OKay theater, snacks good, seating average, dated theater but comfortable and cheap prices.

I was a little disappointed today( Sunday July 21st @3.25pm) . Especially with the lady who was working in the right side ticket counter with the glasses on . . I had tickets booked and in my phone Wallet. ( I also paid a $1. Convenience fees which i was ok with ) Normally in AMC if you have that , you just need to scan and go . It takes like a few seconds no matter how busy it is Here there was a line of people who where waiting to buy tickets . This girl was so rude and said to me to go stand back in line . I said I have tickets but she was yelling at me . Luckily the girl on the other side , just called me and scanned and let me go ... I felt a little insulted . Have watched a million Movies in AMC and never had this kind of experience ,, no one ever talked to me like this .. and having an electronic ticket was a convenience . Here I don’t think it’s like that . Otherwise a nice theatre , good chairs and a good bar ,, it’s just that one angry girl in the front ,,anyways hopefully my last movie here

It's what you'd expect from a typical AMC theater. Recliners are comfortable and theater screen and sound are all good quality. They also have 5 dollar tickets on Tuesday which is pretty cool as well.

Theater was.clean. The bathrooms were super clean. Chairs were fantastic! Didn’t want to leave. The movie was great Downing Addy. 5 dollar Tuesday fantastic!

Once I found this movie theater in my area I have almost exclusively gone here when I want to watch something. They have clean facilities and theaters with a few issues like the odd damaged chair or noisy recliner. The best part for me personally is the amount of special events they participate in. They follow most of the Fathom events and have their own event calendar as well.

Great location, clean maintenance, great movie experience. $5 Tuesdays with free popcorn make it a sweet deal. We go there almost every 10 days. once you come here, you will always come back for movies any day. We never bothered to check other options ☺️.

Seriously, can you do something about the bathroom stalls? Why are they so small? Like 2in clearance between door, which swings inward, and the toilet. Could you just make them swing outward? For the love..

Every time we see a movie here it is an amazing trip. Staff is friendly, some we even recognize and joke around with. Deals that they offer make it more economical to come here, for example on Tuedays movies are only $5 all day and you can get a jr size popcorn for free.

Popcorn never fresh. It you get an early show I was told it was yesterday popcorn. Rave always cooks theirs fresh. Marcus has better comfortable seats but getting run down.

I love the "Dream Lounger" seating, and, being close to home, I do enjoy seeing movies at Marcus Crosswoods! My only complaints are the concession prices (not unique, I know, but, still...) and the AC temp. A 90°+ day, and it was much warmer inside than I care for.

We drive an hour to go here. No waiting in line. Buy and reserve your seats ahead of time. Nice reclining seats. Want some pizza or a cocktail with your movie, you can. Want to watch on a Ultra Screen, you can. Its great. Some of these seats are starting to show some wear, they really should fix them. but other then that it is a wonderful theater.

.Nice theater. My guy and I purchased a cocktail and it was very weak, couldn't detect and alcohol at all and very pricey. We will never purchase again. Not trying to bash them, but, trying to alert others that it's a fluke. Do not buy mixed drinks there.

This theater has the most comfortable seating hands down. They are seated in sets of two and they are oversized recliners. Tickets are a little more expensive but it's worth it to be comfortable sometimes.

I love this movie theater! It's very homey and their seats are super comfy. Buy them online in advance and you never have to worry about finding a seat. Not sure about their concession prices because I have never gotten any. Also check out $5 movie Tuesdays!

The best theater hands down! Seats recline all the way back, you can move the center console to snuggle up with your spouse, and theres a bar incae you like to sip while watching movies! What more can you ask for in a theater?! It's our go to place.

Best theater in Columbus. They have really good comfortable seats and their specials are super. They have Tuesday and Thursday specials I think for $6 . I don't remember exactly but I know if you are a rewards member on that night you can ask for free guest size popcorn. Again, their seats are the best reclining seats you can sit in as they go all the way back. I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves watching movies.

It was on the far side of town, but it was a good experience. Met an old friend here. It is a bit smaller than more known theaters but at least from what I saw, it was nice.

I like this theater, big comfy chairs and reserved seating. Located near many restaurants also, which is good because they have a wide array of food inside the theater for sale (pizza, hot dogs, nachos, even a bar) but it's super expensive. Best time to go is on Tuesdays, $5.00 movies and discounted popcorn. Weekend prime time movies can be as high as 16 bucks a ticket , or maybe even more for 3d. Overall, like it, but prepare to spend quite a bit for a family to go to a weekend movie and buy snacks and popcorn for everyone.

Anyone notice the extreme volume in their theaters? It has changed and it drives me nuts. Literally, have loved this theater but now I can't go back. The last 2 times I had to wear ear plugs to get through without leaving. No other theater's have this issue for me, so I doubt I'm THE ONLY ONE. Maybe just the only one complaining. I did mention it to an employee (manager of some sort, carrying a cash drawer) but she blew me off. Must be some sort of 'new' experience they intended to create...to blow our ear drums apart.

Always my favorite movie theater. The dream lounger seats make movie going enjoyable again. Concessions are lower than the competition and the theater is kept clean and we'll maintained. Special kudos to them for setting aside movie times for sensory sensitive kids & their families. Marcus cares for more than just profits.

This is our favorite theater in Columbus. The reclining seats are super comfortable and the aisles are spaced apart so much that you can easily walk through, even with everyone lounging back with their feet up.

It's a nice movie theatre... All of the theatres around here are nice, though, so it's not like it's particularly better than the rest, unless you want the "ultra screen" experience. (Which can be worth it) The parking lot is a maze and in need of serious repair, but that's seemingly more the developer than the theatre. Overall, this is a good place to go.

I try and go every Tuesday with my boys. $5 movies every Tuesday. $1 more for 3d. That is a heck of a deal compared to AMC. I went with 2 kids for a 3d movie at AMC and it costed $49 not including food!! So please go to Marcus they have great deals for members. The sign up is free!

Bought my ticket online through the website. Seat B3. Tried all the methods provided to get my ticket. None of them worked. Successfully screwed me out of 17.25. Not too much of a loss but ended up leaving the theatre. Still have my online receipt to prove I bought the ticket. Staff was too busy to even bother helping me. Not coming to this theater ever again.

Everything was satisfactory. Except the food court. That's a minus 1 star. The young employee wasn't aware of membership deals which is why we were there... To get the deal... Otherwise we would probably skip the popcorn. There is a menu but the wording was confusing (my first time there). She was going to let me order a smaller drink with popcorn which was 3 dollars more than had I ordered the member deal that offered the large. Anyway, I caught it and was able to change my order. She was nice and I didn't feel like she was trying to rip me off or anything, I guess I just expect employees to be trained in the deals you get with the membership that they heavily advertise. Oh well. I'll figure it out.

Gone here since I've been a child, and never had a bad experience. It's a really nice theater with all the amenities, like reclining chairs and a giant screen. I usually go here when I go see movies.

My favorite movie theater. I like the lay out and I've been going to that place since it opened. The last trip however I was in the imax and half the row of recliners didn't work. Since it's all assigned seating that meant we just had to deal. I would have asked for different seats but the best ones were taken and the movie was starting. Usually not an issue and they'll get 5 stars again once they get them fixed. Still my favorite theater

This theatre is seriously AMAZING. They have a free membership club and by being a member, the online fees on Fandango are waved. Not to mention that on Tuesdays, all movies are $5. They also have great deals on snacks for members on Tuesdays. There's reserved seating and the chairs recline and are very comfy. Just love this place.

My Favorite place to see a movie. Their $5.00 all day movies on Tuesday is great. Along with the discount on goodies that card members get makes a day at the movies economical. They also have a full bar with Food. The Theatre seats are overstuffed with power controlled positions. The distance between rows makes it easy to get to your seat. The theatre has restaurants close by and is located near 270/23 on the far north side of Columbus

I love seeing movies here. Tuesday are $5 movies and they have deals on food and snacks. I would recommend signing up for the rewards card here. The perks are great and Tuesday you get a discount on popcorn. The staff is friendly and they have some of the best managers when it comes to taking care of their guest. This is the only place I see movies at anymore.

Excellent theater with friendly staff. It's always clean but it does show its age here and there. The ultra screen theater is one of my favorite places to see the next big movie and the always have classic films floating around if I'm ever feeling a bit of a throw back. Try to go on Tuesdays if you can!

The theater looks significantly better than it used to. Some major renovations a few years back had made this a much more enjoyable experience. The theaters are very spacious and the chairs are super comfortable. The sound quality is great and the movies are clear and sharp. The snack bar has a great selection with many candies and various sides. The soda station offers free refills. The downside to these areas is the mess that often presents itself and complacent staff that fails to clean it up. The snack bar often brings long lines as movies are about to start. The staff makes the line much slower. The guy that tried to help me last time failed to understand my simple order three times. He was engaged in conversation with a coworker about a disgruntled customer the other guy had. Overall the location is good. Get a staff that is passionate about helping customers and the location would be great.

I love this theater. It's really the only one my wife and I go to. The chairs are incredibly comfortable and the armrest can be lifted up for some high-grade snuggling with your date. The snacks are tasty, popcorn is perfect, and there's even a nice bar. It's incredibly clean too. Provably the cleanest theater in Columbus. My only criticism is the price. For you and a date, expect to pay at least $50. For a family, forget about it. You'd be looking at almost two bills.

I love Marcus cinema theaters. They have nice seating arrangements and latest technology for making the movies a great experience. I first visited Marcus cinemas in Wisconsin and I love to go to these theaters wherever I can find them close-by. The area inside is maintained clean including the restrooms.

Best movie experience I ever had! Those reclining chairs are amazing! So comfortable to sit back and enjoy the movie. The movie theatre is clean and well taken care of, the quality of sound is perfect and it’s so comfortable! Lots of parking outside, staff members very friendly, washrooms are clean and movie choices very good.

$5 movie Tuesdays are great! Saw IT-2, was very good. It made me laugh, made me jump out of my seat and saw it on the Ultra screen! Free popcorn and reclining seats! Staff was pleasant! The theater was clean!

Great theater! The seats recline and are comfortable. They have an IMAX theater and well saw bohemian rhapsody in it and it was amazing! The food and tickest ate a little pricey but everything else makes up for it.

Went to see Spider-Man far from home at the 8pm show and waited in line for popcorn for over 30 minutes. Finally got popcorn at 8:17 pm. Then the pop machines were spraying things at your clothes and the ice machines were empty!! The only thing that made this experience better was the politeness of the staff. If not for them being so nice and apologetic it would of been a bad experience all the way around. Never seen the theater this unprepared!! Better luck next time
