Very dirty. I arrived early and at no point in time we did the staff come in to clean the theater. It was bad enough that there is barely room to squeeze pass someone who may be seated but there was garbage everywhere and movie goers were left to throw away other people's left over/forgotten trash. This also happened in another theater room, I decided to see 2 movies that day but had I known in advance I would have ebt elsewhere. I think it was a prime theater room, there was more space but still not clean smh. I refuse to go back

Had a horrible experience at this theater today. Maybe I was stupid for wanting to watch a different film on the opening weekend of the new Avengers movie, but they should seriously have more than 2 people working at the ticket counter on an opening weekend like this (and only ONE working cash register!). When I got there, everyone was standing in one line, so I did the same. Then an employee told us there were 2 lines and directed me to the other line. The positions of the lines weren't clear though, and when the lady at one of the cash registers was struggling for a long time with a customer's purchase, I went to the other cash register that was ready for the next customer. But the lady there said that she was servicing only the people in that first line. When I told her that they'd told me there were 2 lines and that I'd originally been in the other line, the lady at the other register (the one who was struggling) said that her register was broken, so I should go to the BACK of the first line. Ok, if that were the case, why didn't she announce to the customers early on that her register was broken instead of making us wait in that second line? And why did they keep directing people to the second line? So I went to the back of the first line, but that line was moving very slowly. In the meantime, a supervisor had come out and fixed the other register, and the second line was moving again! And most of the people seemed to be buying Avengers tickets for THE NEXT DAY, when I just wanted to watch the screening of Jordan Peele's Us for the same day, which I was already 30 MINUTES LATE for by that time!! I was so frustrated and astounded at the horrible and slow customer service that I just left without watching the movie. Can't believe I wasted so much time here and was treated so poorly. AVOID this theater if you can!

Oh man, as a 6'6" person, the extra price for tickets here is well worth the amount of leg room you get. The chairs are very comfortable and I have almost fallen asleep on them too many times to count.

Very clean theater with comfy seats. This is just off Times Square so getting here can be a bit crazy, but once you're inside it's easy going. They have leather recliner seats with food trays and the stadium seating is well separated. I'd recommend seeing anything here. We went for DCI Prelims via Fathom Events and it felt like we were in the stadium.

I had the best cinema experience in my life so far. The screen was big and clean. The sound affects are great, I think they have 4d sounds or something like that. But the best thing was the seats, I mean wow!! You should definitely check it out.

A different world compared to the horror of the AMC across the road. If you must see a movie in Times Square, this will be a much nicer and less stressful experience than the alternatives with nicer theaters overall and better trained staff who aren't rude.

I never had a problem with this place. Staff is kind. Food is good and cooked properly. The theaters, bathrooms and concession area is clean. I never stood on a long line for a long time. I suggest for people who are new to the theater( or any theater for the matter) to show up a bit early than planned to avoid lines, ticket issues and seating problems.

Huge, half empty and dirty. Yellow walls, sticky floor, disgusting drink dispensers, messy lines and cash registers, stained carpet floors, old worn out seats in the theater. This place is old and hasn't aged well. Needs renovation and serious maintenance. Been to a few theaters in NYC and this seems to be a theme overall, but I would recommend iPIC, best so far. Maybe I'm spoiled with fresh movie theaters IN Europe where I'm from.

Must say haven't been to this theater in a while, and had great experience with my niece. Nice employees everything was clean. The concession stand was good. The food was great and warm. The theater was amazing, seats were comfortable, the floor wasn't sticky. Those lazy boy seats are great to watch movies. The also have the 4DX experience,were the seats shake according to the movie, can't to watch a movie in 4DX.

I absolutely LOVE the reclining leather seats in this theater. They are so clean and comfortable and the level of recline goes so steep, you can practically lay down. Be warned though, if you stay until the end of the credits, the room resets and all of the chairs abruptly shoot back into their original unreclined positions. Its jarring, but also kind of hilarious. It was also refreshing to see the theater staff immediately came in to begin cleaning the room for the next viewing.

Initially, 6 months ago I rates this theatre 5 stars. However, on Sunday I came to see Joker. Unfortunately, I did not get to see the movie due to very sketchy customer service, from top to bottom. The manager Philip is a horrible manager and does not provide a great example of customer service at this location. He's very dismissive and does not try to accommodate individuals at all, and I'm a regal crown club member. I suggest you speak with someone else if you ever encounter an issue at this location.

Holy cow this place. Aside from the theater across from it this one is far superior. The seating, the food, the sound quality, and the staff are all deserving of 5/5 stars for me. If you can't choose between which to go, always pick this one. You, your friends, your family will all have a much better experience.

Auditorium 1, excellent reclining seats and sound. We saw The Muppet Movie and the presentation was as good as was to be expected for a 40 year old movie. If it's a consideration for you, the auditorium has only a few rows.

AMC is just better honestly. Side lights are too bright within theater, no ticket or viewing machines, 1 cashier, bag checks, sound system sucks compared to the ones in AMC theaters. I will say that their bathrooms are clean and seating has more room to pass through people.

This is usually my last resort option. Not only do you usually have to fight through tourist crowds to get to the theater, the staff here doesn't do anything when people are overly rowdy. When I went to watch Endgame, there was a group that was constantly making too much noise for the entirety of the movie yet no one came to warn them, etc. It's a shame because the theater itself it pretty nice; it's just poorly run.

Was staying at the Westin Hotel. I was able to walk to the cinema without going outside. The cinema itself had leather reclining seats. Something that doesn't exist in England. Extremely comfy, highly recommended!

I love this theater layout: very vertical, and great use of space. The movie I saw was amazing as well, and the recliners in-theater were the 2nd best I've ever had. (Best was in Texas; practically an at home couch). 4/5 because the service at the counter took a while. With the manager regularly going back there, telling people to do their jobs, and it still took a while was a little discouraging. Would return, I'll just get candy

Ohh my oh my! What a LOVELY evening I spent here with my husband watching Robin Hood just two days ago. The couches are amazing! The theater is SO cozy... We have a young baby whom we left with grandma and we work so much, so coming to this comforting place for a date night after a long day at work... Oh my goodness. I can't even explain the amount of comfort and relaxation we got just sitting in the theater! Yes, we slept for a while lol but we SO needed it!! Concession stand employees are so kind and helpful. I was more than highly satisfied. Definitely doing Regal again! ❤️

I love this theater but was very disappointed.I was watching the lion king with my daughter and a mouse was running around in the area we was in. We couldn’t concentrate in finishing the movie. So we told the guys that clean no reaction at all. They just said thanks. We told the manger and another employee all they said was sorry and what theater we was in and kept talking like nothing. Horrible service and employees who think you aren't that smart. Let me share my experience: Yesterday (9/04) I went to see "IT: Chapter Two." I got tickets through Fandango weeks ago. I went to the movies. Nobody said anything to me even when 3 different people looked at my ticket. I went to the auditorium I was told and... surprise! "IT: Chapter I" was playing. I left my seat and I spoke to someone. One of the employees told me that it was MY mistake for buying tickets using Fandango. Even when the website of the company, Regal, had the movie available to buy tickets. They even had it in their signs outside and inside the theater. First time I see this since when there is a private screening. Normally theaters will not add a movie to their regular showings since people will be confused about why they can't buy tickets. Another employee actually agreed with me and contacted a manager who admitted that it was a mistake to have the movie online and mentioned in the signs since it was a private screening. Another manager offered me to stay and watch "Chapter I" anyway to shut up. I didn't do it because it wasn't ethic and I didn't pay for that movie. I got "free" 4DX tickets (even when I paid for them when I got the ones for "IT: Chapter II").

Clean Takes a little time to get to the particular showing room which is located on the upper floors Store and restaurant access from the lobby of the movie theater 4D and 3D combined is definitely something you should try however is not cheap $30 plus per adult Be aware before walking to your seat configuration of the individual seats with the feet support makes is proneness for you to hit your shin badly. I have scars to prove it

Fantastic theatre. Each theatre (besides 4DX) is extremely comfortable, with soft pillowy recliner seating. All the theatres have a great sound system and pretty good screen quality. Their extra formats are really great too. RPX is something I tried for the first time recently and the screen was huge with even better sound, much better than the faux IMAX. 4DX is a little pricey but it's a ton of fun, if you pick the right film it's like being on a theme park attraction. Now, with Regal Unlimited it's much cheaper to go to the movies definitely worth it if you see more than 1 film a month.

One of the managers that works there, Andy, is a cool dude. I had some issues with my tickets, but he fixed it in no time. The larger auditoriums are great. Big screen, spectacular sound, comfy recliner seats. My only gripe for which I had to dock a star is the last row can be troublesome for shorter people. When you recline back, a portion of the screen can be cut off by the row in front of you. This only happens on the last row. Usually the "best seats in the house" are the 3 or 4 under the projector, but not this time. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY LOVE movies and want the best experience, DO NOT purchase tickets to the last row of the larger auditoriums. It's an unfortunate design flaw

This theater is clean and has a great VIP seating area. The recliners are nice and recline to a comfortable position. The escalators were not working and with the theater being on the top floor, they should work in that bit I didn't mind the climb. Air conditioning was at a comfortable level as well. Ordered tix from online, so there was no waiting. Great pick for a movie in times square district.

Lush seating, reasonable cleanliness and a cheerful movie-lovers vibe are the best features of the Regal at Times Square, which a few decades ago was part of a low-rent sex strip. Some of the Regal’s programming should be arty or revival for moviegoers with senior passes or basic literarcy but this is the world as it plays. Marvel, Marvel, Marvel. The snacks and drinks are insanely overpriced and unworthy, especally after a multiple-escalator climb to the aduitoriums. This is the Age of Nitehawk and Alamo, Regal people. You are behind the curve on concessions. LOO REVIEW: Standard issue steel-walled stalls and reasonably clean and uncrowded on a weekday afternoon.

My favorite movie theater! I absolutely LOVE their seats: the seats are so large and comfy that each row only has maybe 10 chairs. Seating is recliner style and you can recline back almost completely. Hands down the most comfortable seat I've ever enjoyed in a movie theater! Regal offers RPX and 4D movie experiences (although it's worth mentioning that only the former has the reclining seats), both of which are very enjoyable, especially 4D for action movies. Whenever possible THIS is the movie theater I go to.

This is the place to watch a film in total relaxation and luxury. The seats recline all the way to almost a complete laying down position. Felt like a queen with my little table to put my treats on. The screen is enormous, and sound is perfection... feels like you're in the film! #heavenly

This is the best Regal location in all of NYC. All the employees are super friendly , very nice and very knowledgeable. 4DX and RPX are the only way to experience new movies in NYC. It was excellent. Reclining seats. Clean restrooms, concession wasn't too expensive. It was comfortable. Better than AMC theater across the street.

Surprisingly one of the nicest theaters I've been to in the city! Nice recliners with moveable tray for condiments and really clean.

This is more a reflection of the TICKETING staff Jocelyn S than the facility itself (which is great btw as well as other staff) I bought my tickets online with a printed QR code When I presented it to the ticketing staff 5/17 at 636pm (and I was the ONLY one in line I'm sure security tapes would show that ) I was told " you should HAVE TOLD ME that you're using that (printed QR code) because it is on a different screen..." in a tone that I perceived as condescending Was that really necessary This is why I always prefer automated kiosks BUT I was told that by the ticketing agent that the automated kiosks does not read QR codes Which is a real shame You come to movies to get away and you get this shameful treatment

Great movie experience. Friendly staff with a lot of drink and snack options. The seats in the movie theatre are spacious and all are reclining making the whole experience alot more enjoyable

The theaters are clean, seats are a bit stiff yet comfortable, the bathrooms are well maintained. The 4DX is not worth the price.
