I ordered my ticket online, the process was a breeze and very easy to finish at the theater when I arrived. The lobby was a little messy but it did look like they were trying to catch up. The staff I interacted with we're all friendly and helpful. The theater itself was great! The sound, picture, atmosphere, and temperature were all spot on making it a comfortable experience. The loungers that they have at this location are the best theater seats around; they recline and are heated, you really feel at home once you are nestled in. Overall this is a great place to catch a movie, especially on a slower night.

Absolutely love coming to this theater! There's a bunch of restaurants in the surrounding area that offer deals if you bring your movie ticket with you. Great selection of movies and concessions. Highly recommend.

This has to be my favorite theater I've been to. It's very up to date, love the new reclining chairs with trays. Very comfortable. Little gift shop, lots of snacks and food and even a bar here.

I used to hate going to see a movie at a movie theater. I'm tall with long legs and I was always so cramped and uncomfortable, but the heated reclining seats are amazing. I have plenty of room for my legs and I don't freeze the entire time. The movie quality is very good as well. I will never go to a "regular" movie theater again.

Great movie theater. Decent bar selection but a bit overpriced. Very good concession area with Starbucks. They keep it moving fairly fast. If you go there, or any other Cinemark theater, about once a month average you should join the Cinimark movie club. You can save a little money doing so.

Saw HTTYD 3 in the next gen theater and my only complaint was that my friend's seat warmer didn't turn off. Clean in the theater. This is a popular theater so be ready for crowds. Lovely place!

I had somehow overlooked the fact that I had bought tickets through fandango to the Robinson theatre and not Mccandless. It is tradition for my friend and I to see Marvel movies opening night, the only time we haven’t gone to this theatre to see a Marvel film was for Endgame simply because it was sold out. It was when I went up to the ticket scanner who notified me that my ticket was for Robinson, not Mccandless. I was super embarrassed, and felt ridiculous. She told us to go back up to the ticket counter to see if we could buy new ones. Once up there, a manger stepped out and told us he had heard about our dilemma. He continued to pull out a card from his wallet, let us pick seats out of the ones that were left, then escorted us into the theatre. I was so grateful, and whatever that guy makes an hour is surely not enough. We still got to see Spider-Man even after my dumb mistake.

Nice theater. The manager was more than accommodating, with an ushered escort to our complimentary seats to a sold-out movie. As with many of the big multi-screened movie houses, they have all the snacks and drinks you could want. Parking is plentiful and well lit. The overall experience was excellent.

Best movie theatres in the Pittsburgh area. All luxury seating theaters were kept clean, and very comfortable. I will never go to another theatre to watch any blockbuster movie that comes out besides this one. They have a quick, fast and wide variety at their concession stand. They even sell alcohol if you want to take into the movie with you. Haven't seen another place that can match it, except for the waterfront one that's north of Pittsburgh, and a little too long of a drive for me.

This theater has the nice new recliner seats with the food tray and heaters, feels like I have a movie theater in my livingroom. Theres also more room to get in and out of your seats in the aisle ways. The seats are assigned now (at least for the movies I've seen) so if it's a popular movie you'll want to buy in advance online.

Nice place to kick back, and put in some screen time. There's variety when it comes to newly released films. They have an abundance of popcorn, soft drinks, and many other munchies that'll soothe an aching sweet tooth. Screen rooms are clean, and seats are very comfortable. Picture quality is superb and the surround sound top notch.

Great place to see a movie. Since the renovations it is a really comfortable chair and spaced so that you can see right over who ever is in front of you. Seems more like you are alone, which is how I want to watch a movie

There's a few movie theaters around my house but this is the one that I will always choose first. They have XD so if it's an action or superhero movie you feel like you're there without getting dizzy from 3D glasses like some people can. They do also offer the 3D movies and your regular HD movies. This movie theater does serve alcohol and a wide variety of food. Everything I've always gotten from there has been delicious and they are very well to accommodate any special requests that you may have. Their staff is very well-trained courteous and polite. And my favorite part about the whole theater is the reclining seats that can heat your not arm to arm with somebody like you used to be your / around a 6in armrest and it's like having your own luxury movie theater in your house but I'm sure you'd have to go to the movies about 3,000 times for it to be the equivalent of the price.

My favorite movie theater in the area! Prices are standard for Cinemark, beer selection is decent and reasonably priced, and all of the XD theaters have reclining, heated seats. It's a great place to see movies, although it can be very crowded

A lot of different theatres with plenty of movie options. They only do reservation due to their special reclining seating, so be sure to purchase tickets ahead of time. The seats are fantastic and heated. Plenty of food items available.

I will never be giving this place my business again. Not only was I turned away trying to see a rated R movie with my 16 and 11 month old friend (I am 17 might I add), but they refused to properly refund me for my ticket. I was treated with the OPPOSITE of respect and kindness. Sam should be fired! As well as the lady (of whom’s name I do not know) that worked at the ticket counter. I am very disappointed in this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Good riddance!

It was really comfortable. But it costs so much money for a popcorn and a drink. It cost more that our movie tickets! For a large popcorn and two medium soft drinks it cost $20! To much money. We cut down the price with small drinks. Great service! My friend was checking his pockets after the movie and I employee said "You dropped your pocket". My friend was mad but I thought it was funny. To be honest the place and the employees are nice just food price is way to high.

Large very modern and up-to-date movie theater with multiple screens. Nice way to spend a few hours in this up-to-date complex. Parking can be a little tight in the Suburban location. You can buy tickets inside or outside in that could be convenient. Website lets you know what's playing and when and the cost of the tickets.
