Huge, comfortable seats that recline with the touch of a button. The path to seat H 6 was a zig zag though and confused me at first. I thought I had entered on the wrong side of the theatre and had to walk back around the front rows and back up the stairs again before I saw I wasn't at a dead end and could get to my seat.

I emailed AMC about the experience my kids and mom had Wednesday with the manager and a giftcard. You know what happened. I got a Voicemail from an Assistant Manager. Not once did she apologize about what happened. She did say at the beginning, you know, it could have been a AMC glitch. Towards the end of the voicemail, she says, you know, we were having problems with the gift card transactions. That voicemail had like 6 you knows on it. Very unprofessional. My disabled mom and 3 grandkids were there about 1 hour with a giftcard I purchased. They were told it didnt have money on it. Not that the register wasnt working or it could be a glitch. There was no money on it. We didnt even get an "Im sorry". We will not be back soon. Terrible customer service. Ill go to another town before I come back to Wilson.

Buying the tickets were a little difficult, as there were no signs or attendants manning the booth. The restrooms were poorly cleaned and the seats do not recline.

My husband and I love going to the movies. However, I see no logical reason for IDs to be requested after we have already received our tickets. We show our IDs before getting our tickets. Being asked for IDs again before we enter our theater is unnecessary since we've already showed the IDs prior to receiving our tickets. It's also inconvenient bc we have our hands full of snacks and drinks. Maybe we will have to stop purchasing snacks if we are going to be carded twice.

Went to see a movie that was three hours and two minutes. Didn't enjoy watching forty minutes of previews before the movie started. Makes it to long of sitting when you get there fifteen minutes early. Four hours is to long to sit to watch a movie.

I like this place. Not normally crowded,the popcorn is popped fresh and the service is fairly quick. Although it is messy at the counter sometimes. The movies are always the newest and the sound quality is very good and crystal clear.

Tickets are cheap but having the card machines and them not upgrading my popcorn sizes when I have a stubs card sucks. So I probably won't come back to this theater. They need to fix their equipment. Movies without popcorn is just wrong

This is not a bad spot but not all that great either. I strongly believe that They could use a huge upgrade/makeover! *The screens are old and the surround sound was not loud enough and muffled which is why I say they should upgrade. *Sitting is still comfy but tight. *Prices are still ridiculously high on everything but the VIP clubs and deals are decent. *I'm huge on customer service and being greeted and treated professionally; noone seemed to have these skills. So, I had to smile and greet EVERYONE then I said I hoped they had a blessed evening with no replies; not one. Anywho! I still "like" AMC but this entire spot needs a facelift!

This was my first time here and my last. First off the customer service here is horrible. If I could give negative stars I would. The amount of money that you spend at the concession stand with poor service is bad for business. The cleanliness of the building is below standard. I recommend no one to come here. It’s not worth your hard earned money!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has gone down hill dramatically. The vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot, there was no one to be found at the concession stand after the movie started, the seats felt sticky and there were people constantly talking during the movie and using their phones. I can't express how mad I am.

Overall a good movie theater. Since switching from Carmike to AMC the experience had improved slightly. Not many people going here with could be a good and a bad thing since the mall next to it has been closed for some years now. The staff is always nice. As always movie theater food is pricy but hey it's the movie's!

Went here for a Saturday movie at 4:10. One person at the ticket counter and only 3 lines for concessions. My son and I arrived before 4:00 and I'm currently in line late(4:15) for the movie because the theater is understaffed. No one was at the ticket counter when we arrived. Popcorn, drink, ice and a candy will run $30. Tickets are reasonable. Poor experience.

Love this theatre. It's so clean and sleek and the movies are always presented so nicely. There are multiple restrooms in case you love drinking half of your drink before the movie starts..... There is candy, popcorn, drinks, slurpees, etc. Lovely place and 3D is often available.

When it was a Carmike you had the bucket that allowed for 4.00 refills and cheap movie Tuesday. Now that it AMC you still get the bucket, little cheaper and same 4.00 refill but there rewards card get you free eats and movies faster. Buy the bonus card for 20.00 and you could get the entire price back in rewards in less than 2 months, depending on how often you go. Each time I've went, the associate asks would I like to take 5.00 off? What? Oh yes! Just think, each time I go, free bucket of popcorn or something off a ticket. Get the rewards card and your yearly bucket, have a nice night out on the low.

I feel I'm being too nice giving them a 3. In the past 3 weeks I've been to the theater & with each movie all the lights are left on including the cleaning lights. My husband had to go tell them this past time & previously another movie goer went to tell them which means both of them missed a little of the beginning of the movie & of course the movie doesn't have the same effect when the lights are on. Also when the movie is no longer playing we're walking out in the dark bc from what the manager said the timer wasn't set right but as far as the cleaning lights they're supposed to be turned off by the last person leaving out from cleaning. I also noticed while the cleaning lights were on how nasty the seats are. Made me feel uncomfortable bc all I could wonder is if there are bedbugs in the seats also? Can't help but think that when you see how nasty the seats are & the smell the theaters have. To me it smells like a moldy musky odor.

Screens are old. Smurfs was cut off at the bottom of the screen. But I love their $5 Tuesdays. It's the only way some of us can take the entire family to see a movie. The staff is always friendly.

As we arrived no one I mean no one was there to help us in any way. (So make sure you buy tickets there because we purchased them online and could of seen the movie free, which because of the service should have been) After going to the counter to buy expensive refreshments the self service icee machine stopped working. Asked the person behind the counter if he could fix it and he stated " Yeah I'll look at it when I have a free moment. Are you kidding me.........I spent almost $24 bucks on three of them and the machine went down and they pretty much told me to F**k off. After that we had no clue where are movie was because no one was there to help or direct us in the right direction so we had to go theater to theater to find it. Once in the theater it was very badly cleaned and smelled of cat urine. I will not be returning here and advice anyone not to spend hard earned cash here. Travel a bit for better service.

I gave it three stars because of the affordable price of the movie but the cost of one bag of popcorn and one drink was $14 which is outrageous! My wife complained of the smell which was the scent of old furniture and carpet. It gave us the feeling that it needed a deep cleaning. I suggest just go for the movie and not the atmosphere. Please do not go on a first date here.

Decent cinema. Some screens occasionally have visual flaws but nothing unwatchable. Seems to be understaffed most of the time because the soda machine area is usually trashed.

Man has this place gone downhill. The seats were dirty and the theater smelled. I'm not just being a picky reviewer; my clothes literally smelled after we left. The staff was really friendly. If the tickets were cheap or if this was a second run theater, these criticisms wouldn't bother me as much. The next time we're in town, we'll drive to Greenville or Garner.

I’m ONLY hitting 1 Star because not giving one wasn’t an option. This place sucks. We came at 8:15 to purchase a ticket for a 9:20 showing. Due to “their policy” not amc’s policy we could not purchase a ticket because my boyfriend did not have his ID and I am not 21 so I could not purchase it for him. The manager seemed more interested in my wallet then me. Never going back. They SUCK.

This theater I feel was far better under the Carmike brand, I have been coming here since I was a little kid and I’ve come on plenty of dates here as a teen and now. I don’t like how expensive all the food is and the actual movie screening is trash it’s like watching a movie off the projector at home. I really wish they would lay off on the prices and put more effort in the movie screening. Seeing as how it’s the only movie theater around I will still be attending sometimes, but only for that reason.

Went there a few days ago because I heard about the $5 per person tickets before 4pm. Only problem was when I went into the theater (theater 6), the room had an overpowering smell of mildew. And the movie that was playing was blurry and wasn't displayed/aligned properly with the projector screen. We didn't say anything because it was so cheap to go. But we might not go again for a while. Sorry. And it was a little cold. The only benefit to this theater was the inexpensive early showings, nice lobby area and friendly staff. Thank you.

Took the kids to see The Incredibles 2. They loved it. I like the kids boxes they have that come with popcorn, drink and candy. The kids were entertained and enjoyed seeing a movie on the "giant screen."

This place has gone down hill in a serious way. The theater is being run by teenagers. Theater 8 smells like mildew. The womens restroom had alcoholic beverage containers in it. The prices has gone out of control. We use to go there because it was so much nicer and cleaner than Rocky Mount but now it's the other way around. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

In the theater where avengers is showing there's a big scratch in the screen. Decided to remove one star due to the fact that after your movie starts you are not allowed to get a drink refill or snack...it was only 1020 pm....movie hadn't even started yet and was told oh we're closed

It’s a nice theater, but don’t go see a movie here unless you enjoy not being able to hear the movie. There are always huge groups of high school kids talking, screaming and laughing the whole time so you can’t here what’s going on, and people clapping whenever something happens during the movie. I will no longer be going to this movie theater simply because every movie I’ve seen during the past three years has been this way. Really annoying.

Since AMC took over, theres a lot of movies that are not shown at our theater( A Wrinkle in Time really) The prices for movies have increased. They no longer have super matinee between 4-6pm. The only deals are on Tuesdays. The rewards program is supposed to be better, but you have to buy in.

I always have trouble hearing at the theater...years of weedeating will do that to you...so for the first time I requested the listening device that is available. There is no charge for this device and it was such a gift. It took a few tries to get it right, but the staff was relentless in getting it done. I enjoyed my movie so much.

Honestly horrible service. You pay for your ticket at the same place people pick up their food? Are you kidding me? What movie theater does this? That is incredibly inefficient. A lot of people don’t want to buy food so it waste their time. Please change this. And on busy days have more staff ready.

Went for a Dragonball movie, but not on opening night. Generally a good and clean experience. Popcorn area had customer area for salt and butter. Soda was the Coke Freestyle, so plenty of options. My only downside was that my son had trouble with the folding seats closing on him. This shouldn't be an issue for adults.
