Nice place to go father and daughter
Dirty theatre, swallowed a fly walking in the hallway, long lines, only 1 cashier, seats uncomfortable. Do not come here!!
Was there for the first and only time the other day - place is badly in need of renovation. No signs pointing to the theaters when you enter, no escalators going down, seats are uncomfortable - low to the ground and with really short backs. I was in auditorium 4 which has a really weird seating layout, with a small screen and a long narrow theater. Given the size of the screen you already feel too far from it in the middle, can't imagine what the experience must be like in the back. To top it off there is no perceptible incline between the rows. I am guessing this theater was built a long time ago - the whole thing really needs to be rebuilt. Even the bathroom (ladies) didn't have any functioning air dryers, and three of the five sinks were out of order. AMC Kips Bay is state of the art compared to this, so I'll keep going there instead.
This movie theater is definitely older and doesn't have the comforts of newer theaters. The theater I was in did not have stadium seating and there was a mouse running up and down the aisle during my movie that I was distracted by during a good portion of my movie.
This is an old theater, that hasn't been renovated in years. My biggest issue with the theater is the old style seating where if you have a tall person sitting in front of you, you will get a stiff neck trying to look around them he whole movie. I would suggest watching movies that have been out for a while here. This way you won't have to worry about having a difficult time seeing the screen because the theater will be mostly empty.
Seems a little outdated compared to other Theaters. A little understaffed but a decent place to catch a flick.
It's okay, this theater needs an upgrade. We paid for comfortable seats, which was indicated on the site when buying tickets, but they were old and definitely not what we were expecting.
Hasn't changed since the last time I was there back in 2000. Seats are dirty and old, bathroom had no toilet paper in any of the stalls and the soda was nasty tasting. Had to get a juice instead but the cashier was very very nice.
Went to go see a movie Tuesday night and it was very understaffed. Probably 20 people waiting on line, but only one person was selling tickets while there were 4 other staff members pretending to be busy. The concession stand also had only one person working and only one out of the two were working. The seats were very stiff and not comfortable. Wouldn't go there again.
Ragged seats. My seat had a hard bar across the padding. Very uncomfortable. Small theaters. Popcorn was a bit old. Service for snacks and food was OK. The usher was kind. The facility seem old and unkempt in comparison to others.
The people there are nice, but the bathrooms in the basement floor are always half out of service and nowhere near clean. Today it was all out. I think someone was finally fixing it. The chairs are uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it. The deal breaker for me today was the mouse that ran by in theater 5 in the middle of fantastic beasts. (There's a dad joke here, I'm sure of it.) Some guy kicked it and we never found out where it went.
Acceptable, convenient movie theater that offers all the required elements but feels tired and worn throughout. Theater seats lean back so far to make you worry your head is in lap of person behind. Volume setting for trailers and even feature movie are set so high to eliminate any nuanced viewing. Decibels approach hearing damage when sustained for more than 5 minutes.
This was another movie theater that I use to go to when I was living in the Bronx from 2009-2013. It was super convenient for us all we have to do is take the 4 train to get off at 86th Street Lexington Ave. This movie theater is an underground place. It has 3 stories downstairs for this AMC Orpheum 7. They have 3 subway train routes on 86th Street subway station to go to that movie theater is 4,5, and 6 train. The popcorn in that movie theater taste really good.
The screens look terrible. It's been years since I last saw a theater with such a dark screen and terrible quality. They really need to upgrade the projectors or calibrate them. I don't live far from this theater, but if I want to see a movie that I know has a lot of night scenes, I go to a different one. The image is absurdly dark and not crisp at all!
This is by far one of the worst amc theaters around I don't go there often but when I do I'm easily annoyed by the staff not to mention as soon as you walk in you can see popcorn all over the floor and the staff is just stepping in it or around it this place needs a renovation like yesterday it reminds me of the old grimy theaters back in the 80's and it needs a whole new staff with better customer service skills
Spacious movie theatre. Seats are better than most!
Nice friendly staff. The sests are outdated, but a good experience all around
One soda machine worked, the next one wasnt makeing ice 20 min wait for food and no toilet paper in the womans bathroom and the bathroom stall door was broken terrible experience
Good facility and location but no I-Max
Went to see Bohemian Rhapsody last month and there were mice or rats running around in the theater. Totally distracting and made me cringe. Seats and bathrooms were disgusting, too. No, thank you.
Date night with one of my loves. The Grinch that stole Christmas was the movie and the cold hotdogs was on the menu.
If you ever go here , be smart and stick to the fundamentals when ordering food .Popcorn , Drinks and candy snacks.Dont spend money on chicken tenders, sliders and fries, Bad quality. Double check your order,be sure to have all your food before leaving to your seat , Don't rely on any staff who says they have given you everything .I like the recliner chairs they have .And the convenience of a fountain drink near the entrance of the film at the bottom floor.
I wouldn’t come here if you’re on the shorter side. The person in front of me was 6’1” (I asked lol), I’m 5’3” and half the screen was blocked. The height difference isn’t even that large. I left after 15 minutes. Also when I came the kiosks weren’t printing anyone’s tickets.
Came here to see the Lion King and it was a MESS they didn’t clean the auditorium, there was drinks and food all over truly disgusting. Don’t bother to come here.
this theater is horrible i had the worst experience ever. it’s disgusting, smells horrid in the bathroom, staff was awful and all around run down and raggedy. as soon as we walked into the theater we had trouble with purchasing tickets the machines were messed up because they were old when we complained the worker seemed annoyed as if we were disrupting her she rolled her eyes when we were talking to her and got the manager. the manger seemed to be the only who was working that night. after we got our tickets we went inside the theater the chairs were extremely uncomfortable and continuously squeaking. i’m not gonna get into the full story but me and my family was targeted by this man it was extremely heated 3 elder women and 2 young adults and one child vs this intoxicated so called officer who was being racist sexist and extremely disrespectful we manage to get away from the situation because the staff and security were being no help and did not one thing and let this man continuously verbally assault us. when we exited the theater the workers let this man follow us out and assult us more. he put his hands on my aunt and grandma pushing them this could have been prevented if security intervened and kept him inside and called 911. we were trying to leave and go home but this man continued to follow us and get us more riled up. i am disgusted by the movie theater that was no help at all. please do yourself the favor and do not come to this theater it is horrible
It’s small and basic but it’s ok. The parking is a headache.
It was dirty and it smells bad. The chair was very dirty and smells like someone pee on them. For a cinema in the middle of Manhattan and the price we paid. They should be ashamed. The people that work inside were very good on the bright side.
Staffing was great. Theater was very clean. A little pricy for food. Otherwise 5*****
. Saw a movie at the lowest floor. Bathroom was unclean and the seats were uncomfortable
Very clean and great and helpful staff
Waited 45min to buy popcorn. Slow and disorganized staff.
It's a place to watch movies with a reasonable amount of seating, but it's not very comfortable or the most amount of theaters. It's fine for a pinch but there are definitely better AMC theaters in NYC
The most uncomfortable seats in NYC hands down.
The worst theater I've ever been to. It was dirty, everyone was talking throughout the movie and worst of all, they turned the screen on after movie started and turned the lights off few minutes after they turned the screen on. Definitely was not expecting that from an AMC theaters.
I took my kids to see pets 2 and there was no ac in just that theater. Smh. The place needs an update also.
Always clean. Tkt / seat selection is prompt either with assistance or self checkout.
Havent upgraded to recliners yet but still a good theater.
It a good place to go because the people that work there are so nice and they have good food
Theater is not well run. Bathrooms were dirty. Concession line was not well managed. Popcorn was not even warm. Several people noted that this is why theaters go out of business. Seats could have been in better shape.
Don't be fooled. The chairs are still old and most times than not its dirty
Nice movie theater, needs to clean the bathroom more often. Love the pretzel bites from here.
Not very nice and the staff are less nice. Nobody wants to be working there and they put up a fight just to let you purchase popcorn. Not what you expect out of AMC. My viewing experience was still good despite this but if its not out of the way, head further downtown.
Everything way expected and better. I watched Joker and it was awesome.
The reclining seats were nice. It was a good place to watch Detective Pikachu.
Classic AMC, albeit a bit behind in that while it does have assigned seating, they're not those fancy recliners we've all been getting spoiled by. There are several schools in the area, so be prepared for larger crowds that include kids. Concessions are only ever available on the 1st floor (most of the theaters are down two levels. Bathrooms on all floors.
Nice place but need a up grade.
We’ve been seating here for over 30 minutes waiting for the movie to start. So don’t come on time.
One of my favorite theater but had a bad experience today. One of the workers who brought out my food was not only rude but got my order wrong. For the first time I use the bathroom on the main floor and it was disgusting. One guy did help me with my order and the lady who took my order was apologetic.
Not very clean, the seats where uncomfortable, its expensive, and our sodas where flat. Not good at all. Only reason it's getting two stars instead of 1 is because both people working behind the concessions stand where very nice and helpful..
If you have the option to go anywhere else- PLEASE DO. This is extremely poorly run- half the bathrooms don’t work, trash overflowing. For a sold out three-hour movie no one thought to put the AC on so everyone was roasting during the whole movie. Take your money somewhere else if you actually want to have an enjoyable experience.
It's a nice clean theater
The could benefit from being remodeled. The seats are old. Most make a squeaky noise, like it needs WD-40. Some seats won't recline. The movie screen seems dated. Since it's in the neighborhood, I'll go because I don't feel like going downtown.
I like it the seats are comfortable but wish there was more leg room but other then that I love this theater.
Multi movie theater complex located within a mall. Location iswell suited since the mall offers everything one desires.
Idoesny have Dolby cinema but is still good
Up until recently this was local theater. It deserves 5 stars on service and cleanliness. It is often good at both. But I dropped a star because some of the theater seating is a little cramp. There has not been, up until my last trip, any recliner seating either.
Cozy seats great staff just wish the theater was bigger so more movies could play here!
Not bad but Seats were too small
The seats themselves - not the positioning or where we sat - were uncomfortable and the arm couldn't be lifted. The local rich white old snobby couple in front of us were being rude to everyone but no usher came to escort them out. I don't care if it's the UES, get that elitist attitude the hell out of NYC.
Haven't been there in about 20yrs. It was cool
Not my favorite AMC location but is the closest to me.
I never received my poster as advertised. I was given a phone number to call. N False advertising.
This place was ghetto! When I arrived to see my afternoon movie the cops were in the lobby with a woman who had apparently hit a couple of employees due to a “misunderstanding”. The complete lack of focus from the staff led to me ordering food that could not be served as it wasn’t ready, and then a refund that wasn’t actually refunded to me. And don’t get me started on the people sitting wherever they saw fit, regardless of the assigned seats. It’s a total skip in my book, don’t waste your time or money.
Customer service is not the greatest but the theaters are clean and barely busy..
SAW HOBBS N SHAW 8/6 WHY IN AUDITORIUM 7. WHY AT THE LOWER LEVEL THE FLOOR IS STICKY BY THE NON OPERATED CONCESSION AND IN THE AUDITORIUM 7. MY FOOT WAS STUCK TO THE FLOOR THE ENTIRE TIME OF THE MOVIE.THEN THERE WAS NO TOILET TISSUE WHICH THE EMPLOYEE WAS IN THERE AND DIDN'T EVEN RESTOCKED THE STALLS. I RATED A 5 STAR B4 BUT PRESENTLY I AM CHANGING THAT TO A 3 STAR FOR THIS VISIT.
Why pay $20 or so a month to have priority access to concessions when the cashiers allow 3 separate people who weren't even in line at the time of your arrival to cut line ahead of you? Not only is this theater run down, bathrooms filthy, mice crawling in the basement, popcorn is stale and not even warm, concession line takes an eternity, the staff is also rude. Take your money elsewhere.
The theater is relatively nice but the popcorn is popped and shipped to them so it is not warm or fresh. The concession stand is on the ground floor but theater #7 is two floors below it. This is super inconvenient because if you want a refill, you have to go all the way up and back down which means that you miss a larger part of the movie due to the longer trek. Other than that, it was pretty nice.
Nice location. Comfortable seats with great viewing screens. Friendly staff.
Never going here again. I had a showtime for Aladdin at 9:30 and the movie started around 10:40. They said they were running 20 mins behind but never apologized for the inconvenience or the long wait. We already had to watch over an hour of previews, least they could of done.
Legit the worst AMC in the city. Staff is ok, but the facilities are horrible. If you're going to spend that much on a movie, do it at a better theater.
Dirty constantly, scratched up/dirty movie screens (how does this even happen), employees dont care and most recently, no AC in the theatre, which is half of the point in going to the movies..was 90 degrees in the theatre. No idea how this theatre has stayed at such low quality while other AMC's around the city are fine.
I love this theater. The location is awesome. One avenue away from the subway on 86th Street on the Upper East Side.
A bit shabby and the seats haven't been updated in ages. But conveniently located and clean - well, clean enough.
Over-salted stale popcorn (not popped on site), bathroom doors that won't close, does not have stadium seating. Desperately in need of renovation.
What a bad experience! Popcorns tasted old and as if they were stored in the fridge for a week. The theater is small and chairs so uncomfortable, the only thing I could watch was the man's head in front of me. It's dirty and restrooms no words...
The place could use a face lift. Never understood why a movie theater would ever let their establishment get this old. No stadium seating. Good luck if you have a tall person in front of you
This is one of the worst amc theaters in new york. Needs a serious makeover. Seats, screen, concessions, everything. Today we went to see "A star is born" and they stopped us from entering saying oh my bad we started the other movie late, just hang out. Waited 35 minutes and got home super late.
Nice place and it’s quiet
Fairly dirty - floors are gross and doesn’t seem like it gets cleaned anymore
Place needs to update there entire facility. Really cool the old feel of it. But this is a progressing world. If it takes to long they would lose out on the future of movie. Please start with new seats
An average theatre. The seats aren't really up to par with what AMC usually offers and the food was pretty average too.
Absolutely disgusting. The theater is filthy and needs to be updated. The restrooms are a nightmare there was no toilet paper or paper towels. The floors are sticky everywhere. The seats must be at least fifteen years old . They say when you sit and you don’t not have enough room to comfortably sit without cramming your knees. Would not recommend.
I have never left a bad review but as we were on holiday and came here to watch a show we waited with no one in front of us to be served as the supervisor decided to cash up the tills. The cashier who served us was so lovely. Theatre looks pretty run down. What was the real problem was we went to see a PG and I was a bit shocked by the adverts for adult scary films. Made sense when the feature film started and it wasn't what we paid for. Went up two flights to be told they can't stop once started but could give us a refund and tickets for next time if we want to watch anyway. Brilliant. However when we went up later for the refund and the guy said he had no tills but they could do the refund when I came back, okay fair. He went to get free tickets and took so long the people behind me were commenting, I despise being an angry customer but when he came back he tried to give me extra tickets as they probably won't do a refund the next day. So he clearly took ages hoping I would leave. I felt so frustrated I was only in NYC another day or two and had plans for the rest of it. The money was less relevant than the appalling customer service and the principle of continually being lied too. I felt like I was talking to stroppy teenagers as he got his manager. I'm just so disappointed we were staying near a cinema we could have walked too we travelled here as we expected it to be nicer. Working in customer service I was just shocked by the level of compassion. Go elsewhere
I saw movie theater like this 15 years ago in Russia Shame on you!! Terrible place Wood seats . Are u kidding me ???
my 1st time here and it was a real joy. maybe it was the time of day or the films being shown at the time but it wasnt crowded or rowdy like other AMCinemas... but like i said, it most have been the type films & time of day. this AMC locale reminds a lot of AMC on 19th Street; quite, cozy, calm, & that was before they remodeled all their auditoriums. it's a bit of subway ride to get there but a very short walk from station to cinema. clean, comfortable (even though they have stadium seats). friendly staff, & just simply a pleasure to visit. will diffidently visit again. ...it would be nice if there were benches in both lobbies.
Went to se avengers end game with my girl friend and as the movie ended were walking out of theater and the floor was we for staff mopping their were no wet floor signs and my girl friend slipped and feel on the floor two managers by the name of mike and chrona were standing thier and offered no help or apology the just stood there and laugh that will be my last time going to amc
This location is very lowkey, if you're looking for a place where you won't run into anyone. There was barely I line to get tickets, and the staff are decent. I would've given 4 stars but.... I waited 20mins for pretzels with cheese, I wasn't even given a heads up on how long it would take or would've went to my theatre and came back...after all, I did have on 6inch heels.
The worst AMC Theatre ever!!!! Always dirty, broken chairs, the staff doesn’t exist....
Nice place and it is confort too
I’ve been here twice in the last six months and both times the projector broke so the movie didn’t show at all. Never even started. Of course, no one came to tell us this until two people (separately, ten minutes apart) went all the way up to the top floor to find out what was going on. Come on - get your act together. AMC needs to fire the team running this place and do a complete refurbishment.
I'm not a movie goer, but I've been going the last three Sundays and I enjoy myself and not crowded at all, I usually go for the 1 or 2 o'clock screenings.
The bathrooms are always horrible and the empty space on the 2nd level should be used it looks distasteful but the service was great
Movie theater needs a make over but beside that sound system is good. Long line at concession go early . only one open for 3 floors.
The service was great and the staff is friendly. The place definitely needs a renovation. I might sound a little spoiled by said this but, the seat doesn't even recline like the other AMC theaters I've been to. I think if the overall look could get a little facelift, it could boost the ratings.
Nice , clean and quite. I wish it had the recliner seats. I really enjoy. Great job
Nice & clean w/friendly staff
Far too many commercials.many more than mst theaters 30 minutes worth. Taking advantage of customers.
Spacious but seats need to be replaced
Good local theater but needs to be renovated with new seats and a dolby screen.
Absolutely the worst movie theater Ive ever been to. Ive been 3 times and one time the movie couldnt start so everyone had to leave. Most recently the AC didnt work, and couldnt get a refund because the movie already started and there was only ONE person working on a Saturday night. And only one person scanning tickets. The lobby was so packed because the line was so slow. Save yourself and go somewhere else :)
This place only gets two stars because it's easier to get tickets than other theaters. And that's for good reason
Went to watch lion king...movie was 45 mins late and something was wrong with the screen... 2 stars instead of 1 because it was cheap Tuesday..
Perfectly solid AMC theater, perhaps lacking in amenities a bit (armrests that do not move, few open concession stands midweek) and a somewhat confusing escalator layout. But the sound and picture were high quality. Typical prices for everything, of course.
Great place 2 go. They have video games.
Not a good seat in the house--terrible sightlines. The screen was so filthy, I at first thought the stains were a part of the movie. The bathrooms were disgusting and half the sink faucets didn't work. Avoid and do NOT eat anything there.
My neighborhood movie house 6 screens I think, well cared for but old soft seats.
Decent theater in the city. It was small... But you could reserve your seat.
Cool theater although they dont have the fully reclining seats and sometimes the Coca Cola machines dont work.
The staff has been great, they are organized and gave service with a smile! The food served was delicious, however, one star off, because the restrooms below ground level were running out of paper towels, some urinals won't flush properly and the hand dryer wasn't working.
This theater was ok but with the money it makes it sure needs a serious remodel. Chairs broken and not comfortable and concession stands closed and not accessible from downstairs where other auditoriums are. They need to fix this theater being that it's located in such a populated area.
Really wish this theatre had the nice seats. The concessions are way better than the AMC on the Westside. A little rowdier of a crowd than the Westside. But overall not bad.
The AC wasn't working the day I went but it's always a great location
Yes it was very nice , only thing i hope is that they dont have bed bugs. But my grandson enjoyed the movie Spiderman, to me it was very funny.
I come here all the time & it's always a mess.... the drink machines are either broke or filthy... there's always long lines at concession cause they have 1 MAYBE 2 ppl on register... the theaters are so outdated... seats broken, the toilets either don't work or are filthy, etc. This is definitely the worst amc ever.... iit just sucks it's the most convenient for me
One of my favorite theaters. It's not as spacious as the one across the avenues, but it's close to everything else I wanna go to :)
Reasonably nice neighborhood theater. Needs an update to those reclining seats like all the other AMC theaters.
Nice theater good sound & price. The seats need to be updated.
AMC Orpheum movie theater it needs a serious upgrade. It's ok I'd you need to see a movie and your in the area. Theater area is kinda small or not as wide, seats dont recline, bathroom spaces is small. This movie theater will get the job done, there is alot of shopping places around. Parking is very hard, you will have to find parking good luck with that. MTA is very near by 4,5,6 trains to 86th Lexington.. Concession stand is pretty decent surprisingly there pretty fast.. Enjoy your movie everyone!!!!!
This theater needs some serious updates. It's super old. The seating is old AF. However, the staff members are Super friendly tho. I would go back there for sure. Make sure you go on Tuesdays for $5 Tuesday movie night. It's actually one of the Best kept secrets at every AMC across the country. Trust me it's worth it!!
great food and good service.
Sat for over a half hour of commercials and previews that were painfully loud. Was very unpleasant
It's a good theater. Only reason I won't give 4 starts is because some of their auditoriams have audio problems. Other than that it's usually clean and comfortable.
Love this place! Great seating. Food court and friendly staff. Nice and clean and always has plenty of selection for seating which is nice.
I have given this theater at least 5 chances but it seems like every time I go there something is wrong. From having no Ac in the theater to having no sound on the screen. The seats are already bad and this place is always under staffed.
My back Hurts from watching a 2hour film.. popcorn was cold. If u dont care about that then it's a perfect spot for a short film. Other wise there's plenty of other theaters to pick from
The place was pretty clean. The menu had great offerings. I have to admit that I've been to AMC theaters with the reclining seats, so I'm spoiled. I HATE the seats in this theater. They're cramped. Unless they get reclining seats, I will not be back to this theater.
I like the seats and especially the Dolby cinema theater
Took half an hour to buy a ticket, customer service sucked, the ticketing girl had an attitude, had to fight to get a snack from the moody snack staff, tiny movie screens I've seen in any theater, and the moviepass feature didn't work. F-, will not be back. If I could give negative 10 stars, I would
Great service.. Small Theaters but cozy
This movie theater needs work my wife and I are A-list customers for a while had visited a few AMC theaters in the area all are very nice confortable seats from up to down screen that if you seat on the back you can see the whole screen but in the one on 86 and 3rd ave we could not see the whole screen because it was covered by the front people heads not stadium type chairs were also very uncomfortable first and last time going there unless it gets renovated. But will continue being an A-list customers because we love movies
Need to update on the seats. But it nice
Best theater on the Upper East side. They have substantially improved the food options at the concession stand. And, the food prices (except the pretzal!!!) Seem more reasonable. Assigned seating is a real improvement too. The staff and customer service here are always gracious and accommodating.
Good service and ok seats. The bathroom was disgusting though. Still can't complain for $5 on Tuesdays
Horrible seating left over from the 50's maybe. The place is run down and super old. Don't expect anything premium here, it's definitely one of the oldest theaters I've been to and not in a "oh look at the historic theater" kind of way.
Traveled here to watch a movie with a ticket i purchased several days before when i arrived the said the screening is canceled due to technical difficulties... i purchased my ticket thru my amc stubs account you’d assume they let u know the screening was canceled beforehand, they didnt
I've been before to another film good quality customer service and comfortable seating and I enjoyed my visit.
The seating is very cramped with very littte foot room to make your way through if you need to. The only best place that's impressive here is the entrance and the concession stand.
The volume was too high. I left with a splitting headache. Had to go get painkillers after. The food was burnt. Was not offered replacement nor refund. Was told there was nothing that could be done. Only reason I went there was because that was the only theater that had seats for avengers.
It's a nice clean theater, personal is nice &cordial
It was fine. I'm used to the lazy boy seats at the other theaters but the close seating gave me more of an opportunity to snuggle under my babes arm. Decent service. Clean spot.
since the 86 street cinema closed its the only resort for in cinema movies
Watched Detective Pikachu here. Recommend you go here!
My seat was wet when I sat down and it was a packed theater at that. had to ruin the movie experience for the family that day. wasnt going to seat and got my money back. they should have gave a few free tickets, thinking back.
Very uncomfortable cinema. I had a woman sitting in front of me with a big hair do, I couldn’t see anything behind her, so I had to change the seat, luckily no one came to the seat I randomly seat down... otherwise I would left. But I tried them))) and never go back. Oh, and buy your ticket online, because there you pay extra 5$ for a ticket :-)
Needs better seats
Great staff, great popcorn, old uncomfortable seats. Definitely family oriented though
Older theater that has yet to be updated to the level of most other theaters in the city. Seats are still the smaller old fabric ones that have sopped up years of NYC filth. Usually only has one concession stand opened with only one person manning it despite being multi leveled. That said, it's a very big theater (goes down several levels into the ground) and always has a good range of movies and showtimes. Much better than the City Cinemas across the street.
Seats were very uncomfortable and the theater is rather small.
Aging palpably. Bathroom was gross and neglected--paper towel rolls sitting on the wet counter (not in a dispenser) and nonfunctional hand dryers. Theaters are long and narrow, meaning front seats will leave your neck hurting. At least it was a good movie.
No reclining seats here but you are able to pick your seat. 2 blocks away from the train station.
Movie screens are tiny (you'd rather watch movies on a laptop screen at home -that bad) and the sounds are not loud enough. Just poorly constructed cinemas halls
Please don’t go here. They put me and my family in a theater without air conditioning with no warning. We told an attendant before the movie started and complained to management again after the movie. Wilson, the manager, dismissed us and other families that joined us without even offering an apology. He acted indignant when I pointed out they should at least move the kids out of that particular theater as a matter of public safety.
Pretty good theatre, decent chairs, screen, and sound. I'm glad they went with reserve seating but they may need to institute a cutoff time to enter since people commonly walk in after the movie has started.
Useful location and the most uncomfortable seats at any AMC theatre I've ever been to. Punishingly uncomfortable. For what tickets cost, AMC needs to suck it up and replace the chairs with ones that don't automatically barcalounge upon sitting. Seriously. All the escalators in the world don't make up for this.
This AMC location needs an extraordinary face lift. Yes, it is not bad, but the seats are somewhat uncomfortable, cramped amongst other seats, and most plug-ins through out the theater do not work.
I saw avengers endgame here what joke of a theatre old system system, projector is horrible and smelly..it's 2019. they are charging almost $20 inside is 1980's equipment
Projector stopped working at the climax of Us (about an hour and a half in). They gave us free movie tickets to make up but it still felt unsatisfying to not finish the movie. The theater itself was average.
