Never really busy with the recliner seats and self selection seating and a clean environment gives this location 5 stars in my book. I'm not sure about the bar, as I've never ordered anything from their, but the concessions are good. I've noticed the increase in movie pricing which is somewhat frustrating. It makes movie night with a family a challenge, as a family of four is $50 to satisfy ticket pricing and one small popcorn. Wouldn't take much to make it $60. Only suggestion would be to make ticket prices a little more affordable, especially for the families!

This is our favorite theater in Columbus. They have great seats and you can actually see the whole screen while reclined, which isn't the case at some other Columbus AMC theatres. The staff were friendly today as always. I recommend this theater if you can make it to it.

Very comfy seating. Food is good a little pricey though. Pregame ahead of time if your gonna drink the drink prices are highway robbery. I can tell you from experience it's very possible to sneak in a six pack.

After remodel this place has been super nice and clean to come into and see movies. Seating is very nice to lounge in, service is pretty quick and theater clean up is quick as well. Can become very crowded on weekends or movie releases, which is normal anywhere just make sure to plan ahead on those days.

Best theater that I have found on this side of town. Large reclining seats make 3 hour movies no problem. The food prices are ridiculous of course. If you can go on Tuesdays thry have cheaper tickets and food discounts.

Great digital projection, sound, and comfortable lounge seating...Our go-to place to watch first run films. BUT.... Please please fix theater #13 at Dublin, Ohio 18...the projector is not set up properly.. There is a red haze over any movie that is shown in there..not sure if the bulb is old or what, but when we pay for a movie it should at least look decent, and it should be color balanced...We've been stuck in theater #13 a few times now, and it looks bad. Thanks.

Nice & clean theater. Went to see endgame with 2 other people. Seats were comfy and reclined. Only issue was coke fountain machine was out of alot of drink choices i would of liked to have more. All and all a great place for a movie.

Everytime we go to the movies I debate driving the 4 hours to come back to this theater. Between the seats, adult beverages and snack selection they have been my favorite theater across 4 states. Was the only theater I could sit through a movie in when I was pregnant thanks to the reclining seats that allowed me to sit in different positions. Being 8-9 mo pregnant in August made the theater a life saver.

The Tuesday deal here is great. It is only 5 bucks for any move. It is very clean inside and the leather recliners are awesome! The staff is slow but I guess that is most places. It's like they are are playing a game of who can look the coolest in slow motion.

Despite living in southeast Columbus, we come here almost exclusively for their awesome recliner style seats. Prices are about the same as you'd pay for standard seats at other theaters, and if you go to the movies frequently, you'll get an even better deal signing up for their Stubs A-list membership. It's also just really nice to be able to reserve seats so there's no question of being stuck peering up at the screen from the front row. No complaints generally about the service or amenities, but I really wish they were better staffed to deal with busier times. Theaters often seem to be half heartedly cleaned, with popcorn (and in one case melted chocolate) on seats. Bathrooms are often a mess and out of toilet paper.

I love this theater! Seats are comfy, theater's are always clean. I'm spoiled now because I never want to go to a movie with " regular " seats. The only knock here are the prices. The employees dont control that so I'll keep my review high, but the cost of concessions and alcohol are like stadium prices. I understand AMC needs to make a buck, but $8 beers, $10 large popcorn? Do you know how cheap it is to make popcorn and what they pay for these buckets? I feel like I'm getting robbed everytime I pay for food. At least the awesome seats and theatres makes me forget by the end of the movie...

Great seats. The movie was fantastic. Used online ordering for tickets and snacks. Snacks were brought to my seat. My order was not exactly as I had ordered. No butter on popcorn, I asked for extra butter. Hotdog was served plain without the toppings I ordered. Still enjoyed the show and food. I will try again in the future.

Extremely good experience. Love the recliners and I must share this, last time when I went with my husband to watch Alita, my husband left his phone on his seat in the theatre and we just returned home.. It was late night. I was really worried that he would lose his phone. But next morning when he went back, he found out that his phone was picked and was safely kept . This is what good places and its staff does for the visitors.. :).. Thanks to the staff for making the movie watching experience better and worth..

Reserved seating and reclining chairs are the highlights. Everything is poor or substandard. The concession lines are not long but the wait usually is. The areas around the concessions are usually filthy. Same for the bathrooms. The hallways almost always seem like someone is in the middle of constructing some kind of movie poster or another. Luckily the actual movie experience is nice. I've never encountered a problem with sound or picture and the floors/seats seem clean enough.

Theater 16 desperately needs a new projector lamp. The picture quality was terrible for Captain Marvel. Concession prices are a lot higher than Marcus, which also has stadium seating. AMC Dublin Village 18 has recliners, but not in a stadium setup. Cleanliness can be iffy at times. There are better options in town.

Older theater in an almost empty strip mall. They close the food area before the movie ended and wouldn't honor the refills. The AMC at eastern is a much better choice.

This is a great place to see a great movie. Seats are all in good working order. You order online you can have the food delivered to your theater and your seat. if you have any respiratory issues and you spend any time in the lobby the popcorn oil is overcooked and it becomes a respiratory distress situation.

The new set up with the touch screen concession ordering is a nice idea, but poorly executed. The ordering screens are directly behind the ticket taker, which creates a bit of a traffic jam during busier times. It's been a few years since the theatre was remodeled, so it's still pretty nice but some of the chairs are starting to break down. Tickets and concessions are still a little overpriced. Overall, it's still an enjoyable experience. But $40+ for 2 Sunday afternoon matinee tickets, a large popcorn, a large drink, and pretzel bites seems high.

We throughly enjoy going to the movies here. Like all theaters the food is overpriced, but there is something special about that popcorn. ;) I love the recliners, and that you can pick your seats. All one floor, so it is wheelchair accessible. However, no automatic doors (you have to go through one set to purchase tickets and another to enter the theater itself.) Bathrooms have always been clean. Staff members have always been nice. No problems with sound or pictures, and we frequent often.

The movie was ok, but there was a group of 3 in the row in front of us who talked loudly and watched YouTube videos on their phones during the movie. Several asked them nicely to stop, but they continued off and on throughout the movie. One woman complained to the staff. The staff told her they would send a manager but nobody came. It made for a bad experience. This was my first bad experience at this Cinema.

I love this theater so much! We live in pickerington but we prefer this theater because its always clean and the service is nice. We purchased a tin bucket with Iron man design on it for popcorn because we were told all refills would be free as long as we had the tin bucket with us. BUT that turned out not to be the case!! Also the last few times we had to wait a long time for refreshments eventhough we were the only ones in line and the staff behind the counter were goofing off and paying us no mind we spent about 10 minutes just standing there before I was able to flag down an employee.

This place has some plus' and minus' involved in it. The bad: The seats are worn and are often torn and in need of repair if you see them in the light. They're expanding their menu, but what I've tried so far has been pretty disappointing especially for the price. There are a few employees that are pretty apathetic. One gentleman at the concession stand is someone my partner and I actively avoid. He's always apparently frustrated and irritated at customers, at one point making elaborate exasperated gestures at waiting customers because they didn't realize he was open. Quite a few of the 3D movies I've seen have started off blurred during the previews, something I've not seen in other theaters in the past. The theater is tucked away and quite perfectly located for where I live and features late showings and reserved seating which is ideal since I often work late hours and it means I don't have to worry about getting there early to get a good seat. They have self serve kiosks that make things even easier and the bar has some awesome drinks for special movies. Their new addition of the AMC A-list has made it a quick favorite for us since we live close by and can randomly see movies. They've never stopped us from bringing back our drink from an earlier movie and parking is generally very generous and easy to find. All and all, not a bad theater, it could do with some upkeep and maintenance, as well as retraining some of the staff, but in a retail environment I can see where that is rather challenging.

Typically pretty great theater. Every once and a while you'll get stuck in a theater room with a bad sound system. I've had it happen 4 or 5 times now but I've seen loads of movies here. It's pretty good and pretty standard for what you'd expect out of any amc theater

We prefer this location. It has power recliners and is very comfy. It is often chilly or cold in the winter months. Winter lasts over six months so dress warmly. They offer many concession foods and drinks. We enjoy using the ticket kiosk. They are fast and simple.

There is a huge parking lot but it can fill pretty quickly. The staff leaves a lit to be desired and the bathrooms aren't the best. The reclining chairs are awesome though. It's not a terrible location but it's not my first pick either. Oh did I mention there's an axe throwing place near by?

This is the only movie theater we visit anymore. The seats a super comfy, tickets arent crazy expensive, and they have all kinds of snacks and food. They also have a bar, though I've never ordered anything there so I'm not sure what all they have. They do have a significantly fewer chairs now because they have the big reclining arm chairs, so if it's a super popular movie you have to plan ahead and get tickets early.

Honestly this is probably one of the worst movie theaters in Columbus. The workers were very rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t accept our amc “yellow passes” even though there was literally like two seats taken in the theater and the movie already started. The staff was just unfriendly about it and very unorganized. I will not return to this theater again.

This has been my favorite theater for decades. Now with reserved seating it's even better. Lots of varieties of snacks, nice bar. The front row isn't terrible if you have no choice but to sit there. My only complaint is it is very, and unreasonably expensive to buy food and drink there.

Reclining leather chairs and food. Watched Endgame there. It was a comfy experience. Solid 20 minutes of previews went with that movie, so yeah, you have time to use the bathroom and get a snack. Reserve seats in advance online.

Very convenient location to hit right after work. Management stay was great; I had an issue where the online platform charged me full price vs the member price for an evening, weekday film. I made management aware of the issue, showed them the proof of the problem, and it was immediately rectified. I appreciated the work and acceptable response

We saw an early screening of the newest How to Train a Dragon with the kids! We purchased thru Fandago. The process went smooth, there was a slight issue with the location of the isle vs their map when I picked assigned seats but other than that it was great!!

This theater is not that nice for the area it is located. I walked into a smoked filled lobby and it wasn't the first time. They also have a Stubs line but do not bother standing there because they never follow the policy of those people are waited on first. Overall horrible management.

CONSUMER BEWARE: I don’t know where to begin on my review, but first and foremost I must mention they have BED BUGS there!!!!! Second of all you can hear the movies from the surrounding auditoriums while your trying to watch your movie. Clearly more needs to be don’t regarding the acoustic paneling or soundproofing!! Third of all the upper management never responds to complaints or customers concerns. Blatantly something needs to be done about this theater ASAP to save themselves from inevitably shutting down for good, which would be detrimental to AMC and the community in it’s entirety! Either way I hope this message reaches some at the AMC Corprate offices so immediate attention can be given to these sever issues and hopefully save the theater from shutting down! Franklin country health department has also been made aware of the situation regarding the BED BUGS!!!
