Quin theaters is really great I enjoy the service the movies are reasonably priced by comparison to some other movie theaters that I've been to plus every time I've been to Quinn theater there's always a sheriff's deputy hanging out making everybody feel safe I really appreciate that

My wife and I were in from out of state and decided to see a movie here. The matinee price for two adults was $11 including tax! That's wouldn't even buy one ticket in many large cities! The people working the concessions were polite and prompt. The facility seemed in decent repair. Overall it was an very positive experience!

I walked up to the window with my two daughters and asked for three tickets. This young man rings us up and I payed him and I take our tickets. We walk in, ordered popcorn and a drink. We go to the theater, take our seats and wait for the movie to start. Then the guy that gave us the tickets walks up and says “hey, you only paid for two tickets “. I say, “ I’m sorry?” He says it again, “you only paid for two tickets !” I’m in the theater with my daughters and the folks waiting for the movie and this child acts like I’m trying to get over on the theater when it was his mistake. Long story short, teach these kids some common curtesy.

I have taken my nephews to this movie theater three times recently. It isn't the newest of theaters but it is well kept up. The theater seats are comfortable and the theater itself is very clean. The bathrooms are clean and neat. The movies have been clear and the sound system is good. It has become one of our favorite places to go. Especially for afternoon matinees. Definitely worth checking out if you are close or vacationing near Sylva, NC.

It's closer for Cullowhee and Sylva residents than the theaters in Cherokee and Asheville, they accept cards now, the seating and sound are good enough to enjoy, and the bathrooms have never been nasty. They even make you take your feet down off the backs of chairs, lolz.

Other than how cold it was in the theater & the lighting of the isles seemed bad enuff that during the beginning of the movie, random ppl were shining their phones 2 find a seat despite the "NO PHONE USE IN THE THEATER" rule!! This bothered me a lot.....

Great place for a movie. Small and pleasant. It is the only true movie theater in town, but serves its purpose well. It can be a little crowded at times and is popular with the younger crowd for meetups.

I enjoy Quin because this is another home town favorite. I'm biased in my opinion, but aren't movie theaters supposed to have sticky floors and seats that arent so comfy? I didn't come to the movies to go to sleep. A seat upgrade would do this theater some good, it doesn't have to be reclining leather chairs.

Always have a good experience at this theatre. Matinees are my favorite time to go because it is discounted amd usually less crowded. Good popcorn and clean restrooms! Definetly worth a visit. And I just watched Despicable Me 3. Great movie! Great theatre!

I liked that it is a small theater and not overpopulated. The service was great and I received snacks for my children in a timely manner. The only thing i would suggest fixing is the lack of cleanliness. Other than that, i enjoyed the visit.

There's something about the nostalgia of a movie theater that isn't stadium seating, hasn't been updated to be really modern, and still has a ticket window. Yeah the experience is not going to be the same as you'd find at a big multiplex, but we are in Sylva, and we want to see a movie. This theater is well-taken care of and clean. The staff is helpful and seem happy to serve. It's a nice place to go see a movie, as independent theaters go.

Haven't seen a theater like this in over a decade. They really need to invest in stadium seating. Also, the start times for this theater are terrible, no matter when you go to look to see what's playing, whatever you wanted to see will have started ten minutes ago. It's like some dark force is at work, lol.

I really like this theater. It is reasonably priced and the projection and sound are just fine. Also, given the location, the selection of films is really quite good. There is generally something for everyone. Also, the kids who run the place are awfully nice.

How about showing films for a more adult audience sometimes? All of my friends are as well as critics are raving about "Hail Caesar", yet it is nowhere to be found on your upcoming schedule? In fact, the only theaters featuring it are in Asheville, which is quite a distance to drive for a night at the movies. Surely, there is room in one of your multi theaters for something other than Kung Fu Panda?

We went to see a movie there and left a jacket accidentally in one of the chairs. We were told that no one found it. We then went back two hours later and was still told that no one found it and when we started getting upset about it they magically pulled it out from behind the snack counter folded neatly. The manager was very unhelpful and argumentative.

Food and drinks are too expensive in the popcorn sucks I knew somebody that work there for a couple years and the person told me that they recycle their popcorn that's just gross makes you wonder if they don't go through the trash cans and get that stuff out and reuse it to it sure does taste like it sometimes and the drinks water down to.

Was in town for the weekend and visited this theatre and was pleasantly surprised. It’s very minimal (3 screens), but it’s unintentionally retro and nostalgia inducing (for this child of the 80’s, anyway). I went there to see “Once upon a Time in Hollywood” and the atmosphere actually ENHANCED the film for me and made for a special viewing experience. Call it that Tarantino time travel effect, I guess. Simple and evocative. It’s not IMAX, it’s not a MULTIPLEX, but it IS PERFECT.
