Place is older, pricing is pretty high for not upgrading the threater. Same pricing for the Galaxy theaters that has been completely updated as luxury in Las Vegas. Overall staff is nice. My biggest complaint is that they do not honor veterans for discounts, which is surprising because every where else in k falls does. Don't understand the difference in active duty and who use to be active. Husband served in 2 long tours.... but just my opinion, It just feels degrading & disrespectful.

Decent theater. Helpful staff for the most part, and good picture quality. Seems like it hasn't been updated for a long time, chairs are pretty old and often tight, armrests dont go up, and the screens are pretty small. That said, it's not bad for a rural town this size.

They have great popcorn. The theater is pretty clean. It would be nice if they would turn the heaters on a couple of hours before the 1st movie of the day instead of when it starts. Staff are hit and miss as far as being friendly and helpful.

If you're going to charge EIGHT freaking dollars for a bag of popcorn, could you at least not BURN it? And seriously, get a better brand, I'm almost broke a tooth on the kernels . Otherwise, sound and screen are great. Oh and like 67° is happy medium between 85° and the freezer like feel that usually dominates this theater.

It's a fine theater. Nothing fancy. The prices are super expensive. The seats aren't bad but they aren't as comfortable as ones I have sat in before. It gets the job done though. The staff are nice and very helpful.

Seating is uncomfortable. Leg room is non existent. Food and drinks are retardedly expensive. Ticket pricing is fine. Actual movie quality is rivaled only by my laptop and a pair of headphones. Very average, though staff is considerate. Deserves a try if you want to see a new movie.

Ive been here 4 times in the Past 8 months and the power went out in the middle of the movie two times, and the movie was green one of the other times. They offered me free tickets to watch the movie again but that doesn't cover the cost of refreshments to go and watch the same movie again. It's amazing that a theater like this would want to charge a small fortune for their tickets, then have so many empty seats each night? Seems like they would figure out if they reduced their prices it may bring in a lot more people from this low income, economically depressed community. The Movies, in White City Oregon, are a good example. Low ticket prices, $3.65 and a fair concession stand makes for a great experience for ALL.

Can't beat the Sunday matinee price. Easy to sneak outside food into so you don't have to buy their overpriced junk. Staff is either nice and straightforward or green and legitimately stupid. 3 stars. Edit: also I see no arcade machines so the description is incorrect.

Too long of lines. No option of a line specifically for buying movie tickets, so you have to wait and wait and WAIT for everyone in the looong line while they try to decide what snacks they want to eat. Suggestion: any time there is a RUSH, open one designated "check-out line" to buy tickets only. Things will move much quicker!

It was ok. The theater seats aren’t at a very steep angle so the person in front of you blocks the movie if they’re too tall. But the concessions are very good and well kept.

A moderate-sized movie theater with about 8 screens in theater-sitting format. Attendance prices are moderately low. Lots of free parking, and just a short walk to the ticket cashier. Rarely is the line to get a ticket more than 3 to 6 people long. The snack-prices are reasonable, too.

I love coming here, always so much fun! And to all of you who complain about snack prices, did you know that's the way movie theatres stay alive. All the money from ticket sales are given to the co that made the movie. Read a few history books. And those of you sneaking stuff in, you will be the downfall of the beautiful social act of seeing a movie in the original format, the way it was filmed was meant to be viewed on the big screen.

Great movie, we saw Glass. It was amazing, even better than the first 2. This theater, tho, is so outdated. I haven't seen seats this outdated in 10 years. Bathrooms need attention and remodeling. Too bad this is the only movie cinema in klamath falls. 8f they had competition, they would be in more of a hurry to update the place, starting with the seats.

Worst movie theater ever!!!! If you want to watch a movie at the theater just drive to a different town. For real the movie theater in Klamath is dirty, the seats are horrible and their employees are rude as hell. I went to a movie theater in Medford ticket prices are the same but the one in Medford has leather recliners and the recliners have heated seats. The guy who owns the Pelican Cinemas is a penny pinching dirt bag.

I always love coming here. I'm use to expensive theaters so its great to be able to take a family of 4 to the movies for under 60 bucks. They recently added a few newer arcade games so you can spend even more time having fun before or after the show. Bathrooms are always clean, in my experience, and the staff is always courteous, friendly and helpful.

They also always have a broken icee machine but it seems to work for the next customer. The guy with a mustache always has an attitude. I was so disappointed that there was no air conditioning. It was 80 degrees outside and it was even hotter in the theater. At $9.50 a ticket, I would've loved to have been comfortable watching the show. Someone else mentioned the heat issue after the film and the employee just shrugged them off. On a concession note, its great to see they've added items and they've added lots of arcade games for kids.

Came in a day ago and service was great! A guy named Justin helped us and even helped me with my daughter who wasn't being the calmest girl he stayed patient and suggested bundling to save money, even saw him after the movie and he was so nice! I think the theater for here in Klamath is pretty big and decently nice inside for the town! Service wasn't always perfect but last two times we've been in it's been Justin and he's fast and a pretty funny guy! thanks!

My Kids Davey, Kelsi, Kathi & myself,(Divinski), went to the Pelican Drive-in Theatre the first day Lion King came out June 24th, 1994 - it was so enjoyable & worth every penny for a very fun memory in our big brown Ford Camp Van parked in back with the side door open & wish i could take my Grandkids to the re-make! Employee was nice...theater was clean...took my 2 grandkids but they were very cold...they were dressed in shorts and tank tops and myself in pants...but I also was cold. If I had know I would have brought them a blanket and this was at the end of August...so be aware it's very chilly. But we still enjoyed ourselves.

People underrate, all theaters have overpriced concessions, it's how they really make money. The surround sound couldn't be told different from theaters and the screen size is fair. They clean it up fairly well and it's OK for the price of to watch a movie. Klamath Falls should be happy they even have a theater. The only real problems are the exit light partially shines on the TV screen and a few chairs are broken. Otherwise it's a good theater for the price.

Sure the theater is older, but it's always clean and my kids can safely watch a movie without us driving all the way to Medford. We're very grateful for the theater staying open in this small town. If you want the big movie experience with brand new features, then go ahead and make the drive. The community is better off with this theater here. I t was nice to be able to purchase our tickets and refreshments all in one . However I believe my vehicle was hit in the parking lot so there are no cameras which could had helped in identifying the other vehicle that hit mine . Otherwise it was a nice visit to your cinemas .

Just came from "Truth and Dare" and it was great, but I'm not reviewing the movie. The theatre was comfy and the movie prices were fine, but the snacks were really expensive, I suggest sneaking in snacks.

I go here frequently, and i love their setup for everything. But today the people working the shift weren't listening to what we were ordering and screwed it all up. We first walked up they were super nice but..When we corrected them, they fixed it, but that were super bratty about it. Horrible customer service. I've been to a lot of small chain theaters, this place is decent and the prices are less than the big boys. Make no mistake, this isn't the Sony Metreon (leather recliners with cupholders), but it's a decent theater. I've never had any complaint about the staff.

Nice cinema. Popcorn is so-so. It's a little pricey here. Not a huge selection of movies, but they do have the latest film. Audio quality is very good. Seating is set up well and comfortable.
