So, my phone on dim and ringer off, I am trying to keep my composure as I'm learning details of a tragic event through text, while watching a movie with my son and his friend. I am asked to get off my phone, had no clue phones were not aloud in theater. I was not being loud or anything or bothering no one and it's an emergency but need not involve two children in adult matters. So I must be the only one texting or reading messages during a movie?

Enjoyed our movie experience here. Very spacious and like that the handicapped area had seats so was able to get out of my chair and sit comfortbly next to my husband during the movie. Staff was very polite w us also.

Not set up very well for large special engagements (like Star Wars opening night). Even paying extra money for the ticket I was still treated like cattle. Disorganized staff had no idea how things were supposed to work. I didn't even get the extra stuff (that I paid extra for). Decent theater, but I won't be back.

I was disappointed at first that they hadn't changed the seating like the other Allen theatres. But the seats were comfortable. Spoiled by the roomer seats I guess. It was very enjoyable anyway. Movie was fantastic

Haven't seen a movie in a long time and so I ordered a hotdog went to find the condiments and none to be found. Ask mgt an was told they don't have Ketchup! Ugh ruined my relaxation and mood for this movie and a good hotdog

Went to go see It, as an 18 year old, without out an I.D, because I hadn't had time to get one, My girlfriend, with a license, went to buy my ticket with hers and couldn't. They said they couldn't sell her 2 tickets, even though she is a 19 year old ADULT. Why have teenagers and even younger kids been able to go, when adults buy their tickets? This is literally no different. An adult with an ID was buying my ticket, and the woman at the booth refused our service. She stopped and adult from buying another ticket for another adult. I wouldnt be mad, if kids younger than me had be able to go, when an adult bought their ticket. There was literally no difference when I tried to go.

Had fun watching AntMan and Wasp. The chair the person next to me was sitting in was squeaky and every time he moved it was annoying. The floor wasn't sticky. The people were nice. The line was long.

EXPENSIVE!!! Cost me $19.75 for one person with popcorn and a bottle of water. On top of that even with there only being two other families in the theater both had small kids who made noise all through it. The movie was Jurassic World and I really don't understand why someone would bring 4yo kids to such a movie. So I spent 20 bucks to listen to a couple of brats making noise.

Love that this is in the mall next to Fuddruckers. It is cleaner than the theater on 20th. Concession prices aren't as high as other theaters either. Wish they had a wider variety of movies though.

The theatres need a renovation. (10+yrs old) Chairs are very uncomfortable & broken, a big cut in the screen, lighting is terrible. Customer etiquette, NONE!! With the amount of the ticket price. Customers should be getting what they pay.

Forgot my daughters jacket in the theater by our seats. With only 2 other people in the showing. Yet movie personnel didn't find anything? No integrity at all, very disappointing for this establishment.

I’ve been watching movies here for years. It’s a good laces the seats are comfy and the snacks are typically priced. I would sit in the higher seats, there is more room. The chairs recline too, so that’s pretty cool.

3 weeks in a row we went to movies, issues every time! really? last weekend we sat for 40 minutes waiting for them to get movie started, then they don't offer anything other than sorry cant fix it. first showing of day, who is responsible for making sure everything works? technical issues three weeks in a row? sounds like someone needs to be replaced. Quality control does not exist there.

A great place, it has reclinable chairs with side tables and it is very comfy. Really love the place and you can pay then and there or can pay online to get the seats you would like.

It's great to have a home town theater. Be careful to check their website for their hours. There is not alot of slope to the seating so if you are short like me you have to be careful not to sit behind someone who is tall. But the staff are friendly and the tickets inexpensive......and they show first run movies quickly. Senior tickets are $5.

At multiple peaks times like around holidays they still only have 1 person selling tickets and I tried the website purchase when movie was starting it did not let me buy a ticket. Other than that it's the only theater in town. The seats could be better too

This is my favorite theatre out of the TWO in Farmington. I don't go to the movies often, but when I do I need a comfortable spot to sit because of back problems. The seats have been upgraded so they are more comfortable and recline slightly. Expect to pay high prices for concessions. I personally don't think they are worth the money. I went to see Captain Marvel on my last visit. Great movie. Lots of little kids in there making noise and kicking my seat. Another reason I don't enjoy the theaters as often. UPDATE: The number on the website does not let you talk to a real person.

Interesting theater, not the typical kind. Small pop corn is actually small. Chairs are comfortable, luxury stadium style. You can choose your own seat when you buy the ticket at the counter. Two downsides. Couldn't get the tickets online and the barrage of ads went past the start time of the movie, by like 6 to 8 minutes.

The area was clean and the service was okay. The only problem was the bathroom and the waiting lines for the concession stand. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and there were some issues with the equipment. The soap wasnt dispensing, the dryer and sink didnt work at first. There was a long delay before either of them started working which was frustrating. The waiting line for the concession stand was frustrating because there is no designated line to show people where the line started and end. Its annoying when anyone can cut in front of you because it's just a clump of people waiting. If they decided to address this issue, I'm positive people will appreciate it

So I just went there to watch a movie the other day oh my goodness that movie theater is awesome the seats don't really recline but they don't have to they're already leaned back cup holders are huge so you can put whatever you need in them not to mention the armrests are actually really wide so two people can actually share an armrest I know right sharing armrest as possible here the audio is good video is great well kind of if you're sitting on either side of the theater it's you really have to turn your head back and forth to see the whole screen otherwise it was a very great experience

Assigned seating is a horrible idea. It only causes problems. What if I have an assigned seat and the guy in front of me is too tall? What if the guy next to me has terrible body odor? What if the people next to me won't stop talking? What happens when the theater is mostly filled but there are single seats spread throughout the theater and a family want to all sit together? Assigned seats are the reason I stopped going to see movies at the allen 8, there is literally no point in this.

Like the fact there was early movies...we were close to the first in the door...so I was surprised to see how filthy it was.....prices were average, so was the service...and no problems with the movie. .theatre we sat was stinky too...I didn't attempt the bathrooms..
