Not a bad place to watch a movie they have the headsets for the hearing impaired which is why I go there makes it easier for me to be able to hear it I would say that they need to have better control when people are disruptive or vaping in the theater

My wife and I are literally in auditorium 8 watching the Grinch and we are miserable and cannot fully enjoy the movie because it is so very cold! There is no heat at all. I went to speak to someone to let them know that the hallway was warmer than the theater and he seemed to have concern but after 40min. The temperature in the auditorium had not changed. I am very disappointed in this theater. Under staffed, and unprofessional in response. It was uncomfortable, and we shouldn't have to have jackets on in the movie just to stay warm.

Pretty clean, except the expected occasional sticky floor. The bathrooms are very clean, Tuesdays are discounted (at least for summer 2019), the seats are super comfy and rock bait so you can lean back. The popcorn is fresh and perfectly buttered, plus you can get one free refill on drinks and popcorn.

The lobby is bright and modern. The theater seating is raised so you aren't looking at the back of anyone's head instead of the screen. The seats are incredibly comfortable. I did not find anything to complain about

Great service sadly the people that go to this theatre are loud and very bad at night go during the day people are way more mature the staff is very nice and handled it the best way they could. But most of my experience is ruined by those few times people just act 12 years old at night because millennials am I right ?

My favorite theater reserve your seat online walk-in get your popcorn your pops it down don't have to fight the crowd you've got to use the Cinemark at and get the monthly membership 20% off concessions it's well worth it!! I got a hot dog and fries for $5.20 with my discount the other night.

It's a decent theater to see a movie. Tuesdays are discount movie days. They don't seem to be picky about bringing snacks in, but I wouldn't be blatantly obvious. Bathrooms may or may not be clean. This time, the first 2 seats I chose were broken. Still, it's worth it to me on Tuesdays.

I took my grandson to the movies there, had a good time then after getting home later in the evening I discovered that I had lost my wallet! So upset!! I checked at home and at grandsons house then called the theater. They found my wallet in the theater where we watched the movie. Everything was in it, even the money!! Honest people work there!! Saw dog dayz with my niece later on Saturday night. Not overly busy ticket prices weren't bad (they switch them for the weekend just like for the morning shows). Their prices are a little ridiculous just to get a popcorn and a drink but they have Def updated to have more items! Seem a little understaffed in the concession part only having 1 person for like 6 lanes. Bathrooms were kept up and clean. Will be back again!

Great place. Clean and very affordable. Tuesday is "discount" day which I love. The staff are always friendly and courteous. Bathrooms are fairly clean but there's been several times when the paper towel dispensers are broken. To compensate it's simply just a roll of brown paper towels on the counter. That's kind of nasty in my opinion. I don't want to touch a wet paper towel roll to get a paper towel to dry my hands. That's my only complaint.

Worked there for a month and then found out I was pregnant and they stopped scheduling me but one day a week. Also the have a roach infestation! Do be careful when eating your over priced stale popcorn. Candy is 5 bucks each lmao

For what you pay, I can not complain. Definitely plan to go here more often for movies I'm interested in but not sure about. Only suggestion would be I would love to see luxury loungers implemented, even if it drives the ticket prices up a little.

My family and I went to see the new movie Halloween at Cinemark Broken Arrow. We got our tickets quickly and at a good price. The staff was friendly and seats are very comfortable. Each row is elevated a little higher than the previous row so you don't have to worry about your view being blocked from the person in front of you. Theatre was clean and neat.

The state of the bathrooms were horrendous. Dried feces up the toilet and wall. Why on earth aren’t the bathrooms checked more frequently. The movie we saw was good but this ruined our experience at this particular theater.

New to Cinemark theaters, they are pretty nice. We really liked the ticket pickup outside. The merchandise was super cool. The combos are comparable to other theaters. Was surprised that there was barely any staff on a late Saturday night.

On the night that I was there, there was one person selling tickets, running the concession stand and taking phone calls. I'm not sure where the manager was while she was doing all these things. The lines were getting long. He did eventually come out and provide some assistance. Other than being short-staffed it was okay.

Nice little theatre located in a large Broken Arrow shopping center. May seem outdated only because it's small. But it's up to date. Well taken care of and clean. Many fun and cheap events during the off school seasons. I have many daughter daddy dates here.

Went to go see the Mule here today - and my family and I enjoy coming here because it’s literally HALF THE PRICE of other theaters !! Very clean and extremely nice screens. Great snack bar , clean bathrooms, clean theaters and friendly staff.

Great little theater, only downside is that it can be difficult to find an employee sometimes. I've spent a good 10 min before waiting at the ushers podium to get my digital tickets printed and torn, but those instances are few and far between.

This is the nicest theater I've ever had the pleasure of viewing a movie in. The manager, Sherell, and her staff attended to the needs of every single patron with care and consideration. My husband and I are waiting to see the Avengers: Endgame and have seen many, many people come and go. Not once have I heard a rude or even curt word. All of the staff has offered someone a hand in getting to their theater with concessions. Hopefully we will see many more movies at this location. Thank you, Cinemark Broken Arrow!

Lowest price of any theater in Tulsa for first run movies. Screening rooms are small. Older style seating. Concessions are priced like other theater chains--overpriced. No reserved seating. Good for large families, folks on fixed/limited income. Special discounts all day for seniors on Monday and families on Tuesday ($3.25)

Would give no stars if that was an option! The GM, assistant manager, and cashier are rude ! Restrooms have been dirty the last 2 times we’ve visited. The seats in the theater are dirty and broken. During the day there are random kids running in and out of theaters watching whatever movie they want.

Couldn't give it a zero so a one by default. Upon entry, the smell of the ape exhibit wreaked throughout the theater. Then the seats were so uncomfortable you couldn't enjoy the movie. Once it was over everyone was stretching for the walk to their cars. Renovation or deep, deep cleaning would benefit this place.

No complaints with captiview they offer there, it works and stays in the place in the cupholder. I liked the captioning glasses but they do not offer that there. I did feel that they could have cleaned the captiviews little better. It seemed like it hasn't be swiped clean in a while.
