This is a good movie theatre. The prices were comparable to other theatres including the concessions. It had the latest movies and the screen quality was good. My only complaint is that the sound from the theatre adjacent to ours bled over into our theatre during the quiet times of the movie.

Didn't let me take a blanket in when there are plenty of people walking in here with book bags. They're coming in here hiding ful course meals while I'm just cold. You can clearly see I am not hiding anything. I always bring a blanket.

This is a good theater. I have never seen it crowded. The prices to see films are pretty good. Food is a little expensive in my opinion, however you can save on Tuesdays. Tuesdays offer 5 dollar movie tickets all day and that is for any movie. I will return here many more times to watch almost every film that I see. No crowds no waits and great staff .

Cute little movie theater in the middle of nowhere. It was a little tough to find but when I found it I was grateful. Not much to do in this town. I was there on business so evenings in the middle of the week are pretty blah. This Theatre being there was a god-sent.

The bestie and I love $5.00 Tuesdays. With their loyalty card you get a free 44 oz. Popcorn so we only have to buy a drink. We get to see more movies now. Plus, buying a ticket, even at $5.00 gives us points towards freebies. Bonus is we live 1\2 mile from the theater. Combine the movie deal with Taco Tuesday at our favorite Mexican restaurant we have a cheap and enjoyable night out.

While wait no in line to buy tickets, my daughter was shoved down by the child of a family who barged in front of us. The employee sold them tickets while I picked up my daughter, brushed her off, and tried to stop her from crying. The employee then over charged me. When we went to buy concessions, we were given the incorrect order. We then went to sit, and realized we had not been given 3D glasses. I assumed they would have them at the theatre door, but the employee who sold us our tickets just forgot to give them to us. We lost our good seats because we had to get up and go to the counter to get 3D glasses. (All the while juggling our popcorn and drinks). When we returned, the only seats available were behind some adult men. It was hard for my five year old to see. This was one of the most awful customer service experiences I have ever had, and when I brought this experience to the attention of employees, I didn’t even get an apology. Next time, I will go to a different theatre.

The customer service is always good here, I'd rather drive all the way from Wilson just to come to this theater. They are Open Carry Friendly. They offer military discounts. They always have clean areas and hospitable staff.

Seats are really comfy, have nice sized theatres, prices are high for foods and drinks, but if you choose to get them, they're pretty tasty. People are always nice, bathrooms are nice and big. Although, they have not fully made all doors handicapped. Overall good theatre.

Great place to sit back and relax. Love the $5 dollar Tuesdays, $5 tickets and free popcorn with loyalty card. Gets really crowded on Tuesdays and sometimes the line is so long that people have to stand outside, regardless you only wait in line for a few minutes.Haven't had a bad experience yet. Everyone respects all the rules and you hardly realize there's people in the room with you.

Great theatre to visit. Good prices on tickets and there is lots of seats in each room. Popcorn and other food is not as expensive as other theaters I've been to. Arcade machines are by door to play. Recommend going during day to save money. Tickets are 7.50 for afternoon tickets 9.50 for evening on tuesdays they have tickets for 5 dollars even all day but it will be crowded in there too. In the evening military can get 1 dollar off and seniors can get 2 dollars off, i dont know if you will get 3 off if you are military and a senior.

It’s just a theater. Nothing really stands out. It’s ridiculously over priced on concessions as they all are. The only visible staff do jot seem to be trained to be hospitable but instead just to take your money and very quickly move to the next. Seating is comfortable. Theater rooms are mostly clean. The lobby and restrooms are small if it’s busy. They rarely support Christian films.

It was 2:30pm when we went to the movies, lobby and hallways to the movie theaters were filthy, floors were COVERED in popcorn & trash, there was even popcorn & trash all over the counter top where the straws & napkins are located ! We didn't dare go in the bathrooms! There were 3 employees behind the food counter and 2 up front, shouldn't one of them have been tidying up the place?? After all they were not busy at all !!! Like I mentioned before this was only 2:30pm, what will it look like tonight by 9PM??

Always a great experience. Wonderful staff very kind and polite. The theaters are as clean as you can expect with the enormous mess that most people make and only a few moments for them to clean in between movie showings I would recommend this theater to anyone and everyone.

Very nice and clean but I wish the prices wasn't so high on their food snacks and drinks just for a bottle of water is $4 .the restrooms are clean . But they need to update to the luxury recliners seats and it's time for new movie screens they just need to catch up on the new age because the seats are uncomfortable and the rooms smell old and musty . It's time for them to up grade and they need to be plus size friendly . Oh and they need better security there because while we were inside watching MA someone broke in to our car and stole my change and vapor and my kids tablet and a pack of bubble gum . So please be careful .

This is the absolute worst theater to get into and out of before and after the movie..one way in and one way out..so you can imagine the complete chaos and aggravation waiting for almost an hour to get out of some of the parking spots..people are stupid also..everyone thinks they can park in the front 40 spots so they jam that area up and you have to go through there to park anywhere..movie was good

Staff was very nice and helpful. $5 Tuesday is great. We have spent close to $100 to take the 3 kids to the movies, but not on Tuesdays!!!! It’s a nice treat to start the week. And when I️ say the staff was helpful, the young man behind the counter was very nice at explaining the rewards program to us. And another staff member offered help as she saw I️ used a cane and I️ was appearing to have a hard time. I️ really like this movie theater.

Recently my father passed away. It happened at the UEC movie theater in Goldsboro. The theater staff were amazing, especially the manager, Miss Lisa, who sat with my mother for over an hour and took time from her schedule to attend the funeral service. Her assistant manager, also took time out to offer hugs of condolence. We are so grateful for their grace and compassion in our time of loss.

The staff is a hit or miss here. Sometimes polite, other times they obviously couldn't care. Though the real problem with this place lies in its pricing. At the door, you will be lead to believe you're in for a good experience, as the movies are modestly priced. However, as soon as you cross the threshold, you meet come face to face with a food bar that prices hot dogs at about 6 dollars, last I checked. These dogs don't even come with a bun, it's just a slice of bread... Should you come here, go solely for the view, you're best off fattening yourself up for the experience, rather than going in with the munchies.

The movie theater is alright, but an employee tried to steal my purse. So dont believe them when they say they dont have it and their employees would never do such a thing. Sucks to get caught red handed, huh? Guess no one thought about the fact that a womans purse probably has her cell phone in it, and a cell phone can get tracked.

Some of the theaters have reclining seats which are SUPER comfy and screenings are kind of dull in some theaters (like 1 or 2) but nothing too bad to ruin a movie experience. Free small popcorn with loyalty rewards card and $5 movie per person on Tuesday! Concessions are a little pricey though... $5 for a large drink and $4.50 for a "big" bag of candy...

If it wasn't the only theater in the area I would go elsewhere. Just about every time I go there seems to be someone always with a small child crying or someone cell phone going off. I got stopped by an employee at the door checking my ticket and making sure I didn't have anything (food from outside) while the young person in front of me didn't get stopped and clearly had a huge bag of chips and sodas in there coat in 85deg weather.

Nice theatres,floors are not sticky. I like that you can purchase tickets online. Snack prices are outrageous popcorn and candy cost $10.50. Next time I'll just get popcorn. I really would like them to add lighting in the ladies room it's dark in the stalls over all a good experience as I am going to watch movies

This is your typical UEC movie theater. There are numerous theaters in this one building. Lots of movie choices. Tonight it was $5 a person for everyone. They were busy. Can't wait to see Top Gun 2 when it comes out next year. Sweet.

Took my son last night to see incredibles 2 and didn't know it was 5 dollar night. We drove 45 minutes to get there but it was worth it. Very busy but everyone that works there was nice and friendly. Concessions were mot as high as other movie theaters. We will definitely go back again.

Prices are, well.....it's a movie theater. Dont go expecting to buy food if you didn't sell a kidney first. Seats are comfortable but its always too cold for me but thats a hard thing to set for everyone. I worked here several years ago as a janitor and they've done a good job keeping it nice since he renovations years ago.

Wow! Really enjoyed this theater, especially the $5 deal on Tuesdays, along with the free popcorn. Only complaint I had was that an employee came in about 20 minutes before the movie was over and started rolling the trash can around, replacing the trash bag, dropped the broom and dustpan, etc. It was pretty distracting, especially since he was up towards the screen catching my eye.

I do not recommend getting a large popcorn. You will have to get your refill DURING the movie. So don't forget or else they will refuse to give you a refill. Not the nicest lady at the concession stand either. Thank you very little.
