My car over heated outside and they wouldn't even give me a cup to get water and were COMPLETELY rude to me when I asked for help and then told me I could "have" an empty cup but it would cost me $3+ !!!!!! And that was the manager!! Complete jerks. I'm an older lady, by herself, from out of town in the freezing rain !!!!! This didn't even seem real to me in anyway! I walked across the street to the window tinting place and the gentleman there was MORE than happy to help without question. Thank God there are still decent people in this world.

One of the worst places to see a movie I've been to in moons & that's a statement! We hit a movie at the Branson IMAX just yesterday & that was only $3.00 more for 3D IMAX 1st the movie played like a disc with a fingerprint on it. Skipping audio & video during the entire film. Then top that off with a snackbar that plays the read the fine print game for basic things like refills. It was also odd coming out of a movie mid way and seeing staff lounging in the office like a living-room. Then watching them discuss who was going to need & get off their butts for serving me was nearly as entertaining as the movie. After all the employees didn't skip, they just moved in slow motion.... Sorry but this place came across like a greasy used car dealership with the soak up every dime tactic & kiss our butts attitude....

Very comfortable seating, they don't freeze you out in the summer or bake you in the winter, and they have a great selection of movies, including 3D. I used to go to the Joplin theaters all of the time because I hated the old Miami theater. The Miami Cineplex has raised the bar and I haven't gone to area theater in a few years now. Definitely recommend!

I don't usually go to the movies, unless I want to treat myself for a night out. The prices are kinda high for the food and drinks, so I recommend to carry about $40 to cover the matinee and snacks. Unless you plan on seeing a movie during the weekends or late at night during the week. Oh, you can even sign up for B&B BACKSTAGE passes to register you email to get coupons on select merchandise.

It is great getting to have this nice, clean, up-to-date theater right here in Miami! Popcorn is delish and you have all the sprinkle options to make it even better. I do wish they were quicker in their turnaround with movies. But that's prob a challenge in a small town.

Myself and other staff took 6 of our mentally challenged individuals to watch Beauty and the Beast. We purchased our tickets but no seating was available for us to sit within eye site of our individuals. I spoke with the manager and he stated he did not have t I me to assist me with this matter. We had no option but to get our money back. I would not recommend this place for anyone whom will go in groups.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The people who work there are rude and have absolutely no idea what is going on. If you look at the times on the website, they differ from the times if you call and get the automated times. If you call and get to speak to someone the times differ as well. When a show starts at 12:20 and you buy your ticket at 12:15, then walk straight to the theater and the movie is already 10 minutes in. That is a problem. Then when you try to get a refund the woman tries to belittle you. Worst experience I have ever had in a movie theater. This has not happened just once, but 5 times now! Shut your doors or do something to fix yourselves!!!

This was a cute theater for such a small town. That said the prices were more than reasonable, the theater was clean and the chairs comfortable. The movie selection was not large, but the image quality was still good, even for such a small theater.

Checked for A star is born yesterday afternoon. The website said it would play today at 4:20 pm and at 7:20 on 10/25/18. When we got there at 7:00 the movie was no longer there to watch. The only thing to watch all night is goosebumps 2. Not happy at all considering we had family members to attend.
