We usually really like this place but not today... the employees and supervisor were more interested about complaining that they dont get OT working today than they were in helping me. I even had to reach around the counter and remove my soda from the soda machine myself. UGH!!

Shut the front door!! The seating upgrade is very nice and comfy. Especially for those of us who have back issues, the seating is not cramped up anymore and plenty of space to kick back in the new power recliners. The food is ok and the cheeseburger with fries is a great pick if you want good food here. Very impressed with all the changes since i was here last.

My boyfriend and I both have horrible jobs. We work all week are mentally and physically drained by Friday. Life of a parent is hard. We work all day then come home to hearing our kids complaining, breaking up fights, cleaning up after the kids and doing homework. On this particular Friday, we got up early, dropped kids off at school/daycare and spur of the moment descion, we decided to play hooky. We called in from work and spent the whole day having fun and sneaking around like teenagers. The plan was to end the day with dinner and a movie. We had a great dinner then went to the theater to watch It 2. The recliner seats were comfortable at first but after 2 hours and 50 mins my back felt as if I fell off a 2 story house. I am now leaving reviews for a great chiropracter I found that has me on a treatment plan for the pain caused by your recliner seats.

Best for comfort by far...every theatre is expensive, and at $24+ for two tixs, it's no different. Great selection of munchies and actual meals, but again, try not to go and think "frugal". Current offer for $23/month for unlimited movies is a complete deal!

It's definitely not the quality type of theater I remember it being. It has been a long while since I'd seen a movie at a theater. The fact I can get my tickets on line, not that big of deal. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of the popcorn made for unpleasant trip to that theater.

Haven't watched a movie here in a while. The seats can use a little more comfort, however the screen is bright and clear and the sound is precise and mixed well in the theater. Also, their concession stand is good.

Decent movie theater in a convenient location. Only downside is that the concession lines any time that I go here tend to be very long and move slow. If you are getting a refill, there should be signage directing you to a certain area. The only way that you know there is a quicker way to get a refill is if someone in line is kind enough to tell you.

Went to see the movie Bumblebee and all excited until we were told the projector was not working and we could get a refund and passes and also for the concession snacks or go see another moviemovie . We chose a refund and were also given passes to see it another time. Which was nice ! We went to get a refund for our drinks and snacks and he said it would take 3 to 4 days for the refund to go through and we were almost out the door and the manager comes running up to us and took the drinks and popcorn out of our hands and said I need those back !!! Can you believe that!! I thought that was very RUDE!! You think after missing out on watching the movie we could of least had our popcorn and drinks that we had eaten and drank out of , whether we got our refund or not!!! Customer always comes first but not there!! Won't be going there anymore !!!!

This is the most comfortable theater I have ever been to! The seats recline all the way back, you get to choose your seating and it's at the mall so showing up early or late is no problem because you can always browse around! I watch La Llorona there and it was so scary but because of the wonderful seats, I was able to keep my date feeling safe and guarded. :)

Really satisfied with the experience considering I haven't been here in a few years. Seats are reserved now and each chair has a food tray. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, it's everything I'd really want or need, but nothing to write home about.

Went to a late night show, you could tell that the employees were tired however they still gave great service and the food was hot and fresh, their cheese burgers are honestly amazing and the fries were hot and crispy!

2 stars, only because it's not that clean. Either where u watch the movie or in the bathroom. A few of the employees (3) used to be (5), keep asking to check my bag when they have not checked the other people before me. When I'm sitting watching the previews the scan looking around, and come straight to me and ask can I see your ticket... (-_-) not sure if it's a race thing but it would be nice if, "could u not!"

Our first visit and it was pretty good. We came to watch the Secret Life of Pets 2. My kiddos loved the reclining seats and the pizza. My only complaint was that we didn't receive our bucket of popcorn at the register and had to ask one of the other employees for it when she gave us our pizza. Restrooms were clean and kiddos weren't too noisy during the movie. :)

I really enjoy taking my kids to this theater. The seats here are comfortable, and with their many screens, my kids can find something they agree on to watch and make for a great afternoon out. Plus the the snacks and not too overly priced and we enjoy it so much there that, if something else good is playing, we can afford to stay for another movie.

We were in the small theater under the escalator and viewed Rocketman. Very comfortable and intimate setting. The seats fully recline. The screen size and sound levels were just right. Temperature was just right. We were very impressed.

Good movie spot. Johnny rockets right next door so you can eat and watch a movie. Movie selection is decent but the line for the concession stand is bananas. Waited 20 minutes to get a bag of popcorn.

~30 seats total per theater. Off peak hours ensure an enjoyable watching experience due to uncrowded theaters. Reclining seats are a bonus. Order online ahead of time to ensure you get seating in the center of the theater which has the best sound imaging.

Purchase tickets online thinking we could wait a little longer because our seats were reserved. When we get there couldn't connect our phone to the little scanner because there was no Wi-Fi. Took about 8 minutes. Blah a course we were late . No more buying tickets online just going to have to wait in line if we want to be on time so much for calling ahead

Comfortable, clean theatre,plenty of room. One of the bathrooms was out of order after several movies let out , otherwise a 5 star, if they could get it all working . This is a regular place for us, located in the mall. We will be back without doubt.

I love this theater. It has assigned reclining seats. The popcorn is good. Some of the other snacks are really good, too. A good mix of things on the menu. There is wheelchair accessible seating in the main aisle. I recommend this one without reservation.

I always have a good time at this theatre. You can definitely tell the difference in the upstairs auditoriums and downstairs though. The upstair section is newer and very updated and clean. The downstairs isn't bad, but it's noticeably older by comparison. I always buy my tickets online so I can't say one way or another if the Staff is good. The presentation of the movies is always good and the interior of the auditoriums is clean too. I like the reclining seats as well as the retractable trays.

I love that they do the TCM Classics once a month, here. Disappointed that the Wizard of Oz was sold out. I guess that shows that the secret is out, and these classic movies are catching on. Beautiful place and comfortable, but they seriously need to hire more people. We bought a large popcorn with refill for my family Of four and I missed a half hour of the movie waiting to refill it. Kid told me I had to wait in line to get it refilled. There were at least 20 people each in two separate lines with two kids working the counter and no one to help. I know they work hard, but the smirk on the kid’s face as he was yelling for me to get in line was enough to piss me off.
