Gone forever are the attitudes, lousy service, worn and dirty carpets, old and outdated audio system of the Westgate Cinemas 1 & 2 of the past. Golden Ticket Cinemas has come in and installed a whole new theater experience into an old and troubled theater building. Everything is brand-new. Staff, Hospitality, Audio (Sound System), luxury recliner seating, new carpeting, customer service. Everything about this theater is a very welcome change. The City of Lenoir and the citizens of Caldwell County are very fortunate to have such a nice, friendly and comfortable place to bring their families for an afternoon or evening of movie entertainment. It should be a priority for every single person in the County to patronize Golden Ticket Cinemas Twin at least one time. I think most would leave, only to return later as a repeat or frequent patron. Thank you, Golden Ticket for bringing a 1st Class movie theater to Lenoir. It was too long that we had to go to other Counties or just do without.

The seats are leather & roomy! They are electronic recliners so you can lay back & have your feet up! Prices at the concession are really reasonable compared to other theatres we've been to.

We have gone quite a few times and have really enjoyed it. The seats are cozy and reclining! I also thought it was great that they offer booster seats for the little ones! The owner was very pleasant and personable, he took the time to ask how everything was and if anything was needed. Definitely a must go with the family.

Great local theater. You can reserve your seat on-line and purchase your tickets. Very easy. The recliner seats are outstanding and the sound is awesome. Popcorn is good as well. It does seem a bit awkward at the counter. No problem with them accepting the on-line ticket purchase off of the confirmation email, but ordering food and drink causes a bottle neck. Noise is loud and the staff can't hear you even at 2 feet apart. Seems like they need 1 person to work the register and another to fill the orders. And a way for the customer to step away from the cashier. Whether you have prepurchased tickets or not, always ARRIVE EARLY.

Great little theater--A much loved convenience in the little town of Lenoir, NC. I use the Atom App to buy my tickets and select my seats before for easy and fast entrance at showtime. The staff is friendly and helpful. The theater offers comfortable reclining seats. Take advantage of their $5 specials on Tuesdays. Tickets are $5 and you get discounted beverage/popcorn on Tuesdays.

The theater itself is perfect. Great picture quality, love the recliners, and price is better than any other movie theater within a 25 mile radius but they need to work on their automatic voice messaging system when u call to find out about movies, I would rather talk to a person.

This place is fully remodeled with amazing electric reclining seat with plenty of room and you can raise the armrest to be able to get cozy with your main squeeze. New sound system and projectors as well....top notch!! Highly recommend this new cinema!! Wish there was more than five stars!

Having not been since the new owners took over, my first visit there was awesome! They have really done wonders with this theater. All new everything! The staff are friendly and very helpful, the recliners...yes I said recliners are super nice and clean!!!! Great prices and the popcorn was of course was greasy and fantastic. Tuesdays are also $5 all day! Great place to visit!

Amazing!!! We went for Jurassic World 2. I made a mistake and bought tickets on the wrong day. The manager came by and told us they were booked except two seats on the front row that were separated. We told him we would try the seats. He asked the family in the front row to move one seat over for us and they did. He gave them free popcorn and free candy as a thank you. Then he gave us two free tickets to come back anytime. Not only did that make our evening possible, but the movie was amazing!! The seats recline and are super comfortable. The popcorn was good as well and the whole experience was awesome. We will be going back as often as possible!!!

Very nice theater! Not many people at all during the movie, you have the whole place to yourself and sit where ever you want, they have pick a seat, well you can sit wherever you want! Sometimes it's cold, but just tell them and they will adjust it. Friendly prompt staff!

Last night there had been a last minute change in the lineup by management after we drove 30 minutes to see Spiderman. The staff had, by far, the best customer service I have ever been given anywhere. Even though we didn't get to see our movie last night, I left feeling great about the situation. This place is a mess. The ceilings are falling in in places and completely missing in others. The bathrooms are disgusting and look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. And the projector in the left screen room is messed up and glitches out at times. The only thing that is nice about the place is the reclining chairs and the friendly customer service.

This place is AMAZING! I was so comfy and I love $5 Tuesdays AND the summer shows on Monday and Wednesday morning at 10am for kids which is $1 admission or $5 admission that includes a good size portion of popcorn and a small drink. This place is a must go, I am definitely considering buying the membership because I will be a regular.

SO GLAD the new owners purchased this theater and brought it back to life! Affordable prices, $5 Tuesday's, $1 Summer Movies for the kids, recliner seats, you get to choose your seat ahead of time! So you don't have to worry about finding seats when you get there and a friendly staff!!! The only thing that could make this place any better would be more screens. We went on Tuesday afternoon and it was great. They have special prices on Tuesday. All day and night$5 each for tickets and $2 for popcorn and $2 for drinks. The seats are comfy and recline.
