Great service and good food/drinks, flix is always a great choice when going to the movies. Summer wednesdays bring back some of the kids movies for 2 bucks a seat. They also have some of the greats like Jurassic Park and 80s flicks so you enjoy on the big screen along with themed gifts. I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been to give it a try.

Let's just start with this is my favorite theater in town. Being able to enjoy a beer an eat a meal while watching a movie is just great! The food is always fresh an good an the theaters are always clean.

When this place first opened it was really great. The last two times we have been the food has been good (the only reason for two stars) the drinks okay, but they dont serve Coke which my husband loves. The downfall is that the sound is at about 250 decibels. It is literally so loud you must put your fingers in your ears during the 'action' sequences. We won't be going back.

It's a great place to watch a movie and get some good burgers. The beers are good but not the best. The burger I got was pretty good. The seats are very comfortable and the movies are good. It's an all around great experience. If you're looking to just go see a movie and not get food there are better theaters than the Brewhouse.

We got there 10 minutes after the movie begin and they didn’t let us in because we would be a distraction. I know they have a policy but that is ridiculous...what if someone needs the restroom or it’s not like there isn’t waiters walking around the whole time. I’m very upset that they were willing to turn away business.

Combining a movie with dinner should not be this expensive. Delicious fries and bacon wrapped poppers, but burgers needed seasoning. Their Cuban "medianoche" was a gem that offset the below average cider and "almost there in flavor" beers. Take advantage of happy hour!

Food needs more flavor it's so bland. For the price we pay for the food I expected it to taste great. The movie experience was good. Service is slow. It take forever to get a coke refill. I could had just gotten myself up and refilled it myself.

It was fun we had a pizza and cheese sticks ran out of marinara sauce for the last 2, how ever, we like it, the Pizza was delicious and lots of beer and soft drinks to pick from. the movie was (one bag of popcorn) Good too, we will definitely go again, next time we will get tickets a few days before we go, for better seats... The cost isn't bad for Lunch and a afternoon of fun.

It has been a long time coming that I would review Flix Brewhouse. I honestly couldn't think of two better things to enjoy together: good food and good movies. I have had practically everything on their menu and it never fails to satisfy. Furthermore, I have to give Flix some credit because they have such a wide menu variety that I have never left without a craving of mine being met. I recently discovered their shakes, which are absolutely delicious. A shake, burger, and fries during a summer blockerbuster cannot be beat! Definitely check it out if you haven't.

This is a great theater to come to. Drinks and food before, after, or during the movie. Employees here are welcoming, have good beer recommendations and are polite. The theater and food are priced well will a wide range of options. The restrooms are nice and for the most part clean. Mobile ticketing is an option and a plus.

This was the most fun movie experience I have ever had. We went for lunch and a movie and the whole experience was so much fun. The food was delicious and the service was great. The one thing I would recommend is to get to your movie at least 20 minutes early of you are going to order food. That way you can be settled with your food before the movie starts.

Flix Brewhouse is a great place to go for any date nights, if youre hungry or just trying to catch the latest releases. It is more than just any old normal theater. The food is delicious and staff are very friendly. They have an exellent choice of dishes and drinks. You can always expect to try something new whenever you go because of their various choices. The home brewed beers and drinks are always enjoyable when watching movies. My favorite thing about the theater is the leg room! Now I can finally stretch out my legs after a long day and enjoy the food and beverage, not like the other theaters with stale popcorn and cramped seating. You don't want to feel like you're in a Boeing 757.

I love Flix Brewhouse. The service is great even though we have had a male server who was extremely talkative and kind of forgot about taking our order. All of the female servers are fantastic. While the food is good, the menu could offer more healthier alternatives, for example food that is not fried or red meat, but maybe some vegetarian or fish alternatives. The hallways smell a bit musky, as if food odors are trapped in the carpeting, and some airing out or better ventilation may help there.

We hit Flix for all of the big movies that come out (lots of them Marvel movies). I like the Bacon Bleu burger it always hits the spot. It becomes an expensive movie between tickets, food, and drinks but if you don't do it for every movie and hit the major ones, it isn't bad. We usually split a pitcher of beer during the movie. They have their own house beers to choose from and they are pretty good. We will be back over here for Endgame at the end of the month!

I usually enjoy this place immensely but tonight I had a horrible service experience. First off, I purchased a pitcher for four people and was refused a refill, that I can understand as a company does need to protect themselves from liability. The kicker was, we ordered water 4 times and each time the server picked up the order, they flat out ignored it. With the required gratuity that we pay (my bill was close to $100) we at least deserve a glass of water when requested. It's sad that the servers expect gratuity but fail to deliver an item as simple as water. Honestly rethinking any further patronage of this establishment.

Let me say this about Flix Brewhouse it is a nice change of pace and it seems to be something that theaters are doing more often offering normal food. That is really a refreshing thing that needed to evolve with the time. The first few times I went to Flix Brewhouse I was very impressed. Sadly as I've often gone to the establishment the food choices don't ever really change. I know that they have monthly specials but they really aren't a big change of pace. I would love for them to revamp their menu to give people more options. Also if you ever get their chicken strips don't be surprised if one of them is smaller than your pinky it has happened to me multiple times. This is side I still will be going to Flix because they also offer retro movies and that is super enjoyable.

First-time patron at this unique entertainment venue in Albuquerque NM. Easy to find while driving. Parking is readily available. Easy access to the theater. Staff is motivated, friendly and customer-focused. Theater is clean & comfortable. Food & beverage menus are enticing! Opening wknd viewing of "The Lion King" was sensational at Flix Brewhouse, ABQ NM. Security Patrol Van was visible in parking lot after movie's end that Saturday night. Very enjoyable time! Will return, again, during next visit to ABQ!

Cool way to spend family night. It is a bit pricey but the experience in itself is worth it. The fact that they brew their own beer on site is fascinating. The only thing that would make this place better would be a foot rest under the little tables so you could kick your feet up after you eat!haha

Love being able to reserve the seats we want and ordering quality food while watching a movie! Plus great drinks for kids and adults. Foods a little pricey but it's a fun time! Comfortable seating too. They do tend to add on 18% gratuity to your check so know that before you tip twice!

He was being turned down to get in because the show had started. They are strict with start times. Make sure you arrive early!

I’m a single father raising my 2 children It’s Father’s Day and I’m leaving with my the worst experience ever the manger on duty didn’t want to help me and the staff was very rude I normally come here but I will no longer be bringing me and children here. Ordering food and drinks from the theater side is a laborious process and you've got an 80% chance they're going to screw up your order - they write stuff down, but their "handoff process for their team" clearly doesn't work for a hill of beans - it's what the manager called it, not me. If you ask the manager to correct your bill, she will blame you for not clarifying your order instead of saying she'll speak with her team. A gaslighting manager is not a credit to this establishment - if more time was spent training basic restaurant processes instead of focusing on buzzwords, perhaps they'd have a "better handoff process for their team."

The general manager has an attitude a country mile long. & So did the person behind the bar who doubles as ticket agent. Both talked to me & others as if we were trasspassing on their property & owed them something. Rude, obnoxious, & abstinent. I was not let in to see my free movie because gen. Mgr. said he didn't know what was going on. Pathetic excuse for a manager.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this movie theater. The food and beer was excellent. The only complaint I have is about the worker who checked our tickets upon entry and the server who helped me. They were just a bit rude in my opinion. I will admit that my friends and I were going back right on time or maybe even a couple minutes late. I understand that they want to ensure that the experience is great for everyone involved and I will be more cognizant of my arrival time in the future. I sat down and the movie hadn’t started yet. The previews were still on and I decided to order something off the menu. When the waitress came over she was visibly irritated, which to me was absolutely unnecessary. I would think as a business the goal would be to sell products and I felt like she was very put off by me ordering something. I’ve eaten in similar establishments such as the warren theater in Oklahoma and ordering things off the menu at any point during the movie is never an issue. They’re very discrete and it doesn’t bother anyone. I’m not sure why it was such a hassle for them. It certainly doesn’t bother me when the waitresses come through. Regardless, I did enjoy my experience and would certainly go back again.

I've never seen a movie at Flix, but I do get their popcorn to go. They are the BEST IN TOWN for fresh packed movie popcorn! They double bag each one so it doesn't spill on the way home (see pics). If you say "float it in butter", you won't be disappointed! There will be butter all throughout the bag!

Beer + Movies: What's not to love! Flix is my go-to for non IMAX movies. Thier house beers are never disappointing and they also have lots of local beers if you feel like something else. The food and beers are reasonably priced - what you would expect to pay at a brewery.

We liked this place when we went for dinner and movies while living on the west side, so it was a natural choice for our son's 21st birthday when he wanted to see the new Avengers. Thank you for serving our 21 year old son, for the drink we wanted to buy him, as his parents, even though he only had his vertical license, and hadn't been to the DMV yet! He was not driving, and was legally of age. We will be back, even though we live out in Tijeras now! Movie was awesome, food was awesome! Service was awesome!

Very fun place to watch a movie. Can order appetizers, full meals and beers right from your seat! The chairs are recliners and also available for reservations. Great place for a date, or just a fun night out with friends. Would definitely go back again.

Went in tonight with a couple of friends for the 11:00 pm showing of Us, but was disappointed to learn that they were actually closed early due to “deep cleaning” according to the employee. I’m not sure why the 11pm showing was listed on the flix website as well as fandango if they had a deep cleaning scheduled... I wish we hadn’t made the trip all the way over.

What a different movie experience! This is probably my #1 pick, when I want to see a movie. The food I've had here is pretty darn good. Nice beer selection as well. The seats are awesome, and I love that I can pick my seats before the show. The staff are very helpful and discreet during the movie. Flix, and other movie theaters like it, are the model for "going to see a movie", now and in the future.

My fiancee and I loved Flix it was a great place to go and have a cheat meal while watching a movie. We recently found out that all of the meals me enjoyed where taken off of the menu (habanero wings, spinach and artichoke dip, and the loaded fries). Being told that they where going for a less fried more healthy approach is understanding but being healthy and being told your go to foods were removed defeats the purpose of a cheat meal and movie experience. Without our favorite items Flix became another Century movie theater.

One of our closet favorites is to come here for.... THE POPCORN!!! We love to go out and get their theater popcorn with butter (drenched) when we are binge-watching favorite shows! You can even enjoy a drink at the bar while you wait for your popcorn!

We went to Flix on a Friday night, was a pretty good experience. However, I probably will not go again. I like a great movie experience, sound, lighting and screen quality matter to me. Same with food, ambiance, service, ingredients and preparation play a part in the overall experience. While Flix had amazing service, like actual ninja style, the food was just meh. Something about eating in the dark is unsettling, especially when you can hear other people eating. I would recommend people give it a try, a beer and a movie sound awesome. Just not for me.

Flix has a good selection of house beers along with about 2 dozen local brews. For less than a large coke at any other theater you can get a pint of good beer. They serve food as well in the theater. They also do a lot of special runs of old movies which is awesome. It is the only theater I go to anymore.

Christina was the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever encountered. After having exchanged seats at the front, we received no service. When confronted she loudly stated that we “didn’t want to pay our bill” when we simply asked why we had to get up to receive any type of service. No accountability, responsibility, or professionalism. In any line of business this is embarrassing, and I’m severely disappointed at what I considered to be a good business.

We love the size of the screens and sound systems. The food is very good as well. However the really need to get better at the sevice especially with charging a gratuity for service that's need better attention. The theater seats are so comfortable and there is actually room to stretch your legs without kicking the seat in front of you. What I don't like is how the servers are on you as soon as you are seated wanting you to start a tab and get your credit card out. I refused to order anything during the movie because of how pushy and rude she was.

I've called to order food twice. Have been transfer3d to the bar each time. First time sat of hold for 20 MI s before hanging up. Second time waited 6 minutes then hung up. Maybe their service I side is better but don't call to order food

First time going and had the best experience. Great service! And when I mean great, it was faster than any bar or restaurant. Reasonable prices. Which is always important. We ordered a pretzel & cheese, buffalo wings & jalapeno poppers. Everything tasted great! Paid slightly higher for everything than regular movie theater but it was worth it. Reclining seats, wine for me, beer for my husband and actual food while watching a movie. Nothing beats it. Wish I would've tried this place out sooner.

The seats are comfortable. The front row is the only one with recliners but it's not bad since you can sit back. It would be nice if they went a little further back but it was still fine. I got a steak wrap which was really good. I got a cookie which comes with 3 and come out warm. Their strawberry shake was good too.

This is my go to theater, you'll spend the same as the other theaters, but you're getting real good here, not just popcorn. The seats are hundreds of times better, the service is astronomically better, and the beer, oh the beer is spectacular.

This is the place to see a movie! Not being much of a "sit at a movie person" this place makes going to a movie a different experience. They bring you food and beer/drinks right to your seat while you watch a movie! There is never someone sitting right in front of you due to the table set up they have and lots of leg room and comfortable seats! The beer they make is delicious and they also have a big selection of other beer and drinks. Before the movie they play lots of fun clips that keep you entertained. I also like the throw back movies where they play older movies! Check this place out!

I highly recommend coming here. When you first walk in you can see a hug distillery witch is amazing to see up close. When we went to sit down at are seats everything was really clean. The chairs are really comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was amazing i recommend the Duke burger it was amazing. The movie quality was amazing, the sound felt like you were there. I think it is perfect for date night i will definitely will be going back.

Very unsatisfied with service from servers and managers. I don't think they care about customer service or ensuring a great experience to customers. I will not be returning. Will not recommend this place to anyone. One star was too much for what we got and there was a group. We spent enough money to be treated nice if thats what it all depends on.

A superb combination of a movie, great food, local brews, comfortable seats, and fantastic table-side service. Definitely recommend for a date night or a family outing. Their online site allows you to reserve specific seats so you don't need to show up early. On the other hand, you can come there just for food and brews if you like. They have a restaurant section in front of the theater.

We love flixbrew because of the comfort, drinks, and food that it provides when watching a movie. My only concern is the high prices whenever it's not discount day..and mandatory tipping. I understand customers have the option of opting out and saying no however who wants to go through the hassle of telling your waiter that you want the tip removed...I think it should be optional and customers should have the right to say how much or if they even want to tip depending on the service they received. Just a thought.

Recently watched "Joker" on it's Thursday night pre-premiere. The location is always clean in the lobby area and interior of auditoriums. I really like all of the digital posters they have in the hallways; it's very fun and nice. The food here is pretty decent and decently priced. It's basically on-par with an Applebee's or Chili's-style restaurant (as far as the quality, flavor, and portion size). I've had mixed interactions with the Staff. I understand their "strict" policy of not admitting patrons (who have reserved seats) after a certain time, but depending on the Staff Member they can be a little curt and frankly kinda rude. I've only had one issue to have had resolved and it did seem like a chore for one of the two Staff Members trying to resolve it for me. However, recently I've not had any negative experiences, but I do want to remark on my previous ones because it did turn me off from coming here for a while. I like that they make a regular event of showing older films on special nights. It's nice fun thing to see a movie you never got to see on the Big Screen on it's original release.

It was really nice. They have recliner chairs and a restaurant and they serve food and beverages while the movie plays. Tge best part us it is not expensive.

The only place I go to for movies. I love being able to enjoy a beer and food while I watch a movie, and the restrictions on kids/babies at certain times and for certain shows means you don't have to worry about crying babies while you watch R-rated movies. The movie ticket prices are very reasonable. Food is solid, nothing that will blow your mind, but it's pretty awesome to have a full food menu available for a movie. They also have more traditional movie snacks like popcorn and candy available. Their house beers are great, and they also have other local beer on tap as well. Service can sometimes be a little iffy - several times, I've received my food well before I've gotten my drink, which is not a big deal but I do like to be able to drink my beer while I eat, and if it's a packed show, expect the service to be a bit slow. Otherwise, this place is fantastic.

Restaurant: Great food, beer is okay-ish for Albuquerque standards—however the mandatory tip on orders is horrible, especially when your server is incredibly rude. Service: Instead of allowing us to finish our order after accidentally sitting in the wrong seats, the server refused to take the order until we moved created an awkward and uncomfortable situation. She was also unable to take an order quickly, forcing me to repeat myself multiple times. Minimum tip allows for minimum service; makes sense to me now, unfortunately. Also, when my food was handed to me, the plate was HOT—do you really expect me to hold a hot plate when I don’t have a table!? Unacceptable. Overall: Average venue, below average service. The venue combination of movie theater and restaurant is great but without decent servers it’s lacking. Website can be difficult to navigate.

Onion rings were burnt. You cant mix wings. I have been a km in a lot of places. And even i could tell the service was movie theater quality. So if you want to go see a movie go. But if you want service and good food that come with that price tag not the place to go.

I absolutely love this place! One of my favorite places to go on the weekend. The service can sometimes be a little slow when it's busy, but for the most part I've had an exceptional experience each time. The food is great, and the seats are comfy! Highly recommend.

Loved the venue! There was even a selfie station for Lion King! It was great to not have to stand in line for concessions and the tabletops didn't get in the way of the view. The chairs didn't recline very far through and no foot rest.

This used to be a favorite spot.. unfortunately, it's gone severely downhill with issues being escalated being handled poorly or ignored entirely by management. I've had servers spill drinks on me, forget to bring my meal/drinks, tell me they don't get their tips, straight up laugh at me... I could stay home and attempt to train my dogs to do those things for free!

This was my first dine in theatre and I could not get over how amazing the food was! Great service, brews and tons of choices on the menu. Everything my 3 friends and I had was top notch. They also offered complimentary champagne. I can’t wait to go back.

Fun experience with the wife and kids to see the new DUMBO movie 03/30/19. The wait staff wasn't too friendly this visit, but the food was good along with the movie. The best part was I got to hang out with my wife and enjoy the facial expressions and comments of my kiddos! NOTHING tops that!

Great idea, inhouse beer is really good, pizza great, seats could be more comfortable but it was a 3 hour movie. Don't like the bill during movie, but I don't see a way around it. A great experience

Flix staff and management is absolute trash. It clearly states on the website that people under seventeen can go in with a parent or responsible adult.(check the age policy). It does not day you have to go with someone over 21. My sister was shot in the head a month ago and is on crutches so we were going to see toy story. I gave him the tickets and he asked if we were both over 17 I said no I’m 19 (with an I’d) and she’s 16 and I’m her sister. He said people under seventeen have to be with someone over 21. I told him it didn’t say that on the website. He said he didn’t care. By law a responsible adult is over 18. We have been here together multiple times and haven’t had a problem getting in. They were rude to someone with a disability, said they wouldn’t let us in and gave us a refund. If you want to tell people they have to be 21 and older put it in writing on the website so they know about your dumb policy. It was a wasted trip. It’s a dumb policy because they card you for alcohol in the theatre anyway. There was no handicap parking. Only reason I came to Flix was because I had a gift card. I will not be going back. Spend your money elsewhere, they don’t care about their costumers.

Today was one of just many times I've been to FlixBrewhouse, I have to give a bad review this time because. When you order food there they give you an option to pay a gratuity of the desired amount. Or give the recommended 18%. The standard at restaurants is 15%, it's a choice to give more if the person has earned it. Today i gave what was a 16.5% tip. Slightly shy of the 18% but still generous. I was asked to pay the .22cents to make it the 18% and had the wait staff complain, I took the complaint to the manager and she insisted that 18% was what they get. There is a sign by the register that says to tip what you think is best and 18% is a suggestion so not sure why the wait staff stomped and the manager isn't backing the customer.

I love this place!! How many places can you go for a movie, dinner, drinks, and dessert? Besides home, this is it! Nice selection for beers on tap, ciders, and the food is better than I anticipated. If you get the chance have the dessert pretzel.... you won't regret it!

First-timer at this place. Went to go see Joker. The Cuban Medianoche sandwich was awesome! Service was fast and friendly and the place was really clean despite how busy it was. Wish they had one of these in NJ.
