The guys behind the counter were so nice! I hadn't been to a movie in years. I say this with surprise because as a senior citizen the older you get the more you get treated as a second class citizen or like you are inept but these guys were so nice. My questions were answered without sighs and rolling of the eyes etc. The lobby and bathrooms were clean. I enjoyed myself thoroughly watching "Downtown Abby" I won't be so hesitant to go again. Thanks guys

I agree with the other reviews. Nice theatre, average prices. I have been here several times, and i have never had a bad experience. However I must offer counter-opinion on the current promo campaign of running movies from 20 or 30 years ago, on certain days. I don't want to pay today's prices to see a movie from 30 years ago, even if it is a classic, that's why i have Blu-Ray. No offense intended to the movie theaters, I even worked at a movie theatre, but I prefer spending that kind of money, for new releases, and a present day technology, cutting edge experience.

Close to where I live. The sound almost always to loud or too soft. It's not just me that complains either. Seating nice. Typical movies not a culture movie ever shown. Have to go to Ashland for smaller film selection.

I've not been to the cinema in a while. I decided to take my 10 year old son to Venom..great movie by the way. What I did not like was the unfriendly person taking my money..it was like it was an inconvenience. Also I was shocked that a movie for 2 with a large popcorn and drink came to $32.40. With the attitude I got and that a drink and popcorn being so expensive, I've decided to wait 6 months and get it on red box for $2 and save $30.40 in the comfort of my home while my Whole family ((8 of us)) watch it.

The theater is really nice. The theater rooms are asap nice and clean. The reason for 3 stars is the price on tickets and the stuff at the concessions. Pretty expensive. Overall it is good theater.

My wife and I went to this movie theater to watch a movie. The seats are very comfortable. The sound system however was a little lacking. I usually go to a Century Theater over in my area in California and the sound system is incredibly wonderful compared to the sound system here. You could still hear it and it's functional but it is in need of an overhaul. I also found the screen to be a little dim but watchable. Again I'm used to going to a century which is a multimillion-dollar company and spends a lot of money on their equipment. The popcorn and soda but I have this fresh and tasted well. The concession line however was pretty slow. We waited in line for about 15 minutes. Overall I'll get this place 3 out of 5 Stars cuz it was an average service and average equipment.

I have watched three movies here and for the price you can't beat it. The Theater always looks and smells clean. The Staff always has a friendly smile. We did try a 3D movie and it was not so good so I have to take away a star. I had to go and tell them the screen was blurry with our without you glasses and she quickly ran upstairs to the projector room to fix it. I missed the opening part of the movie and unfortunately we still felt it looked dim and fuzzy but it was watchable. I have to take another star because the screen was off center so part of the movie was not on the screen just along the right edge. Please understand this was one time and I am sure it has been fixed. I will continue to watch movies here and I will make sure to post an update if I ever go into that screen room again.

We went to see Bohemian Rhapsody for the 12 noon showing but when we got there the smoke alarms were going off and they couldn't get them to stop. Fortunately we were able to go back for the 1:30 showing and the movie was incredible.

Typical small town theatre. Nice and clean. Expensive like all theatres. Nice clean chairs. Typical sticky floors we have all come to appreciate about the usual movie theatre experience totally created by the least caring of customers. Overall they do a great job.

The actual theatres are just fine. Clean for each movie, cushioned seats, etc. They have an arcade, though you have to put money on a card, no quarters. It's nice though, they have the usual staples, as far as games go. The snack prices are obscene, however. I would strongly suggest avoiding the snack counter altogether, because a large drink alone is $6. If they brought down the price of the drinks and popcorn by a couple dollars, this would be a five-star review. However, this is the only movie theatre in Grants Pass. They have the biggest films, but there will still be a few that you may need to go to Medford for.

Horrible customer service, the cashier kept rolling her eyes at me and had a horrible attitude, my popcorn bag was covered in butter and they were out of mustard for the pretzel. Don't waste your money here you're better off going to medford.

As far as movie theaters go, its pretty good. The downside of going out to the movies these days is that concessions will cost you pretty much your months check and maybe an arm or a leg. Other than pricey food and drink this place is pretty good.

I stood outside, waiting for the ticket window to ope. About an hour. Then the girl comes to the window and says I have to go inside. There was a very long line inside. About 5 minutes later I look out and see her selling tickets to people. I was already inside so I went on. The scene inside was ridiculous. They make sure you have to go past the refreshments to get to your tickets. The the prices were ridiculous for the servings. Altogether a poor showing. But then, they are the only theater in town so I guess they feel they can do whatever they want.

On a Friday night the line was quite long to purchase a ticket. No one told people in the line that they could purchase their tickets inside, as well, which would have cut the line size in half! Otherwise, everything was great, including the movie Book Club!

Movie screen and sound system were just great, but to have to spend a bare minimum of 10 bucks in the arcade is just bad business practice and could you please put a few arrows or some kind of indication where the higher numbered screen rooms are as for a first timer, you could get lost. There is no obvious directions to lead you down a wide hallway that seems as if it could lead what looks like custodian area.

Its all we got here in Grants Pass. Despite the lack of competition it does its job fairly well, sometimes the lines can get long during a popular movies release, but that is to be expected. There arent a lot of frills, its a simple theater and does simple very well.
