A great, kinda old school movie theatre. I like that it is not too big, nor too small...it's just right. It doesn't try to do too much, as many, new movieplexes try to do. It is a straight-up, multi screen theater. The staff are friendly and helpful. The popcorn is good and fresh. I like the butter stations where you can add extra butter after purchase. It's is a nice bonus. I really enjoyed this place! I highly recommend it.

One of the best theatres in Greensboro. Very affordable, consistent deals and Tuesday AMC Stubs member prices are phenomenal! At the right time it is a tucked away gem. New apts up the street have it crowded at times but from someone who has lived in the area for 10+ years and been to all of the theaters, this is by far my favorite

Loved having the convenience of ordering tickets online. Tried showing my online ticket order to the usher, only for him to tell me that I needed to wait in the long concession line, so they could print out a paper ticket for me. What's the point of online ordering?

Lots of theaters. Our popcorn was not fresh (stale), not sure about everyone else's. There was too much carbonation (and not enough syrup) n our drinks. Price was good ($5 Tuesday) and love the AMC and rewards program. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved being able to purchase tickets and concessions at the same place. :-)

I love this theater because it is tucked away in an unassuming area of town. You would never guess there was a movie theater back there.It's a first run theater so you can watch all the latest box office hits. I gave it only four stars because it could use an update on the interior (and seats) which is a little dated. Other than that it was a nice experience. Would recommend.

Great theater to go to. Convenient to the highway, best ticket prices. The popcorn is the best of all the theaters around, the butter topping not so good. Free refills on soda and slushees. Comfortable seats too

Why buy tickets online if you have to wait in line to get printed tickets. Missed the first 20 minutes of the movie waiting in that horrible line. The whole point of buying online is to be able to walk into the movie and watch it!!

I had just upgraded to Premier and expected to find a dedicated concession/ticket line. The lobby was packed. When I finally made it to the counter, I was told they don't have the lines which are supposed to be in place. We then showed our phones to the ticket taker and were told we had to get online tickets printed at concessions. Back to the long lines! Fortunately, someone opened a line and announced he would print tickets. A mad rush began. AMC, if you are going to offer a service and charge extra for it, you better have it ready.

They should have a kiosk that allows you to check in without standing in concession line if you buy tickets online. I nearly missed the movie waiting for people to decide if they wanted popcorn or candy.

Clean theater, not busy, easy to find and get too. Only complaint was the sound system in my theater when it got to quiet parts I would hear like static sometimes or some noise other than the movie. Theater 13 I think

I go here all the time it used to be every Tuesday you could see a movie for $5, now if you see a movie any day before 6pm you pay only $3.99, after that it's $5.99! Same concession prices as anywhere else but the Theatre is clean and the staff is friendly. With the stub amc rewards which range from free to $19.99 a month you get even better deals. Nice to see amc focus on customers and not just $...when you do that you get more customers and therefore more money anyway. Glad to see they get that.

Old theater, uncomfortable seats, you have to butter your own popcorn and there's no dedicated box office. You have to wait in the popcorn and candy line (which is extremely long) to buy or redeem your tickets. Only Pro: They're cheaply priced.

Nice place. Decent prices. Only thing, it was my 1st time there. I didn't realize ticket and concession lines were together so it takes a bit to get a ticket if that's all you're wanting. Suggest you go at least 25min early if you want a good seat. Also, not sure if it was just the movie I saw, but the sound could've been better.

If you want a clean, comfortable, quiet place to see current movies without paying an arm and a leg, this is the place. Recommend the AMC deal on a bucket of popcorn always fresh.

Was there 15 minutes beofre the movie started. Waited about 10 minutes in line. On a weekday, mind you the theater is almost empty. First and last time at this location. We had to choose assigned seats!!! Nope 2 adults and 2 kids. Im not about to seat on a different row from my kids. And there were no more than 10 cars on the lot (movie part) too bad i live about 5 minutes away from this location. The grand you can keep having my money. We go to the movies at least once a week. And when we like the movie we go a second time for the same movie.

Prices prices prices! This theater is a little older and has the velvet theater seats but we love it better than the cold leather seats! Ticket prices are under $4 for the matinee and less than $5 during normal hours! Concession prices aren't unreasonable either.

Bathrooms are nasty and cqme with my Dad who at the had a bad leg and was hard for him to get up. Ask if we can go to the theater but was made to wait not even caring he needed to sit. Told that the chair in lobby were to hard for him to get up and down but staff didnt care. Dont come here if u are disabled.

These people show the newest movies for a very fair price. I don’t-do Fandango any longer, because I had to wait in line to verify I bought a ticket on line. Why pay a service fee and still wait in long lines. People are friendly and show time are many. The parking lot has plenty of room and well lite.

Prices have gone up on this theatre recently. from 5.99 to 8.50 for evening shows. There is no noticeable upgrades to the theater auditoriums to justify the price increase. I guess the 5.99 price was not sustainable long term. Avoid auditorium 1 if you can when picking a movie. The sound was only coming out of the center and left channel. The surround speakers were not working. Right now Dumbo is playing in auditorium 1. At 8.50 you are better off traveling to AMC 8 in High Point and pay 8.99. At High Point you get leather heated recliner seats and a full bar. Why pay 8.50 for AMC Classic which is a value brand theatre, when you can go to a full AMC like the High Point location.

My boyfriend and I go to this movie theater often. They have 5$ movies and we love a bargain. The popcorn is always fresh and the employees are always very nice. The bathrooms are clean. The only thing that I don't like about the theater are the seats. Some are rigid or loose and sit low. Not very comfortable leaving you readjusting throughout the whole movie.

The staff were friendly and nice. Definitely needs updated. Old school seating & decor. We were in theater number 16, had a musty smell to it. Wasn't busy, which is nice so pros and cons kind of weigh each other out. I enjoyed my time there with my hubby which was the point.

Best theatre to get cheaper tickets for the movies. Never too crowded, seats are comfortable, popcorn is your regular average movie theatre popcorn, bathrooms are quite clean. The whole vibe of this theatre is very calm.

The theatre is tucked away and is not readily obvious from the road and the parking lot is not huge. The theater itself was a little outdated and worn. Almost all of the seats had tears in them and the arm rests did not all match each other. On a brighter note, there was ample leg room between the seats and the seats were at different levels so the person in front of you was not blocking the screen. The picture quality and sound were good.

This movie theater is not easy to find, which could explain why it is not very crowded and has only a few employees working at a time. Although it is not easy to find, they have recent movie releases and tickets as low as ~$3.50. It seems like this location is hurting for business and it would be a shame to see this theater and their great deals go out of business. Go check it out.

AMC is a Great movie theatre to go to! The lines aren't short before 6pm. I joined there AMC list, earn money back on tickets, and anything else you purchase. You can also go to the website and join the A list, and see 3 movies a wee, for a small monthly fee. Handicap accessible. Very kid friendly. Lots of perks for family and kids.

This place really needs to be renovated. Seats are stained and uncomfortable. Popcorn was extremely old and stale. I actually asked for fresh popcorn and was given the same stale popcorn again. Customer service is extremely lacking at this place. Snacks at any movie cost way TOO much to taste bad. I called management the next day to inquire about the stale popcorn and her customer service skills were terrible as well. I won't return to this location. Save your money and go to a nicer theater like the Carmike 8 in High Point. It's clean, the popcorn is fresh, and the seats are amazing.

I will never come back to this theater again we came to a Japanese showing of boku no hero and it started off in Japanese they stopped it 15 minutes to change it to English and made us watch it in English. I deserve my money back and I will take my money else where next time.

Arrived 20minutes early and asked could I go ahead and go into the movie theater. The concession/employee lady said “yes!” Went into the theater only to be kicked about by another employee after I stated “ the lady at the front told me I could come in.” She replied “no I have to clean the theater, are you sure this is your theater?” I replied yes she demanded to see my tickets. After I complained on how rude she was the manger, she seemed like she did not care. I will never come back to this theater the employees don’t know what’s going on, it’s dirty (all over the building) and they are completely rude.

We saw Aladdin here and had a great time. Helpful staff, clean theater, and when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised - finally, a theater that didn't have enormous motorized chairs that don't let you raise the armrest. Plenty of parking.

A great theater with reasonable prices. An older theater but still can't beat the prices. Before 5:00 pm its 3.99 and after that 6.00. The concession prices are extremely reasonable. This is your go to if you want great movie prices.

The theater itself was fine, the workers were nice, and we had a good experience but... there was hair in the popcorn. We managed to overcome the grossness of it during the movie but it was also in the refill. Picking someone's hair out of my mouth and trying to stay vigilant about the next bite was not a good experience.

I was driving from Whitsett to this theater because they had decent prices. But then they raised their prices to almost what I pay to go to the alamance crossing cinema. There is nothing to justify the rise in the price. This cinema is older with no upgrades, and the movie ALWAYS starts 10-15mins later than advertised. I didn't mind sucking it up for 5.99 but at $9 a person I will just stick with the newer cinema.

It's okay. I have gotten so used to the new theaters that this one caught me off guard. We arrived 40 minutes early only to stand in line for 40 minutes waiting to get in and sit in the theater, granted this was a new movie, but once I come in purchase my ticket, popcorn and drink there should be no more lines, right? The cost is low and I was happy to save a few dollars but unfortunately I may not return. The theater and process was just a little too dated for me.

Make your self a favor and DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, why? Sure: 1- Dirty place 2- the lobby stinks 3- they don't have anything but popcorn and nachos ( that's what the employee said) 4- if you are an A-list member and stuff member they will check your I'd two times just to make sure it's you, when you are getting the tickets and when you are accessing to the actual theater 5- the employees are rude to you if you ask some something so simple like where's the butter 6- they serve you not fresh popcorn 7- uncomfortable sits Definitely not happy with how I felt here.

The theaters are very comfortable as far as temperature and seats. However, We are very cautious going up and coming down to the deep steps to our seats. I am afraid of them because of knee surgery. The score is simply based on service and movie quality consistancy. Not based on aesthetics, activities provided, alternative entertainments or appearance. This a simple place to simply watch movies, not so bad you rather go hungry for 2 1/2 hours but not so appealing that you bring extra money.

The theater is a standard classic theater. They do not have reserved seating or reclining seats as it it the AMC Classic theater. It was clean and well maintained. The ticket prices during the week are cheap. The concessions are pricey, but no more than any other theater. The popcorn was decent tasting.

really enjoy our time here at the AMC. The manager was awesome. Was having trouble with our point system and he reimbursed me and my husband a free movie. I am so grateful because he didn't have to do that. We will definitely be coming back to revisit as we do every Friday on our date night. We go to different theaters but mainly we visit the AMC High Point and Greensboro area.
