I gave three stars because it has reclining seats in the theater and because you can sign up for a special Regal card and on Tuesdays instead of spending an insane amount of money to watch a movie, that being $14 and change. With this card on Tuesday nights all movies are about $7 with tax

When AMC opened up their recliners and assigned seating, it was amazing. However, they have allowed people to destroy the seats and cleaning is not optimal. Seeing tape and stains on seating is not what I enjoy in a night out. Especially when I spend close to $60 at the movies. With the U/A answering back and offering their own recliners and assigned seating I was excited to find a viable option. The seats are plush, the aisles are larger leaving for a more roomy feel overall. It was heaven. Time will see if they can keep it up. Until then, my choice is U/A. Now if they could only get a popcorn topping and soda station for customers to use, we will ALL be in movie ecstasy.

Billy put us on hold for over 10min to then come back to the phone with a short rude dispostion. When asked questions knew absolutely nothing. Apparently they who work there are unable to see future showing dates of any 3D movies smh.

They support pre-ordered tickets, reserved seating, and pre-ordered concessions via apps like Atom, so recommend using these apps to avoid any hassle or waiting at the theater.

Theater has reclining seats which are a huge boon when watching a long movie. Theater is mostly clean. Takes reservations which is both helpful and annoying at the same time, sometimes useful seats will get booked and you'll have to wait another day. Front row seats are a joke. Never sit there. It's impossible to actually see what you're watching in most of the theaters if you get a front row seat. Staff is friendly, sometimes it's a bit chilly in there. Clientele is respectful for the most part. Only had one incident with an older gentleman trying to steal seats. Everything else is standard for what you'd expect for a Regal theater, so besides the seating arrangement.

The United Artist Washing Twp has to be close to twenty years old and busier than ever. They have modernized the theaters over the years and you can book tickets online (I use Fandango which does charge a convenience fee that’s no more than $2) and reserve your recliner, yes recliner, load them into your Apple Wallet, walk in and go right to the person scanning tickets and they’ll scan the QR Code right off your mobile device and boom you are in! No fuss, no lines, no arriving an hour early to wait in line for tickets that hopefully didn’t sell out, and then fighting for seats. Book shows weeks in advance with reserved seating and go enjoy the big screen again!

My experience was quite bad.I asked for a hotdog and was told it would be 7-8 minutes.I missed key parts of the movie.Rather than wait for the hotdog to finish,the nice young man made my drink and popcorn order but by the time the hotdog came it everything was cold.At a competitive theater when there was a wait the manager brought it to my seat

Only giving 3 stars.....went on opening night with my 12 year old son to see a movie he was VERY EXCITED TO SEE.....Ticket prices are absolutely ridiculous, but since it was opening night they ALSO offered a "LIMITED EDITION" popcorn tub & drink cup for an additional $25.00. I purchased it after spending a lot of money on tickets and WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! THE LID DIDN'T FIT THE CUP, THEY FILLED THE POPCORN CONTAINER (THAT HAD SCRATCHES ALL OVER IT) ABOUT HALF WAY, WITH STALE POPCORN! I BROUGHT IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE MANAGER AFTER NOTICING SEVERAL CHILDREN AS WELL AS MY SON STRUGGLING WITH KEEPING THE LID ON.....& THE MANAGER'S RESPONSE: " THAT'S WHAT THEY SENT US, SORRY THEY DONT FIT"......NO OFFER TO REDUCE THE PRICE, RETURN THE "LIMITED EDITION TUB & CUP".....NOTHING BUT ,OH WELL ITS YOUR PROBLEM YOU SPENT $25 ON A BROKEN CUP.....HAVE NOT BEEN BACK SINCE!

I know I'm in the minority here, but I am not a fan of the assigned seating in these theaters with the fancy recliners. I always get stuck in the front 3 rows, and really that's too many rows that are uncomfortably close to the screen even when all the way reclined.

They do a good job at showing the movies. Buying seats online before arrival makes it a very streamlined experience, and it's pretty great. Seats recline and are newer. Floor was a bit sticky in some areas in the particular theater we were in, but it's a movie theater and expected to have traditional quirks like that. Overall, always a great experience here.

I'm not sure why they make you stand in line at the food counter to get tickets for the movie. I guess most people get there tickets online before they get there. The theater is kept up nice. It is clean and the recliners are comfortable. They have a good selection of movie snacks. I would reccomend this theater for a nice place to see a movie on a date or with your family.

Dissatisfied with the sitting options. Only offered front row seats, told that was the only available but that wasn't the case. There were several empty seats available. Also the folks behind me were awful- loud noises. Ushers did nothing.

The movie theatre has definitely improved since adding the reclining chairs, although my last few visits I always got a broken chair. One that didn’t recline, one with a caved in seat, and one with a broken back. Thankfully the movie theatre does support electronic tickets and 3rd party tickets through Atom to avoid avoid lines. Snack stands usually only have two or three registers open, creating a bit of a line on the weekends. Overall a great theatre and friendly staff, but needs to do a bit of maintenance on their chairs and open another few registers at the concessions.

This is the theater with the fun, comfy seats. Best to buy your tickets ahead online to reserve your own choice seats, otherwise you may end up right under the screen as they will often assign them at the box office according to what is left. They also offer a selection of food beyond your typical popcorn and candy, but not quite a healthy dinner. Great place to see a movie.

I went here with my little brother to watch the black panther and it was a great experience. Everything went smoothly and there wasn't a big line so that played in my favor because I didn't want it to be busy. The staff are friendly too. No problems and we enjoyed a great movie. The seats were also comfortable in my opinion.

United Artists provides everything a movie theater should with delicious snacks, quality and fast service, to the ever so luxurious reclining chairs to enjoy your movie comfortably, there simply isn't a better way to watch a hit blockbuster. I've been attending movies and pictures here since I was about 5 years old and saw a Disney film, I believe it was the Incredibles, and every time I had the time of my life. My favorite all time movie I've seen here was Pacific Rim. The booming sounds from the monsters combined with a Real3D experience kept me on my toes and my adrenaline rushing! Be scared, laugh your pants off, re-live a classic reimagined, or fall in love again at one of the best theatres you'll ever go to.

He became upset because seats were mess up and did give anyone a chance to correct the situation before he began to be very loud. He must have had a bad day. What a waste. People should Try and have a little patience before going off the deep end. 4 stars would have been higher except for him. Management was nice.

Every visit to this movie theater location is pleasant. The staff are always professional and the facility parking lot has ample lighting. The lobby area is appeared clean on each of my visits. First time at this movie theater. It was a bit confusing finding the correct theater as the name of the movie is not noted outside the theater entrance, there were only numbers. Food was expensive, as is all theaters , but who can resist popcorn at a movie theater ? The reclining seats alone were worth the price of admission .

Watched Avengers Endgame last night. What a Horrible movie experience. I will never come back. It was so hot in the theater that I had to keep removing my 3D glasses to wipe sweat out of my eyes. Terrible environment and ruined Avengers Endgame for me as i was so focused on the heat that i was not as focused on the movie. I will be calling management today to complain.

It's a clean place with friendly staff. The reclining seats are amazingly comfortable. They are leather and very cushioned and reclines to a supine position with lots of room for the rows behind. Seats are great for people with back and chronic pain and who usually can't sit for long periods of time. I was able to sit through the entire movie without any extra discomfort. That was the best part of my experience. The snacks were good. There was a broad selection. I had a lot of fun there.

The movie theater is big and comfy. My complaint is the amount of juveniles that go in and talk during the movie. An officer was called and had to stand next to the juveniles during the movie. They did calm down but it was very distracting. We all pay good amount of money to go to the movies so why people decide it's a good idea to talk loudly is beyond me.
