Waited in a long line... the worst idea ever to combine concessions with the ticket line. I sat in a theater that had just mediocre seats, although it was stadium seating. The lines are so bad I left the 3 hour long movie to buy a $9 beer, but didn't want to stand in the 15 minute line again. Floors were sticky in the theater which is always a terrible feeling. Nothing special about this theater and nothing outstanding.

Just went to see the Broly Movie! Purchased my tickets online which was fast and easy. I also had a even easier time once I got to the movie and could walk right in without having to wait!

We're new to the area and maybe Regal Cinemas have ruined us, but this theater just felt like it was kind of run down and the employees didn't want to be there. It's the only theater I've ever seen where you take your popcorn and drink containers over and stand in a second line to get your food. The whole design puts the work on the customers and creates a needless mass of customers milling around in each other's way. The countertops were covered in popcorn and sticky soda. The employees were spilling all over and didn't seem to care. If it had been super busy I would have understood, but it seemed like this was just business as usual. The theater itself was fine and fairly clean. The sound and visibility were all great. Those are really why I'm not giving the whole experience fewer stars.

Our go to theater in Fayetteville. However, I'm not quite sure why the seats are so small. Well, I understand that it's to fit as many people in one theater as possible. But, doing so, takes away from the comfort of ones seating area. Decent food and always pleasant enough staff. The AMC app makes it easy to skip crazy long lines on the weekend.

I like this movie theater, But i dont like purchasing tickets and food at the same. People were complaining about standing in line a long time. I think they need a food line for the people who wants both. And a tickets only. The handicapped people shouldn't have to stand in the line they need a special line for them as well. Over all very nice place.

I've visited here a few times, and the experiences have been great. Its always been clean, good food and concessions, and the seating is beyond comfortable. Staff was always friendly and professional. It does get a bit cold during the films, I always bring a sweater or a little lap blanlet. Also, it is a very popular place therefore it is busy. Expect lines & maybe show up a few minutes early to get your concessions (this is to be expected, though). All in all, its top of the line theatre with all the bells and whistles.

Food wasn't very good. Dirty place. Filthy theatre room. Movie and sound was good. No ice. Soda didn't taste right. Did I mention the place was filthy? The management don't care so the employees don't care. Sad. It's a very nice place. Sticky floors. I would give a zero if it were an option.

I believe this theater is the best in Fayetteville and worth the premium price of admission for IMAX showings. From being able to buy tickets online, at the self serve kiosk, or in line, the theater offers convenient ways to get your tickets in advance or in person.

Pretty great movie theater but DO NOT BUY TICKETS ONLINE!!!! The ticket pickup counter, the concessions, and the regular ticket counter are all the same counter, so you're just wasting your time.

We took our 3 year old son to see the sensory showing of How To Train Your Dragon 3 because he's sensitive to sound and has Autism. There were only 2 people working the registers and the line was taking a really long time so we were late getting seated. There was nothing sensory friendly about this showing. It was pitch dark and the sound was loud as normal. My son was covering his ears the whole time and crying because it was too loud. We ended up having to leave because he was suffering more than enjoying the actual movie. I asked to speak to the manager and let them know that it was too loud. They offered to turn it down but I knew my son would not go back in there because he had a bad experience already. They refunded us our money. At that point we were fine. I had a friend that went with us who stayed after we left and she said that they had went back and turned the volume back up because people were complaining they couldn't hear it. They were nice at the desk but if it's a SENSORY showing please leave it like it should be. Low volume and lights on. We are very disappointed in this theater and will not be going back.

Downside is that the ticket and concession lines are not separate. If you don't want snacks, you have to wait to get your tickets for the people who are getting food and drinks.

1st of all let it be known if you are military or government personnel of any kind and you book on their website you will not receive a discount. If you make a mistake on their website or the website changes information on your behalf, you will not get a refund. On a Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. I decided to purchase 2 movie tickets online to see a show for Thursday at 4:15. I double checked that I chose the correct date and seats that I wanted before I clicked purchase. Once I clicked purchase The website changed my date from Thursday to Wednesday all on its own. After contacting the manager he said it was due to the fact that on Thursday there was no 415 showing for that movie that it was only for Wednesday and the computer system probly changed it because of that . When asked Only to change the dates on the tickets so that I could come on Thursday he responds that there is no way they can get on the website and change anything that I would have to dispute it with my bank and purchase the tickets again. So I did both. And unfortunately the bank does not refund movie tickets so I am out $ Fifty dollars when I only should have paid Twenty five. With that being said the food was pretty good and the seats are to die for it's like sitting in a leather recliner at home, the seats Recline and are able to be Adjusted these seats are and heated y'all.

The ticketing and snack bar should be separated. What's the point of getting tickets online to have stand in line with everyone else who didn't. The directional signage leaves a lot to be desired. One sign (red) with the snake around cueing line says tickets and refreshments. Another separation (green sign) says online ticket holders, ends nowhere. The third sign (yellow) is for premier ticket holders that does lead to the snack bar. Wait time 20 minutes to order and pay. Then go to another area to get in line to actually get the popcorn. Need a better setup or lobby directors to expedite all the cueing lines.

It's a nice theater. Assigned seating could be a pain in the butt if the show is sold out. I don't like having to buy tickets at the concession stand. That line took forever. Facilities are nice though in the theater itself was very nice. Definitely a place to come when it's not an opening weekend.

went to imax yesterday. Had been there in the past, but yesterday was definitely not a good experience. The lines were extremely long and they now have assigned seating ( in a movie theater really) it's not a concert its a movie for goodness sake. They need to have a self checkout line for people who are not getting anything from the concessional. They also need to stop with the assign seating. Many people did not arrive early because of the long lines and were forced to try and navigate finding their seats in the dark. Get it together. Patriot IMAX its time for a change.

The lines to get food are long, but it has saved me hundreds because it makes me feel like skipping out on snacks. You can get movie tickets at the kiosks, and the lines are usually pretty quick.

Best AMC in the area. Wish they had the dine-in theater. But still a good theater. Popcorn is the best around. Kinda hard getting the refill on popcorn when the separate popcorn station is not open. IMAX was a good experience great sounds and visuals. There seats were comfy as well.

I've always liked this place. True, the lines are long to purchase tickets but now we buy in advance and skip the waiting in line. That's a plus. Now for the downside. The theater is trying something new with "assigned seating". You choose your seat/seats when you buy your ticket. QUESTION: what's wrong with the old way of simply walking in and sitting where YOU want?? Last night (a Payday Friday) was a cluster!! There was two employees who EVENTUALLY came to help folks find their seats. The line was backed up to climb the steps to the upper seats AND I even heard one family saying "can't find our seats. Let's just sit here." Imagine her surprise when she was asked to move as the actual seat holders arrived. It WASN'T pretty. Soooooo, someone went for help. That's when the two employees (mentioned above) got involved. OMGosh!! The feathers....oh they we're flying!!! Can we PLEASE go back to the old way and just pick our own seats? Please??

The movie and seevice and good was great until an older man almost made us miss an entire movie because we were under 17 for the movie and then he made our friends mom get a ticket and force her to watch the movie or make us watch a new movie this could have made us miss the movie and he also didn’t do his job he actually didn’t realize we were watching “us” so if we didn’t find the theatre then we would have gotten away with it but he mumbled the theatre number other than that it was great

I came in first thing in the morning to buy some gift cards. The gentleman and the VIP line with patient and thorough and explain to me the difference between the Stubbs levels and the easiest way for me to sign up for them. Although I do not freaking the movie theater he made me want to come back! I purchased the middle level tier based on his explanation of the benefits and how they pretty much pay for themselves. Great asset to have on staff

If I cloud give zero, I would!! We went to watch “Joker”. It started 30 MINUTES later. I checked my watch over and over again to make sure I wasn’t exaggerating. Seats are uncomfortable and the room quite cold. Popcorn overpriced and nasty. I would never return to this place!

This afternoon, my family and I went to see Scary Stories all for under $40.00. The kiosk movie seating device is pretty much self explanatory, but the theater clerk still takes time out to explain to you how to navigate in choosing your seat. The atmosphere has comfortable setting, friendly environment and the cleanliness is fair. The actual seats are suede and has a little back and forth rock to it just incase you wanted to lean back for alittle more comfort.

We were in theater 2. It smelled HORRIBLE! Like old rotted soda. It over powered the smell of the popcorn. I also found it disturbing to see the ticket attendant digging the large popcorn buckets out of the trash. Perhaps He removed them for recycling purposes but recycled where??? Won’t return.

Circumstances were atypical for the event. I typically go to Hope Mills , Milestone 14 for my movies but the new Avengers movie was unusually movie watcher attended. So what may typically may be a easily served patron event was bedlam. It took me 30 minutes waiting to get a ticket another 30 for the movie to start.

Normal we have great experiences here but tonight we had a really hard time with the drink machines. Had to try 3 different ones just to get ice and after 4 tries to get regular Coke or Dr. Pepper or Root beer (all we're out) we had to settle on Coke Zero.

Great movie theater. Love the assigned seating at the IMAX theater. The sound quality was superb and the staff was attentive and courteous. There's different ways to get tickets to avoid the long lines for premieres. There are many cash registers for food and drink purchases. Prices are expensive as expected for any movie theater. Recommended.

Paid extra for opening night of Toy Story 4 and the theatre smelled awful. I couldn't get over it to enjoy the movie. They should have used a room that didnt have a wet mildew smell. Seemed like they tried to make up for it by giving free refills on popcorn but I would have rather just had an odor free experience.

I absolutely DID NOT like the reserved seating. It's crazy to think that you're going out to enjoy a movie with your friends only to find that you may be separated due to assigned seats. Other than that, it was ok but because of the reserved seat policy I more than likely will not come back.

It has everything you need in there: food, fast touchscreen ticket booth, alcohol, coded/assigned theater seats....that reclines! They have different options for food. You must have almost $20 if you want to catch a movie and a snack, but it's worth it. Use that change plus 2 or 3 dollars to get some alcohol and you're all set!

So I'm new to town and let me tell you they almost have it together. I enjoy AMC theaters I like their seats and menu is much better than regal, but they don't have it set up conventionally you have to wait in line to buy your tickets with your concessions. Very confusing and also time consuming. I made it there with roughly 30 minutes till curtain and I had to wait in line till previews because it just takes forever. Once I to the counter it went quickly but still. The IMAX amazing great seating phenomenal sound. Then afterward the trip to the bathroom was not to shabby, very clean. Good job. I will be going back for more movie action.

One of the best movies theaters in the Fayetteville area. It's updated, spacious and the seats are comfortable! They serve alcohol and food outside of popcorn and candy which is an added treat if you're hungry and don't have time to grab food before a movie.

Nice theater, slightly busy, my biggest criticism was that the popcorn/drink center was filthy. The floor and counters were covered with different fluids and my shoe actually stuck to the floor in front of the slushy machine. I would be a little less disappointed if it was a prime time for the theater but it was not super busy. Other than that everything else was fine.

I hate coming here to see movies.....people are in the theater talking extremely loud and being rude during the movie... me and my husband are A List Stub participants and it's a shame when people do not respect others on the theater..a young couple say beside us and talked through the entire film....I wanted to scream!! We will take our business to the one on Skibo Road from now on.... decided to come here bc we haven't been in a while to see the new movie Countdown and others ruined the movie for us with all the talking...I wish I could give 0 stars

The reserve your seat online perk is pointless. We arrived early to people in our seats. The theater area smells horribly of mold. Popcorn is cold. Horrible experience. If you want to enjoy the movie go to millstone.

I took my family there for the 1st time ,it cost about $60 just for a family of 5 and spent about $60 just to feed them to sit on an uncomfortable theater. The floors were disgusting, (they could have clean them)and the trash cans were over flowing. The concession stand was even worse, no ice, messy, with some soda products available and dirty. Also, one of the kiosk for the pre tickets was damaged, and they are located on the entrance, making it difficult to use since there is people in all directions, it was chaos. It was a really bad and expensive experience, I am just glad that at least the movie Aladdin was good.

The theater is way crowded ; not enough staff at the counter. Pay for your tickets upfront and avoid the hassle of that(but you'll pay a fee for that as well). The movie experience is getting to be done at home.

Always loved coming to this location until today. Store manager Cathy and supervisor Crystal were very rude and inconsiderate! Theater was nice as always but if you have a complaint don't bring it to these two they will just treat you like you're wasting their time even though you paid for your ticket/ concessions! Went with my wife on a Saturday evening .Seat warmer didn’t work in my seat. Drinks at bar were good. I guess it’s to be expected but there was a majority of high school age kids at the theatre if that is a turnoff to some.

Clean theater. Only one parking entrance. Seat rows in theatre 12 are too close, kicking the seat in front of you on accident is very easy. It happened to me and I was guilty of it too, and I am by no means a tall person. All in all it is a nice theatre

The seats are great but the service is so very slow. The people that work to sell tickets and concession wouldn’t know how to hustle even if their lives depended on it. We arrived at 10:15 with maybe 5 couples in front of us it’s now 1034 and they’ve only helped 2 out of the 5 people. Every time I come here it’s the same! I understand we’re in the South but come on people move it! They can’t even use Diet Coke as an excuse because the customer pours their own drink.

This place is great! It is the only theater with IMAX, it doesn't seem to ever have a noisy audience on any of the movies I've seen at it as well. 10/10 for sure!

For this to be a modern theatre, the chairs didn't recline. The movie was slated to begin at 10:00, but didn't begin until 10:28. Lastly, the women's bathroom was dirty and there were no paper towels.

Awesome just long lines at night (on a Sunday), need more lines open. It was too cold for myself and my 12yr old, drink prices high $5 for a water, but hey it's the movies. Sound effects awesome. Bathrooms clean. Seats comfortable for plus size. Great.

This place is in serious need of remodeling. Auditorium we were in about 2 weeks ago had a very bad musty and damp smell of a flooded basement. The staff is very bad and I am paying $85 a month for a list membership in 2 months I will probably cancel. I am very dissatisfied with the service of the theatre and unhappy to be stuck in a membership for any amount of time with rude unprofessional staff, broken ticket machine and a stinky theatre and sitting through a movie that my family waited to see with the awful smell for 2 hours. I recommend using amc 15 it's a lot better.

I used to like going to this movie theater a lot but their system of getting food, drinks and tickets is terrible and just always takes forever (make sure to show up 20 min early if you want food and drinks). Lately for the past couple visits the theaters smell musty and like mildew as if they had a leak and water damage. It's strong enough to make it uncomfortable while watching a movie. Again used to love coming here the staff has always been nice, just seems the place is downgrading over time.

Nice theater. Assigned seating was a joke. Our seats were not available. Some of the newer amc theaters have nice reclining electric seats and fancy stadium seating, even some bring your concessions right to you in the theater. This is a more classic theater.

Beautiful theater, however the line just moved as slow as molasses! The staff behind the counter are friendly and courteous, but they're so slow and don't make any effort to move the line through. I'm missing my movie for a $14 bucket of popcorn amd drink! If they want my money, they better move it along!
