We went to see "Wonder". Very sweet movie! Prices are fantastic at this place. Why only 4 stars? It vexes me exceedingly that we have this tradition in the U.S. to throw popcorn and trash all over the place!

Got $10 to your name and want to do something? Cinemark movie tickets are about $3. However, take your own snacks; small popcorn and soda can set you back almost $10 plus depending on size you order. The seating is different in that the incline of the rows isn't as deep as most theaters; but the seats are very comfortable and there is plenty of leg room so you don't feel squished.

I purchased my tickets on line. That was the best part of my visit. I honestly prefer to go to Icon or flixbrew. I just felt like the place is trying to get every penny they can. The process to get snacks, popcorn, drinks and nachos is a little tedious and crowded.

Tickets are cheap - 5 of cost about $17, that's the good thing. On weekends when it's packed they're understaffed. Long lines for tickets, long lines for snacks. Disorganized. Kind of dirty when we went. Nice people working there. It's a discount theater so as long as your electin expecting a discount service and experience you'll be fine.

This is the only theater I've seen that has kettle corn. That's reason enough to see movies here. The facilities are just fine but the ticket prices are so cheap it's easy to get over it. Plus kettle corn.

It's an old theater it's not like the new ones with the bigger and wider screens it's just a theater from the 90s but you can't beat a dollar or $2 for the movie well worth it if you're taking kiddos there because as much as you pay for a movie you can take the other half of the money and buy a big tub of popcorn and a big large Coke

I recently went to watch a movie at this location but the female attendant on January Sunday 20th, was very rude, not professional. I was 20 minutes late for a movie that was schedule at 7:00 pm. (The crimes of grindelwald). She said, I cann't sell you a ticket now, the movie already started. I replay if you still have seats I dont mind to see it if already started it. She said...I don't like to watch a movie that already started, do you? I responded again...it is ok with me. She didn't respond with attitute and keep suggesting movies that have not started. I told her that I wanted to see a particular movie. She responded, why do you want to watch that movie that already started? She never mentioned a valid reason why she could not sell me a ticket. I have been in sales and customer service for almost 10 years and I think that this woman was rude and unprofessional. I am sure that the movie theater was almost empty. I wonder why I could't watch a movie that already started if the first minutes are just previous and adds. I went to another movie theater that was a little further from home.

I appreciate the variety of arcade games and friendly customer service. I like the theater seating and viewing angle for the back half of the rows. Come early to popular films, though, cause seats in the front half make for a bad film-going experience.

We went to see mission impossible and went to go get some popcorn and sodas. A guy that works there didn't look like he wanted to be there. My mother in law got 4 drinks and a large popcorn. She said two of them Dr pepper. I told my mother in law that my husband wanted cherry coke instead with no ice. He had a silent attitude about it. The movie is a must see. Its really good.

It's old, run down, but it's the best little theater around! I have been coming here since I was a little kid and paid full price for a ticket. Now, as a "dollar" theater, I come and bring my kids. It's fun and the staff are nice. They continuously do upgrades so the place looks great even though it's so old. I love that they keep the arcade in the lobby as well. Lots of great memories with this theater.

This discounted movie theater, commonly known as a dollar theater, is surprisingly well-appointed in terms of the comfortable seating available in their theaters. The snack bar within is not overly priced in comparison to premium movie theaters showing first-run movies, popcorn comes in a couple of flavors and a self serve butter station is available. A good place to catch a movie gem that you might have missed and prefer to watch on the big screen, instead of waiting to watch it at home. Definitely easier on the pocketbook for those who like to take their families to the movies.

Nice cozy theatre, not too large, with comfy chairs too. Projection was awesome and the volume wasn't overwhelming. Of course, the concession snacks were pricey, but that's typical.

Luckily we we're practically the only ones in this movie tonight. Some times it's very hard to see the screen in these new seats. My girlfriend is so short she has to watch the movie between the seat highbacks. Popcorn tasted old tonight.

It has seats that have seen better days. The front end--popcorn and pop--soda area needs a remake. The pop dispensers appear to be from the 1980's and the carpet is run down. I understand the tickets are cheap but you need to have some kind of standard. To me they are far from where I would like it to be. The big positive is the service--the young folks are very thoughtful. It is nice to still see that some young ones are the way we were when we were there age. Manager you have a good eye when it comes to hiring--keep it up. Those kids are doing a good job.

Have great deals that you could take advantage of when it comes to $3 3D movies or $1 movies. I believe the deals are on either Monday or Tuesday. Great pricing when you want to take your kids out. Or just to enjoy the same movie at a cheaper price.

For a $1 theatre this place was really clean and well kept. Seats had fold up arm rests. Not stadium seats, but the rise was good enough for us to see over all the heads in front of us. Picture quality was fine and audio was nice and loud. I will visit this establishment again.

This discount movie theater sits on Albuquerque's west side and features much of the same things as its Movie 8 counterpart on San Mateo. For about 2.50 dollars, people can sit down and enjoy a movie that has more or less run its course in the premiere cinemas. During my most recent visit here; the theater was for whatever reason only selling tickets at the concession stand inside. Despite this, I was quickly taken care of and shown what screen my movie was playing on. The seats were not the most comfortable I've ever sat in and I couldn't help but notice that this theater always had bits of popcorn scattered around the floor. Perhaps establishing a consistent sweeping schedule would serve them some good. Nonetheless, one should not complain too much about a theater of this kind. They're a novelty and a good way to kill a few good hours without breaking the bank. In that, Cinemark Movies West still does its job well and remains a decent place to watch a movie you may have perhaps missed during its original main run.

Had a slight problem with our concession items. I didnt catch her name but the lady with the walkie talkie behind the closed concession line was helpful to remedy the slight problem. Many thanks to her friendly customer service. The ticket box lady was informative, helpful, & friendly as well. Will be returning with my nephews again for another movie eve. Nice clean air conditioned theatre and seats as well as prices. Kudos on the popcorn too.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SIDELINES, NOT CINEMARK MOVIES WEST!!! We've gone here on many occasions and always wondered why we go back; probably because it is very close to home BUT this time was, by far, the most enjoyable night. Not too sure if they've changed management but it was a great vibe and we had great service! I wish we would have gotten our cute little brunette server's name - she was awesome and it looked like a new guy (possibly named Vic?) was keeping things very orderly! Glad to see the new changes! Keep it up!!

Nice clean theatres for a great price. I always have my eye out for new movies coming out here. A few times we went, the quality of the film seemed a bit different (such as a streak on the screen throughout the movie), but all together, saves me from spending an arm and a leg just to watch a film, so I like it a lot.
