Nice movie theater. My experience was amazing as i went there to watch a 3D movie. Theater rooms are clean and temperature was well maintained. Every seating is a recliner which i liked the most. Staff is very friendly. Theater is children friendly. Parking is available in basement near to morristown downtown.

Nice movie theatre. Very small but of course its small because the town is small as well. My only issue is that the cashier gave me limited options for ordering and said there was only two sizes for popcorn. So i got the large because it was only a dollar more however it was way more than i needed. If i was you and wanted to save money, i would order on the app instead.

Very comfy reclining seats, but I had to wipe off popcorn from my seat, throw away garbage in cup holder and put away someone's left behind 3d glasses into recycling bin, all before I could actually use my seat. I'm surprised that it wasn't cleaned inbetween showings. Bit grossed out by all the garbage on floor and everywhere. Since cleanliness is important to me, I only give a 3 star today.

I do like this location, it has good staff, however, when I last went most of the refreshments and condiments were empty, and the seats were closer to the screen than other Amcs so I ended up too close to the movie, its a good location otherwise I just had bad timing with that visit.

I visited the AMC location 72 Headquarters Plaza, Morristown, NJ 07960. When we arrived it looked closed no open greeted you at the entrance, the ticket lady was sitting down and not responsive at all!! the concession stand on the lower lever was closed and we were there for a 7:30 pm movie, the women downstairs pointed us to the elevator to go to the upper level when we got off the elevator the door was locked and after banging on the door someone finally cam to answer. I am an AMC stubs and A list member there were people in line but not the A-List line, I stood in line as the cashier helped 4 customers in the regular line and never once looked over to even greet or say anything to me. Once she cleared her line she told me that she was the only one there and those people were in line before me and it didn't matter if i was in the A list line. I advised her that A list member get priority and she than gave me a horrible attitude, i asked for the manager and she told me he was downstairs . I asked for her to call him and was ignored. This behavior was 100% unprofessional and I am expecting something to result from this message!!!! I live in Los Angles and travel across country and by far this location need to be SHUT DOWN OR RETRAIN ALL EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT

It was very sad to see that family leaving without seeing the movie. When are you going to get everyone together again? the employees do not know how to give information and seem not to care.

This theater is really awful. Management, or lack thereof, should really be ashamed at the low level of service, absolutely filthy conditions, and staff that are so miserable I want to take over for them and send them home. What is the problem here. This is a nice town but this theater completely does not represent that. Movies even started late. I don’t know what’s happening but someone should fix it. Update: now they are playing the wrong movie! This is ridiculous.

I was on the fence about giving this theater 3 stars but there was enough that I disliked to warrant the 2 star rating. First, parking is an underground lot away from the theater, even though they validate your ticket making the parking free you have to account for this when trying to arrive on time for a movie. Second if your movie is on the ground level you have to go up 2 floors to get to the concessions, annoying. Lastly they list this as a dine in AMC, it definitely is not that. While they do have the reclining seats there is no dine in experience.

Very nice theatre, you can reserve your seats, and the seats recline. Parking is free is you have your ticket validated and the parking facility is a parking deck. The parking deck you can access from both Spring Street (where it is clearly marked) and from Speedwell Avenue (not marked). As soon as you see the Hyatt Hotel, the parking is after that. Theatre is clean - clean before the show starts anyway. Sound system is good. Overall, this is the movie theatre we are going to from now on.

My 1st time coming to this location and I would definitely like to come back. It is located at headquarters plaza so parking isn't your traditional lot you have to park in a garage but the theater does validate your ticket but for only 4 hours so just be mindful of that. It was a bit tricky for me to navigate out of the parking garage to the theater but it wasn't too badd once I made it to the Hyatt Hotel the theater is not far from there. The theater itself is very clean and I loved the reclining seats that they have the other theater I visit doesn't have great seats like they have at this location.

Last I was here, the parking meter would not accept my so-called validated stub and I had to pay $8 for parking. The parking attendant was not nice and just said it's not his responsibility. I travel about a half hour to go to this theatre because it's better in every aspect compared to the dozen or so other theatres that are closer. The theatre climate/temp has always been comfortable, I've never encountered a broken recliner, it is not crowded on Tuesday nights. I have not had any issue with concession service or cleanliness. Food is tasty. I even enjoy the walk from the parking garage to the theatre.

Attended a late afternoon movie yesterday and did not have a good experience. Reclining seats are comfortable, but both of our seats had rips and bald spots, in addition to melted chocolate on mine which ended up all over my wool coat. The bathrooms were not clean and the trash near the men's room was piled high. The young man who took our tickets was sitting on the stairs and did not even bother to get up and in our theatre area, no concessions were available. How hard is this??? Get it together! Not going back.

On June 7, 2019. I took my family [wife and 3 children] and went to our usual local AMC theatre [Headquarters Plaza] located in Morristown, NJ to watch Avengers Endgame. We held strong and only did one bathroom break!!! But as the final battle scene [last 45 minutes] was just getting underway the screen went blank?! Long story short the AMC employees could not run the projector due to a power outage. I thought ok I guess we'll just be handed vouchers and we'll try to reserve a future date to see the last 45 minutes. This is where chaos ensued and management did not handle the situation correctly. Employees were told to tell all the theatre patrons to just come back anytime and show our stubs or phone screenshot of the movie we saw and we will be allowed to see any movie and use our stub as a "voucher". As I walked out of my theater to the lobby area, I was confused to see the manager giving individuals paper vouchers. So I queued up and asked why is he giving some people vouchers and not others. He said some people told him they threw out their stubs by accident. And others said they were out of town. That made no sense at all to me. If a manager is giving out vouchers, he can not pick and choose who can and can not get vouchers. He did not give me any vouchers because I showed him my stub QR code on my phone. Now the problem is: 1) I can't pre-order my seats thru my app. I have to physically come to the theatre to reserve future seats. 2) Probably will waste my time explaining to some random employee in the next few weeks when I have time to bring my whole family to see a movie and HOPE that they accept my explanation of why I'm asking for 5 free movie tickets with an old QR code stub. All this could have been avoided if: 1) Had all theatre patrons stay seated in their respective theatre and as we exited our seats give each patron one paper voucher. I was not asking for a refund and it was no fault of anyone that there was a local blackout and knocked out the power to AMC. But, If a paper voucher was given then I could use that voucher and order future tickets online or on my app. To make matters worst, my wife then called the corporate 800 number and the rep said there was nothing she could do and suggested we go back and get, can you guess? A paper voucher. The rep stated this is not an AMC issue this is a theater issue? What does that even mean? The action of management was unacceptable on all levels. AMC should have written protocol set in place for this kind of scenario. Not some manager making decisions on the fly. AMC you failed your customers today.

Very comfortable seats and good snacks. Attentive staff parking validation. The food was a little expensive but there is a good selection and the soda machines have a huge selection as well. All in all a very enjoyable movie experience. I will definitely return to this theater the next time I want to see a movie.

A few reasons: it was in an office type building rather than its oen freestanding structure which would've made it easier to identify from the street. It wasn't very obvious where to park-had to park in a parking garage. The parking garage didn't really have any signage to direct people where to go. Leaving was just as confusing.

They added new electronic reclining chairs a few years ago so if you're looking to get out and go see a movie it's a nice place to do it. The theatre is a bit neglected these days however, it can be a bit quiet and the staff seem a bit bored.

This is my favorite movie theater due to the very large comfortable reclining seats. Can't be beat. Make sure you Fandango your seat ahead of time and be ready to park in parking structure under the hotel. Take your ticket to get stamped when checking into theater for free parking.

I've been going here for many many years now. If you are planning to buy food and a drink, expect it to be a bit expensive as any movie theater. The seats now are amazing. They are literally couches that have a button which makes you be almost laying down. It is a perfect place for couples since you can life the bar in between the seats to make it one bigger couch, so you can cuddle. People are respectful as well. When anime movies like Dragonball Super come out, people are pretty wild because the fan base is amazing. Everyone is laughing and having fun. A great place to watch movies overall. Everybody is respectful. Parking is free in the garbage as long as you REMEMBER TO GIVE YOUR GARAGE TICKET TO THE CASHIER while purchasing/redeeming your movie tickets. I made the mistake of forgetting to do that once and had to pay 5 dollars because I was too lazy to run all the way back inside. There is an elevator for handicapped people so that is a plus in my book. There are also stairs from the garage if you do not want to wait for the elevator because sometimes it does indeed take a bit to get to you. There are two elevators. When you enter the garage, you must stop at the gate to get a parking ticket. Hold on to it and do not forget where you put it. Hand it over to the cashier so she can stamp it. Lots of parking available. The floors in the garage have all different colors per floor, usually most people enter through floor 2 which is the orange floor. The speakers in the movies are great quality. The bass is nicely matched with the other sound effects. The screen is decently big, I would say it is about medium sized in comparison to the huge imax theaters. Staff is always cleaning and movie ticket cashiers will always tell you which floor to go to for your movie. I would call first if you are handicapped to ask which is the best way to get to the floor for your movie after your purchase your ticket. There are handicapped seats in the movie theater. You also get to choose what seat you want to sit at on the computer they have at the ticket purchase register (touch screen). Never had an issue with refills. Great theater and one of my favorites.

Right in the heart of Morristown; so, you have access to all the bars, clubs, stores, etc. The theater has a downstairs covered parking garage; and, AMC validates the tix for free parking. The theater itself has the latest AMC projection/sound systems; and, full reclining power seats.

Consession stands needs more employees. One person behind the register overwhelmed by people while another employee cleans and rolls her eyes seeing the crowd building up. I was first in the "premium" line and was clearly seen by this employee. She says this line is closed I ask even the premium line? And she turns around. After seeing the crowd get bigger decides to help. I show her I have a coupon and she whispers something I cannot hear and she gets bothered and whispers it again had to ask a third time. Then doesnt let us know that soda machine ONLY has lemonade products. If it wasnt for the great service I got through the phone and girl giving us our tickets I'd give this place 1 star.

Went here to watch Captian Marvel on a Sunday afternoon and it cost almost $30 for two tickets. It is definitely on the pricey side but we got what we paid for. We sat in recliner seats and they were spacious and comfortable. The theater was also pretty clean. You can reserve your seats ahead of time which is helpful so that you don't have to rush or arrive extra early to find good seats. There is ample parking in the parking garage and it is free as long as you get your parking ticket validated. It is certainly a splurge to pay so much money to watch a movie but worth it!

Reserved seating and reclining seats. That is why we go here. I don't like the parking validation. The parking spaces are really tight. There is a charging station by the entrance of the elevators if you have an electric car. It is a Level 2 charger. Free. There are two levels for movies.

Parking lot is a little shady and unclear. The lobby area leading to the place is like a maze if don't park on the street. The theater itself is great, it has lounging seats that are spread out nicely. The seats felt clean and were not damaged. AMC in general needs to somehow make the middle part of the arm rest (underneath it when you raise is up) made of cousin material if possible. The arm rest goes up to cuddle but its uncomfortable, I have seen others like the one in Wayne, NJ with less padding which makes it better.

I don't make it to the movies much anymore. This was my first visit to a theater in a couple of years. Boy has the experience changed. The theater probably only seats half as many people as I am accustomed to, which maybe explains how expensive it has become, but it is well worth it for the ridculously comfortable, extra wide reclining chairs they now have for you to sit (lounge?) in. And less seats means fewer people which means less noise from audience. Theater validates parking so you don't have to pay for parking in the garage. Concessions now offers things like burger sliders in addition to traditional popcorn, candy, and hot dogs. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is Aquaman was showing in the next theater over from ours and the bass was so loud we could hear it/feel it through the walls.

The seats and the screen were pretty nice, but the place itself is a little depressing. There not much activity going on even though the place is big. It has multiple floors, and they told us we had to go upstairs to get snacks, and our movie was downstairs. There was a snack section downstairs, there was just no one there. The restroom floor that I went to was disgusting. In conclusion, is a good place to go watch a movie, but a bad place in general.

movie theater is neat and clean. no garbage in the aisles or seats. the restrooms are tidy. ticket process was easy and parking can be validated. seats are nice and big and comfortable. they recline back - there are also foot rests. it's adjustable so you can move it to the right degree that you'd like. the sound quality was good. all in all a good experience.

I absolutely love this movie theater. I go here very frequently. It has phenomenal facilities and really, really good food. I go here because of its convenient location and will continue to do so for that very reason. It also has reclining seats, which are a major plus.

I try not to go to any other theater if I can help it. The reserved couch like seating is great. They will validate parking at the hotel parking garage. The only downside to this place is it is not Imax. If it were it would be perfect.

Would give this place 4.5 stars if possible. The seats are fantastic, big recliners that you can adjust, and the space between rows is large so you don't ever have the awkward moments trying to let people pass. Concession stand is fine, it has most popular options, but no healthier options.
