Had won free popcorn in Coke contest so splurged $6.65 on senior matinee ticket. Clean, comfortable seats. Sound was too loud and almost hurt to listen to, but overall it was a great afternoon break from cleaning the house!

I drive from Columbus to the Get away from the riff raff at the local Columbus theaters Extremely pleasant experience every time! Food is amazing & fresh I stopped going to movies after a few bad experiences in the bigger theaters you can actually bring the whole family and have a great time thank you AMC

There were 26 minutes of previews. The movie time was 10:40 PM and the movie did not start until 11:06 PM. That's a little too much. Popcorn was $8.35 for their smallest available which they called a regular. That's just getting crazy. Other than that the seats were comfortable and the service was good.

Theater is clean and well maintained overall. Customer service is excellent. Veery comfy seating. Downsides the food is ridiculously overpriced (even for a theater) the bar was awful. Took almost 15 mins for the bar tender to make a drink and then it was disgusting and overpriced.

Make sure you buy your tickets online ahead of time. The theaters don't have many seats and they sell out fast. Don't come either cause snacks and drinks are super pricey like any theater. The theater is nicely upgraded, reclining seats and everything.

Watched Toy Story 4 in 3D. Everything was great but seemed ridiculous cold. I would advise taking small blankets for the kids and make sure to wear jackets. I was wearing a jacket and it was still so cold i almost left early.

The theater itself was clean and comfortable. Although, before the movie my wife and I waited at the bar for over ten minutes, and no-one showed up to offer service. I asked the employee at the concessions to get the bartender, but he replied he's on the phone. I would say another 5-10 mins went by and no-one ever showed up. I asked who the bartender was and he replied Brian! Hope your phone call was that important! Will never go to this theater again!

Parking is easy, the popcorn is fresh, the seats fully recline, picture and sound are very good. It's clean and they show new releases. I'm a fan!

Located in the Indian Mound Mall, this theater has undergone recent renovation and features a small bar as well as a snack counter. The employees are friendly and professional, and the individual theaters are kept very clean. I've never had any negative experience here. Recommended for all family sizes.

Although the seating is very comfortable is also very limited. If you want to be in the center you have to get your tickets ahead of time. Just like an Airline they fee you to death for reservations. For a recently remodeled theater the bathrooms seem run down.

Excellent movie experience every time. AMC 9 features reserved seating which allows you to order your tickets online beforehand. This is very convenient especially for opening nights. The theatres have huge screens, comfortable reclining leather seats, and the audio is amazing! Prices are rather high for food / popcorn and Macguffin's Bar, but it's to be expected. Staff is friendly and helpful.

AMC has done a great job since taking over this theater. The plush recliners and assigned seating have made a huge improvement in the movie-going experience. They have diversified the food and drink available. Yes, it's expensive, just like any other theater. I like that they have 4 taps and I can drink a local brew while I watch a movie. Great family fun.

Decent movie theater for a relatively small town. Love the seats. Price of tickets is cheaper than most places within a 30 mile radius. Concessions are ridiculous unless you go on a Tuesday. You can get a small popcorn and drink for $5! The seats are nice. They are reclining seats.

My review is only on the concession stand prices they are ridiculous! After paying the price for the movie then of course getting everyone a snack......ouch! Seriously, a kids snack pack which includes a small drink, bag of popcorn and fruit gummies $8! Snacks for grandkids totaled more than the price of admission. Seriously, these prices could be $4 and you would still be making money!

Other than the expected overpriced popcorn and soda, the experience is great. The chairs recline all the way back giving you the feeling of comfort similar to be at home. My only complaint is how loud it can be. I have to bring ear plugs for my kids so they can enjoy the movie.

There was plenty of staff behind the ticket counter and despite that nobody, as usual, was stationed at the ticket redemption podium which forces everyone to walk up to the ticket counter, regardless of whether you have a ticket or not. Management was not visibly present or I would have commented about that to them. The overall initial appearance of the entry area was about what you would expect from an AMC facility. This time, I was in theater 11 which seemed like it hadn't been cleaned up thoroughly from the prior showing(s) as there was plenty of popcorn and cardboard remnants from other concession items on the floor and under the seats. I purposely showed up several minutes after show time to avoid the usual blitz of propaganda and made it to my seat with plenty of time to see a couple of worthwhile trailers of upcoming movies and the movie I cam there to see. During this visit I did not purchase any concession items or use their restrooms. After the movie, I made my way out the same way I can in and noticed that staff were seemingly nowhere to be found. This was actually one of the better visits I've had here. We'll see how that evolves as I continue visiting this theater now that I am an A List member.
