Normally I shy away from bad reviews as a business owner myself but I found myself utterly insulted when I got a broken seat to see a movie and the waitress offered me a free soda to compensate and then says the manager will also be giving us two free tickets to use another time. On my way out when I asked for those tickets, the manager came and said your seat reclines right, nodded his head and I didn’t see him or the server the rest of the movie. I wasn’t going to start looking for him as I found that embarrassing. But he wasn’t embarrassed to have me sitting down holding my body from leaning to the broken side for a 2 hour movie.

Always enjoy this place but for two adults int the nicer seating is $50 then we validated parking saw a 2 1/2 hour movie and then still had to pay for parking, seriously?!?! But it is a nice location. #localguide

I would of thought that this place would of been on point with their services. The waiters in the theater took for ever with the drinks, my fiance and I had to repeat our selves more than 3 times but then they were real quick when it came to the check.

When I think of movie theaters I will always choose iPic all day everyday. Love it. We don’t go often maybe once a month. However we love the experience we get when we visit iPic and the free popcorn to the amazing food and laid back chairs. All too good. IPic forever

I went to see the movie "Vice" at the theater. I opted for the cheapest seats which proved to be good seating for the price (~$16), though a little uncomfortable. The small size of the theater, the bathrooms, and the concessions stands were a plus (never seen candy served in a whiskey glass before). This theater is probably the fanciest and best looking one I have ever seen in NJ. If you're looking to go the extra mile or take a person on a date when you go see the movie, and willing to spend some extra money, then I'd say this is definitely the theater for you. The only other down side is getting there, as well as having no designated parking or street parking (so you'd have to pay for a nearby parking garage).

AMBER the Manager at the FORT LEE location went above and beyond - I ordered tickets at the wrong location and when I got to fort lee for the 11:15 showing she helped me get my refund and made sure I still was able to watch the movie from the location I arrived to. So helpful and super sweet!!

Date Night: We had a amazing time. Lovely theater and the food was fresh. The seats are comfortable and spacious. We had the opportunity to sit at the bar before our show started. The drinks can be pricey. The show was good. I also enjoyed the short distances it was from the city. Will definitely go again.

Today was my first time at an iPic theater and I really wanted to like it, given that there are no movie theaters in Edgewater anymore. Food: Just ok. I really wasn't expecting much, but I was expecting more than 90s elementary school pizza when I ordered a $16 margherita pizza. However, my husband's Buffalo chicken spring rolls were great. Service: Not awesome. We got to the movie early, but didn't have any straws for our drinks until almost a third of the way into the movie (not for lack of trying). We ordered a water that we had to remind our server about 3 times. Also, we got our "your bill is coming" reminder in the middle of an intense action scene, which was not cool. He did remind us that there were after credit scenes though, so points there. Movie: The chairs here are amazing, and they're the whole reason for the 3 stars in this review. The screen quality is ok, I found it a little dark for a lot of the scenes in the movie but that may not be the theater's fault. Overall, not worth the extra money to me...but I can see how this is great for a date night.

Very deceiving online map. Can’t switch seats in a 1/2 empty theater. Refused a refund. Manager offers a credit which never comes. A complete waste of time, awful, untrained employees giving bad information. Wasting my time arguing amongst themselves not knowing their “rules”. A complete overhaul in customer service is needed. Bad bad bad bad bad!!!!

Still learning how things work here. I don't recommend this place for family outings, sitting with children as a family may be a challenge. This is more of a couple's or group outing. I believe all front row or "floor seats" should be banned in ALL theaters. The veggie quesadillas are amazing here. Premier seating offers a pillow, blanket, and service (just as in a dine in theater).

IPIC in Fort Lee, NJ engages in bait & switch. We specifically bought premium plus seats because we wanted the experience of sitting in the pod seats. When we arrived, we did not have pod seats but were told "they are the same" because they come with the same amenities (the seats recline, food service and blankets) except they're not Pods...which is why you pay $54.00. It's NOT the same...but you don't find that out until you get there (in our case, an hour drive). Their solution was to rudely offer a refund. When we told the manager we would be taking our complaints to social media, his response was "Good Luck". Don't do business with a company that engages in deception. For the record, at least 4 other families were in the same situation and were also offered refunds. Horrific customer service!

One of the best movie going experiences ever! Gourmet food and cocktails served at your big, comfy, reclining seat with blanket and pillow. Read an article on them in DiningOut Magazine and had to see it to believe it. I did and was pleasantly surprised that it exceeded my expectations. I'm a regular now!

Service was punctual and staff were very helpful. Great, relaxing end to a long weekend. I will go back again and share with family and friends.

My second visit where I got the premium service. I absolutely love this theatre and experience. The pillow and blanket and the HUGE recliner with the little table, the free popcorn. The amazing Ninja waiters that come and go in the dark. Honestly a great experience for me. This is almost like watching at home but with waiters!

Would love to give this location 5 Stars because it is beautiful. Unfortunately the service and comfort is just not a 5. Upon arrival we waited 10 minutes outside to valet out car and the valet attendant never came over to our car. We chose to park down the street, its a little over $3.00 for 4 hours and you pay via app but the app does require you to pay $20.00 opening fee. So if you do park beware! Also there is a parking garage, to low of a clearance for his vehicle. While planning this date night I looked up other Yelp and Google Reviews to try and find out what the view was like from the first row premium chaise lounge chairs (beds). Because my boyfriend is always asking can we please go to one of them theaters with the beds I thought this would be a great idea for me to surprise him for our anniversary. Unfortunately we felt like we are on top of the screen the entire time. The beds are oddly reclined and have a pillow for those 6Ft and taller. Which makes view and actual comfort zero stars. As for service upon entry we were greeted and told we could just use the escalator. We got upstairs and the ticket checker advised us the bar was open and w we could also visit the concession stand for snacks and food. We really just planned on getting a dessert to share and 1 drink each. Unfortunately during this time I walked over to the bar, 1 bartender was making drinks and the other was pacing back and forth sipping a cup of water. Us and another couple tried getting their attention and it didnt really get very far. I thought maybe we need to get on the concession line to order so I did that, which is not true. You can get select beers, wines and mixed drinks at the concession but not all. We wound up getting 1 beer and mixed drink on draft along with out dessert and a bottle of water. We forgot the bottle of water and when we realized and went back for it they said they gave it to us. Being that we now have a parking credit we are going to go back, maybe next time we will sit in the back and see how the in seat dining experience. Hopefully it will be a better one.

From everything that I have read, it sounds like a great place, good food and looking forward to it. However, also read about a seat that didn't recline so check it. The other thing I would do is find out hours, when fewer kids are attending.

Great experience, excellent food. Theaters seemed cramped considering it’s a new building and everything else has space. Not a cheap movie experience, expect to pay about $17-$100 for a night for two, yes $100 for a movie date! BALLING!!!! But that food tho’ great selections & even better taste. Top quality!

My first time and it was great! Server was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed our first time. Waffle fries were the best! We also tasted the sliders and shrimp tacos. Everything was delicious. We had margaritas to celebrate. Parking was free, follow the signs for Hudson lights parking. Definitely will be back but not too often, a bit pricey lol.

I have been here multiple times, but this one was terrible. Waiter was loud during the movie and stood infront of us, the theater had no speakers in the back so all of the sound came from the front (aka no surround sound), and now ai know I will never choose the 3 seats across because it was wierd being on a date in a "romanti environment" woth someone next to you.

The GM Eric was extremely accommodating last night. Excellent Customer service skills. The tickets I purchased the day prior online were not showing in there system, nor was my verification code I received from the theater following the purchase. The movie (creed 2) was starting in 5 minutes and Eric improvised and assisted us in getting seats for the movie. He gave us complimentary tickets for the inconvenience and for a future show. Total gentleman who represents the iPic company at the highest standard.

Came here for the keto menu. They were out of dessert (all of them!) But the appetizers were all good. We got the burger and tuna lettuce cups as well as the tandoori chicken and steak kebabs with lobster. I didn't realize it until I got home but we never got our lobster yet paid for it.

IPIC tries to be top of the line, and considering the amount of $$$ you need to pay to go there, it should. However, it is not even close to where the ticket prices are. The bathrooms were horrid to start off, and the theatre I sat in smelt of BO. Even after you pay $16, the seats don't recline. People were on their phones and 2 were recording the movie for large chunks while the workers in the sold out room did nothing. Overall, it was the worst theatre I could have ever been to and easily the worst place I could have watched Endgame.

I had huge expectations for the price and also the "VIP" fee and "PREMIUM seats" it was very small and there is no price justification. Also, the overpriced ticket came at an even more over price for OLD popcorn! not going back, I love luxury, but I dont see the quality.

I wish I could give this place 3 and a half stars! I don’t think as of late they deserve 4 lol I loved coming here when it first opened, facilities were always clean service was great. I feel like a lot of the seating in these theatres need to be serviced. Even though the spaces between guests are generous, one of the seats that was in front of me made so much noise every time the chair moved for reclining or raising (she used the bathroom 3 times throughout the whole movie lol). This is extremely annoying when trying to enjoy a movie and you’re paying a premium price for comfort. Their blankets went from being soft and plush to feeling like they were left in the dryer for too long and got too dry. The few times in the last year that I’ve been here, the bathroom has been gross and I’m assumed they’re trying to disguise/ignore that thinking the ambient lighting they have in there would disguise this lol. The floors have been super sticky EVERY time I’ve gone in the last year, one or two of the bathrooms have been out of service, there have been long strands of hair in the sinks, and there have been dirty towels around the sink (which isn’t their fault, it’s really the rude guests. But I wouldn’t blame them if everything else was up to par or the trash hadn’t been full a couple of times lol). Also, if you’re watching a long movie or came a little early to order before the movie, expect to pay something in parking. They validate parking, but for some reason the last few times I’ve been, I’ve still had to pay $4 in parking for some reason???? Lol that’s crazy considering the prices I’m paying to watch a movie and dine here lol. I hope they fix these issues soon or I will stop driving out of the way to come here when I can just go the riverside dine in for cheaper and not have to drive the extra 20 minutes and sometimes more because of traffic to get to fort lee lol

Went here for the first time on a date. I frequent movie theaters a lot but this was a unique experience so if you want to take a regular movie night up a notch this is the place. The place is clean and cozy with comfortable seats that have a little table attached and blankets. It is a bit pricey but the service is quick and friendly. The average price of a main dish is around 16$ and a side like 11$ The drinks started at 12$. If you don’t know which seats to pick, go for the serviced seats in the last two rows in the back. These have an igloo thing that kind of encloses your table and creates a more intimate feel and a little button you push to call the waiter.

Go elsewhere! My husband and I have been coming to this movie theater since we moved to Edgewater in 2017. The first few times it was awesome! The last two times we have come has been the absolute worse making our last visit our absolute last visit. From start to finish it was a horrible experience. 1.) On a Friday night there’s one valet person. We ride up, he tells us we have to go back around the block for him to park us, then he proceeds to make us wait 20 minutes and doesn’t acknowledge us. We park on the street and get a ticket. 2.) The lady at the ticket counter was helping someone so I stood patiently behind the person she was helping. When she’s done I walk up to the counter, at that same moment what looked like to be her friend walks up, she doesn’t acknowledge my presence standing in front of her she chats with her friend and then scans her ticket. Then she addresses me. When I stated that was rude, I was here first she didn’t apologize or anything she just stood there and looked finally asking could she help me. 3.) In the movie we order a large popcorn, a mojito, and M&M’s. I asked the server because of my previous experience “Should I go to the concession stand and get my stuff myself?” He says “No”. I got my mojito quickly. I see people getting their food orders I turn my blue light on, some man comes and turns my light off stating my server would be there shortly. I wait 20 minutes, by now the movie has started, I turn the light back on 20 minutes later another server comes again and tries to turn my light off it’s the same spiel about my server coming this time I stand my ground and I’m like no he still hasn’t brought my stuff. Finally my server is helping someone else we get his attention and he leaves and comes back with my M&M’s and is walking around aimlessly with my popcorn confused. I waited all of that time for stale popcorn. 4.) The movie for 2 ppl cost $74.00 (2 premium seating for $54, mojito, popcorn, M&M’s $20). For that amount of money I at least expect good service and a clean bathroom. The women’s bathroom was disgusting, there was no paper towel to dry your hands with, there was toilet seat covers all over the floor, the toilet paper dispenser was empty and the toilet paper was on top of the dispenser (which is unsanitary). Who ever responds on here can save their computerized apologies about not living up to my expectations. Save your words. My husband and I hadn’t been on a date in months and this place made our night stressful to say the least. Do better! Get new management! You’re in an upper echelon neighborhood, your facility and the services at your facility should reflect such. I will also be reporting my experience to the neighborhood group I’m apart of and save my neighbors the expense of visiting this establishment.

I went to the iPic on New Year's day for the 7:45PM showing of Holmes & Watson and this was the worse service ever. The person who attended to us lied and said their was a kitchen fire and was not able to put in dinner order or dessert orders for us. We go to this theater for the service and to be able to order food and eat while watching the movie. When we addressed the issue with customer service at the end, we found out there was no fire, and that the person was just over whelmed and did not want to take any orders for that show. The person offered us to speak with their manager so we could be comped future tickets which was a nice gesture, however, we declined as I will not be returning to this iPic I am rating it 2 stars and not 1 is because I have been to this theater and have had positive experiences here in the past. Dobs Fairy is the best iPic so far, I would say go there for consistent good service and experience. Fort Lee, iPic is hit or miss.

My husband took me there for my birthday week. There was an discrepancy with the couple's tickets that was their before us, I felt the movie attendant was professional in handling the situation. The service was great! The lobster sandwich with sweet potato fries was my favorite. We enjoy the recliner chairs and blankets.

Love going to the iPic in Fort Lee. Not too far from my home and it is convenient. Parking is always available, either in the street or lot. The theater is clean and I have never had any issues at their establishment. I just enjoy being able to press a button and being able to place your order. No long line. Server just comes to you. So no complaints here. I have only driven to this location. Haven’t taken any public transportation, so I wouldn’t know.

I like the theater, love the seats and the atmosphere, but the service is horrendous. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come by to ask them why we didn't get popcorn that is included with the tickets, only to get cold popcorn another 20 minutes later. Ordered a drink and never got it, but still got a bill for it! Everytime I come here there's an issue with the service. Management did offer us free tickets as compensation, but I'm still hesitant to use them. Bring your own drink and come after a meal and you'll have a good time.

This place is pretty cool. I used to work at a different dine-in-theatre, and iPic is much better. No lights to see the menu, and not everything is good. Drinks are strong, veggie-kabobs are great. Dessert is hit or miss some days. Website kind of sucks depending on what card you use (venmo) so it's probably not their fault for that. Parking is slim, sometimes they have valet, but idr if it cost $ Need an app/or quarters for street parking.

I went here yesterday to see John wick and the place was stunning. The bathroom was very clean and nice, the food was alright. We had the lime chicken skewers; taste great and filet burgers which I thought could use some seasoning or something it did not taste good. The service was ok besides the night crew messing up orders. Very unorganized.we didn't wait long for our food. We ordered our drinks at the bar before we went in I highly recommend you do that. But overall experience I had a great night.

HELLO IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY AS A DATE NIGHT YOU HAVE FOUND IT!! My husband took me here one night for a date and this is our date night movie night spot! Cozy comfy seats you can't see anyone is your little pod so it's as if it's only you two in the theater. It's such a spoiled treat definitely quite enjoyable. The bar/restaurant downstairs is also an nice spot. We like trying new drinks bartenders always friendly. Good food, great service and there's different night they have different things going on definitely worth having a membership as well!!

Overall it's a nice place to go with your partner. Service was nice and quick. Parking was the main issue. They give you 3 hours free parking with validation but still ended up paying. Which to be honest is not terrible. Not a good place to take the fam as far as I see from the seating

Good if you want the first class pod meets movie theater "experience". Drinks were watered down and my tacos were covered in raw onions so i couldn't eat. Screen and sound were decent, but no IMAX. Good date night location if you don't mind a little overspending.

I love iPic Theaters! This location is my absolute favorite. I get to escape overly crowded and noisy theaters (unlike those in the city). The staff is very friendly, and always smiling and eager to lend a helping hand. They have a pretty awesome menu for both food and drinks so don't forget to stop at the bar!

Great food! Incredible service! Front desk was more than supportive setting up my member account, explaining benefits and then helping choose my seats. During the show, pressing the service button truly gave immediate service and was the main reason I kept ordering throughout the movie. Perfect date night, and even alone to relax in the most comfortable theater seats I've experienced. The people, the decor and amenities make this the only place I'd go to see a movie ever again and will be the model for what theaters will be looking to evolve into in the future.

This was my second time at Fort Lee and I enjoyed the experience as much as the first. Service was good and attentive. Seats were working fine and popcorn hot and fresh. Just one tip...second bag of popcorn was not as hot and fresh as the 1st bag.... Thanks Ipic!

Rude management - Normally I enjoy my experience here and am a silver member. However, i purchased my seats and the whole movie I kept sinking into the left and the arm rest kept falling off....I didn’t want to cause a disturbance during the movie even though I mentioned it to my waiter so after the movie I went to speak to the ticket sales to let them know and the original guy I spoke with was apologetic and super sweet and said we would work something out. BUT when the manager came over she said that because it is an accessible row, the arm rest wears out over time and I tried to explain to her I’ve sat in the row before and never had an issue but this one was completely broken but she refused to assist me further for a refund or at least something for an uncomfortable experience. I showed her a picture I took and especially on a holiday I was very disappointed with her lack of service.

Absolutely state of the art when it opened and unfortunately not maintained has brought the once comfortable theatre that charges 27 bucks a seat to become a big box of uncomfortable and nonworking electric lounge chairs. Preventative maintenance seems to be missing, or at least they are not testing or using their own product .

Terrible first experience. When I go to your website on my phone it says nothing about getting my own food. Whats the point of going to a place like this if i have to get my own food? I go this type of place for the experience. For that i would just go to a regular theater. Recently moved to the area and this is close to my place but they lost a consumer who goes to the movies often. So much for my Friday night chill.

We went to see my man John Wick .Front desk told us that are only 2 seats left available. We watched the movie very close to the screen and it was half empty . Popcorn was old ,they charge us regural margaritas as patron tequila but the service was friendly. Do not do that guys ,do not kill the place. You can do better!! John wick will find you ...

It was my first visit there actually never knew this place even existed! I got a giftcard for ipic and once j got into the theater I couldnt have been any more happier. Push of a button service comes you get free popcorn in any seats if I'm not mistaken and we ordered dinner there I got a pizza it was pretty good and crispy which was perfect totally recommend anyone to go there very upscale yes it's a little pricey but overall its worth your money and you leave happy with the service that was provided for that duration

I’ve been there quite a few times over the years, started off good but terrible now. The waiters take forever to come take your order when the whole point of them telling you to get there 20 min early is so that you can take care of ordering before the movie starts. And after my waiter took the order, we never saw him again... has to track him down for the check! And we weren’t the only ones. People had kids running around, no one tells them to keep quiet or stay seated. More than half the bathroom stalls were out of order & the bathroom was disgusting. Totally not worth it AT ALL. It’s high priced as it is, but it’s not worth it anymore... totally gone down hill.

Great experience. Great comfort and good service. Theaters are small, so everyseat is a good seat. Service is good. The only thing be prepared for a $125 plus for 2 to see a movie. Thats usually what we pay for dinner out, but this is not a reataurant and your eating in total darkness. I suggest save this for a special movie. Also since your spending the dough any way get a booth and be comoftable and private.

This place is great for a splurge date. If you're going to go, I recommend planning on spending money. The recliner pods are great with a partner or friend, though I imagine it would be awkward to share with a stranger. A small popcorn is included with the ticket price, and the pillow and blanket make it more comfortable than other theatre recliners. The chicken quesadilla is delicious, and good for sharing.

I had an amazing first experience here with my boyfriend. Tickets are expensive and definitely over priced but you can get a sort of private pod for two which includes a blanket and pillow as well as a small bag of popcorn (perfectly buttered).

This is not your typical movie theater, this is the next level up dine in movie theater. It reminds me of the Ritz Carlton meets University Studios Theater. There’s a small bar and grill downstairs, but then you go up the escalator to the Penthouse and there’s the entertainment bar area or go to the to these elaborate numbered doors to enter into your movie selection. Now these plush seats that recline supplied with a pillow and blanket are such a wonderful touch. I needed my blanket too. Our waiter was so attentive and made the night very special. He opened the bottle of wine for my husband, let him smell the cork and let him sip the wine before pouring a glass as well as brought out a complimentary dessert with a birthday candle to wish my husband a happy birthday. The truffle fries were delicious and the complimentary bag of popcorn just topped off the evening. I give this theater top billing.

Very beautiful place to see a movie. However, chaise front row seats are horrible. The projector is in your face causing it hard to fully see the screen. Went home with the worst neck pain. Only picked these seats bc every other seats were sold out, however seats this close to projector should be removed.

The only way to see a movie. $25 dollar seats worth the money, come with unlimited water and popcorn. The soft pretzels are excellent, the other foods are good as well. Seats are comfortable and recline. Make sure you research the 3 tier seat pricing and understand the difference. Mixed drinks were excellent.

Great looking theater but.... Let's see.....The movie theater doesn't have good intake staffing. In other words, even if you order tickets on line, you STILL needed to wait in line to pick them up! Plus, they only staffed 1 person to do that! Then, most of the food locations have people dedicated to the seat delivery, but with a major feature as this, you will may have a 40 minute or more wait! Even if you have the "pod" seats!!! And finally, the "ninja servers". Some are very quiet but there were a few talking very loud during the movie, even to a volume over the actual dialogue of the movie (Avengers Endgame) so all in all, not a great experience for a $25+ a piece ticket! The only good part the parking was validated for up to 4 hours, handy in a 3+ hour movie...

This was my go to Movie theater above all. But recently when I went to see “Avengers Endgame” I was highly disappointed. To begin, upon walking in, there was no host to direct me to which theater I was in, so I had to walk into every theater and guess which theater my movie was playing in. Secondly - The food was far from up to par from when I first started attending this theater. It made me and my wife nauseous for a few hours. The popcorn arrived super late into the movie and it was really cold , unbuttered and stale. The condition of the theater seems to be snowballing downhill; seats were very loud when reclining, a weird lingering smell in my theater, gum and old popcorn in between my seats, while reaching for my recline button a greasy button awaited me. Overall it’s safe to say that i am Highly disappointed that I won’t be attending my favorite theater anymore

"Went to go see Avengers: End Game on a Thursday afternoon. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean, as was the theater. My one gripe is that they label the seats as something like "premium" and "ultra premium". I opted for the premium seat because if you go by yourself, that's all you can choose without paying for a second seat. The "premium" seat wasn't the worst seat I've ever seen a movie in, but was far from the best - it got a little uncomfortable at several points during a 3 hour movie. The screen and sound were both pretty good. For the price, my expectations were high. I was let down. Not to say this isn't a perfectly sufficient theater, it just lacked a "premium" feel to match the label attached to my purchase.

The comfortable seating and intimate setting is great, justifies the cost. The VIP treatment could use some more work. I found our waiter to be nice and courteous. The food was ok but I expected better quality based on the pricing and to meet the VIP level of service. Overall I enjoyed my experience. Service was good but not great. I would probably go again but for regular movie AMC still is my go to place.

“The food is slightly overpriced, the quality does not match up with the price, I felt it was AMC equal half. It did not feel premium enough. It was also cold upon arrival. Vallet parking was a mess. No one to be found when you needed them to take your car. There seems to be a lack of employees in the front to greet and help guide the guests as they come in. No one was helpful on guiding you to your seat properly. If there was, they where too busy gossiping about work related issues and not paying attention to the gusts/ staff. Environment could use more discrete signs showing you where your seats are. Your seat is only advertised on the table of the seat you are looking to sit. AMC at least shows the letter on the floor Incase you are running late you can see where to go. The environment itself was not clean enough. The blankets and pillows they provide for you is unclean. The one they left me had cum stains on them. It was super disgusting. I wanted to lose my mind and make a scene, on how poorly kept the location was. It was unfair the people around me trying to watch endgame. Management was no where to be found when I wanted to make a complaint. This establishment markets its self well creating the illusion on “luxury” it does not display reflect that at all. Save your money and just go to a regular AMC or moms and pops theater.
