Ticket prices are pretty reasonable and the show times are easy to make, but concession prices are outrageous. Everyone expects to pay a little extra, but a large soda is $6 and they're selling those dollar boxes of candy for $2.50. Dollar Tree is right next door, just sayin'.

The staff is incredibly courteous and the theaters are clean. The bathrooms are, too! Food is your standard cinema fare so don't go in expecting any cheap eats or mind-blowing cuisine. There's no competition in town, but Pony Village is such a lovely joint that I don't really consider that to be an issue. These folks know their stuff, and it shows in the quality of their establishment, the friendliness of their staff, and the cleanliness of their business overall. Also, as a note to anyone worried about long lines (and the lack of a proper ticket booth): There's a self-serve ticket kiosk on the left of the lobby. It doesn't accept cash but it does take credit cards, so if that's how you were planning to buy you can do so there. You can also pick up online ticket orders there. Very handy!

Took a lady friend to see a movie last night, the service was great, the theater itself was clean. Popcorn was good, a little salty but still acceptable. A great place to help finish a date.

Went to see a movie and part of the front wall burned out... Was told they were not going to re open for the night, but after I spent my money at the arcade out of desperation for some sort of alternative for me and my date, I see they are open and have a line of 50 some odd people getting tickets to see the movies they were showing. Great birthday date. 10/10

The staff can be very rude or very nice depending on when you go. Everything is way over priced, if you are going with a group of 5 or more usually its cheaper(including gas) to drive 2hrs to a different town to watch movies.

Very disappointing to find out military discounts are not offered unless your spouse is here. Most active duty personnel are not always home. This is a New change, before, all IDs were accepted.

theater and service were ok but 4.25 for a bottle of water is insane. That case of water most likely didn't cost that much. Will definitely wait for the movies to come out on dvd from here on out. I've taken our family of 5 here on multiple occasions but will not do so anymore.

Like any movie theater the snack prices are pretty high. BUT it has a wonderful atmosphere and they do a fairly good job keeping it clean. Like many people I would go to the movies more if it wasn't so expensive. Its just not worth the price to see the movie early. I would rather just wait for it to come out.

Staff here are unbelievably rude. I've visited twice and both times, staff were extremely crappy. They told my daughter she had to leave her bag in the office which had her meds and inhalers. Go to Florence. They're much much nicer, or stay home and rent a movie. We've always enjoyed the theaters in Newport and Florence. We've always been treated kindly there also.

Just a tip: you can visit their website to see showtimes and find out which movies are playing. Bonus: movies usually play for an average of 4 weeks. Big movies (like superheros) tend to play for longer.

I spent 6 years of my life in the military including a year tour in Afghanistan. I am also a 100% disabled veteran. I asked for a military discount here but they don't give military discounts here unless you are on active duty. Unbelievably disrespectful and wrong.

Very poor quality movie theater very dirty, and staff is unbelievably rude, prices are extremely high considering all. Would most certainly discourage anyone from going to this bussiness and supporting the maltreatment and disrespect towards the customer, like the other reviews say rent a movie or go to florence or portorford both of which are establishments of much higher expectation and more importantly less rude and lazy staff.

For the size of this area we have in okay Cinema it's not like up in Eugene of course or they have the fancy nice comfortable chairs it's very old-fashioned the chairs it's not always easy to watch a show sitting that long in their old chairs and the food is very expensive it's just not the same feeling as the nice theaters in Eugene with the comfortable chairs it's like they do everything they can to attract customers it's like we're still 15 years behind in our theater

We are very lucky to have so many theater options for the size of town we live in. I would give 5 stars but a few times I've went the audio is so loud it literally feels like my ear drums are bursting. You can also hear the other theaters next door which makes you lose the feel of the movie your watching, especially if it's a quiet scene. Refreshments and food have always been great and staff is friendly.

I'm 33 years old with a full beard, A maybe 17 year old girl carded me for a rated R movie. I had left my driver's license at the hotel. Missed the movie. What a freaking joke. I don't even get carded for beer!!

My fiancee and I were the only two people in the theatre and an employee kept coming in waking up the stairs to the aisle we were in and watching us before exiting. It was super annoying and not necessary.

We were vacationing in the area and stopped in to watch a movie. I had my valuables in a large backpack but the theater has a policy prohibiting large bags and backpacks in the auditoriums. The cashier said I could leave it behind the counter but I wasn't about to leave my valuables like that (although I'm sure the staff were honest and trustworthy). She let me keep my backpack with me after doing a quick contents check. I really appreciated that kind of consideration for special circumstances. We'll give this theater our business again when we visit the area next year. Also, the theater was clean, great layout, and comfy seating. Great place!

I know that is just my opinion and not to sound crude about it but they only care about profit and not the people who goes there and plus they upped the prices of the stuff they sell which i really despise.
