I said 3D three time at the very least. She looked to the girl behind her (who was running the shift) and nodded come over to see what was going on. I explained to the shift runner that we had been rung up wrong and needed our glasses... Well let me tell you! This girl was NOT having it! She wanted to charge me an extra $10 for THEIR mistake??? I kindly refused (as I was not the one at fault) asking the shift runner to make an acception since they made the mistake and we were all headed back to watch the movie with all our drinks. Not only did she refuse, but also offered to just refund my money and turn away my business!!! I took the latter and got a full refund. The girl who rang me up apologised telling me she was new and had only been there for four weeks???? My reply was that it is not her fault as the shift runner could have fixed it easily... As I was getting my refund from the girl at the register I asked "the girl running the shift if she was a manager." She replied that she was I told her "not a very good one" and asked for the General Managers number then left with my family. I called the next morning expecting the GM to understand that her shift runner had just treated my family with complete disrespect and turned away good business. That's not what happened... Not at all!! Instead the general manager started off by reading me a lengthy E-Mail left by this shift runner trying to cover her butt... The E-Mail was full of hurtful lies that my family and I were in complete shock to hear! I was told that I had cursed at her and her staff, that I had called her names, and that I was SCARING the other customers????!!! Completely side blinded by these accusations I DEMANDED that the GM watch the video surveillance of this incident so she can see that I did none of these things. She replied that she had just got in and would take a look when she got a moment. I got a call back some time later, only to be treated like trash by the GM herself! She said she has no audio on the video and could not hear what was said, but she believes her shift runner "she's just the sweetest" the GM said "we LOVE her" the GM says. I asked her if she seen me acting irate, or could she make out me saying anything vulgar and her reply was "No but you approached the counter a few times so it looks to me like you were upset". QUESTION: Is one not supposed to approach the counter for a refund and the number to the General Manager????? Anyhow she claimed that she could not prove or disprove that I had done ANYTHING wrong so she offered to let my family and I come back and see the Avengers in 3D for free and ended the call... We never returned, nor will we ever! To not only be treated with such disrespect, but to also have lies made up about you with NO proof pointing to the contrary is BEYOND inexcusable.

This is a great privately owned movie theater. The seats are comfortable and the sound system is top-notch. My only suggestion to them would be to have one line for people just want to purchase movie tickets and another line for people purchasing both tickets and concessions.

4-19-17 To whom it may concern, On April 18, I brought 4 people to your theater to watch The Fate of the Furious. My son had a voucher for a free ticket due to perfect attendance. He was humiliated and told he could not use his award because it was opening week. I was unaware of it still being opening week as my nephew watched the film last week. I paid for 5 tickets and was asking the girl behind the counter how long opening week last only to have her shrug her shoulders and roll her eyes at me and motion the the people behind me to move forward because she was obviously done with me! We made our way to our seats and had to go back to concessions since we were shooed away at first. This was supposed to be an enjoyable evening that ended up very stressful...unnecessarily. You see, my son is autistic which is why he felt embarrassed and humiliated for being told he couldn't use his award. I made a post on Cranberry PA movies Facebook page today expressing my concerns with how we were treated. The reply I received was extremely disheartening. In the reply the person behind the keyboard used excessive exclamation to belittle the way I feel. This person even apologized for me not understanding the rules! This is unacceptable customer service in my opinion and the opinion of many others that I have shared this story with. Which is the reason for my letter. I feel that you deserve to know how your employees treat your customers! I understand that when you go to the movies you are dealing with teens and a younger generation just starting out in the work force. My suggestion to you as a respectful adult is that you reconsider the importance of diversified customer service in the training of new employees and again in employees that have had complaints against them. This will not only boost customer morale but also lay the ground work for how these young people treat customers throughout their entire lives. Coming from an overpopulated metropolitan city, I especially like the fact that this theater is never crowded. You are always assured a good seat. The theater is always clean and the staff are always friendly. The concession prices aren't that bad either. A little known secret... they have a great coffee selection.

Seen plenty of movies here over the years, the people behind the counter always nice and polite. The popcorn always taste good of popcorn, of course they put butter and everything out for America's love of sodium and heart dissease. the facilities stay good and clean. The movies are always played on time. my only complaint, if you could even call it that, is the place is kinda old almost retro even.

It is a movie theater that is clean. Everyone is polite or polite enough. All things considered if you live around the area this is where you will go. Too loud and void their Tuesday special for 3 weeks around Christmas. They don't post it on their website so out you go with your family of five expecting $25 or $30 for tickets and $1 popcorns and bang, they got you for $60-65. Parking lot is a disaster area

I really enjoy this theater. It's always clean, the seating is very comfortable, the sound and picture quality are fantastic, and the concessions are great (I've never had bad popcorn or flat soda at this place). I've never encountered a rude employee. Even though the Clarion theater is closer to me I make the trip to the Cranberry mall for this theater because the overall experience is so much better. I'm so thankful for the Cranberry theater and the pride they take in their facility. Going to the movies was a big part of my childhood and I love that I can still enjoy them in a place as great as the Movies at Cranberry. Keep up the great work!

Never had a bad experience here. Prices seem to be pretty decent, saw a movie after matinee hours, and got a large popcorn and large drink for under $22, free refills on the popcorn and drink. The popcorn is always tasty. They have other things like nachos, pretzels and candy, typical movie theater fare. The seats are nice and comfy, above all CLEAN, which can't be said for the theater in Clarion. Not run by the same people though. Service was fast and friendly.

@EricAustin they will let you in if you're late. I'm late pretty much every time I go to the movies I've been up to like 20 mi.utes late and they still let me in. Really nice theaters though and just a comfortable setting. The only downside is the prices of everything including the movie tickets all of the prices are outrageous!

This is such a nice theater. I really enjoy taking my kids there. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. The seats are super comfortable even for me (6'-7"). The picture and sound are always good. Lastly, the staff is always very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend attending a showing here.
