I had one the best experience in theater thanks to all the new renovation made to this theater love the sound and how comfortable you are in those seats wow I'm a big guy I was kinda worry about the seats and no I was really comfortable. Overall I recommend this place I just saw Avangers End game and it was amazing.

The theaters and seats are very nice. The ticket booth is chronically understaffed and the food is overpriced. If you want ice water they will hand you an empty cup for $4.50. I asked about ice and water. Was grudgingly provided with 1/4 cup of ice and told to use the water fountain. This is about what you might expect from airline customer care.

I've been to worse. I don't think every theatre is set up this way, but get theatre 8 whenever possible. Reclining seats, like sitting on your couch. I feel like a nap before heading home. Definitely not your typical seats.

Ever been to a movie theater? No? Try this place. Also try watching a non-popular movie. The reason why is because you'll have the theater to yourself. Also, the seats here recline so you have to get assigned seating. They show a picture of where you'll be seating. The seats are nice and the theater itself is located in not too bad area. Give it a shot.

Seats are great, theater is well maintained. Prices are pretty typical. They have a self serve station for popcorn butter and salt so you can season to your liking, which I prefer to the staff putting the salt and butter on for you.

Horrible, if there was another theatre chain in Cruces they would go out of business. All three of the Allen Theatres are high inefficient. Since they no longer use the ticket booth they have become even more inefficient (if that is possible). Help is always standing around behind the counter or elsewhere. It is impossible to ever tell if there is an ineffective manager or if it is lazy co-workers. Let's just say that serving the customer/public is probably somewhere down around 5 or 6 on their priority list. Not to mention the theatres are never clean. The kids seem okay they just need direction, guidance and or supervision.

Great movie theatre here in Las Cruces. The inside is newly remodeled with lazy boy style reserved seating, plenty of leg space, great looking screens and ATMOS surround sound. The seats are reserved so make sure to view available seats online. The concessions offer a great variety of items at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking and easy access to US 70 or I-25.

This is the best theater to watch a movie in Las Cruces! The seats are reclining and super comfortable. Theaters are equipped with Dolby Atmos for amazing “moving” sound! The prices are pretty good especially with the weekly specials, Tuesday ($5 movies) and Wednesday (Military BOGO Free Tickets). They now updated with cool modern blue LED light strips in the theaters. Definitely recommend!

Theater is great, we always choose this theater however the bathrooms both mens & womens could use some attention. We've been here several times in the past few weeks and consistently the bathrooms are less than satisfactory. Men's bathroom toilets were overflowing, women's bathroom only one sink was operating, several toilets were out of order. Overall bathrooms could use a renovation. Customers typically choose this theater for the upgraded seats plus the premium customers pay on the snacks you'd think management/ownership would invest a little of that into the bathrooms.

I like the big reclining seats and the option to choose seating when you buy tickets. Other than that, the theater is in great need of an update. The seats have food trays but no options beyond basic concessions. I will watch a few movies here out of convenience, but I do prefer to drive down to El Paso. I feel that the problem lies in that there is no competition in this town as far as movie theater chains go. Which is a shame because I feel that because of this Allen theaters don't feel there is a need to go beyond a basic movie going experience. There is no urgency to try and do better. I doubt things will change here. I mean just a short drive South, and you can have both the big recliners, assigned seating, and more modern services in a more comfortable atmosphere at similar pricing. Even opting to go to Cinaport won't give you all those things. You get a more modern feal, but your back to stadium seating, and no food trays even though they have the full restaurant there. So I think a little competition would do this town some good and maybe someone can give us a good option to not drive out of Las Cruces.

The best thing about this theater is the recliners and assigned seating. I wish there was a restaurant or more variety of food. It's always clean in the lobby, the bathrooms are nice and clean and the theaters are also clean. I do wish it was easier to choose seats in the handicap area, the website isn't very clear as to where there is a seat and where there is a wheelchair space.

If you're willing to pay a little more for a reserved, inclined seat this is the theater to go to in town. Most comfortable chairs to watch a movie. Now if they can just get more food options like the theater at the mall it would really set this theater apart from the rest.

Decent snack options, nice atmosphere and extremely nice seats. The seats are large so even if you're sitting next to strangers you don't feel crowded or squeezed in. The seats lay back very well, in was stuck in the second row but was able to lean back and relax enough that I didn't have to crane my neck to see the screen. Theres also a desk that swivels per seat which is nice and makes it a very nice experience in terms of snacks and your drink.

AWESOME as they are, we also did not know they had assigned seating. When we Did find our seats, it was a bit disconcerting to see that we were in the second row, surrounded by children

And there chairs are recliners! you just press a button and it'll go up then press another (of course) and it'll go down. Of course it would work like that but still. Also I really enjoyed it.

The new system of seating is great! You reserve your seat before you get there, and then you don't have to fight for the middle seats. The seats recline to almost laying down, and there's a swinging tray that can be put in front of you. They have the Dolby sound immersion speakers in screen four. Every movie theater should be like Telshor 12!

The seats are very comfortable! However the restrooms are ALWAYS just so filthy. I dread anytime I have to use the restroom when I am here, as they always smell awful and constantly have puddles on the floor and no “Wet Floor” signs. The overall hygiene of the place is rather off-putting.

The remodelled theaters with adjustable seating are incredible. If you get a chance, visit theater 4 for the Dolby Atmos theater. It is a great movie watching experience. The snackbar could stand a more modern style but it's also good.

Great theater, with grandstand style seating and lounge chairs. Sound system was good and 3D visual seemed to work quite well. I would give them a 5 except the lounge chair became quite uncomfortable after awhile as the upright position leans back a bit too much with not enough lumbar support. Actually had to stand to the side for a while to prevent a sore back in the late stages of the movie. Obviously not the fault of the theater, but something I hope they consider if and when replacing the lounge chairs. I will also say that, like pretty much all theatres, they over charge for concessions, but that's par for the course at the movies these days.

Telshor 12 I typically choose over Cineport 10. I like the reserved seating, the new updates like reclined seats, and more room are very nice. Never had a problem with any of the Employees, they're good people. Some of them could brighten up a bit though. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the bathrooms could use more soap dispensers, and a remodel as well. I don't like the blue lights on the walls inside the auditoriums, but that's just a personal preference. I'd recommend this place overall.

This theatre is great. Usually have the meal in the upper level with my kiddos then we head off to the movie. So far it has been a positive experience for us...It can get pricey at times yes, but the memories you make with your children/loved ones are forever etched in their hearts. We have to Live a little! Life changes in a heartbeat. Let's do it while we can!!
