Theater is rather nice and comfortable. Service is HORRIBLE and run by children with crappy attitudes that would clearly rather be somewhere else. I say as less to these people as possible. Purchase my ticket and I don't even look at popcorn and candy at this theater. I stopped going as often and drive a few miles further (Greenville).

Great theater, Kinston however is the worse place to grab a movie. The staff is hospitable and very accommodating, even well mannered! But again, Kinston isn't the best place to watch a movie. For us Kinstonians, this is all we know and need, but for passer-bys, just head to New Bern on your way to the beach.

Last time I went, staff was very friendly, floor was slippery in theater (I nearly fell down) and movie was too dark (as in lighting on screen) to see the movie well. I thought I was only one but I heard others complain as well.

Took my son to see Toy Story 4. Pretty good movie! I'm an emotional being so I was tearing up at everything. Candy was slightly expensive though, spent almost ten dollars on Butterfinger and Starburst. Eh. Customer service wasn't terrible either. Plenty of parking and all the other patrons kept to themselves. Would definitely recommend!

Just attended a movie here.. I got the best service i’ve had here in a while... my popcorn was fresh and the employee even layered my butter in as she filled the bag so i would have butter all the way to the bottom ... The bathroom was super clean and there was little to no trash throughout the theater...kudos to whoever is managing now!! I will be back!

I've been going to other cinemas due to my past experiences with this one, but I decided to check out the movie 'US' on my way home. I went online to check the showtimes and there was a 9:30 pm showing. Mind you, it has been well over a year since I've been to this theatre and I've never gone late at night. So, a friend and I went to Premiere Theatres of Kinston just to get there and the doors were locked. This placed closed at 8. Really? There are many things that need to be fixed, but how hard is it to change the times on the website??

We were just out for a weekend cruise, and saw this theater while getting gas. Hidden gem. $35 got 3 tickets, a large popcorn, 2 drinks and nachos. The seating is very comfortable and not cramped. It's an hour from home, but I'd consider coming all this way just for the theater. Give the kids at the counter a raise, their doing a great job. It wasn't busy, and one of them left to take a lady and her 4 kids to their theater and open the door because her hands were full. Class act.

They recently renovated it so it's nice inside. They don't have as many selections as the theaters in neighboring cities. The service is horrible though. Low staff and they have bad attitudes.

My son has somehow changed my photo, but anyways...I absolutely adore the staff at this movie theater! I work with an individual who is wheelchair bound, and as soon as they see our van coming, they are at the front door ready to hold it open for us! They are patient as we place our order for the movie and snacks, and even help us carry it to our theater. They patiently wait for us to get situated and are sometimes even waiting outside the theater when the movie is over, to see if we need any help! They are ALWAYS so kind and generous to us! While shopping at a local store one day, one of the staff from the theater recognized us and approached us, asking how we were! My heart is in my job and for them to be so accepting, and always with smiles on their faces, it has touched me beyond what they will ever know! THANK YOU, Kinston Premiere Theatre 7!

The outside needs some fixing up and a paint job, the inside could use some cleaning as well. Some of the theatres you can hear the other movies through the walls, kinda makes it hard to focus on what movie you're watching. Wish prices would be a little lower on food and drinks. Other than that great staff and I love the chairs they rock and are comfortable!

There was no heat in the theater. That was NOT disclosed before tickets were purchased. When complaint was made, the solution offered by the manager was you can go in another theater! You can be warm in another theater and see a different movie already underway that you didn’t pay to see. He also handed preprinted contact information for the corporate office. I did complain to the corporate office and got an automated response. Not one apology! Don’t expect physical comfort or decent treatment in this theater!

Terrible the movie needs inside policing in the aisle people on Call phones talking trying to solve the problem before while movie was in process what shoyld have been a night out for my significant other turned out unpleasant there were not a lot of people either because all of the movies playing that night were great ticket agents nice and professional bathroom clean womens canteen a little slow but movie goers should arrive early to obtain concession stand

Wonderful theater attendees, the "luxury recliner" is a headache. The headrest of the chair isn't adjustable and petrudes so far out that it is extremely uncomfortable. This was my 2nd and last time in these chairs. The 1st time was about 4 months ago and I got a headache. Tonight was no different. At the end of the movie several other patrons were talking about how uncomfortable the chairs were. I was in a party of 4 and ages 15 to 48 and all had an unpleasant experience with the luxury recliners.

Great movie theater if you want to pay $30 for two drinks and a large popcorn. The worst part is that the popcorn is not fresh, they reheat it from the day before if they dont use it all, which is typical. So basically your paying $30 for 2 drinks and stale popcorn, utterly disgusting.

No complaints towards the theater, but there was a group of young girls that was VERY talkative during the movie. Needless to say someone left to go tell an employee; who then told the girls to be quiet and stood in the theater for a while to make sure they were.... so good man, I guess haha

I recently went to the movies on Halloween. I was having trouble deciding what movie to watch and the young lady in box suggested a few. After our movie was over I went to find her. The only one in the back was a manager, so I asked him where the young lady was and he responded with "ugh I don't know. Went to get food." Not only was he rude, but he never once looked up from his phone. The employees here are always so kind and helpful, but I was appalled at the way the manager responded. Funny how the kids act better and are more decent than management.
