Staffing is the big deal negative here. Everything else is spectacular. They understaff concessions during the week after 5 pm. Usually 2 registers and one other trying to fix it supply some machine. Lots of theaters and good settings.

Such a great movie (Secret Life of Pets 2) and the theater is great because it's new and the seats are comfortable and there really isn't a bad seat. We got some snacks before and we tried the bread sticks and dip and they were actually really good. We will be coming back to go to another movie very soon.

I go to the movies often. On my last visit I saw 2 movies back to back- so just about 10 or 15 mins til the 2nd one began. Ok, first movie the concession lines were LONG. I and MANY others in the lines for food and drink were getting fed up. They had too few registers closed and their younger staff moved TOO slow, halfass listened to what people were ordering yet chatted amongst themselves TOO much. I was disgusted with how long the line was when I got there and I had 20 mins to get snacks - I STILL missed first 10 mins of my movie waiting to get up to the counter to order. No exaggeration. Was WORSE for second movie getting my large tub FREE refill. To be fair, as I go to this theater often - I'd say 8 out of 10 times the lines even if LONG did move fast. BUT on this trip the STAFF WERE SLOWER THAN SLUGS IN A COMA! Yes...I meant snails lol. When several people in the lines are complaining to the kids working the concessions THEN they STAY slow they aren't caring. Also the kids seemed to NOT be able to compute the CORRECT amount of change on their own .even counting it out . When the register tells you-I that's ridiculous but seems to happen often. The prices of snacks and drinks WE ALL AGREE IS INSANE And this theater is ALWAYS busy when I've gone- so I think they can afford to train their staff better. It's like they were 100% oblivious people were TRYING to get to their movies BEFORE they started. On the first movie it took 30 mins in line and I missed the other previews. In 2nd I missed first 10 mins of the movie . I was about to leave and get a refund .I saw big LITTLE farm- HA! Now this was a REALLY good, cute little movie! If you like more documentary meets reality- NOT psycho reality but good happy real life shows- this movie was VERY CUTE and would be GREAT for kids! I believe the first was The Hustle and it was PRETTY FUNNY too Both shows get A's. SERVICE D. Hence 3 stars this trip

We love seeing any movie we’re really excited about at this theater because we know it’s reliable and there’s several places around to eat and hang out beforehand.

Super comfortable recliners. Gotta be careful though, first time my girlfriend flipped up the leg rest her shoe went flying in the air! Can even get decent food and a beer. Use tickets from Costco to get best price on seats (same price as seats at a theater with lower quality seating). Awesome place to see a movie!

I used an App to pre purchase tickets and concessions. The Cinema was clean, had long lines of people that I was able to skip past, and the theatre was comfortable. Really good experience. The employees at the concession stand seemed worn out from the holidays but still friendly.

I had a really crummy cinema experience after moving here to Oregon, at a place I thought would be amazing, and a great experience at a cinema I thought would be really crappy. So I didn't know what to expect at this movie theatre. We came to see Molly's Game shortly after it opened. I had purchased tickets online, and had them on my phone to scan in. When I had done this previously, in FL, it still was just as slow as using a regular movie ticket. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that using an "online" ticket here was FAST and easy. My only complaint prior to entering the movie was the strange process of the 3 drink maximum and how it is monitored here in OR. I had to stop in to the restroom to make sure I wouldn't need to quite so often (I drink loads of water) and it was nice and clean, also another nice surprise. The theatre was ideal; reclining seats, clean theatre, good drinks and quality and sound. I am definitely making this MY go to movie theatre. It is worth the bit of a drive for me, but since this and my other favorite are about equidistant from me, I don't mind the drive!

Very busy multiscreen theater, including IMAX, in an upscale mall. Seats not reserved. Get there early if you don't want to be sitting in the front rows! Huge selection at the snack bar including the usual popcorn and candies, frozen and hot foods, and a selection of wine and beers. On street parking available but usually full. There is a large free parking structure less than a block away. Theaters and bathrooms are clean. All are W/C accessible.

Clean theatre, not alot of games though in the 'game section' only about 5. Big wide open area as soon as you walk in. Normal concession prices..9 dollas for a tall boy and presumably 6 for the Coronas. The bathrooms were well kept and neat around 4ish and 5ish but when 7ish rolled around their was liquids on the ground beneath the urinal(s). Other than that I had a fun time.

Consistently great movies and a wide array of showtimes and so many theaters that there are many movies to choose from. Dramatic atmosphere, large pillars and enormous grand entryway, and a spacious area out front with benches and trees. Popcorn and candy is for sale along with sodas and even local craft ales.

Now this is the way to watch a movie! Wonderful reclining seating! No need to drive elsewhere with a number of nearby options for dinner and a movie date night. Clean surroundings and pleasant staff. Plenty of parking. We used to drive elsewhere but why fight traffic when this gem is in our own community?!

Corporate cinema. Good movie as long as one could ignore the sound coming from the theater next door. As usual, expensive popcorn and drinks. The employees were all helpful and first rate; should give them all a raise. This might increase the price of popcorn but they are all deserving.

On October 20th at around 4:30pm, my boyfriend and I had gone to buy tickets to a movie we’ve been super looking forward to seeing. While we normally have a great experience at this theatre, this time we were surprised when one the employees, Kylie, at the ticket booth was extremely rude. She didn’t acknowledge us when we were next in line or bother to say hello. You could tell she’s miserable at her job. After we had finished our purchase, she just stood there and stared at us without saying thank you or the usual “have a nice day!” As one normally would at their work. Not the best customer service, she clearly needs more training. Aside from this nasty encounter, we love this movie theatre!

The seats are C shaped and make you sit slumped over for 3 hours (hello, Endgame). I'm only 5'5" and there's so little legroom that the guy's seat in front of me kept bonking my toes when he moved. They have taken the comfort of 3D glasses to a new low. The glasses were unbearably sharp and, although I have a small head, they pinched it REALLY hard. I felt like I was in a budget airline. The seats/space/glasses were so uncomfortable that they distracted from the movie the entire time.

The chairs are very comfortable and the theaters feel clean. They'll often do special events or showings at this location, so be sure to stay in the loop. There's usually plenty of parking in the garage. Bridgeport is the perfect place to do dinner and a movie.

Where we used to live a new movie cost $6 with recliner, heated, chairs. The chairs are crowded together here and a movie costs $12 and up. Quite a disappointment.

The theater is nice and the seating is comfortable. We sat in the center if the front row of the upper section and it was a nice unobstructed view with plenty of leg room. Regarding this being an IMAX theater, maybe the projector and sound are IMAX; but, the screen was regular movie size. This was fine for us as we were there to see Apollo 11 - which is IMAX only and we just wanted to see the film. If we were going to see a movie that was in both formats and wanted to go to see the IMAX version to get a super-sized experience, I don't think we would get that here.

High Class theater in a high class mall! The Bridgeport Outdoor Mall offers alot of fine dining and high class products at (of course) high class prices, but worlds collide with the Regal Cinemas Bridgeport! Offering high class entertainment at an affordable price, Regal Cinemas Bridgeport is a great place for a first date, a movie with friends, or an anniversary with that special someone!

This is our go to place when we go to a theater because of the stadium seating. The concessions are really expensive though so bear that in mind. We usually use the atom app to get our tickets and then you can also order your concessions ahead and then you don't have to wait in the big long line there's a specified line to the right. You just let them know that you're ready for your concessions in the app and you pick them up there. It's a real time-saver though you may have to grab someone if someone doesn't come right away

Great local theater. The times I’ve been here, trying to find a parking spot is the most challenging thing. So this leads to the absolutely best part: reserving your seats in advance. You know you always have a seat (or seats together), no matter how late you’re running. And my wife always (accurately!) points out that there are a solid 20 minutes of commercials before the movie starts!

For being in a 'ritzy' mall the customer service is lacking. Not only did the front ticket person repeat to us that we had a free ticket on regal rewards but after charging for two tickets didn't understand what they did wrong and we had to go to customer service for a refund. When we went to concessions, we said we had a free large upgrade, so they charged us for a large drink instead of charging a small and using the free upgrade. Is Regal Rewards not a trained thing anymore?

Seating is great. Who doesn't love a recliner? Audio and visuals are on par. My issues? Serving alcohol in a theater seems like a travesty and I am sure it makes a killing, but the crowd waiting for it is always large and overbearing. Small popcorn for 7 bucks? No thanks...

The movie experience was great! The atmosphere for the Avengers: Infinity War was perfect. I had a great time in the IMAX theater. Lots of applause for the clarity of the 3D movies. One star was not given for the excessive pricing of snacks and beverages which are way beyond excessive.

The theater is clean, well lit, parking is plentiful at the nearby parking garage. Restrooms? Very clean. The individual theater (IMAX, Alita) seating was very comfortable, the movie sound was crisp and clear, and the video quality was marvelous. We drove across the metro area to see Alita, and I will do it again. The concession wait was quite long, almost 30 minutes. This was a Saturday night, and the theater was full. Prices of refreshments was ridiculously high. $6.99 for a very small bag of popcorn? Was not happy to see that alcohol was served and consumed on the premises since children attending movies could be exposed to drunken attendees. Children are not allowed in bars, so people consuming alcohol should not be allowed in family venues. Seats are comfortable but the entire evening was over-priced. $5 for a bottle of water?

Place is always clean, staff is polite, seats are able to rock a bit and seating is stadium style. My only gripe is that at a 6:45pm show we still had to wait almost 5 minutes for 3 hot dogs. It's not like it was the last movie of the night. I've had this problem at several Regal Theaters over the last year or two. I don't understand why they don't have more ready at that time of night? Otherwise, the rest of our experience was good.

Saw two movies here, both were great films. The ticket buying process was easy bought them online went inside to pick them up. The prices are always high for Food & Beverages so its nothing new anymore. There was popcorn all over the floor near the concession stand but it was very busy. Overall great place to go. Assigned seating at Regal Theaters at Bridgeport is a gigantic failure. We arrived early, selected good seats. Two people came later and proceeded to talk during the previews, annoying but not critical. Unfortunately this continued into the film, so we moved down so we could enjoy the movie. People came in a minute later wanting the seats we were in. We moved again. Then others came in a few minutes later and said we were in their seats. My wife, frustrated with the situation went to get a manager to find us a seat that wasn't assigned. The next to the top row at the very end, a lousy place to sit to enjoy a great drama, The Green Book. I will never go back to Bridgeport again if they continue with this idiotic policy.

Was given the wrong ticket, we came a little late so we walked into the theater we thought was ours only to see the last 15 minutes of the movie. When talking to management she was disrespectful and offered no help or refund. Worst customer service I’ve seen. I used to work at regal cinemas and I was trained in a much better behavior than this. This is the first terrible customer service I’ve experienced at a regal. The manager was unhelpful, unempathetic and overall had a pretty rude demeanor. My boyfriend and I walked out of this theater very angry. Out $25 for watching the last 10 minutes of the movie. Unacceptable.

Really just your standard movie theater. Ticket prices are slightly below what you would expect and the snacks are priced just as outrageously as you'd expect anywhere else. All that set aside it is a good size theatre with quite a few choices between movies and showtimes. I can't think of a single reason to avoid this place. There's reserved seating and online tickets purchases. Go see a movie already!

Needs a remodel. Went here because seats were sold out at our local theater. Concession wait time is absolutely horrendous! Instead of opening more registers, the manager or whomever was just walking around shouting which movie was about to start. Only TWO registers open on opening weekend of Endgame. Seriously?? Luckily we arrived 40 minutes early, because that's how long it took to get through the concession line. Unacceptable, will never see a movie at this theater again. Go at your own risk, and get there EARLY if you want any snacks.

If you absolutely need to see a film here, I guess I'd go. Seats are uncomfortable, made out of some weird dense cloth material. I guess it makes you more alert to pay attention to the film at hand. Expensive tickets and snacks for a less than premium experience, though you can apparently order a cheesecake. Good luck with parking.

Its a movie theater. dislike the process of choosing your own seat prior to going to the movie. Seating chart is upside down. It's another time consuming process. If the theater is empty who cares.

Larger theater compared to some other cinemas we have been to. However, no recliner seating which is one of those experiences you can't help but miss. Decent experience overall

Excellent service and easy access to the shopping area around it. Theater is nicely kept and clean, the seats are comfortable without any damage.

Seats not as good as other Regals locally, and you cannot reserve them. They don't do a cheapskate Tuesday either whereas most other local Regal movie theaters do. Parking so so as it's shared with the rest of the shopping village. Concessions the usual rip-off as other theaters...

My visit this time was in theater 8 to see the Equalizer2. I caught the first showing and found there were plenty of choice seats and the movie did start on time. Popcorn was fresh and the movie was great. There was a good show of attendees.

Emergency alarm evacuated theater with 10 minutes to go, false alarm never restarted movie at that point, or offered compensation.

Awesome location and the parking isn't bad at all, especially if you park in the back. Never that busy which is good.

Just FYI Costco "premium", "no extra fee" Regal tickets are subject to a $6 surcharge for IMAX/RPX....what other fees have I been paying for that they aren't allowed to charge me? Cuz those are the main ones I cared about...ticked me off.
