If you love action packed movies go see Fast and Furious presents: Hobbs and Shaw. The family and I went to see it and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this movie and you will not be disappointed from the beginning to the end because it is action packed. Enjoy!!!!

Today my experience at the theatre that I have been going to for over a decade was ruined to a point that I will no longer be returning. I went to see a 1020am movie this morning, I walked in the doors and was waiting in the food line. It was early so only a group of children from a camp was in the building. I was then approached by a man while I was awaiting in line, who immediately got hostile with me; asking my why I was in the building, and pretty much pushing me out the door. I guess this man, a manager I can only assume made a mistake, and left the doors open, when he was only supposed to let in the summer camp group only. I had no problem exiting the building, if I would of been approached in a professional kind manner. Instead, I was pushed out the door, which I politely walked to, even though the man continued to bark in my ear that I shouldn't be in there, and then when finally outside this man told me not to look at him like that; words that are insinuating a even more hostile environment. He then continues to get in my face and said he did nothing wrong. Customer service is number 1 in a business like this. I was embarrassed, threatened, and glad that my children were not there to see this. My wife and I have been stubs members since it began. But this experience will make us go to Regal for now on. The man in question is attached.

They just released an amazing new theater with better quality, surround sound, and chair vibration and movement according to the movie. Staff were very polite while answering questions and giving information on when the new theater was released. No popcorn messes were left from the previous show as you sometimes find in low end theaters. Would definitely recommend the new theater! Definitely worth the extra few bucks per ticket.

Very nice experience. 1st time there. Very clean. As opposed to the AMC I usually go to, this one is a 5 star. The one in Mountainside N.J. is a madhouse. This one had orderly lines and nice reps. Bathrooms clean. Love how you serve yourself your own butter for popcorn and your own soda. Probably the one negative by some, the seats did not recline. This was fine by me because they were soft and cushy.

Had very very good experiences here. I have been able to see many movies comfortably and not in an overcrowded situation. Seems very clean for a movie theater, including the bathrooms. The new theater with the concave screen is the best! You have a great sound system (to the points that the seats vibrate....which is especially great for action and horror movies. You feel like a part of the movie). The couch like chairs that you can recline your feet and body back is excellent! I feel like I will go to much more movies now that they have chairs that are comfortable enough to sit in for long periods of time. Plus you can purchase whatever seating you want online from a chart, just like you were buying a concert ticket. This alone made the experience so much better and comfortable. The fact that I didn't have to show up until a few minutes before the movie without having to worry where I was going to sit was so awesome.

AMC Hamilton has no reclining seats. The straight back seats are a little stiff when the movie is long enough. It is an old theater and needs to be refurbished for good.

Poor sound system in theater 14 while spending over $30 for 3 people to see the movie Madea Funeral. Had to get up from the movie to complain and poor service. Spoke with manager Jamal Bush to be told I should have gotten up again to complain and they would have turned it up. Sound so bad I could hear the movie next to me. It's a shame how they treat black movies and black people. No apologies given just direction. Never going there again.

Concessions doesn't accept virtual pay, but you can do it to buy tickets. Concessions was filthy with visible stains on cabinets behind the cabinets, moldy smell. The movie theater was comfortable and clean, although the trailers cut out randomly and had to be started all over again. Great sound, and picture.

Our second favorite theater to go to ONLY because we live closer to the AMC in Freehold. This theater is huge, comfy, and the staff are friendly. They offer more varieties to watch a movie than other theaters, like Freehold, such as IMAX and digital surround sound. When we want to see an IMAX movie this is the NUMBER ONE theater we frequent.

A young lady was taking my order for food and at the same time she was rubbing and rubbing her nose right in front of me I ask her nicely to wash her hands and she refused and said that she wasn't going to because she is about to get off work but any way I had the other girl to take my order and she also told her she should wash her hands, it just disgust me knowing that e-coli is present today with people not washing their hands and serving food you need to train your workers better when it comes down to handling food !!!

I like this theater, though I find it almost ablist the way the parking lot is set up - if you haven't managed to get a doctor to give you a blue tag, clearly you're good to walk half a mile to get into the theater seat! Maybe they think you need some exercise before sitting on your bottom for an hour. Concessions are kind of a mess so maybe they also think you don't need to eat

The AMC Hamilton has been open for 20 years now. They have made some great updates to the theater over the years. They do however need to increase their number of customer service representatives at the ticket purchasing window and/or repair the self-service machines for the guests.

Nice theater, several options for viewing types Standard Digital, 3D movies, IMAX & Dolby Cinema. Matinee prices are very low, almost half off. Clean seats, floors & bathrooms with friendly or at least professional staff. One star off as I'm NOT a fan of having to choose your seat at the ticket booth as it's impossible to know what the people around you may be like. Personally I become extremely distracted by even the not talking yet fidgety, wrapper crinkling kind of people. I can also see the benefit of this to others so may be a plus for someone else!

Terrible! Theater 22 had no air conditioning. Even as a senior I paid $9.16 for the ticket. Large soda and medium popcorn was $14.41 which I had to add my own butter and then make my own soda. Seriously! Finally I had to select a seat in the theater when I bought the ticket as if I was going to a ball game. No wonder the theater was empty. Grade D-

They offer the standard fare of popular movies that you can see everywhere. The long lines during off peak hours is what deters me from going to this theater too often. I am a movie goer, but I only go here maybe 3-4 times a year because of the wait to get tickets.

TERRIBLE! I just saw the 6:25 Rocketman in Theater 19. There was NO air conditioning! I had to leave after an hour. Came for a respite from the heat. Left with a terrible headache instead. Won't be back for another film tomorrow!

The theatre is still a nice fun and clean environment. Separate from the theatre, the parking lot needs a little work. There are a lot of pot holes, and if you leave when it's dark there's a high chance you'll miss them (yes, I was driving slow)

The kiosks in the lobby weren't working to pick up or order tickets, so everyone had to wait in line. There was only one cashier working first thing in the morning, but she remained pleasant and took care of everyone as quickly as possible. Aside from that, the theater seemed to be in decent shape. As far as cleanliness, it was exactly what I'd expect from a movie theater. One thing that did stand out; I was surprised to hear so much sound from the theater next to mine. I wouldn't say it ruined anything, but it's been many years since I've heard that and I would say I go to the movies at least once a month.

Over the years I have watched many movies at this multiplex. They offer a wide variety of movies from small independent films to tent pole summer blockbusters. They also offer Imax and 3D theaters. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The projection and sound are usually first rate. I have only been disappointed once or twice by technical failures in the ten years that I have been watching movies here. AMC also has a nice rewards programs for both attending movies and the concession stand. For a variety of reasons I recommend this theater the next time you are looking to see a movie.

Place was clean and didn't smell like MANY theatres do. My only issue was that they don't have reclining seats. When purchasing the tickets you have to pick your seat which is misleading but when you go in it's regular seats, pretty weird. Still clean though which is more important in my opinion.

The Movie Theatre is very nice. I have always enjoyed seeing movies there. Quite honestly, I think the cost for snacks and popcorn is ridiculously overpriced. I understand people are in business to make a profit, but I don't know how a family with several children can possibly afford to accommodate everyone at those prices!

AMC does not invest in their employees. There was no one to answer the phones. There was only 1 teller selling tickets, long lines. The same scenerio happened in the concessionaire store. Also, Amc should hire more cleaning crew, all the seats and trash cans were full with garbage.

Amazing AMC! This place is very well maintained with ample parking. Good restaurants and strip malls around. They offer good perks for Stubs members, a separate line for ordering food and snacks. Great place, I keep visiting AMC for all our movies events. Highly recommend it.

Went to 9pm show of Bohemian Rhapsody (awesome movie). Was very disappointed. Popcorn was terrible. Not fresh at all . Website said reclining seats...wrong.....then throughout the movie, the movie next to us was extremely loud and took away from our movie. It was almost midnight when movie was done and did not see anyone in lobby (but security) to complain to. First and last time there.

I love the queue here fire snacks. One big line for the several clerks instead of several lines. But better yet was the Dolby digital theater. I didn't count all the speakers, but there were a lot. Decent size theater with reserved seating, good sized screen and awesome sound. I expect a great picture but I love the Dolby digital theaters. Sound is at least as important to me as the projection. Love this theater

Honestly the new Dolby sound theater was probably the best sound I had ever heard. On the other hand there are way too many previews when comparing to, say, regal cinemas. As with every movie theater the food is way overpriced and greasy, but that’s part of the fun!

I have never met someone so rude and disorganized in my life than this lady at the front desk. My friends and I were in line after we bought our tickets to see The Joker. Just to be pulled out of line and questioned about our tickets. I thought discriminating someone based on the color of their skin was illegal, but I had a rude awakening when It happened to me. It’s sad to say that because a bunch of black teenagers were in line 2 wearing a book bag seemed apparently “very” suspicious to a white female employee. Going to the movies was meant to be a celebration of fun for my friends and I only to be deterred by the unsimplified melanin of our skins. I hope you take this into consideration and ensure that you take the proper procedure so this doesn’t happen anymore.

They have a stubs program running where they basically leave you waiting in a long line for popcorn while these people a quickly served. We waited over 20 minutes in a line of 10 people while the stubs people were immediately served. Also theater had assigned seats like an expensive music concert. There are no ushers and a lot of drama around poorly marked seating...I will drive the extra 10 minutes for a normal movie theater..very poorly managed..

We just Glass on the Dolby Cinema. The movie was...OK. The Dolby auditorium is amazing. From the incredible sound, the beautiful contrast in the screen and the spacious, comfortable reclining seats.

Waited on a concession line for about 35 minutes. When I spoke to guest services about it, their response was "it's opening weekend, what did you expect"? I expect that you staff accordingly then if you anticipate high customer volume for certain movies and times. 5 registers weren't even staffed. It's clear that management does not make customer service a priority at this location. Too many better options to ever come back here. I suggest others do the same.

These guys need to pay more attention. Only one person working at the ticket counter in such a large theater on Saturday evening. Electronic kiosks not working. It took us more than 30 minutes to just buy the tickets. Missed the beginning of the movie

Clean, large, spacious movie theater. Comfortable seating. Clean, well-lit restrooms. Handicapped seating well placed and easily accessible for people with mobility issues. Staff were courteous and helpful. Concession stand well stocked and staffed. Hardly any wait time! Worth the visit!

We had ten people going to the theatre with drinks and popcorn purchases. I was blocked from entering with my empty Contigo cup because of the rule of no food or beverage from outside. I pointed out that it was neither food nor beverage and they insisted that it was the rule. The problem was that if other people saw it, it would create problems. Again, the rule is no food or drink. If you don't want people bringing in reusable containers (see-through, by the way), then make that rule. Do not ban me from bringing it in referencing a rule that has NOTHING to do with what I am doing. I wasn't smuggling in food or drink. I let you see that it was empty. I go to your counter and they'll give me a cup if I want it. Just why?

Everything was great upon entering Mike knows what it is like to welcome you and how to upsell... He is a great asset to your company . Our server was extremely patient and helpful in helping us with our order she didn't have a name tag . But she was great ... I gave a 4 star reason being the station to the right where you get your condiments wasn't clean at all, just saying there should be some there just to keep the area clean when it's busy, other than that we loved it .

AMC 24 is... a painfully average movie theater. It's not great, but it really isn't anywhere close to being overly objectionable either. $5 Tuesdays are a big plus- definitely get a Stubs card. Other things are standard: super expensive concessions and tickets most days, semi-uncomfortable seats, sometimes dirty theaters, etc. The employees are good people. They'll do their best to do right by you more often than not. If you want to see a movie, this is fine as an option. Don't forget to bring your ID if you look young/are young and want to see an R-rated movie. They'll check 9/10 times. One plus is that they still have some classic SEGA and other arcade games in the lobby. There are also plenty of restaraunts a short walk away. Check it out.

Hamilton's AMC is great! I just finally joined their stubs membership tonight and can't wait to enjoy their perks. The staff is friendly, they keep up with their theaters, and I personally haven't had any trouble with my movies while watching. Love this place! But they are as pricey as other theaters.

Movie was great and movie theater looked great, but the concessions stand was ridiculous. It took 15 minutes to get our food and drinks and they don't even fill up the drinks. There was a giant line behind us, luckily we got there early. They then ran out of popcorn and couldn't give us the amount of popcorn we ordered. How does a movie theater run out of popcorn. Fix the concessions stand and the theater would get a 5 star rating.

Oh man, me and my family purchased online tickets to go see Lion King, we have my 2yr ols toddler with us. When we got there, there was a notice that said some theaters’ AC were broken. After they told us where to go, we didn’t know the theater were going to has the broken AC. This was the opening weekend of Lion King and we drove far just to watch here and we werent gonna turn back around after the drive. It was soo hot my toddler kept crying! No fans, no warning online when u buy tickets. Fyi this is also the weekend of THE heat wave!

Overall terrible experience. The air conditioning is on and off and barely works. The entire place is so understaffed it’s ridiculous! ALSO my screening of the lion king in IMAX was absolutely ruined. The projector wasn’t working, it was also on and off and was delayed over 30 minutes. Please don’t come here!

Went here to see my first movie in ages. It's a very nice facility with tons of games for kids or adults to play. But I was very annoyed that the theater I was in was not air conditioned. It was the second week of July and at 8pm it was around 88° and extremely humid. The entire audience was complaining about the heat. If the tickets weren't so expensive, it wouldn't of been a huge deal. But for the price of movie tickets these days, you'd expect and hope to be comfortable.

Nice theater. Went with my wife to see the Queen movie, which was great. Matinee was great. I think it was $6.25 a person and no one in the theater. Comfortable seats and good sound system. Why 3 stars? We could hear the movie in the next theater when our movie had a quiet time. Other wise a good experience.

Old, dilapidated, peeling paint, moldy exterior, staffed with teenagers who would rather be elsewhere. Small IMAX screen. Decent popcorn. Semi-comfortable seats.

Really good collection of Hindi and English movies. Good snacking options. Seats are comfortable and theatres are clean. They also have some arcade games in the hallway for kids and adult who are like kids :) There is an IMAX right next door which makes this location even more to visit.

Very nice theater. I love the curly fries at all AMC theaters and this one had the best so far. The service was good the workers all had smiles and didn't give any attitude so it made my visit more pleasant. Only negative is the seating, the seats are too close and tight that the discomfort from sitting in them distracts you from your movie just a little bit.

nicely designed movie theater with ample parking in the shopping center this was an excellent choice for a fun Friday night out. The seats were quite comfortable and the theater was clean with the staff being friendly and professional. I'll be returning here again in the future as it was quite a pleasant experience to watch a good movie.

Spanish language movie version played to a non Spanish speaking audience. Rather than admit fault an employee told patrons that it was the customers error The same theater employee wanted all the patrons to relocate to another screening room rather than simply using his ability to change the film to English speaking. We were to go from theater #6 to theater # 24, which is located on the opposite side of the theater lot, a little over 150 yards away. It took all concerned parties expressing their indignation all at once for the same employee to enter the screening room and switch over to English speaking.
