Wife and I dropped in Saturday afternoon just to check it out. The service was amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Marisol our bartender explained everything the establishment had to offer and we took her up on her suggestions. The craft beers were served cold and were just as described. We ate the BBQ brisket fries, and they were delicious. Over all we enjoyed our visit and the only reason I did not give five stars is they just opened and we were not there long. I highly recommend this place even if you don't want to watch a movie.

An El Paso experience for sure! We read reviews about the mandatory 18% gratuity. So we were unsure if it would be worth it. But it was. Paying 18% for someone else to bring me food and drinks in under 5 minutes? Yeah it's worth it. Our server Dani was friendly and explained the process of being at Flix. So the 18% shouldn't be an issue when you think about the quick unobtrusive service you get. The beer we tried was delicious. We are not much of beer drinkers, but we might become one now. The popcorn was fresh and fluffy, not stale and tasteless. This is not a place to take a hungry group if you are on a budget. Prices add up quickly. $9.00 for a medium size bag of popcorn plus 18% can break a budget since one bag serves only 2 people. We will go back again. We really like the souvenir tickets we got at the Joker movie. Pretty cool.

Why would they put this on the West side when there is already Alamo Draft house on west. Meanwhile the East side doesn't have a single movie theater like this. Big swing and a miss.

This place is awesome. Best theater experience I've ever had. It can be pricey but I went on the soft opening so it was free #blessed. The beer made by jono and Scott is amazing and the nebulas is great. Can't wait to see the future of this place.

I visited Flix a week or two after it opened. I tried to visit opening weekend but I could not make it. My wife and I saw Ad Astra. Movie was good, not for everyone I'm sure but I enjoy space movies so I enjoyed it. Seating is comfortable. Seats slightly recline and you can raise your feet with a push of a button. Food service was excellent, very fast. Food taste was great, I enjoyed the meal I selected. Atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. This is the second movie/diner cinema I visit in el Paso. I like this one a little more than the Alamo Drafthouse because of the comfortable chairs and it's closer to me. I will visit this cinema again and feel comfortable recommending it to others.

Most incredible experience I've ever had at a movie theater. Seats were very comfortable. Service was outstanding. The food was delicious. The best pizza in the city. For anyone who had a bad experience you should definitely give it another chance.

This is a really great place! The seating was amazing and the service cannot be beat! The only reason for four stars is the handicapped accessibility. While it meets all the requirements there are a couple of things that my wheelchair bound mother pointed out, especially not being able to open the doors to the restroom and the front door without assistance... But otherwise amazing experience!

I was going to leave a positive review but then noticed the server charged me 18% gratuity twice on my receipt. Not sure why they assume we are going to tip the entire staff 18% when not everyone contributed equally. Kind of shady.

Overall Experience was ok. Got food poisoning from the fish tacos. Reported this to the management who offered no apologies or compensation. They only told me that it was not food poisoning because no one else had complained and that I did not know how food born illness works. Horrible customer service after spending hundreds there for my sons birthday. Will never go back.

Pretty cool. Saw the Joker amd enjoyed the seats...so comfortable! Service can be improved. Had to "ring" them to bring my friend's drink after 20 mins into the movie and no drink. Forgo the mixed drinks and have beer. Drinks are poor quality. Popcorn

I’ve been to this flix brew house twice. Both not very good experiences. First time the bathrooms weren’t working and sat through a 2 1/2 hour movie needing it! Second time they lacked in food service. I absolutely dislike their automatic 18% gratuity for service received. They didn’t have anything we ordered except water. We ordered a shake and cookies and fries and they had none. To add to this negative experience the recliners on our chairs didn’t work. For a new facility I would prefer to drive to Alamo Drafthouse.

I went and saw IT yesterday & the experience was amazing! Everyone was very kind & friendly & the service was exceptional. It’s definitely pricier than your average theater, but this theater isn’t average. Great for date night!

I am in love with this place! I am not a big fan of beer but my boyfriend is and they have a great variety of beers. The seats are really comfortable and recline quite further than other movie theaters I've gone to and the sound system is stunning!! I wish i had a system like that in my house but if i did I would probably never leave. We ordered the flix supreme pizza and the tuxedo cake. I was a bit disappointed at the size of the pizza but it was so good that i wasn't even mad. However, i didn't get full so if you eat a lot like me just be aware that you might have to order more to be full. The tuxedo cake was so delicious that i just gave my boyfriend one bite and i ate the rest. They will charge you an 18% gratuity fee so just be aware of that when you go in. Overall i absolutely loved this place and can't wait to go again and try more things.

A friend and I went to an early showing (10:45 AM) today. The theater was nice and the server was friendly and explained how to order food (you write down your order, then press a button for service). Unfortunately, the buttons at our seats didn't work (F5 and F6 in Theater 6, in case management reads this). We pressed them multiple times in the first 45 minutes of the movie, but the server never returned, so we never got any food. I suppose we could've left the theater and tracked down someone to assist us, but who wants to get up and look for staff in the middle of a movie?

Purchased tickets in advance for IT at 2:30 pm. At 2:00 pm management informs us they won't be showing the movie but will provide a refund. To top the inconvenience, they have porta-potties out front instead of restrooms!!! Disgusting. Management opened prematurely and should have waited until they were ready. Highly disappointed.

The staff is extremely nice. Yes, it is pricey compared to other movie theaters. However, you are paying dir the quality and movie experience. The food was delicious and I love the leather recliner chairs. There is more than enough space for people to pass by you and you are able rotate your tables. If you have the extra cash to treat yourself, I highly recommend doing so.

Great experience been three times now. I enjoy the recliners and there food is really good. They have really good icecream! I had some mixed drinks and enjoyed them and we where even given collectables IT Chapter 2 tickets when we went for the premiere. I m bot a huge beer drinker more of a cider person but they do have a nice selection.

Definitely not my cup of tea. I guess the hype was to high and didn't match my expectations. It feel I was going into a mall instead, I guess I enjoy more the retro intimate atmosphere of an old movie theater.

It just opened so it has limited screens and showing of films however it was very nice. Some of the chairs went all the way back and lifted the chairs while unfortunately some don't like the one my sister sat in. Her feet part of the chair wouldn't go up and it was a bit awkward for her at some points. The popcorn is delicious but you don't seem to get refills on it. The service was fast and the light buttons were cool but the menus were a bit awkward to get out and put back in the table. Overall I really enjoyed this theater.

My family went, for the first time today, to celebrate a birthday. We won't be back. The screens are small, the seats are uncomfortable, and the tables are difficult for people with disabilities to use. I'd leave a comment about the food, but ours never arrived! Furthermore, the platforms that the seats sit upon are hazardous. The safety lighting on them isn't visible as you're stepping down. We are so disappointed.

For those who are complaining about certain things that happened during their visits, they should give the place a second chance, since they hadn't even been open a week at the time and places need time to iron out all of the kinks, and also stuff happens. When you walk up to the theater you see the brewery from outside. Walking in you see a bar with a large selection of beer. I'm not a beer drinker, but my husband enjoyed the two beers he had. There are tables and booths in the lobby for those that just want to eat, or drink without seeing a movie. Inside the theater the seats recline and are very comfortable. There is plenty of leg room for the servers to run by without knocking into your legs. When ordering during the movie there is a button you press when you need anything (which you write down on a paper), and the server arrives promptly to see what you need and bring it to you. The servers are very attentive and friendly. The menu selection looks very appetizing and it's hard to decide where to begin if you're anything like me when it comes to deciding what to eat. I decided on the steak wrap which was delicious with a touch of spice.. My husband had the fish and chips which were hot and crispy.. The black tie cake makes you drool like Homer Simpson with its chocolatey, spongy goodness.. Give it a try and be patient during the first month or so while they continue remodeling..

We purchased tickets for 7pm showing on premier night. Seating was limited so we were in row A, which was too close for my money. First disaster, all of the women's toilets were'nt flushing and were backing up. Later we were being directed into the men's bathroom, which were just as bad. There was water on the floor and they were hooribly smelly. Second, in going to the ladies room, as I left my seat I missed a second step and fell to the ground (concrete). Who in heavens name decided to have steps after you get up from your seat!! I am a senior, and I am still bruised and sore from this fall. The GM handled my incident very lightly and we were brushed off by giving us a refund! This was a very bad experience for us and we will not return. It is very pricey and having servers going back and forth was very distracting.

Flix Brewhouse is in a few words a gem. Starting off it’s first month with yes a few kinks and mishaps that have to be ironed out. But let’s face it nothing is perfect, every business starts somewhere and taking its first steps in a growing city such as this and a location like this is phenomenal. You can’t blame a business on faulty plumbing as they don’t or can’t control how the building was built. You can’t blame or take it out on the business if something happens that could have been prevented due to your own negligence. All that being said I will praise this business for following a model that is tricky and innovative; having servers walk by take your order and bring it back without making a noise or having you notice is extremely difficult, and lets be honest they will not be invisible, but where is your attention if you seem distracted so much by someone who’s not talking to you and just passing by unnoticed. The staff is extremely professional and kind I can only hope this attitude remains and in the future people will see this theater in its true glory and praise it as I am.

Flix review..... The bar is huge with plenty of bar seating....Several TV's to watch games...Extra table and booth seating which was very nice....Theater had comfortable reclining seats with swivel tables...Service was excellent, server came back to check on us which is nice.... You can get the server back by pressing a button which is cool... I had a craft beet Golden Ale and it was very good..Babe had the Bahama Mama and she liked it in fack she had two and so did I... Had a popcorn which was in a bag and had to pay extra for jalapenos and that was the only down side since we love our popcorn with jalapenos... We also had the briskit fries and they were awesome crispy fries untill the last one, will definitely have those again.. A bit pricey..2 - 16oz craft beers, 2 Bahama Mamas, 1 large popcorn and Briskit fries + 18% gratuity..for $53.... All in all great experience..We will definitely be back...

I had a great experience. The theater is top notch visually and in sound. The reclining seats are very comfortable. Food and drinks were very good. There is an 18% gratuity added, but I didn't mind since the service was excellent!!
