It's an older movie theater. Compared to the latest updates they have done to all the AMC theaters they are falling behind. The place is clean. Candy is overpriced as always. Dind't really deal with any of the staff so I couldn't say anything about them.

We went last week to see How to Train Your Dragon 3. Popcorn was terrible, multiple seats in the theater were broken, THERE WAS NO HEAT, and there was no sounds during most of the previews! I had to get up and tell someone to fix the issue before the movie started.

Small, but we'll maintained theater. The screens aren't giant, and the facilities are definitely older, but the theater is well maintained and the staff is friendly. Plus, it's never crowded and shows some foreign films. And Tuesdays are half off tickets.

What a terrible theater, I went to see a movie here recently, The popcorn was passable, but they make you buy candy with it if you want the combo which is a waste of money. When I saw the movie, they put the movie on too zoomed in. There are better theaters out there, don't waste your time here.

They have the worst seatings ever. Their popsorn tastes like trash and noting works there. I went to a 3d movie, and saw the 3d as broken. You could see the different shades of the 3d separately. The staff is very unpleasant and uncooperative. The people there do not know how to get the job done. I would prefer AMC.

We enjoyed our movie here. If you're looking for stadium seating with preassigned seating, that's not here. It's more of an old fashioned movie theater with comfortable seats and low prices.

Local theater and easy timings! Definitely take advantage of Super Tuesday $6 any Ticket and $5 any popcorn size. Downsides include Small screen rooms, no stadium seating, and there is a very old man who works at box office and feels very tired which is a poor staff choice. However it is still a great place and the theaters are never packed so you can..sneak in snacks...and only use $11 for popcorn and ticket.

Plus it's a nice clean theater with those new bigger comfier seats with the arm rests that move up in case u want to cuddle up a bit next to ur significant other. Its a great place to watch a movie with a price u can't beat on Tuesdays.

I'm hearing impaired and the volume here is easier for me to understand the words spoken rather than big shot movie theaters it's too Loud . Only is concessions stand prices are steep lol its more expensive than tickets

You get what you pay for. Its cheaper than most theaters but the screens are smaller, the floor is sticky and the food options are limited. The staff is friendly though and even brought us out our food because it wasn't ready when we ordered it. We go here mostly because of convenience. It is close to home and isn't bad enough that we would travel further to go to a better theater. Give them a shot.

Seats are mostly broken and smells like mold during winter season. Staff do forget most of the time to ask if the customers have rewards or add points towards their purchase. Missed out on every movie i watched to add up points. Being local i had no choice but to go here as closest local theater with friends after work. Hope they will upgrade seats or make it better for better customer experience at cinema.

It's an old sharp rusty knife. It's not the best but gets the job done. Too pricey for what you get... But then again, gets the job done. Is either that or going all the way to another theater that is miles away. So I rate it 4/7.

my wife and i go here all the time, love this place. It is small, staff is friendly and their prices are much better than the more fancy AMC in the area. Highly recommend. They do children's parties here too

It's a really old and unkept theater. The only reason we go there is that they play Indian regional movies. The theaters are dingy and the sound system is really really bad ...no words to describe how bad it is...please avoid if possible.

With so many options in the immediate area with cozy seats, better snacks, better rewards, etc. why go here? Because everybody else is at the other places! Rarely is there a packed theater and many times my kids and I got to see a movie just by ourselves. We ran around and screamed at the screen as loud as we wanted and it was a gag! A good option if you don't mind the lack of comfort afforded at area theaters plus closer to home. Watch out for the new manager, however, you'll know him from his unwelcoming disposition and he scopes people's pockets for anything resembling healthy alternatives to the sugary snacks and tries and berate longstanding clients for doing so (his unprofessionalism alone is responsible for the one star and if he should be shown the door, the review will go back to three stars).

I’ve been going to this movie theater for about 6 years. I’ve never had a problem with the employees and or staff there. The movies are always clear and in a position that are comfortable for the viewer to watch. The food there, mostly popcorn is some of the best popcorn I’ve had and over all impressed with the whole establishment.

My Suggestion: You only go to this place when there is no option. Very bad maintenance. The movie screens are very small, most of the seats wont recline properly or they are broken. They wont even turn on their air conditioning at times making it even more worse. There are signs all over that say they are re- modeling it but god knows when that happens.

When Cinépolis purchased the old bowtie chain I had high hopes as they promised a tone of new things, however it's been quite some time and this movie theater is no different than it was 10 years ago. Still seems dated, poor food selection, and old seats.

The worst movie theater I have ever visited in US. The theater is very small with all the chairs at almost at the same level. The seats are dirty and smelling like hell. I wonder if they have bugs too. Above all the theater is not sound proof. There was lot of noise from other screens which ruinned my movie. WORST THEATER. NEVER GO THERE.

Compared to other theaters in the area, Cinepolis doesn't offer some of the amenities that others have made standard: like fully reclining seating or dine-in service. But there are lots of theaters and plenty of parking. 3 stars because the theater definitely in need of renovation and upgrade.

Went to day showing of you story 4 with my kids was great no one else was there. The entire movie was played in the wrong aspect ratio, the top and bottom of movie was cut off and middle was stretched vertically. Told person at beginning, manager came in changed it to a worse aspect ratio then. Changed it back... Then left. If I was there to see something I wanted to see I would have left and gotten my money back.

Went on a date here when visiting from Los Angeles. The check-in process went well and we were greeted by Mr. Thomas. He showed us how to get our tickets fairly easily. The concession stand was stocked. We should have got popcorn but we opted for a hot dog and nachos. The hotdog had been obviously rotating on the cooker for some time by the looks of the geriatric wrinkles on it, and the nachos were basic movie nachos. The seating in the theater itself needs a little of an update as well as the sound proofing. We could hear the theatrics of the movies on either side of us, and it was a bit distracting. Overall I was in good company and the movie was good. So if you're not sure is he/she is the one, and you want to do something affordable - Cineopolis is your best bet...LOL

Standard run of the mill theater with dated seats. This place has like 10 movies showing. Typical markup on the concession stand. Large popcorn went from a round cardboard tub to paper bag. Good for the environment I guess. One free refill on large popcorn.

You can hear other movies running on the other screen! It's very disturbing as you kind of start imagining if the noise is from the movie you are watching and it makes sense sometimes. But, it's not! They seriously need to fix it. Parking is available. Movie Pass accessible.

Came to this theater for a Saturday night showing of Bohemian Rhapsody. Very disappointing movie experience as the screen was small, seats were old, and worst of all - the sound was horrible. Throughout the movie, the sound of the movie from the adjacent theater could be heard in our auditorium. While we were all watching one movie, we were also able to hear the sound effects from two movies. This ruined the entire experience!

Older theater but signs said it is being remodeled. Service was super friendly from everyone we encountered, from ticket taker to concession stand to ushers. Only minor criticsms are that we could hear the music and sound effects from movie showing next door very clearly in the theater we were seated in to watch our movie, and every time someone opened the door to the theater to enter or exit the theater once the movie started, it flood the theater with light. Minor issues that hopefully will be corrected with whatever renovations the place is undergoing. Tickets were cheaper than many other theaters in the area so that was a plus. Has a customer rewards program (received free tub of popcorn for signing up). Overall a very pleasant experience .

The seats are worn and old, even though this chain bought out this cinema (from amc, I think). New owners haven't done anything obvious to upgrade it, just changed the name. Like every other cinema, the refreshments are expensive, and almost $40 for two people to see a 7:30 showing on a little screen in a small theater. Makes me think i should just wait for the dvd to watch it on a big tv in the comfort of my home. Hardly worth going to a movie anymore unless it has huge screens and 3D/iMax.

I used to go to this location about once month. It appears to be very dirty and worn down compared to other movie theaters in Morris and Essex County. The seats and the bathrooms are not as clean as they could be. However, my biggest issue is the quality of some of the staff. An older woman who was working at the box office was rude and prejudiced towards myself and my guest. She made rude comments about our names and our appearance which is completely unprofessional. Customer service is of utmost importance to me when I have a few hours to relax and enjoy leisure activities. I would not return based off that experience with that woman. It was humiliating and uncalled for. Not to mention that it could have been avoided if she focused on only doing her job and being respectful.

Some bright spark decided it would be a good idea to sell the tickets at the popcorn stand. Oh, wait, if that's not bad enough, let's allow only 1 position at the stand sell tickets. This way everyone will have to wait in a huge line while someone is getting their popcorn buttered. Oh, and let's turn off the air conditioning in the lobby too. No sense in making an unnecessary wait comfortable.

Basic multiplex movie theater in Parsippany. Has everything you would expect. The decor is a little dated and faded. Standard snack shack. Seats are traditional - not modern recliner seats but the pricing is a bit less than average these days as well. Ample parking. Beware that the walls are thin and the sound of neighboring movies sometimes will bleed into the viewing in which your movie is being screened.

This is the worst movie theatre I ever came across in USA. I watcha lot of movies and go to lot of different theatres. I went on Tuesday night to watch and there were only two ppl in theatre including me. The audio of the movie was cut out twice before I had to tell someone to turn it on. They also didn't give any discount on Tuesday somehow. Well not going here again.

I went there on a Sunday afternoon to see Bohemian Rhapsody with a friend of mine. we walked in the door and there was absolutely no one there at the front. We bought our tickets using the machines and our credit cards and then proceeded to walk into the theater. Honestly we could have walked in without paying. No one ever approached us to ask for a ticket The theater was a nice size. Seats were comfortable and the sound was not too loud or too soft. The restrooms were clean. The tickets were less expensive than AMC which is nice. It was overall a good experience. I just thought it was very strange that they did not have any people working in the front

The 2 stars was bc when we were ready to pay to see the movie Stuber.... The young Asian kid behind the register acted like he didn't hear of that movie playing in their cinema and my significant other has just a little polish accent left and the kid was either just dumb or ignorant... But my significant other said the movie name clear as day... Any one could understand him. But that kid just blew my mind. He underdtood me when I said the movie name and honestly no one said it any different than what my significant other had already said. But he seemed to only understand me. I don't get that. So to me it came off as ignorant as heck! The seating is very comfy ! And the price was pretty cheap compaired to other theaters. Maybe bc it was a Sunday evening. Not sure. The movie Stuber was freaking funny!

This theater is on it's last legs. The facilities have not been upgraded in years, and as such there is a declining desire for locals to attend. It's much easier to go see a film on a larger screen with better seats by driving 15 minutes away. Due to their lack of investment in the building, attendance has declined over the years, and I'm sure revenue has declined, and the current management is trying to break even. The theater feels empty and dead with all of the bubbly highlights of other movie theaters present. This is the third company to own this theater in recent years, and rapid change in oversight means this place is probably going to close down soon. They should probably just raze the site and salt the each, and hope that a Starbucks grows in it's place.

So happy to have a local cinema in the hood. LOVE LOVE LOVE having a neighborhood movie place. The friendly regulars who have been there forever (Paul), tons of parking, women's rooms are clean and never had a problem with the concessions I have had. I actually appreciate NOT having stadium seating and huge big box feeling. Reminds me more of the city. Patronize your local movie theater! You are there for the screen, not the ambiance and dining experience. Hang in there, Parsippany theater - we <3 you.

Staff is friendly and Sunday Matinee prices are great for the family. The theater is kind of run down. The seats always feel like they are falling apart. The carpeting is very old and it needs replacing. They don't have stadium seating either but the design allows for pretty much unobstructed viewing. I only had one problem when someone about 6 feet 8 sat in front of my 5 ft. daughter. Its worked out. Not a bad place but could use some sprucing up.

I absolutely love this movie theater. It has phenomenal facilities and really, really good popcorn. I go here because of its convenient location and will continue to do so for that very reason. It also has very cheap prices. Will return soon for some great movies.

This place seriously needs a renovation. Many seats are broken or uncomfortable. The prices are OK for the area and the popcorn is decent.

i came here for the first time and was extremely disappointed. i first got here and it was very old looking. then i went to get a snack for my movie. i asked for a medium iced, seeing there was a medium and large. the lady working there said there was only one size. i pointed out there were two sizes but she just said “one size.” I got my slurpie and she told me seven dollars. i told her the price was $6. she just said “tax.” not wanting to start a fight i just paid 7 dollars. then she calls over the next customer. i look at her and go “i need my change please.” she says “hold on” and helps the next customer. after waiting i finally got my change and icee. for a simple order like that the wait was ridiculous

It would be nice if they had the stadium seating. It was also cold and i moved to get away from the gum stuck on the cup holder.

Have been here for couple of movies and trust me their seats and interiors of auditorium are pathetic. They'll charge you almost same price compared to AMC or Regal but would give you the worst cinema experience. They seriously need to look into what they're giving to the customer's at the price they are charging.

Upon arrival the regular ticket counter was close so you have to go to the snack bar to buy your tickets I approach the camera and said we needed to tickets for Christopher Robin and the girl asked if we would like any snacks waters or drinks I said nope I have my herbal tea Smiled and said I can't allow you to bring that in their you either have to drink it now or throw it away I said well what do you have to drink I'm a bariatric patient and can't drink everything I then said how much is a bottle of water six bucks? The girl responded 4.75 ...shocker so my husband went and put my tea in my car. And I ended up purchasing a$5 bottle of water. Considering I can buy a case of water in ShopRite for 399 something's not right want to know why your theaters are empty we were the only two people in the theater to watch this movie Next I'll go to AMC who will allow me to have my tea in there with me Cinepolis is severely lacking in its customer service

Decent local theatre that simply needs an update. Old seats. Okay projectors but good sound system. Tickets are under $10 for adults and theatres are rarely full. Tons of parking.
