Had a great time for a good price on $5 Tuesday, even though it was Xmas. Thought it was great they didn't raise their prices! Nice comfortable seats and very clean everywhere, including the restrooms.

One of the best places to watch a movie but staff need to focus a little more on cleaning that socializing with one another the theaters use to be swept after every movie and that's not the case anymore from what I've seen but their new seats are amazing here is a picture also of their concession prices

Although I live in the area, I also frequent other cinemas because of traveling issues. However, my hometown cinema is always my favorite! Honestly it's not the biggest or newest but it always has the most recent films, prompt staff and my most favorite quality is the POPCORN STATION!!! after purchasing your popcorn there is a build your own area with several toppings FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! IF AND ONLY IF any other cinema even offers toppings for your ready outrageously paid for popcorn, they will charge you for the tiny bit of toppings you ORDER for your movie.....starmount cinema is the best!

1 star extra because it is close to my house and I am too lazy to drive to the new theater in Wilkesboro or the iMax in Winston-Salem. This is an old theater with no upgrades, no real features, no dealing with rude customers, slow ticket lines, and no alcohol to bring in. It is so 1980's folks. Why? Why? Why? I just invested in my own personal theater. So I will now go once a year until they modernize.

I enjoy having somewhere local to go watch movies. I cannot attest to the popcorn because I normally do not order any snacks. The seats are comfortable and it has always been a good picture.

Come here often ! Today came to see a thriller movie! Of course the jump scenes had us scared and excited! Halfway through the movie a “attendee” of the theater comes and tells us “their getting complaints about us talking?” Which is weird kuz we always see our movies here and never had this issues or been approached this way?? I’m not happy at all and this place won’t get my money again!!! And the attendee came running around behinds us and scared the heck out of us in midst of movie I paid for then just announced this causing us to miss some movie!! It was all rude won’t be back!!

The reclining seats are fine but they are a little large for my grandson to see over. I love my popcorn buttered half the waycup and then on the top. However, you have to butter it yourself and I don't like doing that. We had a good time and saw The Secret Life of Pets 2. I do think that the theater needs to be updated. However, the price for a ticket and snacks is cheaper here.

Old theater and had a funky smell like mold and mildew. Service was lacking bought a refillable drink and they closed the drink machine less than halfway into the movie.

Great staff. Screens are plenty big and audio is great. Seats recline and are very comfortable. Concession stand offers a proper selection. Ticket prices are cheaper than the bigger cinemas. 5 stars!

Bill & Ted weren't there, together anyway. And although bigger than a phone booth, I was. I was most pleased to be in attendance. The seat I occupied was spaciously comfortable, with plenty of room. I experienced a "most excellent" adventure, while there. I took in Tuesday's Matinee Showing, of Thor. It was a resoundingly resplendent 3-D spectacular sojourn. One that I am certain to remember fondly. Starmount Crossing was welcoming! The staff both helpful, and polite! The lobby looking new, was inviting, and friendly. And I'm surely looking forward to my next experience there.

I have only gone for kids movie. Comfy seats that the armrest go up; so if my child wants to lay on my lap they can. Awesome prices matinee is $6 for everyone! I spend less than $30 every time we go.

Very friendly staff and very comfortable seats. Also very reasonable prices. The only thing wish that the snack bar would stay open later if last movie starts at 7:30 then the bar closes at 7:45 you have no time to get your free refills. Other than that we love this place.

Missed the beginning of the movie. Told management, was given a partial refund and was told to come back and try again. I paid again so my family could see the rest of the movie, I went and waited in the car. Due to the slowness of the ticket sellers we missed the first fifteen minutes of the movie, I had no idea what was taking place in the story. I don't pay 32 dollars for a piece of a movie. Disappointed highly!

Super comfy chairs, good ticket prices considering we went for the 7pm showing. However, the sound was not good. It was all toward the front, since the speakers in the rest if the room didn't seem to be working -we sat in the middle. Plus, we could clearly hear the shoot-them-up movie in the room next door. We had a hard time hearing our movie at times. Will not go back.

Theater was so dirty! Ladies bathroom was gross. It was even more dirty after the movie. We went to 9:40 movie, they didn't even let us into the theater until 10. Not because they were cleaning it from the last show, as it was still a mess when we finally got in. The ceiling was leaking and pieces of it were falling on the people who were watching the movie. Just insane! Luckily, the movie was good!

Typical theater. Ticket prices are probably average. Food prices high as with most theaters. Large, fairly kept bathrooms. Theater seats comfortable. No issues during movie, temperature ok as well. Will go back to see more movies here.

Wasn't crowded which was great! Seats where extremely comfortable, back were kinda tall 4 us short people so ya definitely can't crouch down in them far if want to see the screen. The sound & popcorn was also good. The restrooms & theater in general was purdy clean & staff was friendly. Making my outing with my son purdy great. Will definitely be going back!

We went to see Spiderman while driving through Jonesville for vacation. Although the theater is smaller, it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were great. We had a great experience here. Would definitely recommend this theater.

They understand that they are the only game in town. Went to the first showing of the day, and the ladies room had no paper towels. The butter dispenser was broken, and theater 5 had a terrible odor. I got up and walked to the other side, thinking it was body odor from someone else, but nope, the theater just smelled that way at 1:00 in the afternoon. Not rushing to return.
