Great chairs!!! All recliners. The parking lot was confusing. Its across from the doors to the theater but the doors are exit only? Someone let us in but i still dont know where the entrance is. Also the parking garage is a spider nightmare. All the lights host a spider hotel. I had to duck and run to my car.

I only come here as a last resort as everytime I come it is dirty. The seats and cup holders have food left over and there is popcorn all over the place... Better off going to Riverside or Garden State- also an A List member so I go to the movies often.

Lovely leather seats that you can press a button and they go forward and backward a good variety of food lots of good movies to watch and it's not through loud and you can also get tickets online also they also have an AMC Stubs a list and stuff I am seeing from Stubbs which means that you get special benefits and are able to get free movies and stuff and also Tuesday is a discount on movies

It's local and the seats are comfortable is about all I can say good about this experience. The service is slow and the team not at all engaged. Popcorn was burnt and not what I've come to expect from AMC. The team was barely attentive to the needs and the lines, including the Premier Member line, were all long.

The service at the concession counter is absolutely HORRIBLE ! I stood for approximately 10 minutes at the Stubs A-list priority line and not one employee bothered to even acknowledge us. There were 3 employees behind the counter too young to care and with no manners whatsoever. Unfortunately, it is the closest AMC but next time I rather drive a little farther and save myself the inconvenience.

This theater was disgusting. I only came here because breakthrough wasn't showing in my normal theater. Floors, carpet and seats were riddled with popcorn, straws,candy wrappers ect. Had to use the bathroom and i held it because im sure they were nasty. Never returning !

I really like this location. I just wish they could keep the auditorium a bit more cleaner. At this location I always get my tickets online so i can reserve seats. The staff is usually very friendly and talkative. They have recliners which a lot of leg room. Restroom is well kept. The theater appearance Is good. Overall it's a pretty good theater. Family friendly.

Awful location, it looks like a dirty warehouse, and rude employees, especially the security guard. I can't understand how they close down movie theaters like the one in Edgewater, and this place is still open. First and definitely ONLY time.

Located in a quiet area by office complex. There is a parking lot and garage just across from the theater, which is free parking. The building is large with two floors of theaters. We found it easy to show up and buy tickets 15 minutes before start time, but the movie has been out for more than 3 weeks already. We found seating to be spacious and the reclining chairs were terrific! We did not get any refreshments, but looked like all your normal theater choices.

Excellent theatre with really comfortable power-reclining seats. Large auditoriums, spacious rows. The brown sugar and cinnamon pretzel bites are delicious. And the whole experience is very affordable! Hands down, best theatre I've been to in northern New Jersey!

Normally I would give them a 4 or 5 but today there were too many issues. No ticket taker. Had to wait in the sales line to get my app scanned. And the lights came up with about 2 minutes left in the movie. Really debating how long I'll hang onto my A List.

This place is never top crowded and ticket prices are definitely on the cheaper side. After the renovation from years ago it is much cleaner and they have good quality reclining seats. Only downside is that this is a smaller theater, so their showings and screen sizes are bit limited. Location and parking is great; it is by Samsung and doesnt have any crowded commercial spots nearby. At the same time you can easily drive to Palisades Park or any other nearby towns for food and desserts.

Ticket taker couldn't get scanner to work and then had to be asked three times for directions to the auditorium. Then the movie in my theater never started and I had to go back to the front area to get someone to find out why the film was not starting. The ticket taker at this junction was very helpful though. After 30 minutes someone came in and said we could go into another theater. Concessions had one person working who only managed to help the same five people in line that I observed through my two trips to the front to get someone to try and start our film, which when you consider that I now had wasted 30 minutes of my evening on nothing means waiting in line behind four people for concessions would have been a better use of my time. Not a great experience, thank goodness not a theater in my hometown. If you want slow service and a musical chairs/theater experience, than this is the place for you.

Clean theater, staff working hard to get your tickets and orders fast as best as possible. Seats were comfy and theater was well dimmed to see the movie in all its horror glory. Me and my friends saw Chucky. Prices maybe expensive but their stub membership is actually worth and I may check it out myself but basically they give 3 movies either weekly or monthly not sure and you get rewards. I believe it's a point system that gives perks. Anyway AMC you rock guys! Kudos!

Love their 5 dollar Tuesday AMC stubs deal. My husband and I try to go whenever we can. We like to sit in the middle but I found those seats are so popular that the recliner seats are usually more worn than the other seats. AMC please screen more Korean movies! Everyone I know enjoyed Extreme Job!

Fantastic, electronic reclining leather seats. Huge arm rests. Options for reserved seating. Concession stand can get backed up but they move as quickly as possible and there is the app order in advance option. Plenty of parking between parking garage and outdoor parking lot.

The screen could be a bit bigger and the sound could be louder. You can hear the ac that's why I say that about the sound but overall I enjoy coming to this movie theater to watch movies. Always parking. The seats are recliners and the slushies I love!

Theater is very nice and the chairs are very comfortable. You can get in and out without bothering other people. I couldn't give it 5 stars because of the parking lot. There aren't clear signs where it i turned out it's across the street with no way to cross without going down and outside

For almost $70 for 2 adults and 2 kids for a movie I would think that the seats did not smell like somebody else's body odor. I had to watch all of Avengers: End Game without leaning my head back as the head rest part was all greast and nasty. Also my kids seats leg part was all sticky and nasty. I will stick witg my local theater and pay a 3rd of the price for that kind of service.

I hadn't been here in years due to a busy work schedule and zero downtime but I had the pleasure of visiting this theater to check out the new Lion King movie AND to beat this weekend's heatwave! I had a decent time: the movie was good and the theater was chilled to perfection! The wait time online could have been better and had the kiosks for self purchase been fully functional, I would have used them. When purchasing tickets, the customer service representative looked unenthusiastic and gave a bit of an attitude and the chip reader on the machine wasn't working. The theater was clean as far as I could tell but the previews were quite loud and annoying. Thankfully the volume normalized once the movie began. All in all, I had a decent time and I can only hope I'm back to enjoy another movie, in the near future!

I absolutely love this movie theater! The recliners are amazingly comfortable! Sometimes too comfortable that I fall asleep. The ticket prices can get expensive, but come for an earlier show and you watch the same movie shown in weekends on evenings for just 5$!!.my only concern is the safety issue. I don't believe there is enough safety and enough security. I can practically walk in with anything and there's no one there to stop or check my bags. Based on past stories I have heard of theaters being targeted, I would hope for more precaution.

The best thing about this theater is that the seats recline fully so that you will never have a limited view of the screen. And if the movie is not too exciting you can have a nice nap. Unfortunately, this theater has lots and lots of advertising before the movie starts, so If you come 20 minutes late you can skip all the advertising and you will just get to see the real beginning of the movie

Easy to get in with online ticket system. Getting food was a great system too. Filthy restrooms and floor littered with popcorn. Seats dirty with paper and trash in cup holders. Why have carpet at a movie theater? A young woman was busy sweeping up small pieces but it's never ending. Try fake tile...easy clean up and washing and looks cleaner and nicer.

We enjoy coming to the Ridgefield Park AMC Theater. We've been coming for years. We like the many choices of Movies we can pick. However, lately we see more and more maintenance needed. Many of the chairs are damaged, seats ripped up.

This place is such a mess, from the parking garage all the way in to the soda fountains. Its embarrassing. Today, the CHILD behind the concession stand was straight up obnoxiously rude because she didn't know the product line up well enough. Seriously if the people I was with didn't want to go here, I never would. Management is completely not paying attention.

Or if there were places that were there for the public to visit that maybe the theater owners would add... Very nice installations, super conform recliner seats, with enough room to walk out the row without touch other people. Very clean. Good sound system. The only reason that I am giving only 3 stars is, the movie was scheduled for play a 3:15 PM Nad the screen was in blank until 3:35 pm when they started with some trailers, advertising and Information about their rewards program. Complete disrespectful about customer time.

Been going to this place for over 10 years now, they have great service and pretty good food. I would totally give it 5 stars but my only complaint is that mainly every time I go, the Claw game machine for the Rubber Ducks is always off or not connected. It's really frustrating because I like to get one after I watched a movie and that is why I am giving it a 3 star rating.

Overall design of the theater is amazing and one of the best in Bergen County, there are multiple theaters to choose from with a wide array of available movies. The seats all recline and concession stands are available right next to the ticket stations.

Also the whole not a bad seat in the house motto is so so soooooo wrong. Sitting up front or off to the side? Dont bother going. Also $13 for a hotdog?? Really?

Well I’ll keep it PG. I’m giving this review because of the customer service help I received at the ticket desk at approximately 315pm. The person I am very upset with is a Spanish looking girl with half blonde hair and who is a little chunky. We were having a problem with the auto ticket payment system and there was no one in the area expect us and when I asked her for help. It was like she couldn’t be bother to even spend a minute or two to assist us. Then I asked her which number was the movie playing at and she rolled her eyes and answered. We are not asking to just ask we actually needed some help and she could not be bother. I see we have great employees working their. Lastly, it took over 20 minute to get chicken tenders and their was no one their expect me. Terrible service.

Price of Movies are good, especially all day Tuesday. That said over the last 2yrs its really gone downhill as far as amenities. Reclining chairs are getting torn to bits, as it should with wear and tear, but also should be fixed. Floors by the soda machine are so sticky my Tims (yellow construction boot Timberlands) seriously got stuck to the floor! I had to yank my boots up after filling my cup, that's crazy. People are fine, lines are good, food is good (nachos and chicken fingers are really good). Mens room needs to be fixed as some stalls, urinals and sinks need repair. I get it, it's a movie theater in a small town ran by teens, but it should still feel like AMC if your gonna call yourself that. I expect more.

I'm not sure why, but the popcorn here is better than the popcorn at any other theater! I come here pretty frequently because its not super expensive and its easy to get around. Overall i have never had a bad experience.

Theater is clean. Main concern is the long line for snacks, always a long line. Make sure to get there early. Usually only have one cashier open. It's maddening. I avoid this theater bc of this problem.

The team and service is pretty terrible. No one says hi or even a smile when you’re buying tickets or snacks etc. I mean they don’t even bother to respond to your thank you’s. Also seats are kinda terrible - reclines and everything but if the seat in front of you is not reclined , you can’t see half the screen even from the last row
