David Disher

Movie experience was good. Staff was friendly and the theater was comfortable and clean. I recommend this location for movies!

Marie Schelkle

Arrived 30 minutes prior to beginning of movie. There were 2 lines selling tickets. One stopped because did not have change for $20 bill. Management was called and did not respond. The lines were very long and it was below freezing and windy. Finally another ticket agent arrived and instead of taking customers from stopped line took persons from end of lines or who just walked up. If that wasn't bad enough once inside it was a 20-25 minute wait for refreshments. The person beside me missed 45 minutes of their movie and I missed 20 minutes. Management said there was nothing they could do about it. Well there is something I can do, never go to White Oak Cinema in Garner again. I am sure there were many other patrons who feel the same way.

Nancy B

I don't like having to choose a seat while purchasing a ticket. The screen is small and it takes too much time.

lauren turner

Always wonderful. A very few of the seats need to be replaced but always a good experience. Friendly staff, clean, I don't go anywhere else!

Jason Boggs

Every.Single.Time- Very poorly managed, IF you do come here make sure you arrive 1 hour before your movie time. They NEVER have enough people working the concessions. Opening weekend of End Game, only 3 lines open. Almost 30 minute wait this time, sadly we've waited longer before. I've said it before but this time I mean it, we will NOT be back.

Punter Jack

Decided to go see Creed for thanksgiving. Not sure why the manager in the box office waved me off as if I was some peasant that didn’t deserve to be there. The crew also was not friendly in the slightest. No greeting, and continued their conversation throughout me buying my tickets. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed so I could care less to be treated the same way at concessions. Granted it is my hometown, I won’t be coming here to watch another movie.

Lisa Bogner

Real nice but beer and wine was ridiculously priced. Why sell it if your gonna triple a normal price.

Terry Wilson

It is to me, an average theatre where concessions are always more expensive than even matinee prices. Been only a handful of times. Never been to a first night release. Won't attempt to go to a popular movie or first open because it gets outrageously overcrowded. Did that once. Good thing is when you purchase tickets you get to select your preferred seating and can see the open seats straight away now. I really like that as a feature. Nothing special, it's a movie theatre. The shopping and stores around are awesome, and a beni if you like a movie after shopping. I'm not a shopper and see kids movies or the big blockbusters (ie:Marvel). I usually show up with two boys. It costs the three of us $60 for movie and concessions. Kid snack pack if they happen to have the snack. Large popcorn and large fountain, plus the matinee tickets. You can buy two to three blue ray dvd and pop your own popcorn.. which sells 2 dollars and some change per bushel or 8 to 12 dollars a tablespoon. Mio costs a couple dollars and makes gallons of flavored water without the unhealthy soda. So mostly we go for the experience of the big screens. Looks like you can get burgers, dogs, pizza, and nachos and adult beverages as well. Anyway.. this is closest best option.. always leave house 1 1/4 hours before show time.

They have some new rules that don’t make a lot of sense. My kids 17 and 19 were going to Bumblebee while my wife and I were going to The Upside. Movies were after 4pm so all kids have to be with someone over 21 to see any movie. So we all of us had to see Bumblebee. Really 21 to see a pg13 movie after 4pm. It’s 4pm and my kids are 17 and 19. Ones in college. Seriously Regal Whiteoak make some rules that make sense.

Victoria Person

I have been calling this movie theater for about 10-15 minutes. The number through Google takes you to an information line for all movie theaters. Then they give you the movie theaters number after about 4 questions. Maybe this is a good thing but I now have been calling the movie theater for a while to find out how long the previews are. I haven't experienced the customer service or quality of the theater but right now I give them one star. Also the phone line just rings and then hangs up. Blah

Elijah Helmic

Spacious theaters. Well maintained common areas. And amazing sound

Bryan Ramge

Went to see avengers endgame at a 7pm showing. We were there an hour early, got seated about 30 minutes before hand, then got our seats and went to concessions for some snacks. It took everything we could do to get back before the movie started. We stood in line at concessions for 20+ minutes. The popcorn we received was cold, our large cokes were warm with no ice and tasted like they had been left in the car on a hot day for several hours. The theatre sound wasn’t very loud, at times it was very hard to hear some of the conversations happening in the film, and the picture quality seemed very dim compared to how it usually is. Overall, not a great experience. I’ve been coming here for years and have never ran into many problems, but as of late it seems the price of everything is going up and the quality is going down. May be time to take my money elsewhere.

Carson Allen

The place was packed and we weren’t moving at all and then they said the register was closed and so we had to move all the way to a new line and we missed the beginning of the movie I am not coming here to get again until they fix there representation

Mark Duncan

Took the kids to see Endgame today (screen 13) and the whole last hour or so of the movie was ruined by the screams of Godzilla in the next theater over. At certain points in the movie, a light would get projected on to the ceiling which was very distracting. I guess it was someone opening a door in the projector room or something. The AC seemed to be cut off during the last hour of the movie and we were all sweating by the end of it. Also, I could be wrong on this, but I'm not even sure if the surround sound was working correctly in that theater. The sound quality was just overall poor (like the sound quality during the commercials before the movie starts). This isn't the first poor experience I've had at this theater, but it's the worst. We saw the Lego Movie 2 back in February and the screen was very dim especially around the edges. We saw Wreck It Ralph 2 a few months before that and the motion blur was very bad (you know that scene where they get to the internet and it pans across the landscape were you see a bunch of website logos? That was a blurry mess.). I can put up with some motion blur and dimness on rare occasions, but there always seems to be something wrong every time I come here. I'm not the type of person to complain or write bad reviews over the slightest thing, but the bad experience today was enough (The only good thing today is that the projection was at least bright and sharp). A movie I had been waiting to see for a while ruined by the roars of Godzilla - these tickets are entirely way too expensive to have that kind of experience. Edit: I also agree with other reviews about the quality of the popcorn. I have never received fresh popcorn here and I did not purchase any concessions today because I already knew it was going to be worse than the stuff you put in the microwave at home.

RED GURL aka BOUJIE SMURF

Huge, very clean & comfortable. I enjoyed my time there.

Lee Bradshaw

My 19 year old son( can vote and just got called for jury duty) came home from college and wanted to take his 14 year old brother to see Avengers on Friday at 4pm. My oldest son was carded and they were told they needed a over 21 chaperone to see movies on the weekend after 4pm. I was working and thought a 19 yo could be a chaperone for a PG-13 movie. I understand this theater may have a problem on weekends with unchaperoned teens, but 4pm is ridiculous. Needless to say...your theater is expensive anyway and your cashier was rude to my son who asked for clarification of this rule. Dont worry about my family darkening your door ever again, and I hope others will follow suit.

William Goldman

Just because they replied to my previous review, they get 5 stars. Good place for movies. Albeit sometime crowded. But that isnt really their fault

Gail Bryant

Went to see Shaft. Great movie

Sharon Wurr

Nice place to see s movie but refreshments are very pricey.

Showcase Professional Training

My spot to go to on weekends after training @ Showcase Professional Training and Sports Performance!

Jamie Goings

This is one of my favorite theaters!!!

Chris Williams

I like the reserved seats. The hamburger with fries was less than stellar.

Jef Rawlings

Theater was great. But Avengers Endgame took my breath away

Jonathan Hester

This theater is quite clean when it comes to theaters. The staff is always friendly. One time the movie had a discoloration to it. I told a worker but they were unable to fix it. After the movie they have everyone a free ticket to a future movie.I thought that was some great customer service. For a small town movie theater, it really gets the job done.

Chrisann Caparo-Warn

Visiting family, we all decided to go here. The popcorn machine was down, very disappointing, got pretzels & wanted mustard instead of cheese, had to tear open about 30 mustard packets each just to fill the cups they gave us. Seats need to be up graded, ended up sitting on the metal bar, cushion was missing on part of the seat & the seats were small, so you feel like your crowding each other. We did lift the center piece, but still feel crowded. We did enjoy the movie, I'll hive them that.

Jenny Bowman

Love it there! Everyone is so nice

John Arthur

The theater was a mess from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Came for a special screening showed up about 40 minutes early and was turned away. I was comped a free small popcorn and soda waited on line for about a hour and just decided to quit and go see another movie. Had people coming in throughout the film with their food because of the slow poorly managed service. When I left the theater I hoped to exchange the "free stuff" for something more local...I had after all driven an hour for this "special screening", manager was rude and dismissive and explained how it wasn't his fault or really his problem. I saw about 40 people turned away, likely they gave away two passes for every seat. What happened to me was fraud I will not forget this from Regal.

Robert Clark

Parking and getting through the usher into the lobby was easy. The concession lines were long and slow

Hugo Coreas

Men this guys are so dam slow...

Mike A

Overall a nice place but there are things I didn't like. I don't care for the reserved seating. I would rather find some open seating when I arrive in the theater rather than sitting next to ppl who like to use their phone during the movie among other distractions. The lighting was also distracting. There was a star shaped light on the wall that kept flickering that I could see during the movie. The overhead light where I was seated seemed to be brighter than the others. If I have a similar experience here again I may not go back. For the amount of money I pay I expect a better experience.

Bryan Flores

Popcorn is always fresh and beers is always cold...

wyckette Jones

The theater is very clean. Seats are comfortable and includes a cup holder on the arm of the chair. Easy access to handicap seating in a wide aisle; stationary seats have safety lighting to warn people who leave during a movie. Food is good - like all theaters it's over priced - but better than most. Purchasing tickets the day before makes it easy to get into the theater, get your food, and get in your seat before the rush.

John Zellers

It is a movie theater, but it needs an upgrade, get with the times. There are way better theaters in the area with way better accommodations.

Jane Cox

I have never in all my movie going years been to a theater that ran out of popcorn!!! We had all ready purchased our tickets online and traveled to the theater, only to find out they had no popcorn and they could not predict if they would have it before the movies end. Upon exiting our show, we heard and smelled the heavenly sound of popcorn. It would have been nice if they had delivered some complimentary popcorn to the shows already in progress! #moviesarenthesamewopopcorn

Claire Wilshire

Second time we've had issues with this theatre's 3D service. The screen was blurry so it was like watching the film in double vision, with or without the 3d glasses. We told them immediately. Waited. Told them again 15 minutes later. They insisted they were working on fixing it. It still wasn't fixed an hour into the movie and it was unwatchable at which point we just left. Not fixing and restarting the movie immediately is really inexcusable. If it was not a fixable problem they should have told us right away and offered a solution. Very disappointing experience.

Spencer Dunn

Regal is everything it's supposed to be. Unfortunately for me that includes overpriced and overcrowded. The theater quality is on point, can't argue with that though.

Lisa Crooms

I think the theater is nice and comfortable. I went to a matinee. I think that the customer service could improve. It was earlier in the day. No traffic, all staff I had encountered, especially at concession stand, look like they didn't want to be there...no smiles at all. For the price I paid for the extremely high items at concessions. I need to see a smile and someone saying enjoy.

David Medlin

Great place to see a movie

Martin R.

This theater is okay. The staff is very friendly. It met my expectations.

Jerry Dicken

My 2nd show I watched with my Mother ever. Watched Captain Marvel. We both enjoyed it very much. Thank you ! Love you Mom !

Greg Toback

Screens are small. They do not employ enough people for the snack bar. We went at a non busy time and waited 45 minutes in line to get popcorn. I will take an extra 15 minutes and drive to Raleigh next time

Ayana Johnson

The concession employees need help. One young lady was so slow. She didn't move with any sense of urgency. There were a good 25 people in line with only 3 registers open. It took me close to 20 minutes to get my little nachos and coke. Finally a guy came to the desk and was knocking orders out left and right. You can tell he knew what he was doing. I'm glad he came. I only missed the first 5 minutes or so of the movie. (I went to a prescreening so there were no previews.)

Sarah Nasypany

This new "assigned seating" is petty and unnecessary. It delays process at the ticket window from lengthy discussion on where the best place in the theater to sit is. Arguments occur inside the theater about who is in what seat that interrupt the movie.

Carol Moore

Clean, nice theater screens, very friendly.

Randy Hardee

Expensive. 2 tickets, 1 popcorn, 2 drinks=$50

normajean125

Great theater with stadium seating. Just the right size and even if there's a long line you don't have to wait very long. Snacks are pricey but what theater has cheap snacks? Very clean place and well organized.

Calvin Do

Simple and clean cinema. Buy your tickets at the door and then get checked before you can buy snacks or go to your movie. Snacks are slightly overpriced, but that's expected of theaters. The actual viewing rooms are clean and spacious, no reclining chairs though. 3D is available for some movies.

Candace Nelson

White Oak Theatre has really gone downhill. We went to see a movie there a few months ago and before the movie started, my husband went out to the lobby to grab a drink and a meal from their menu. He waited for 45 minutes for his food and missed a huge portion of the movie. We spoke with a manager and he gave us 2 free tickets for our next visit. A nice gesture, so I didn't get them a bad review. Tonight, however, will be the last time we go to White Oak movie theatre again. As we were making our way to our seats, there was popcorn spilled all over the floor and empty drink cups surrounding our seats. Nobody had bothered to clean up the theatre between showings. Furthermore, there was a child (2-3 years old) on our row who jumped, screamed, talked loudly, ran around, etc. the entire time. Parents were oblivious, apparently. Not once did they try to quiet him down or leave the theatre. Frustrated, I walked into the lobby and saw the manager. I told him about the child and he just replied with "I'll send someone in there to check it out." No apology. No sympathy. Nothing. I returned to my seat and a few minutes later, the manager did come in and watch the child behaving the exact way I explained. He said something to the parents, but did not even attempt to apologize to us as he saw us leave the theatre when the movie was over. We are so disappointed and we will not be returning. Do yourself a favor and go to The Alamo movie theatre. The seats are better, it is always clean, the popcorn is unlimited, and the staff doesn't tolerate people on their phones or kids being loud.

Dawn Ashe

Need to hire more staffing. Very long lines for concessions. Seats need an upgrade also.

boss Hamton

The movie theaters were clean but the concession stand was dirty. Also it got hot in number 11 the air-conditioning only came on twice in the 2 and a half hour movie.

richard tracy

Ticket office was very slow and they have started to have you pick your seat number causing bit to be even slower

Emily Huff

I have been going to this theatre for years. Always had a great experience and never had any problems. This was the first time that I’ve had a terrible experience here. Arrived 40 minutes before the movie started. Had to stand in line 15 minutes because there was only one ticket booth open. Went to get a popcorn and drink. Stood in line 45 minutes. The guy was so slow. Took him 10-15 minutes to give a popcorn and drink to ONE person. Walked slow wasn’t in a hurry even though there was a long line. Lady in front of me had to tell the manager to help him because it’s ridiculous to be standing in line for this long. He left then came back 10 minutes later to help the cash register guy and didn’t help him at all. Just stood there and looked at all of the people. Missed 10 minutes of the movie. When I was finally able to ask for a popcorn and drink he just took his time and acted like we should be glad that he’s giving us our popcorn and drink. I almost yelled at him to hurry up because he going so slow and being rude about making us wait.

David Reyna

We always enjoy ourselves. They always have the latest movies and the staff is great

Marty Huddleston

Get a popcorn and drink. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.

Chris Costello

Be forewarned about their asinine new policy that wouldn’t let my 18 yo take my 8 yo to see The Adams family movie! They literally tried to compare going to see a G rated movie to buying Alcohol at a bar!!

Ann Saunders

I like to come here. It's comfortable. Even though it is so many people it doesn't seem crowded.

Kelli Barefoot

We always come here. Very nice! But I took away 2 stars because we had to wait 40 minutes in line at the concession stand because they wouldn't open more cash registers.

Thelma Smith

Lovely theatres, great seats, good choice of movies.

Bruce Hawkins

Awesome experience.. Great shape

Valerie Kerwin

AWFUL... Its my daughter's birthday and I waited 45 mins for her PRETZEL. 4 different employees said they were going to get it and none of them came back with one...I missed the first 15 mins of my movie, sent her and the family to get seats, they brought me their popcorn because was stale and "bottom of the barrel" tiny pieces... The manager, Andrew, brushed it off like it was regular practice to have that kind of wait time. Told me to come see him after my movie and he would right the situation with admissions tickets for future visit. FALSE... I was refunded my $15 concession purchase and sent on my way... BS...ZERO STARS

moviegeek80

Basic theatre. Popcorn tastes old and never fresh. Inside smells like a combination of sewage and dirty feet when you walk to your seat..maybe from the nasty carpet. I would rather pay more and go to an establishment like AMC with reclining seats if I were seeking a big chain movie theatre experience.

cool banana

I saw endgame 6 days ago here it was awesome

George Carrick

Very good theater with great shows. For the price, the seating could've better, such as recliners. staff is friendly but sparse. Lines are long for snacks, and there isn't any butter for the popcorn. The theater is large, and comfortable. The sound system is too loud though. I would go back but skip the lines, and attend a matinee for $1.00 less.

Courtney Laws

Shaft was a great movie! Expensive snacks though!

Curt B

An interesting theatre. We went on saturday night and got to choose our seats. Unfortunately, our seats were occupied. Luckily, an employee came in to enforce the assigned seats.

Tabitha Alford

The staff is always friendly and the food selection is really good! They now offer a beer and wine selection, which is nice. It's a nice middle ground between the higher end theaters and just basic theaters.

Divine LaRose

Place is always clean. Staff nice.

Matt Johnson

I love white oak theater, close to home, good beer, and of course the Cheetos popcorn! If you want to enjoy a movie and a snack come early because service can be slow!

carolyn hatten

I took my teenage daughter and her friends to see the new Dora movie while I went to watch Downton Abbey. I bought a ticket for my daughter and one for myself without any trouble. When my daughter’s two friends arrived, they were unable to buy their tickets because an adult was not going to the same movie as them. Apparently there is a policy that says on the weekend if you are under 18 and after 4:00 p.m. a teenager under 18 cannot see a movie without an adult. This prohibits us from attending this theater. We had to return our tickets and leave. It would seem more reasonable to address individual problems with teens and not limit the public from using the theater reasonably. Beware of this before you buy your tickets. Was not a pleasant experience.

Gloria Martinez

Great movie theater for Garner. The food menu could be expanded but overall I really enjoy the new assigned seating and I think it's in a great location.

Capital Appliances

Very nice theater !

Mike Dunn

Saw Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Great movie. On the downside, my closed caption glasses battery gave out about 2/3 rd of the way of the movie

Sydney Simmons

I usually go to the Regal in Cary, but they didn’t have any available seats for the Lion King so I had to come here. The bathrooms were disgustingly filthy. Toilet paper everywhere and no soap in the dispensers. The hand dryer wasn’t even working properly. They don’t have the recliners either and the seats they do have aren’t very comfortable. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

O̥ͦ H̥ͦ D̥ͦ E̥ͦ Ḁͦ R̥ͦ

They are soooo! Good love the popcorn

Carolina M.

There are no recliners at this theater...yet you must pick an assigned seat before entering. Management created this odd social experiment of squeezing strangers together on a few rows in an otherwise empty theater. Stuck behind someone a foot taller than yourself? Or next to that cuddly couple when you’re seated by yourself? Or in front of a row of kids at a Birthday party? Or god forbid your ex? Don’t dare move or you’ll find yourself kicked out of someone else’s assigned seat. If I have to pick a seat and hope for the best, I’ll do it in a leather recliner at a different theater. (PS. If crowded shows are the reason for the seat policy, why not just announce that everyone needs to move in? Or assign seats just for those shows?)

JBen Chadwick

Had much better movie theater experiences at less pricey locations. No reserved seats and ride uncaring staff. Will go out of my way not to go here unless otherwise enticed.

Cherokee Bailey

Standing in a line, day after a holiday, for 20 mins in 100 degree weather with only 1 person saleing tickets. Manager is a jerk, who didnt care. This theater is going downhill fast. And they have started reserved seating. We are seeing a movie that had been out for quite awhile, and instead of spreading people out, we are all sitting on top of each other. This is ridiculous. Dont understand the necessity of seating us like we are in school. This is probably one of the last movies my family will attend.

Bud Gilmore

Wife purchased bottle of water for me while I was wearing our kids. It was not cold. It felt like it had just been put in the cooler. I asked for a small drink cup of ice for it and they were going to charge me $5.49 just for the cup of ice!

Joan Blake

Good movie toy story 4. Great to take the family and get out of the heat

Wendy Gavin

Good selection of stores but very confusing getting around the parking lots.

Becky Paquin

Other thank the bathrooms not working...everything was great!

SOMEONE INAZ

Lovw this place great movie theater with comfortable seating great prices and absolutely gorgeous design

Lee Cumbie

This is our go-to theater although it is about 30 minutes away. Great variety of restaurants around it. Why not a five star rating? Too expensive like almost all theaters these days. No recliners like the Cary theater. We would go there but it is another 25 minutes further for us.

Ann

Took my 5 kids here to see a family movie. They played the wrong movie. A horror movie rated R. When we walked out and told them, they didn't seem to care and really didn't make things right when movie tix are so expensive these days. We should have been refunded for those and what we paid for the popcorn and drinks we just bought. They werent able to play the right movie so we had to leave. This was on my son's birthday.

Shi Shi Shi

One of the better low key theaters. With a very good management and staff.

Brian Zyskowski

I come here every weekend and see at least 2 movies. This place is great! However, I give it 4 stars simply because the concession lines are horrendous. Often, there are two or three lines with 20-30 people in each one. They have twice as many registers and employees but I often see employees simply standing around talking. It is extremely frustrating to wait in line when either your movie is starting, or you want a refill and have to miss 10-15 minutes of the movie because of long lines. Management really needs to address this issue!

Tarshia Edwards

Move was great. Seat were clean. Food was good

Estrella Jimenez

I liked white oak

Crystal Hyman

In line with 112 degree heat index with one person working the ticket booth. It is taking forever and might miss the movie.

Jackson Honeycutt

Never had any problems here!

Jenn Jett

Great, but you need extra handicap parking.

cindy Hicks

Staff Was Nice And Professional The Theater Was Clean And Comfortable The Popcorn Was Fresh. So Far I Really Like Going To This Theater.

Spencer M. Smith

My first time watching a movie here since I've moved to clayton... it was a great experience and I'll definitely go back!

Tom Banks

Enjoy every visit as it was my first time. Large seating areas and friendly staff. Great place to spend time

Barbara Mcallister

One of the best movie theater I go to

Michael Fetting

Good theater. Offers Senior Discounts and Military Discounts. Clean restrooms and theater

Marc Borrayo

Service staff everything was top notch

eddie creech

Very clean and nice.

Tonni Toms

Enjoyed my movie Alita:Battle Angel and my Snack Pak popcorn meal.

William A. Olsen

Very nice theater; all the amenities people expect these days.

Sheen Willams

I had a good time, but take a jacket. I was cold

Jay Miller

Nice theater but the concession service is very slow. The front line employees have no assistance in making nachos, pizza, and other foods and must leave the registers to do so which makes for a lengthy delay.

Kathleen walker

It's not IMAX but it has great customer service and the lines aren't as crazy. We love to come around night time on a Saturday night or Sunday. Great Date night theater.

Vonnie Thornton

Almost always really clean, the restroom was a little messy last time I went but compared to most theater's I've been to this one is amazing. The people are very accommodating, of you every have any problems or questions just ask. We love going to the movies here.

Edward Savoy

Comfortable seating. Clean modern building. Theater pricing for food

Boss Lady

Nice they now serve beer and wine

Kaleb H

The theaters are comfy and the snack counter has a large variety of things to order from popcorn to pizza.

Branden Whilden

The audio quality in theater 2 was messed up this past time. The screen had water damage in another theater last time I went. And twice recently I got put in a theater with a squeaky AC vent. I hardly ever write bad reviews but I think it's time for this theater to be remodeled.

Miguel Chaves Estrada

Joseph Hodge

It's not the glitziest but the customer service is very good and the theater has all the basic accommodations you need. Fairly clean as well despite facing the onslaught of Endgame weekend.

Christian Woods

It’s a good place to go watch a movie. They serve beer and have a nice staff.

Amanda Wilkins

The night I went was deserted but the staff were nice enough. The theatre was clean but the popcorn was cold. It was a slow night. Even still, Regal partners with Fathom and it is great to have access to the cool content.

Sean Sayers

Always a great choice to watch a movie with the kids!

Troy Blevins

Seat could use an upgrade. Nice concessions selections, people friendly. Kinda messy.

SHANn ZOEY

Okay first they mess up our tickets and go back n charge us alot more then they have advertisements for 19.99 combos and tell us oh we dont do that anymore only fill popcorn n drinks half full. We come here alot and.not use to such a horrible experience and the manager seems new and clueless and could careless about customers or the service oh and now we miss whole beginning bc 3d was messed up..what the hell is going on??

Ray Ray Rose

Enjoyed the movie and popcorn

Victoria Kazmier-Mahalik

Although it was big & had stadium seating, I feel the theater was outdated.

Damon McWalters

Theater has made some welcome updates. Including Regals Unlimited movies plan. Beer, wine and food available. Would like to see them offer Coke Freestyle versus waiting in line for refills. Regal based comments. As an Ultimate Movie member would also like Regal to offer feeless online tickets and refillable Popcorn Bucket and Soda like Cinimark/AMC.

Mary Carrillo

Great comfy seats, concession foods selection great including chicken strips and fries, have a neat candy dispenser, good customer service and clean!

Justin Gardner

Nice staff an clean

Isaac Oneal

It appeared as if our seats for double booked. I think many others were in the same position. What's the point of assigned seats if you double book? I enjoyed the movie experience anyway. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Torrey Bethea

Me and my son went to see avengers endgame...loved it! Had a great time...nice and clean, rest room, snack food area and all...stop by sometime!

Shann Smith

White Oak is the best period love this place clean great service great food and you can have a Stella while watching a Blockbuster!!

Frances18

I go to this movie theatre about once a week and its always a friday or Saturday. I went just a week ago to see a pg-13 movie without my ID, but tonight they refused to let me in without proof of me being 17 to see a pg-13 movie. I think this new policy of being required to bring an ID in to see any movie after 4 Friday-Sunday is ridiculous. My boyfriend who is 19 even proved his age and they wouldn’t sell him a single ticket. Not to mention the food is always cold including the popcorn and the lines are always ridiculously long and they wont open up more registers. There are many employees who just stand there not doing anything.

Shane Persaud

OMG the best movie theater EVER

Julie Dominguez

No toilet paper in first stall of ladies room. The holder has 2 rolls how do you run out of both? Also ran out of paper towels.

martey miller

It was a very nice movie theater. I was very surprised that they offered sub title glasses or amplified headphones. Right next to the theater is Krafty's Restaurant and Bar. This place is the best!

Allen Lott

Nice theater. But 20 minutes of advertising from the time the movie was supposed to start to it starting is excessive. Also 9 bucks for a beer is kind of outrageous.

Tim Grubbs

Regal movie theater is a nice family friendly theater. I like this theater more now because they now sell beer and wine. Which works great for date nights.

1 lane open for snacks, one person working and line is backed up to the door...where is the manager?

My son who is 17 years old and is on the Autism-Spectrum-Disorder, requires a special diet because, besides suffering from the aforestated condition, has Celiac disease. We had planned to see the 7:00 PM show of “Fantastic Beasts” and purchased the ticket ahead of time, and inquired about bringing in “Gluten-Free” Pizza for him to enjoy while watching the movie. When purchasing the tickets we were told that an exception to the general rule of not allowing outside food will be made due to the unique nature of the circumstances. Upon arrival, I made an additional effort to make sure that we are not running afoul of any “policies”, and spoke with the manager to inform him that we are bringing in a gluten-free pizza. His insensitive response was shockingly disturbing: He stated that he is “overruling” any prior permission and will not allow us to bring the gluten-free pizza within the theater

Overcomer was a powerful movie.

Watch all the recent Star Wars movies here giant big big screens comfy seating seats that recline back just enough for comfort if I didn't like the movie so much I would take a NAP Zzz zzz. The place smells great that popcorn scent if only Star Wars could keep making more movies

David Pearson

I don't having to pick a seat when I buy my ticket.

I came to the movie theater at 11 am because that is what was listed on Google. Workers were in the theater but ignoring us at the door even when we knocked. A manager finally came to the door and informed us in a very choppy like manner that the theater opens 30 minutes before the first showing. Now I don't have a problem with this, but if you know that Google has the wrong time listed then it's not the first time this has happened. The manager could use a little more care and personality when interacting with customers, instead of treating us like we interrupted her from another task. Then again I came up in a world where your customers and how you treat them is everything.

Things like the seating system make it almost impossible to sit with my little brother or dad when watching movies together. Aside from the seating chart thing I thoroughly enjoy it. I do have a question about student ID: Would a keycard with my name and student number work since thats how we get in and out of school?

I am old school for sure! I was totally shocked they serve beer and wine but, I think it a wonderful idea to give movie goers a total relaxed experience.

Movie cut off 30 minutes in. I left the theater and spoke to the first employee I found.... At concessions. The employee stopped what he was doing to restart the movie. Thank you for the great service.

Angie M

Nice place. It was clean and quiet. They didn't have some of the advertised snacks and wouldn't give us an extra small bag so we could all share the popcorn.

Melanie Molyneaux

Wish they had the reservation option like the other movie theaters do. People were saving seats for others that didn't arrive until 15 mins later. That's not fair. We just decided to visit AMC in Holly Springs since they have reserved seating. Edit: 8/22/2019 - I'm glad this theater finally has reserved seating. I checked back to see if they've made changes, and they did.

Franny Sanz

Amazing experience the people were very friendly. The food and service was great. I do wish that all five or more ticket windows were open. It would have really helped speed up the ticket process. However it still was not bad.

Kids love a day at the movies

Rita Abbott-Billings

Usually a great place to hit a movie, unless Teachers Protest on a Wednesday and you've taken the day off to go... So many kids on May 1st we spent 45 min. waiting to get popcorn and over 20 min. in line for tickets before I bought them on my APP... WOW, talk about under-staffed for a day like this. Thanks to the Teachers protest - Next protest do it on your day off not mine (My husband's birth day celebration did not start off with a bang as was hoped...)

Vickye Santiago

Don't go on opening day over crowded great service clean

Andrew McCann

I have to give it 4 stars because despite the popcorn and the movie being perfect, my mom bought like these corndog nugget things and it took us pretty much like 30 minutes to actually get them and when didnt know what to do or where to wait for it. My mom almost missed some of the movie waiting so 4 stars.

This movie theater has a great selection. When I want to go to the movies. The first movie I saw here was Proud Mary w/ Taraji P. Hinton. The atmosphere in this setting is very calm and it invites you to want to see a movie. The service of the staff is friendly and polite.

Michael Bunn

My first time at this theater was a good one with the exception of the staff giving me the run-a-round...I lost my wallet and didnt realize it until the next day...called to check if anyone found it and they said they didnt...this was around 10 am. So I retrace all my steps to find it and finally decide after 3 hours of searching, to drive an 1 hour back there and search for it myself. I spoke with the manager "mikayla" and she went to the back and returned with my wallet...come to find out $30 was taken out...she told me the cleaning crew found it the night before,if so then why didnt the employee inform me of it when I called earlier. They could have saved me a few hours if they had just told me to begin with. I know that the theater isn't responsible for my lost money...but it sure feels like they didnt care if I found it. Don't think I'll be visiting white oak cinema again.

Jarlean Stuart

I love this theater, but last night I was a little confused about the stale popcorn that we had Considering how busy it always is, I don't know how it was possible to have old popcorn

Mary Bolin

Very Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Prices are a little high but I get the profit system for theaters so I won't hold that against them. We always enjoy ourselves there so that's good.

mike kistler

Worse theater experience ever. Started waiting in the concession line at 7:30. Finally was able to order food at 7:52. After waiting until 8:07 and missing over 30 minutes of the movie I finally just gave up and asked for a refund. They got a manager and he processed the refund and we left. He did not offer an apology or even ask about refunding the movie ticket cost. Won't be going back any time soon.

Wendy Champion

Sound far too loud. Should not have to leave the movie to let them know... Prefer Crossroads Movie Theatre 100%.

Jacob Bennett

Very clean and quick. Handled the End Game rush very well.

Eveline Muela

Great theater. Always clean and good service.

walt thrower

Nice to be able to go to movies and watch a decent encouraging movie. Over comer is a great movie that glorifies the Lord.

Andrea Martin

Pricey theater for quality that is not up to par with surrounding theaters. No reclining seats and the Soda lacked flavor and the popcorn was stale.

Luis Ramirez

This is our local theater, and want to offer positive criticism. The place has amazing potential to provide a great movie experience. You have all services and systems in place to deliver this. One word ATTITUDE. Every station had two people there, yet their focus was NOT the customer. You have to instill an onstage mindset as one experiences from Disney's castmembers. Yesterday we were given a purchased ticket, told what side our movie was showing on, offered upgrade to consume the larger drink and large popcorn...No smile, thank you, enjoy your movie. You will not fail or continue to get bad reviews if you improve from the reviews. Good luck and please don"t send me a survey link.
