This place needs a huge upgrade. Got to the theatre and employees lack customer service skills.No greeting, no thank you, no smiling, it's almost like they hate being there. I had to ask where the movie was at since I had never been there, of course I was given a lot of attitude. Got to the theatre and the seats are super uncomfortable. Started eating the popcorn and it had a wierd old taste to it. I took a sip of my drink and the diet coke was flat. Cinemark in el Paso has really set the standard for a movie experience. This theatre needs to catch up!!

My family and I went to celebrate my son's birthday. We waited in like inside because as usual no one was inside the box office. After waiting in line we walk up to the cashier and I ask what's playing right now and he pointed in the direction of the end of the counter. So I asked why I had to wait in line only to be kicked out to look at times when he clearly had them in front of him. He was rude and gave attitude from the start. I talked to the manager and it clearly reflected where they get the careless and nonprofessional attitude from. Horrible service and over priced. More than likely wont go again.

Went to go see 47 Meters Down with a friend and be able to just relax for a couple of hours only to find there is a cut in the screen in theater #2 that is quite distracting to the point of detracting from the movie and experience except during the dark water scenes which help mask the glare of the cut. Theater staff also entered the movie more than once and just stood off to the left glaring at audience members. No one was being disruptive to my knowledge, but they should have refunded the ticket price for everyone in attendance because they are offering what amounts to a damaged product with their screen in disrepair.

Theater was okay. Tickets purchased at counter with snacks. Seats were fine, screen was fine. Bathrooms were clean and functional. Supposedly there is a cafe on the second floor that you can buy food and take it into the theater, though I did not try this. This is conveniently located at the Mesilla Valley Mall.

This is a nice modern movie theater. Fully handicap accessible. Clean. Has a small Cafe inside and you can take food into the theater. Popcorn is a disappointment. Been to movie theaters all over the country and Allen theaters has the worst popcorn ever.

2 of my friends and I gave $30 to the cashier at the cineport and told them that we would be back in an hour and thirty minutes, so we could watch the movie we wanted to see. we waited in the room directly next to the cineport and came back and told them that we had already paid. they refused to check to see if we had paid. The cashier who had previously taken our money and did not give us a receipt had left. they did not offer us a receipt to show that we had already paid or give us our money back. we asked if they could check the cameras and they did not answer our request. extremely rude and unprofessional.

This is by far the best movie theater in town, by virtue of it being the newest. They have a restaurant inside the theater that serves nachos, burgers, pizza....and you can take it into the movie. Their theaters are clean, which is all you can ask for. The prices aren't terrible either. I try to go here for any movies that I go to.

If you go for the earliest show (3:30) don't worry they don't open the doors until 3. This doesn't give you much time to get munchies. The employees for those munchies were around the corner eating lunch (I guess). The game room sure could used a vacuum cleaner. The temperature was a bit cold but once everyone settled in to watch the film it did warm up a bit. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The cute little bowling alley looks like it would be fun. The restaurant / bar (?) wasn't open even as we were leaving. It's okay for the area as there as so few movie houses anymore.

This movie theater offers quite a bit, ranging from a cafe to comfortable seats. I am shocked how clean and presenting it was upon entering and I am grateful for the overhead speakers they added for movie effect. The candy and drink selection is about what you would think. The only thing I wish they offered there was pretzels, but overall it was a good experience.

They have a miny restaurant inside the movie theatre called lauchpad. You can order food from there and take it into the movie. The only down side is that they close the lauchpad early. But very good, always able to catch good seating by the time the movie arrives.

Was looking forward to a good ol tub of buttered popcorn ..had to settle for bag instead that ripped spilling half of popcorn ..was a little too warm so I was a bit sleepy towards middle of movie and grandson actually fell asleep... But rest of experience was great.. movie was excellent...

Great place to see a movie! The prices are great ($5 movie Tuesday’s and BYGO Free ticket Wednesdays for Military). The chairs are decent, they are not the comfortable reclining ones however, the sound is great!

There is no reserved seating or premium seats like the Telshor 12 theater that is also in town. They do allow food in though from their Launch Pad Cafe (upstairs). The food is OK. In my experience, since it's inside of a mall sometimes you can bring in food from the food court as well.

Been coming to this theater for a couple years. Telshor 12 is a bit better. First time trying launch pad cafe. Pizza was ready fast but was way too salty. Didn't speak to anyone about it since we only noticed once we were already watching the movie. Good theater just check food beforehand.

A pretty decent movie theater, but as with just about ANY decent movie theater you pay out the nose for snacks and such. I spent $25 on just a popcorn, a lrg drink, and a small thing of Twizzlers for JUST MYSELF. Which is why I rarely go to movies anymore these days. After what you pay at the movies even for just one to two people, you'll have already bought the DVD itself twice over.

Most popular theater of choice in town. Connected to Mesilla Valley Mall. Plays the latest movies with the occasional special screenings and promotions. Enjoy consession treats or the cafe food located on the second floor. The seats could use some upgrading though. Tickets may be purchased in advance, but not reserved.

This is a very good theater to watch new movies. You can get free tickets if you spend 20 bucks at the upstairs restarunt, the deals at concessions are doable with free refills so it's a great place to take in a movie, you can loiter and smoke outside on the big blue balls and the chairs are still brand new seems. Ushers are on top of things so it's always picked up.

I recommend this theater more than the one on Telshor. Mainly because having the ability to pick what seat you want visually is 100% the most important action in my book. No pre-select from some screen at the box office. The staff are nice and welcoming. With the LaunchPad Cafe upstairs, they offer extra food options than other theaters in town and that's a bonus because bringing a pizza or burger into a movie sounds fantastic. Prices are what to be expected. I usually go matinee so I don't have to pay too much. Concession prices are not surprising but still theater pricing. It's the experience of the theater though.

I usually have a good time. But the staff is really rude they kick kids out if a adult isn't with them. I understand rated R movies but they were kicked out of a PG movie I asked why and they said they were to old. They last time I was there I had a horrible time some of my friends and I went to watch a movie. We were kicked out. I asked why and they said someone over the age of 18 isn't with you but one of my friends that were there is 19.

It's nice and near my house and at the mall. They have real food at the Lauchpad cafe upstairs, which can be taken into your movie. The (regular theater) seats are not as nice as Telshor 12 though, which has recliners (But they don't have a cafe).

There are a few good things to say about this theater but overall I just can't rate it higher than 3 stars. First of all, it's continuously understaffed. It seems like there are only at most a half dozen people working here at any given time. Most times when I come here to purchase tickets for late night showings I have to go to a card reader at one corner of the lobby which is inconvenient. Secondly, the lines are extremely long both for concessions and for even getting into your theater for your movie showing. This effect is multiplied much more for major blockbusters where the lines go all the way out of the building leaving all the patrons just waiting anxiously. I feel that the reason for this is because they don't space their showings long enough to allow whatever staff to clean the theatres in enough time to accommodate the next batch of people. It is especially frustrating when you arrive early for a movie you really want to see and are forced to wait and wait. Third, the concessions are not varied aside from the usual popcorn and nachos. However, this applies to all of Allen theatres and not just this location. An upside is that it is relatively cheap when compared to other theatre chains. Also granted I have not had their food in their upstairs cafe so this did not factor into my rating. This is only one of two major theatres where you can see major releases when they come out so it's enough living here in Las Cruces but there are better options out there for moviegoing experiences if one is willing to search for them.

Nice theatre, comfortable lounging chairs, clean looking overall, polite and cheerful attendants. But, the sound was painfully loud and body pounding. Yes, it was Gonzilla, but enough is enough. I wore ear plugs, but had to remove them during the dialog and insert them for the action sequences. No more action films for me, unless I watch them at home and I control the sound.

The food is really good from the cafe, the tickets prices are reasonable. overall it’s a great movie theater only problem I have is the seats are very uncomfortable specially if you buy food from the cafe it’s hard to eat while sitting in those seats, there way too close to each other no space from the side to the front. I usually go to cinemark in sunland park because of the assign seats and loungers. But overall I’ll go back to this movie theater for a quick movie but definitely not for a movie that last two hours
